How come a private key isn't created when creating a wallet from the command line?

You are still confident on this one ? Invest in the true DCR, I mean Decred : it's traded at Poloniex now. Price will spike very soon. Abandon DCRE and buy DCR. How's that world domination working out for you losers?

So the design poll is a draw. We will choose the design of OSMIUMCOIN as a winner.
Like I said: The concern is that you'll disappear once you get whatever amount of btc you might raise from the ICO like 99.9% of newbies launching their clone ICO's. Then there is the 10000000 coins for your supposed long term bounties and giveaways that will likely go to shill accounts or your group of buddies. Everyone has seen this over and over again. Wash, Rinse, Repeat.
Who do you think you're fooling? coins not sold in the ico will be burned Did you even comprehend what I wrote? I said nothing about unsold ico coins. I have seen this same playbook too many times. I know exactly what's going to happen with this coin as does anyone with a functioning brain.

soon this coin will fall hard when they change sell limits watch out guys
Haha.. I don't think it can get lower than 180 sat like Cryptopia at the moment. Last time was around 200 range when yobit switched off ROM. People agreed this is a pyramid scam. For it to work people have to keep buying in for the earlier people to cash out. This is for people have a little bit amount of BTC and don't mind waiting for a month or two or even longer to make some return. If you have over three thousand of Yovi you most likely not going to be able sell them in your life time in yobit unless sell them at open market. Hopefully Yovi will Add A use for the Coin As Promised Way Back! I hope so too. Yovi is slowing moving and a little action today with .7 btc volume. Haha The volume on YOVI makes me wonder if yobit is buying some. Who in their right mind would buy YOVI? Fake volume. When you control the exchange you can make the volume look like anything you want. I wouldn't trust the volume on yobit for any coin.

why did the supply showing on the block explorer change? Hmm, just noticed that. I'll look into it.

You should update the ANN with links to the source code. Also, I'm consolidating some resources and have moved the Block Explorer to http://104.156.253.111:3001/

Nobody wants your shitcoin fucker
come on guys. give the dude a chance History show exactly what happen with a premine like that, some never learn. This will end bad. The premine is for the ICO. All coins that are left after the ICO will be burned. So what is your concern about the premine in that case? The concern is that you'll disappear once you get whatever amount of btc you might raise from the ICO like 99.9% of newbies launching their clone ICO's. Then there is the 10000000 coins for your supposed long term bounties and giveaways that will likely go to shill accounts or your group of buddies. Everyone has seen this over and over again. I was able to build bitcoind and launch the daemon but could not connect using bitcoin-cli. The bitcoind was running and downloading blocks but I couldn't get any response when issuing commands with bitcoin-cli.
I'm sorry if this topic has been covered but it's new to me. I did a search for "Ubuntu and Bash on Windows 10" but didn't find anything.
Anyone else experimenting with Bash on Windows 10? If so, do you have any tips regarding compiling and running bitcoin successfully?
Thanks
edit:
I'd like to point out that I haven't changed any of the Windows settings since the Ubuntu Bash instance operates in it's own space. Everything worked as if I was at an linux command line. Everything compiled. The daemon started. The block data file keep growing. I just can't use the tools that the bitcoin-cli provides because it doesn't connect to the daemon.

Regarding Neptunium.
I have some ideas for Neptunium and am working on implementing them in a test environment before I try and push any updates to the code. Some of the things I have been working on are adding the alias feature that Boolberry has and incorporating CryptoNight-Lite that AEON uses into Neptunium. I am still currently working on a block explorer and have made significant progress on a test block explorer. I'm still working on the database portion and that is giving me some issues. I've settled on Mongo for the database and as soon as I can get it working correctly I'll release it under the GPL and make it freely available to all.
I'm a very busy man dealing with a variety of commitments so I am limited with my time. I would appreciate anyone with coding skills interested in this coin to PM me with your skillset so we can prioritize and delegate specific requirements and needs to those with the skill set to accomplish each individual task.
People with experience in:
C and C++ Database Scripting json, etc...
PM if interested.
Thanks
is your pool going to close i see nethash is basically absent, very sad for this, 1.68kh, other pool are already closed, without pool in the future no mining will make this coin barely alive anymore No I'm not going to close my pool. In fact, I'm going to add some additional coins and resources. I won't be closing the Neptunium mining pool. It will exist indefinitely as I build that site.

