This makes more sense, if you run ads in your faucet then you could get some nice income, that's how faucets make a profit, and the only one who really wins on that business is the owner of the faucet.

Income from ads is dead in faucet sites. Has been for years.
Look at a place like a-ads https://a-ads.com/earn/  $10000 across 4000 publishers wow you get $2.50 a month.

There are better and worse platforms but all fall around there.

If you want to run a faucet as a project to learn that is fine, but don't think you are going to make any kind of real money.

Damn, i didn't know it was that bad, i think it could be a good business if you have enough traffic, but doesn't worth it for $2.5/month, maybe it would be a better business to have an affiliate program running in the site ads spots.

As you mention, running a faucet as a business is not a great idea at all, there are better ways to generate income from a website.

I'm in profit on almost any crypto casino.

Can you tell us more about how are you in profit in almost any crypto casino, or at least give us some proof about it, because talk is cheap, but i don't believe you at all.

This looks more like a scam attempt, let me guess, you will ask for payment for your gambling tips or for your betting method. This is what scammers do, if you really have a betting strategy that works, then you should share it to the community, or report it to the casino, because if a user finds a way to always win that is a vulnerability for the casino.
184  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: OnlyFaucet - Crypto Faucets on: April 07, 2024, 02:19:40 PM
I'm trying to benefit people who deposited before and lost their money on the fraud/scam sites and platforms and the examples are too many
People got scammed daily, and there is nothing that we can do about that, what's makes you think you have the responsibility to help them? and if someone lost $1000 by getting scammed, do you think getting $0.01 from your faucet is the help he needs?

And on the other hand i need to benefit myself i know a lot of platforms that pay low but got too many people over it cause it's honest doesn't scam people so i need the script and source so i can upload it on a new site and start my goal win win situation
This makes more sense, if you run ads in your faucet then you could get some nice income, that's how faucets make a profit, and the only one who really wins on that business is the owner of the faucet.

Damn, i feel bad for that old lady, the illusion of winning $3M blind her common sense and she gets into a deep hole.

Some years ago i got scammed in the same way, but i only lost $50... the way that the scam works was the next. I got an invitation to test a casino, and after some bets i won $150k, but when i tried to withdraw support told me that i have to confirm my account and for that need to make a deposit at least of $50, and i think "risking $50 to get $150k worth it", so i made the deposit, but after trying to make the withdraw they told me that something was wrong with my deposit and i have to make a new one, in that moment i realized how i was scammed, and just walked away. There was nothing else to do.
186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lately I've been thinking about this a lot. on: April 06, 2024, 04:16:45 PM
Now I started to think about the real life UFC, maybe this is even happening underground and we don't know? Jake and Mike Tyson's upcoming fight for example is gearing up, many believe that Mike will win, but maybe something like this will happen?

Many gamblers are placing bets on this fighter since its more reliable than you against the casino games, this is all about agility and skills, but the possibility of intent loss to make more money is also possible in this game, what's your take on this?

Is different UFC than boxing, but for sure we have rigged games in both kinds of events, just remember what happened with the Logan Paul VS Mayweather Fight, it ended in a draw, so, all the people who bet on Logan or bets in Floyd lose their money. It was a great day for the casinos.

And we have seen in the past some fights where was obvious how does fighter A won while the Judge decided to give the match to fighter B. When there is a lot of money involved, weird results can show up.
187  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: Ganar dinero con los casinos? Realidad o ficción? on: April 06, 2024, 03:47:34 PM

189  Economy / Gambling / Re: Building a unique Casino game from scratch. What features do you want? on: April 05, 2024, 10:27:11 PM
...

Hello gLanaKA, to do KYC on your site first you need a gambling license, and those aren't cheap at all. And the KYC process should be secure enough to ensure your customers that their data is secure.

If you are building this project from scratch i would like to offer you my casino software, there you will find 4 games, plinko, derby, dice, and slots. I see that you are working on a plinko game, but mine is already finished and it's probably fair. I will leave here the thread of my software, if you are interested please let me know. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5489928.0
190  Other / Off-topic / Re: Gambling problems on different races on: April 05, 2024, 06:32:02 PM
There is only one race when you talk about humans, and that's the human race. We are not dogs or cats where there are different races, when you talk about humans you can talk about different cultures but not about different races.

Now, different cultures have different impacts on gambling, as you mentioned, some cultures have gambling around the corner, but some other cultures don't even let you grab a deck of cards. I agree about the fact that some cultures have more gambling freedom than others, but is the final user who decides if he wants to gamble his money or not.
191  Economy / Gambling / Re: My experience on live bet on: April 05, 2024, 05:00:20 PM
since the games that already won have the odds of x1.8 and x1.9 i feel the cashout should be bigger, something like x2.5, but since is the cashout option it makes sense that it becomes a lower value. I mean at least you have the option to cancel the bet and walk away with a profit.

