181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of bounty campaign. on: December 18, 2019, 01:58:17 AM
I quite agree that bounty become more and more difficult for new member to join. Most of bounty required too much things and new comers hardly join.I think bounty will become an end sôn and airdrop will be better solution for new project to promote to lots of people.

See we are afraid to give our documents to bounties and how can we share our documents for little funds, most of them are a scam because through bounties we can find the potential about the company and through Airdrops, it is impossible to find the potentiality about the project. We don't know what new things we are going to see in the coming year.
If any bounty campaign ask from you your personal information then you should immediately stop to promote that project, this is especially true if at the beginning they specified that they were not going to require that information from you because in that case most likely they are trying to deprive you of the coins that you have gained legitimately and that is a move that only scammers do, and if a bounty campaign asks for that information from the very beginning then you should not participate in it because your personal information is worth a lot more.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: December 18, 2019, 01:17:57 AM
Today bitcoin loses its 7k glory, how are you guys holding up? What do you think will be the next stop? Do you think this drop in value is another strength to better bull run?
I don't know who could interpret the current decrease in the price of bitcoin as a sign of strength, it is obvious that this is a sign of weakness, very few people are buying bitcoin and we know this is true because the volume is very low and yet the price went down significantly, we will have to see what it is the reaction from the market during the next days, if we see an immediate recovery then everything is fine but if we don't then you should prepare yourself because the price could going to lower.
183  Economy / Speculation / Re: The 2020 Next Bitcoin Halving vs The 2016 One on: December 17, 2019, 02:00:41 AM
of course all bitcoin holders certainly hope that bitcoin can pump after halving in 2020 like 2016 yesterday. if we look at the price of bitcoin it always increases after halving. but I don't think anyone can guarantee whether bitcoin will increase like 2017. Because the current condition of the crypto market with 2016 is different yesterday. but I also hope that in 2021 bitcoin can reach $ 20,000 again.
I don't know why people keep believing that, it is true that the halving brought some growth the market of cryptocurrencies but the price skyrocketed at the end of 2017 not because we had the halving one year before, the price went up because at that time we got one of the most important upgrades in the history of bitcoin, the segwit upgrade allows for the lightning network to be implemented which is finally going to allow us to see the adoption that we want as we will not have to wait for minutes or even hours to get a confirmation.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need suggest invest in small amount on: December 17, 2019, 01:41:09 AM
Invest into crypto these day really risky and you might not profitable with your investment. So i would not suggest any specific coins for you to invest. You have to decide how much profit you want to earn with your investment. If you want low risk and low profit, you should buy bitcoin because of halving going to happen next year, buy around 6-7k and wait for new ATH. But if you want more profit, maybe x10 your investment, you may have to gamble with some IEO or ico. Wink
Investing in cryptocurrencies has always been risky and anyone that says otherwise is lying, the question is if you are capable of obtaining profits despite how risky it is, and there are some good traders out there that are capable of exactly that but there are many other traders out there that do not have those capabilities but they do not really know it so they keep trading hoping for big profits but those profits never come and they lose the small capital that they had.
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now the right time to buy altcoin? on: December 17, 2019, 01:13:13 AM
What else will the right time buy altcoin? All coins are almost in red for months. You can buy even with close eye (just kidding, don’t do that).
I know despite down in price no one will invest right now and everyone will wait for the next bull run to buy coins when their prices will be sky-high. That’s how crypto trading is going on, people buy high and sell in low.

The price of bitcoin is going down again and while I hope that this is a temporary correction this could indicate that this is not the right moment to buy any coin and that it is better to wait, otherwise you could buy a coin for a price that you think it's good only to find out later that you were wrong and that you have to hold your coins for years in order to see any profits and that is a situation in which most people do not want to find themselves because it is really difficult to hold your coins in those circumstances.
186  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Options is a bit overwhelming for me. Any Suggestions to make it easier? on: December 17, 2019, 12:52:14 AM
As the title suggests. I am a newbie trader and have recently found out the benefits of trading options. The hard part is that there are just too many things I see that I have to fill to execute a trade. Are there any guides that could help me understand trading options? or any platforms that makes it easier for trading? Thanks in advance.
One huge red flag that tells you that you are doing something wrong is when you try to do something and you do not understand a thing about it, go back to the drawing board, the markets are not going to leave, they are going to be there for you to trade when you are finally ready since there is no point to rush your entry to the markets, and if you do you are going to regret it, remember you have all the time in the world to master trading but your capital is limited so you must protect it no matter what.
