Market not works..
Trying to sell - get answer "FAILED: The reason Not permited"

There is no market. You can only buy them

Maybe now but selling was enabled and people were trading.
1182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET - ICO conducted by BTER + ... on: September 06, 2014, 02:26:44 PM
This is total chaos, many peeps not happy will be Undecided

well, i think some people need to be a bit more meticulous about what price they are buying in at...it is their fault for not exercising patience. there was no need for a stampede, but we are seeing people get run over for no good reason.

it's like black friday sales in the USA at walmart. People trip and fall in the rush and get stomped on...actually being physically injured. except in that case, there is a limited supply! there is no limit here. makes no sense.

Why the hell did they let traing start to begin with?  I thought this was supposed to be the initial distribution.
1183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET - ICO conducted by BTER + ... on: September 06, 2014, 02:24:14 PM
Why the HELL is trading started!
1184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET - ICO conducted by BTER + ... on: September 06, 2014, 02:22:01 PM
wasn't there supposed to be some sort of fixed price for the ICO? wth is happening?

That's what I want to know as well.
1185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET - ICO conducted by BTER + ... on: September 06, 2014, 02:17:41 PM
I thought this was going to be the initial distribution for a set value.  I didn't know trading was going to actually start.  What's going on?
1186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SuperNET - ICO conducted by BTER + ... on: September 06, 2014, 12:28:11 PM

Market is not live yet

when will be live market? nothing is explained, each question must be put individually! hope that the supernet is doing better than the organization  Cheesy

Market will be live when this counter hits zero  http://www.nxtcommunity.org/

There is plenty of explanation.  You should go back and reread this thread or ask the specific question that you want answered.  Don't just complain.
1187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency (mandatory upgrade) on: September 04, 2014, 02:04:05 PM
Good news!

Seems that CryptoNote fixed flaw with merkle hash!
Fix is already on github, new Boolberry build is coming soon.

Well.... it seems that it was pretty hard day for many people here Smiley

Hmmmm they already got a fix for this?
Pretty weird if you ask me

What's weird about it?  Every cryptonote dev was likely working on it.

This was an attack not just on XMR but cryptonote itself.  XMR is the biggest so cutting off the head so to speak would be the best tactic for those wishing to take down the up and coming protocol.

One suggestion for the GUI.

Instead of having the "Open Wallet" button, would it be hard to scan the directory and list the wallets available to open?  Then allow user to select wallet?  That would be a good feature to have.
1189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BBR] Boolberry: Privacy and Security - Guaranteed[Bittrex/Poloniex]GPU Released on: September 03, 2014, 12:39:05 AM
Good news!

We have new version v0.2.0.34(b4fe304), with some new features and fixes:

1. We added new tab "Exchange" to wallet, this tab let you see what is happening on the market, thanks to for providing public API, that we use to fetch this information:

Many thanks to user  aradeshworking, who appeared accidently, implemented this feature about a month ago, and then disappeared. Anyway, i know he is reading this thread - dear aradeshworking - thank you!

2. Since now we have market information, i've added current exchange rate to Dashboard and to Wallet, this information seems to be useful:

3. Implemented alias support in wallet RPC API - with new version (and actually any exchange or service) can support withdrawal to alias address.
4. Fixed bug with unset donation flag in COMMAND_RPC_GETBLOCKTEMPLATE
5. Few minor changes, including pruning ring signatures tests&fixes + protocol extension for checkpoints.

Welcome to try new version!

Windows:
Installer: bbr-win-x64-v0.2.0.34(b4fe304)-installer.exe
Zip-archive: bbr-win-x64-v0.2.0.34(b4fe304).zip

Linux:
Zip-archive: bbr-linux-x64-v0.2.0.34(b4fe304).tar.bz2

Macos:
Zip-archive: bbr-macos-x64-v0.2.0.34(b4fe304).zip

PS: Since this update contains important fixes i've pushed alert into the network with information about new version, so now you should see something like this in GUI dashboard view:

+ annoying messages in console daemon version!

Good stuff.

You used payment ID?

whats that?

You need to use it when you send to an exchange so they know who's it is.  You'll need to contact Poloniex.  They will be able to help you.