You don't only consider the bets that have already won as part of the parlay. Try to consider also the active bets, bets that are not yet graded and if the system sees it that its chance is lower, than they will put a cash out that is not based on our expectation. There's nothing wrong with the cash out amount, if OP complain, he can just wait until the game is over and see if he wins, but that cash out amount IMO is just reasonable.

Go to a sports book and make a parlay of x1.8 and x1.9, i just tried it and got the odds of x3.45... so offering a cash out of x1.6 while he could get x3.45 with those 2 games is weird. But as you mention, there are some other considerations involved, x1.6 doesn't feel fair but he has the option to cash out and that's a nice feature. And doesn't matter the amount they offer, it's profit.

Maybe other casinos offer bigger amounts for early cashouts you should try.

Ver:
https://crypto.news/new-job-recruitment-crypto-scam-surfaces-in-india/

196  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: OnChain Analisys - Análisis OnChain on: April 04, 2024, 01:29:50 AM

197  Economy / Gambling / Re: House Edge on: April 03, 2024, 11:13:05 PM
Given that both platforms games are provably fair, I'm curious about the source of the discrepancy in house edge rates. Specifically, does the increased house edge at BCH.games stem solely from the monetary requirements to win (e.g., needing to roll above a 50.99 on BCH.games for a 2x win in Target)?

How does this variation in house edge impact other games like Mines, Tower, and Crash? Are the dynamics similar, or is there another mechanism at play influencing the difference in house edge between the two platforms?

The 2% house edge means the users will lose 2% of the total wager in the long run, that's another way to see the house edge, if the total wager on 2024 was $1,000 then the house would win $20 with that house edge.

For games like Mines, Tower and Crash what the house can do to have a bigger house edge is to pay less, just as you see on dice a bet on 50% chance to win with a house edge of 1% pays more than the one with a house edge of 2%.
198  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Need some ideas on: April 03, 2024, 08:06:34 PM
You could teach them about the different types of bitcoin address, that way they can realize if an address is valid for bitcoin or not.

Another one is to make them create/sign/broadcast a transaction with bitcoin-cli.

Explain how to RBF (replace by fee) and when they should use it.

Talk to them about mining, how to mine with a pool, how to solo mining, and the type of hardware for mining (the evolution of mining, from CPU to GPU to the new gen miners)

I hope you can take some of these ideas.
199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What was your latest big win from gambling? on: April 03, 2024, 05:35:39 PM
My latest big win was 18,550.48 clams on a single bet, but it was the past year (2023-10-02 16:15:08), i was lucky as hell to get a win like that, and here is the proof of that crazy shot:

https://just-dice.com/roll/6162464236

After that, i tried to get a bigger win, but Lady Luck didn't want to give me something bigger than that. After 1 month i stopped chasing a crazy win there. The bad streak got me and most of that profit went back to the house.
200  Economy / Gambling / Re: DoCryptoBet.com | Welcome bonus 100% | High Betting Odds on: April 03, 2024, 04:34:48 PM
Max bet is 100 BTC which is quite high I think. Where's the proof that you can pay the winnings if someone put the max bet?

100btc as max bet is big ofc but based on ther betting rules, the max win per bet is limited to $80k or equivalent in other currencies.
So mathematically players are able to bet 100btc but with odds no more than 1.012x  Grin

The maximum win per bet is 80000 USD (equivalent in currencies).

We do not accept bets of more than 1 Bitcoin
Even if you do not accept bet more than 1btc, will you accept bet under 1btc but with big odds where the possible profit by player is more than 1 btc?
It is better if you stick on max win per bet than max bet alone.

That's a tricky move and isn't clear at all if max bet is 100btc or 1btc. Also, their KYC process is a rip-off for the customers:

Quote
The Company has a list of documents which must be provided by the Customer for the purpose of identity verification, namely: using a valid official identification document which includes a photograph of the holder: driving license; identity card; travel-document or passport; any other document designated by the Ministry of Finance of Curacao. Upon the request of the Company the verification of the residential address may be carried out based on the following documents: valid official identity document; recent utility bill; recent account statement or reference letter issued by a credit institution/financial institution; correspondence from a central or local government authority, department or agency; any other documents issued by independent agency. The verification process also involves mandatory confirmation of the Customer’s phone number. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation if it deems necessary upon times in order to complete their AML checks and compliance standards.

Quote
In the course of investigation, the Company has the right to request additional copies of the Customer’s identity confirmation documents and copies of bank cards used to top up the account, copies of payment documents and other documents confirming the lawful possession and legal origin of the funds. The Company also has the right to request the original documents.

I know the casinos need to have anti-money laundering rules, but some casinos abuse these rules to avoid paying to the customers, and that sucks, feels like users are not allowed to win, and if they win, then the casino will do all the possible to not pay him.