187  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long Term VS Daily Trading on: December 17, 2019, 12:32:35 AM
actually trading last year and now is very different. if you know about trading before 2017 it will be safe if it is better to choose the long term or as a holder. but for now, I personally choose the short term when there is an opportunity to take a profit. considering it is rather difficult to get a profit with a percentage that is far away. then prepare your capital when the is price go down

It depends on the kind of trader that you are, if you are a day trader then the overall market conditions do not really matter that much, your profits will be very similar regardless of the market conditions, but if you are a swing trader then the conditions of the market affect you greatly because if the price of bitcoin does not go up at least for a few days then it is going to be impossible for you to obtain profits, and the ones that are affected the most are those that are long term traders or investors because they are the ones that hold their coins the longest.
It is really depends on the trader, you cannot say that day trade is more good than long term trader or vice versa. For those have full time job, for them long term investment is good for them because they do not need to monitor always the price of the coin because of their schedule. I'm a day trader but still I do not say that it is more good than long term trade because we have different kind of mindset, strategies and personalities.
I never said that one style of trading is better than the other it is up to each person to decide which style fits them better, you say that you are a day trader, good for you, but I don't like to day trade I do not like the idea of being in front of the screen all day just to see if I can make some money, I prefer to be a long term trader but that is what it works for me and it is not going to be the same for everyone, as long as you can obtain consistent profits then whatever method that you choose to trade is fine.
188  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much can bitcoin cost in Future. on: December 15, 2019, 03:34:34 AM
Making predictions in this voltile market is easy as you can say the price can cross $15k or so on but making real judgements is very difficult or say its impossible as prices fluctuates very fast depending on the current market environmemt. But if you have asked for speculations then according to me next year halving could have positive affect on prices and push the prices above $15-$20k by the end of 2020 with normal corrections coming in between so just wait for actual time of pumps.
I find that to be unlikely, it seems that many investors are expecting a very positive year but I do not really agree with it, we are clearly in a very strong bearish trend and we'll require the market to get out of it before you can see any kind of the spectacular growth, and while it may seem that the halving could be the answer to the prayers of many investors the effects are not going to take place as fast as many people imagine and will take a lot of time before they materialize.

I think expecting is not the term, it is more like hoping that we will have a good year ahead in bitcoin. It may seem very unlikely or impossible but who knows bitcoin will have a positive turn and will experience a new all time high. Bitcoin is not really bearish if we look at this years performance and I can say there is still a big chance that the bull will come anytime soon.
Whatever term that you prefer to use the fact is that people want the next year to be a positive one, and I understand that, obviously I will like to make money as well and for that I need a positive year, but after what we saw during this year I have my doubts that is going to happen because it will be kind of weird to get a good year and then get an even better year, if that happened then that will mean that we will be in the middle of a bull market and I'm not so sure that it is going to appear so soon.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Ways to earn crypto without investing or mining on: December 15, 2019, 03:11:58 AM
The easiest way to get crypto is of course a gift, because you don't need capital. Meanwhile, if from trading and investing it must use capital first. But in my opinion everyone has different opinions. It is possible for some people an easy way to get crypto is from trading if he is already proficient in trading.
But in order to begin trading you need capital and to have great skills as a trader, something that the majority of people do not have, it is better that people stick to the most simple of the methods which is to get a job, save as much money as you can and then use that money to buy the coin that you like the most which in the majority of the cases that should be bitcoin and if you are feeling like taking risks you could try to buy a few other coins, but if you do this only use a very small amount of your capital.
Make sure that you have prior knowledge first before you make investment in trading. Majority of the traders are losing because they do not know what they are doing and they do not considering the risks that they are taking. If you want big gain in trading you should have big capital. But if you will just begin your trading journey it is good if you will just start in small capital in order to avoid major losses.
Do not worry about me I know very well what I'm doing, most of those that lose money in the markets never took the time to study technical analysis as they should, so when they trade they do not really know what or why they are doing something, I have never understood why people are willing to take risks that they don't understand when it is clear that you are not going to beat professional traders that had been earning profits during years with no knowledge and no experience.
190  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Expectations for year 2020 on: December 15, 2019, 02:45:58 AM
The year 2019 came with diverse expectations from everyone. Some persons were of the opinion that the year would be better than the previous year, others had a negative view.
The year 2020 is around the corner and I would like to know what are your expectations as it relates to the market, Crytocurrency projects and the overall health of the industry.