You can find links to source and blockexplorer on Yobit. I've just compiled win wallet and create a pool Why would you make an ANN for a dead shitcoin with a huge premine? The premine is 70% and 98% of the current supply. Is this a joke?

LinkedCoin Ticker: LKCType: PoWPoW algorithm: x11Max Coins: 2100000000PoW reward: 1500 LKC (halving every 210000 blocks) Block time target: 10 minutesMaturity: 120 blocksYou just found it on yobit and you have the links to github, mega, block explorer, and pool? It's a dead coin. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1350574.0

Lets compare Rimbit vs Bitcoin
Centralization - Rimbit gets more decentralized daily as more people leave wallets open to confirm transactions. BTC becomes more centralized as only millionaire miners can process the transactions into blocks
Price chart - BTC pumped to $1200 and now back to $450. Rimbit developing a solid base at the 1-2 cent level..huge upside
Get free coins..Rimbit users mint 5% interest by leaving wallets open to confirm transactions. BTC only the handful of miners get free BTC
Forum..Rimbit is a cordial forum populated by adults. BTC is a bunch of angry children..just look at comments on this thread
Mining difficulty - RBT zero as there is no mining. BTC closing in on 200 BILLION
Life expectancy - RBT is designed to go on forever as minimal power costs and no escalation in hardware. BTC will self destruct due to either the power costs become prohibitive or the miners won't be able to keep up with new ASICs as the difficulty skyrockets.
Open your eyes people!!
Yeah right I will be moving to Rimbit if they have thousands of faucets, thousands of merchants and big names endorsing Rimbit but until now it;s none you're not even in the top 10 crypto currency on coinmarketcap, instead of bashing Bitcoin why you people co -exist with Bitcoin They can bash bitcoin all they want but it won't get people to use their 100% premined novacoin clone that they keep trying to get people to buy. It apparently isn't working as there is less than 1 btc in buy orders on c-cex, almost no daily volume. The only reason rimbit has a million dollar marketcap is because there are 380 million coins from the initial premine. Just like many other coins the marketcap means nothing because there are no buyers. These guys are just trying to sell their 380 million coin premine to put btc in their pockets.

Success: https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/11114b4cda2c164233885e555eb8b744c8b86e695802c8228b61845de6e8ffaf/analysis/1462558147/What was happening: whenever adding this two lines: if( nHeight >= Params().RC2SoftForkHeight()) nSubsidy = 50 * COIN;
and recompiling Baidu antivirus would report false positive. I assume there was a similar branch in that trojan (if something >= than 485, then do something). Tried about 10 times to rewrite it differently, but mingw optimizer would end with same code. I ended rewriting it this way: uint256 u256nHeight = uint256(nHeight); //if( nHeight >= Params().RC2SoftForkHeight()) if(u256nHeight >= uint256(485)) nSubsidy = 50 * COIN;
If that would not work, I was planning to use some output from a sha256 for the branch.. Why don't you just release the source and let people compile themselves?

On Windows using setgenerate true from the debug console generates 300 coin blocks and subsequently a ban from the network. You apparently did not change the built in miner in the QT wallet.
I think it is a bug same problem with network but every block is accepted by network Nope, unfortunately you are mining on a forked chain. Download again win32 core binary, clear the data folder and restart mining. You mean this one? https://virustotal.com/en/file/204d754ad946da8dcce6330bc0cbdc39704acbcc9c59ac706722067e22d9cd34/analysis/1462551214/Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.151026.9950.9998 No thanks Looks like a VIRUS to me
