ETH is very weak. The more news about scams ICOs and low ethereum user activity move price even deeper. I will not be surprised if eth breaks 250, then 200 and find support only somewhere on 80-100 USD. I have thought a lot of time about what is happening to ethereum and why it's going down and I think it's obvious that this is because the market of icos is having some problems raising money, so I agree that there is a chance for ethereum to go even lower but I predict that at the very bottom ethereum could reach 200 dollars but I do not see it reaching 100 dollars per coin. |

I am still eager to think more positive ways despite how unpredicatable the market is. We couldn't control it actually because if there's an option to manipulate the current market, I woudl really love to do that. We're bound here to earn profit so the desire is always there , but since the current situation remarkably stressing us out, maybe we must stay calm for the main time.
Forget about the stuff that you cannot control, no one but the whales can manipulate the market, and I'm sure that most people here in the forum are not whales and that includes myself of course, so what do we control? This is not the darkest hour there were crashes even worse than the one we experimented at the beginning of the year and also this was earlier in the life of bitcoin when you really did not knew if bitcoin will recover, but now that bitcoin is a lot more known I have no doubts the market will recover, it is just a matter of time, if people left that is their problem since I can endure anything that bitcoin throws me now that I know that I can resist a crash of 70% without even thinking about selling. Your experience makes me believe in future of crypto. I have never faced such dump, but now it is very hard for me to stay in crypto, because everyone around me claims that BTC won't recover It is very easy to think that bitcoin is not going to recover, but I recommend you that you look at the previous crashes in the history of bitcoin and if you look at the long term chart of the price of bitcoin you'll see that those crashes now look like nothing, and in a decade the crash that we had at the beginning of this year is going to look very similar to the previous crashes. |

Ethereum's decline is because its bubble is too big, and there are a lot of ERC20 tokens. They are actually scam, so the price drop of Ethereum is normal. When those scamer left, they took away the Ethereum fund.

I believe that at this point you should only invest in bitcoin, you can see that the market is fluctuating continuously and hard to kick, bitcoin prices are constantly adjusting and fluctuating very strong and pulled the price of altcoin is falling very deep. So at this point, to be less risky, you should only short-term investors into bitcoin. I had been in the crypto community for not so long but I am optimistic that the crypto market will recover in the coming months. I am still on the process of holding my alts because I believe the recovery is nearly coming and I will not leave nor surrender my investment since I had been holding for several months already. I am hoping that before the year ends, crypto market will be more on a positive trend and well again.
And what are you going to do when that doesn't happen? Because I can see that you are very optimistic about the recovery of this market and while that is not wrong that kind of positive attitude towards the market could make you think that we're going to see a faster recovery, and if that doesn't happen you have a great risk of selling your coins for a bad price. |

Do you guys use ICO listing to find an ICO to invest in or is there some other place to look for one? I just don't think I can trust ICO calendars so much.
Usually I use different ICO trackers like ICOdrops, ICObench, TrackICO and etc. Sometimes you can find interesing projects in youtube reviews , I would recommend you to follow CrushCrypto and CoinCrunch to learn more about upcoming ICOs. Do not trust completely in those ico reviewing sites, while I do not have any kind of proof about it, one of the biggest problems with review sites consists that there is a very big interest to receive positive reviews, this is true not only in this space but in every single market out there, and there is a big incentive to bribe the owners of those sites, so always do your own you diligence just to be sure that you are investing in something good. |

I think for the most part it's true that Bitcoin itself is pretty bad as a payment system. Perhaps something can be built on top of it with Lightning, but leveraging that and actually getting some good for the consumer is still a huge question mark when you live in a word where people can get cash back and protection using a credit card or Paypal.
We can all recognize that bitcoin is not the best system of payments out there, but you are missing the point of bitcoin, which is to be an independent currency not controlled by governments that cannot be destroyed and that despite the fact that you do not get cashback protection you get protection from the inflation created by printing more fiat. |

Why are you spreading FUDs? Ethereum can come to $100 but it also can reach $1000, looking at the 52 weeks average, the latter one seems more promising than the first one.
If you want to buy ETH cheap buy now. The price seems to be increasing again. This could be the optimum time to jump into crypto.
He probably wants the price of ethereum to got that low and buy at that price but that is not going to happen, based on what I am seeing in the worst case scenario I think ethereum could touch a price of 200 dollars per coin, but as I said that is the worst case scenario, it is more likely the price is going to remain at the current levels and not move much for the time being. |

Ethereum is just experimenting a bad point in its history that is all, but I have no doubt that is going to make a come back but until it does take advantage of it, there are many people selling their coins in panic and losing money in the process when the right thing to do right now is to buy ethereum and hold for a long time, I know it can be difficult but ethereum is probably going to be one of the best investments of the next year and you can obtain profits easily if you invest now. |

So I started noticing a pattern.
Everytime the market goes to the moon, the down trend lasts for a several weeks. Meaning, only when Bitcoin it's going to be at it's highest, the altcoins are going to be at the lowest point.
Then, the money from Bitcoin will start going to the Altcoins, making them going up even more.
Have you noticed the same thing?
It is pointless to look for patterns like that, for every pattern that you find that matches your description you are going to see another pattern that disproves it, the only way to trade this market is to actively watch it every day and come to your own conclusions about what it is happening right now, what it happened in the past is irrelevant since it does not affect the current price and should not be considered when making a prediction. |