If I remember correctly the expectations for the year of 2019 were very low, no one was really expecting a recovery and yet we got one, now for the year of 2020 everyone is expecting the market to skyrocket after the halving which is why I'm convinced that it won't happen, most likely what we're going to see is a year in which the price is going to show a neutral tendency and not much is going to happen except for the usual fluctuations in the price of bitcoin.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will There Really Be An Altcoin Season or Just a plot to Keep us in the Loop on: December 15, 2019, 02:21:20 AM
There is no altcoin season anymore. Literally no Alts is being used for it's use case. None. they are all fully speculative. there are the smart contract platforms, like ethereum. I think they are worth an investment, the use cases are enough, but in the long run, much of their functionality could be incorporated in to bitcoin or on top of bitcoin. however, You probably shouldn't be fully into a single coin. Bitcoin is great, but you probably want to diversify into some other coins as well to be safe. We don't know the future. I'm about %85 in BTC, %10 ETH and the rest in other top altcoins.
This has been true for altcoins for a very long time, so far a few altcoins have incorporated characteristics that bitcoin doesn't currently have, but if it was necessary the developers of bitcoin could eventually add those characteristics to the bitcoin code and make those coins redundant or even useless, then it is very easy to guess that in the future bitcoin is going to be by far the most dominant coin and only a few altcoins that are truly innovative will remain in place.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoiners now is your chance on: December 15, 2019, 01:58:59 AM
It doesn't matter if the price of coin is cheap or expensive what the matter is if the coin has characteristics of surviving in the market challenges. Most of the coins are failing to have that characteristics and it is the reason why they are now many delisted coin and dead coins. There are many investors are buying and holding bags of shitcoins and I can say that there are just wasting their time, effort and money because there expectations will never meet. We should focus on acquiring altcoins that have potential to survive in the market.
We already know the answer to that, most coins regardless of what they claim do not have what it is necessary to survive for long in this market, that is not really the issue, as an investor your responsibility is to get profits by finding coins at a good price and then sell them for a a higher price, it is not really complex so in my opinion everything is about the price of the coin and everything is about what are your expectations out of that coin, if you try to concentrate on anything else you're not going to be very effective as an investor.
193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After years in this space...I am now a BTC/ETH maximalist (Both are important) on: December 14, 2019, 02:23:00 AM
Ethereum is no doubt the best altcoin and second best cryptocurrency after Bitcoin. There is a saying that "never put all your eggs in one basket". There are few other good altcoin also (litecoin, monero etc) try to invest in them also and have a diverse portfolio rather then having a portfolio of just one altcoin.
That may seem to be a good idea but personally I am against it, my goal as an investor is not only to make money like everyone else but my goal is also to make money in such a way that it doesn't take me a lot of effort to do so, and taking that into consideration that means that the more coins that I hold the more difficult it becomes to monitor all of those coins and to be able to tell what direction each coin is going to take during the next months or years, and I personally do not want to be watching the market all the time to make some profits.
194  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2020? on: December 14, 2019, 01:57:07 AM
Hy all. How are you. Bitcoin will rise to the moon in early 2020, do you know the reason? One reason is that more and more people are familiar with crypto and the digital world. Thanks. Cool
where do you know more people familiar with crypto? i think many people leave bitcoin and move to offline jobs, because they are disappointed with bitcoin price. if bitcoin increase high price maybe people will come again, but its still difficult to happen in 2020
According to me bitcoin in 2020, still stable price. just little rise
It is a huge mistake to leave this market just because the price is going down, I understand that those people are disappointed because of what it's happening but getting out of the market is not the right decision, because by the time they find out that the price is going up once again they will lose a great deal of the profits that they could have gotten if they had remained in the market, but at the end it is their decision and if they want to leave that is their choice.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the market currently being manipulated? on: December 14, 2019, 01:30:59 AM
Crypto market is being manipulated from the very beginning, sudden drops and raises are made from huge whales. They are earning so much money, while unexperienced investors are losing their money while trying to catch the train.
I am not so sure that the bitcoin whales are doing all of this to try to get fiat in return, to me this seems like a nice bonus for them but what they are really after is to get even more bitcoin in return for their manipulations, and for what I can see it seems that they are getting what they want, as time passes they are getting bigger and bigger but I do not know if they don't really understand that if they are the only ones that are holding bitcoin then their coins becomes useless because they cannot exchange those coins with anyone.
196  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders who never bother to learn how to trade on: December 14, 2019, 01:09:44 AM
New and inexperienced traders are easy victims of the whales. I was inexperienced when I started and made a bunch of bad decisions. I would have been better off buying and holding.