If using the GUI you need to click the "More Options" link and you'll be given a field to insert the payment ID

If sending from command line wallet use:

transfer 0 <Deposit Address> <amount> <Payment ID>

1192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Announcing ProzCoin : Proof of Action (PoA) on: September 02, 2014, 02:39:12 PM
The ICO is selling out faster then I'd thought.

I'm interested in the information that is coming out "soon". Careful with making promises though! I've seen that blow up in the faces of devteams a lot.
This team seem very capable and driven, and most of all love what they are doing. It just shines through everything. Chris is a seriously smart dude who's done fascinating research. Definitly check out his humorous and insightful papers here: https://iub.academia.edu/ChrisBates

Proof of action is also more then the average whitepaper around here. It's defenitly NOT a gimmick.

Chris is a very intelligent man and has worked tirelessly on the project.  We have been working for months on a few projects we are now looking to turn it into reality.  We are not looking to make any false promises but we are looking to bring some new things in the world of crypto.

u are looking to scam crypto. YEP. 0 innovation, u ordered coin product, ur twitter is fake followers, ur whitepaper is bogus, ur "we need 20% for reserve" is unaccounted for and chris cant give me an explanation of scenario he will use it in.

u are nothing but fucking black scammers stealing honest peoples money. fucking scumbags

What does being black have to do with anything?  Only people that suffer from an inferiority complex like you obviously do care what color a man's skin is.

It's become apparently obvious that your lack of intelligence has caused you to make some seriously bad decisions with regard to crypto.  How much money have you lost so far?  If you were not so naive and wasting all your time chasing some crap coin made by actual scammers like carsen klock you likely wouldn't be the bitter fool that you've become.

Why don't you go back to mining the next crap coin with those GPU's you purchased that you haven't even come close to paying off with those worthless crap coins you've been mining.

There are different types of people involved in crypto.  Some are intelligent, make the right decisions, and benefit financially from those decisions.  Then there are those like you that don't have any intelligence and chase after coins because you like the name, logo, or some other feature that offers nothing of substance.  The sooner people like you get out of crypto the sooner the people that are smart enough to know what they are doing will be able to move forward without having to worry about wiping crud like you off the bottom of their shoes.

I suggest you go back to your WOW marathons, Cherry Coke, and can of pringles.  Leave the crypto to the adults little boy.

Because of lack of funds so far, I had to let main IT intern go. As a result I temporarily forgot password to main account. Please donate to help prevent problem like this!

Fuck you and your scamcoins.

That's not a question you Chinese FUDDER!
Why so many fudders and the coins not even out yet?

Coin development is not cheap, it cost many BTC.

I sent 25 BTC.  Isn't that enough to get started with development?  If not let me know and I'll send another 25 BTC investment in this awesome coin.

We gonna be rich!!!!!!!!

Why do people even bother with these obvious shitcoins to begin with?

Do the crypto world a favor and focus on the top 50 coins already in existence.  No more are needed.  All people are doing is spreading capital to a bunch of worthless coins lowering the value of coins that actually might have a future and have people involved that are actively working on the coin.

There are currently 471 coins listed on coinmarketcap and it's fitting that pennies is #471.  If this bullshit continues then all coins will be worth no more than pennies.

It's obvious that 99% of these 1 post devs launching a new coin is scamming.  If you're too stupid to see that then you deserve to get a virus and lose all your btc and other coins.  Hopefully you'll end up losing enough to make you just leave the cryptocurrency world because your stupidity is destroying it..  Too many idiots jumping from scam to scam hoping to get rich but never will.  Mining coins simply because they like the name or logo.  I've never seen so many complete morons as I have in the eight months I've been involved in cryptocurrency.  And I did desktop support for years before I moved on to higher level positions.  I thought I would never see more idiots than I did doing that job.  The altcoin world changed my mind about that.

Why in the fuck are you here then you pos. move on.. unless you just want to Troll the unfortunate. begone asshole.

You're obviously one of those people that I am talking about.  Maybe you need to find another hobby.

I'll not do a damn thing you say including moving on.  I'm here posting and there is nothing that you can do about it.  Besides, I could care less what you want me to do in the first place.

Now go run along and play little boy.

