Jake Paul is back he won via unanimous decision against Nate Diaz as expected. I guess Drake lost some change. Lol. Doubt Drake lost any actual money. He's sponsored by Stake so they probably just do it for the promo as win or lose it still grabs headlines. Diaz does look tired in the early rounds; his punches don't seem to hurt Paul, unlike Paul's punches, which are very accurate and powerful. However, I'm surprised that Nate Diaz was able to last the whole rounds and even hurt Paul sometimes, making him tired a bit. But it's not enough, as clearly Paul dominated the fight and even scored 1 knockdown.
Overall, the fight was entertaining. There's no need for a rematch as Nate Diaz looks old, but as a fan, I'm happy to witness the fight, and I'm sure both are happy as they made millions of dollars.
Same. I didn't think Diaz would make it to the end of the second round during the first as he looked shook and very tired, but I don't know how he managed to carry on for the full ten. He was actually landing some decent punches in the later rounds and even upped the intensity. No idea where he got that energy from. At least Jake got a knock down for his highlight reel, otherwise I think that would have been a disappointing fight from Jake overall but I guess Nate really is just a tough guy and everyone underestimated him. I don't think Jake should fight him in MMA. Can't see him winning that to be honest.

Nate has been acting weird and very quiet during the build up. Not sure why. He's not really doing much to promote the fight, though I suppose him walking out of the promo face-offs got some views so maybe he's taking a different approach to promoting the fight knowing he won't be able to compete with Jake's trash-talk. Jake said Nate is getting PPV points so it's for sure in his interests to promote the fight as much as he can. Jake Paul is saying that Nate Diaz has accepted his offer to fight a MMA style rematch after this fight. That seems a little strange since this fight hasn’t happened yet, but I get the feeling they both know Jake is going to win. Maybe Nate getting beat up is part of the deal for him to get his $10 million to choke Jake out in the octagon.
I really can't see Jake fighting Nate in MMA. That's just silly on Jake's part. From a recent interview he seems to think that he's too big for Nate so he won't be able to take him down which is obviously where Nate would beat him.

Whoa, how have I missed this month-old post? IIRC you sent out some PMs last year, no? Anyway, I'll pay up this weekend, but count me in. Last year I messaged the people who signed up the previous season.

I'm suspired KSI took this fight to be honest so fair play to him. I don't know whether he has delusional levels of self-confidence or what but I think Tommy is going to be many steps above him unless KSI has something new in his arsenal. The thing with KSI is he hasn't really had anything remotely close to a challenge yet. He's mostly just fought first timers some of which he practically just picked off the street. I guess most people aren't expecting him to win so if he loses Jake Paul will probably be next. I feel like Tommy Furry will dominate this fight, I've seen KSI fight before and I agree that he is not as good as Jake Paul, on top of that Tommy Fury has more experience fighting Boxers than KSI which will definitely be an advantage for Tommy Fury. I wonder which youtube boxers are gonna be in the undercard fights. American YouTuber Logan Paul and an unannounced opponent will also headline the event as a double main event. have there been hints or rumours on who is Logan Paul going to fight? Dillan Danis is probably the prime candidate but I'm sure there's a few people they're trying to get and I'm sure they'll have a back up since he's notoriously flaky.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KSI_vs_TBAMF & DAZN: X Series – The Prime Card will feature KSI vs Tommy Fury, an upcoming cruiserweight exhibition crossover boxing match contested between British YouTuber KSI and British boxer Tommy Fury for the MF cruiserweight title. The bout will take place at Manchester Arena in Manchester, England on 14 October 2023.[2]
American YouTuber Logan Paul and an unannounced opponent will also headline the event as a double main event. KSI finally fighting someone of worth. I don't think he's as good as Jake so will probably struggle against Tommy. Rumours are the rest of the card is going to be stacked with the best of the youtuber boxers.