This is just the way all the markets work, a newbie will begin to trade or to invest and he will immediately suffer losses because he's not completely sure about what he's doing and the whales and the experimented traders will take advantage of that fact, during those moments more than your trading skills what it is going to save you from losing everything that you have will be your money management skills and once you survive that period of time in which you are more likely to lose your money then you will begin to make progress as a trader.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How NOT To Get Scammed on: December 14, 2019, 12:52:02 AM
I know it might sound cold but I have to admit that reading up on the sob stories of others tends to help me stay more grounded and coutious, there is a telegram group fully dedicated to this, they forward sob stories from all over telegram into the Channel, sometimes even twitter and other platforms, if there is anywhere on the internet where someone lost money through Cryptocurrencies and the victim posts about it, it would be forwarded in the channel, seeing the failures cost by FOMO  has made me a much more cautious investor.
The best way to learn is not from your own mistakes but the mistakes of others, this will save you time and money and this is true not only in the markets but in every aspect of our lives, so what you are doing is not cold it is just a very smart thing to do since many people come to this market with the desire of becoming rich and most of the time the opposite happens to them, and this should be a lesson to all of us there is not really a fast path to becoming rich, if you want that to happen to you then you need to work really hard for it.
But there are also ways to not get scammed even if you are not commiting mistakes. Always play safe when it comes to making investments, if you want to multiply your capital then you must first protect it. Scam projects are keep increasing and you must identify the project that you are going to make investment if it is legit or a shit project that can take your money away.
You don't have to worry about me, long time ago I discovered that the only way in which you could protect yourself completely from scammers is to not invest any amount of money in new projects, I know that I'm missing some good opportunities to make money but I am also missing investing in all of those scam projects and that to me is a fair trade, unfortunately many people are going to take their chances in those projects and after a few months they are going to lament to not take my posture.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins to go crazy again once Bitcoin reaches 20k? on: December 13, 2019, 02:50:05 AM
If bitcoin hit again 20k usd then i think most of altcoins with real usage will grow also but i think that maybe this time will not have so fast grow as we have on the end of 2017, and i expect a grow after bitcoin halving.
Without a doubt if bitcoin reaches 20000 once again altcoins will grow but I do not think that they will go crazy as some people believe, we have already seen the price of 20000 once, as such it is never going to be as impactful as it was during 2017 and when we take into account that most altcoins do not really have any real use then it is to be expected that not a single one of those coins will go up in value, just look at what happened during this year ethereum the best altcoin in the market could not keep up with bitcoin despite its impressive growth.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of bounty campaign. on: December 13, 2019, 02:27:07 AM
There are other ways in which you can still good money from participating in bounty campaign with the use of your social media handle like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and the rest of them. Although, the forum is more learning environment about block chain and crypto currency and not mainly for money making purpose.
We need to try to be very objective here, there are many projects out there which you can join and try to make profits from participating in their bounty campaigns, however there is not really a huge amount of projects that are any good, so for the most part all of those that are doing bounties now are just wasting their time, the time in which you could join almost any bounty and make huge profits is probably never going to come back, anyone that still thinks that is the way to make good money should rethink his strategy.
Honestly, i will agree with you. Maybe do bounty and hope for high rewards will only make us dissapointed. Although i actually still do bounty campaign but not use it as daily needs. I mean for now maybe better to do real life job and do bounty as side job.
I have nothing against bounty hunters and bounties themselves, it is fine if you are doing bounty campaigns in your free time and researching in a very deep way each project in which you are participating, if you do that you still have some chances of getting some profits out of bounty campaigns because you are doing your best to avoid participating in scam projects, but that is not what we see most of the time, most bounty hunters as soon as a new campaign comes up they try to participate in it without thinking if they are going to be paid at the end of the campaign.
200  Economy / Economics / Re: How does the US and China trade war affect bitcon? How do people think ? on: December 13, 2019, 01:35:47 AM
Because part of that trade war is the Crypto mining, now the USA wants to directly compete against china in bitcoin mining, and we know china will not stay there with cross arms, so, things will get hot in that aspect.

The materials to build the miners are part of that war, so, ofcourse it affects bitcoin. But at the end Bitcoin price isn't just based on those factors, so, that will not affect the bitcoin price at all.
If true then this is good for bitcoin, for a long time China has had a huge advantage over the rest of the world when it comes to mining and even if they do not lose that position of leadership if at least a country can become a real challenger to that position then that will be good for this market, but as you say that is not really going to affect bitcoin and its price that much since the only ones that care about such things are those that buy mining equipment.