EDit:

I forgot to mention.  These unfortunates that you speak of are just as much to blame as the scammers that scam them.  It takes two to tango.  Anyone still ignorant enough to blindly follow all these new daily shitcoins should move on.  The only thing they contribute is btc to the scammers anyway.  Take away the scammers source of btc and the scammers will find somewhere else to scam.  You guys are helping to perpetuate the scams by letting yourselves be scammed.

Begone troll.

You can call me a troll all you like.  The point is that people like me make money in crypto and people like you don't.  Now go play with your dolls little girl.

To all the people calling for marketing, what exactly are we marketing? The project isn't even open source yet. I would put that as the minimum standard to begin any serious marketing effort. Darkcoin isn't your pump vehicle. Evan and team are spending their time building something cool, they can't be expected to cater to your shortsighted demands for a pump. If you can't wait a few weeks or months for a price increase, you're free to fuck off. More cheap coins for the real Darkcoin supporters.

You and many here been saying the cheap coin scheme months ago, every time the price drops OMG CHEAP COINS IT'S ONLY .02....OMG CHEAP COINS IT'S ONLY .016...OMG CHEAP COINS .008

One day u will be right SO STOP WITH CHEAP COINS SHIT ALRDY + U " AND MANY MORE HERE" ALWAYS SAY THE SAME SHIT AGAIN AND AGAIN AFTER RC3 AFTER MN AFTER RC4 OMG I CAN'T WAIT AFTER RC5 & NOW IT'S AFTER OPEN SOURCE.

Acting like a financial specialist crap

So true
1199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DRK] DarkCoin | First Anonymous Coin | First X11 | First DGW | DarkSend+ Is Live! on: September 01, 2014, 03:48:53 PM
Just a quick note On "Gotta have those Fundamentals"...

DRK on RC2 release: climb to 0.0277
DRK on RC4 release: nosedive to 0.004815

It has to be said that that really is some indictment on what has been the single most consistent theme of this entire thread - that the price will go to the "moon" and become unaffordable once the various release candidates are out.

I'm quite heavily invested in DRK - not as much as Bitcoin cos it would be against my principles to be (a now thoughroughly vindicated principle btw) - but my biggest single alt investment at 2 and a bit masternodes worth. I wrote that investment off long ago because I know that markets can take a different view of a product from my own, but geeeeeezzzz, the last couple of months must have been one big choking on humble pie learning process for some I imagine.

There are lots of things to be excited about with this project but one of them definitely isn't the price any more. I'm not saying that it couldn't one day take off again. DRK's approach to anonymity is largely unique and is becoming more mature with the passing of every week. At the same time, it could all turn out to be no more than an interesting experiment with no long term commercial impact. (I still lean towards the latter of those two in my own appraisal of the situation).

We are now at 17% of the late May price. Less than a fifth of the value at that time.

You can't blame this on "market manipulation", whales dumping or any other nonsense. Prices change because there is more supply than demand - end of story. A large seller "checking out" only affects the price if there's insufficient demand.

I'm not surprised by this state of affairs because I was there in the MAZA, CINNI, JACKPOT, BLACK, YOUNAMEIT threads when people were saying "wait 6 months and...". The pattern was always the same. Luckily I made money on all of those by not swallowing the propaganda.

The difference here is that this is the only coin I've stayed invested in because I actually do think it has a future (technically at least if not as an investment vehicle).

All I can say is that it's been as interesting a socio-economic experiment as it has a technical one. I hope others will stay invested but with more realistic expectations (not much choice really, eh !!). The thread will return to it's pre-pump industrious character and we can continue to enjoy this project's long term technical evolution while maybe getting excited about the odd bump in market cap.

This is the most objective and accurate post I have read in this thread for a very long time.

Put your thick skin on because you're likely to get chewed on for stating facts.

Is there another place to download the Windows wallet other than the mega link?  The link isn't working and I want to move the coins I bought off the exchange.

Thanks

I am uploading it for you with dropbox.

I have uploaded the windows wallet here.
it is the original as I have downloaded it from the OP on July 14

Thank you very much.  :-)

Edit:

Hmm, not syncing with the nodes in the ANN.

2nd Edit:

Nevermind.  Searched the thread and found some nodes.  All is good now.