The odds would probably be like x100 if he manages to KO Fury in round one. We know he is a KO machine, but that's too much to expect because Fury is not a careless boxer, and he also knows how to stand up when knocked down. Well, we can never know; this is boxing, and Ngannou has the power to KO an opponent, so it's worth taking the risk if you are going to bet.
I doubt it will be 100x bigger but I'm certainly wanting to put a Ngannou first round ko bet on. If he's gonna do it it will likely be early and I think his best bet is to just come out swinging and try smother him. I definitely wanted to make such a bet (Ngannou's victory by knockout in the first round) but now I understand that I will not succeed - too many people see this option as possible, which means the odds will be far from interesting. I hope that if the knockout does happen, Ngannou will not “let go” of Fury and finish him off. Fury has good experience of continuing the fight from a disadvantageous situation (for example, he defeated Cunningham who knocked him down in the second round). It seems most people think Francis has zero chance but that's why it's pointless putting money on Fury to win because the odds are shit and there's always the chance of an upset. I personally prefer high risk high reward and there's no excitement if you're not winning big. Personally I think Francis could knock anyone out on the planet and Tyson isn't going to be able to dodge everything Francis throws at him so its worth putting something on. If Francis can't get a KO though he'll almost certainly gas out. The odds would be x100? If that were really the case then point me a bookie where they offer Ngannou to win via KO at R1 with those odds. That would def be a sweet deal and a super +EV bet. And if ever there was such a line, I don't think it would last more than a few hours before the sharps start putting some money in and cause the line to move... Let me know when bookies start giving odds on the first round KOs. Skybet has nothing yet just win, lose, draw. Mmm.. If Jones would beat all comers at the UFC HW division, he's prolly be open to a cross promotion match up like the UFC almost did with Amanda Nunes vs PFL's women's 145 champ Kayla Harrison. But Nunes ended up losing that match vs Pena so the match up with Harrison was scrapped. But yeah... Could happen if the timing and possible reward from such an event are right.
But if not, I'm fine seeing Pavlovich fight Jones then Aspinall. I think Aspinall will be the future of UFC HW. Overall great guy, good fighter and smart.
Hopefully Dana is up for at least considering fighting Francis. Francis has taken a stake in the PFL as far as I'm concerned so I'm not sure if he will ever leave it and given Jones has 7 fights left on his contract I'm not sure we'll ever see it. Jones might not even make it to 7 fights given his age and lack of opponents. I'm sure he will fight Aspinal next year if he keeps winning.

Seriously tho, Ngannou has a puncher's chance. More so at the early rounds. But after around R3, he'll start to fade and Fury will take over and win. So a live bet for Fury is prolly the best way to go about this. Hopefully Ngannou makes it competitive at the first couple of rounds or even get a KD.
I agree with you. I am sure first two rounds will be good for Ngannou, unless he runs like a bull without thinking and lands on fury fist He sure has power and he could create some damage to Fury, but that can only happen if Fury doesnt take him seriously at all. Whatever happens in this fight they will both come out as winners with multi million dollars earned, but maybe we could earn something along the way. Yup and here's the thing, if Ngannou makes it a bit more competitive after a couple of rounds, check the live odds. If you could get Fury at the decent price, like around 1.50 or better or even 1.30 or better, that's an auto bet imho. And for big money as that's almost a 100% win for a discounted line. Ngannou will prolly just have around 5 to 6 rounds of boxing in him before he gasses out. And yeah... Ngannou should be happy with the money he's getting. I hope he's so happy that he'll go for a one match contract with the UFC to fight Jon Jones. We the fans deserve to see it. But don't forget the Ngannou early finishes market tho. Have a feeling he'll touch Fury's chin at R1. Francis would no doubt fight Jones but it's out of his hands now. He's contracted to the Pfl and there's no way Dana would do a cross promotion. Best we can hope for is for Francis to quickly run his contract down by blitzing everyone in the pfl then hope Dana will put his ego aside and do the one off mega fight or even re-sign him. I think Jones has 7 fights left on his contract so it will be a long time before he ever gets out of that. The ufc hasn't even got 7 heavyweights I'd like to see either. I suspect Jones will make easy work of Stipe.
