1101  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to become a trader? on: May 03, 2018, 10:51:18 PM
Im a begginer for the trading but my friends that teach me how to join and how to work in trading sites. They said that you need to remove your emotions because emotion is the best enemy of a trader. And second is study the basic candle sticks it is need for the begginer.

Trading is not an easy job, it takes a lot of risk specially in crypto trading. But here's a thread that might help you to enhance your knowledge about crypto trading, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2842850.0 this thread contains the different characteristics of a trader and a lot of advices from those highly experienced crypto trader. Hope it helps you with you trading journey.
Trading is one of the most stressful jobs in the world, I'm very nervous just looking at the price of bitcoin and how it moves and I'm not even a trader I am a long term holder, it is very difficult to imagine how traders deal with the huge amount of stress that they get every day, so not only do you need the skills to become a trader you also need to have a very strong character and personality in order to deal with the pressures of the job.
1102  Economy / Economics / Re: A wise strategy for your bitcoin on: May 03, 2018, 10:44:02 PM
As history shows, trading in bitcoin does not lead to anything good. The rate of bitcoin increases by jerks from $ 1 to $ 30 then to $ 200. A few more years passed and the exchange rate exceeded $ 1000 and then grew to $ 20,000. To guess exact kickbacks not to turn out and here it is not possible to have time in a wave of growth. Therefore, the hodl strategy is better suited here
This seems to be correct, the growth of bitcoin is very uneven, bitcoin does not grow in a straight line it has a huge growth followed by a huge crash and then by nothing until we got another huge growth, so unless you are able to time the market perfectly it is going to be very difficult to get profits in a market that moves like that so the hold strategy is better in this market.
1103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bearish trend is over on: May 03, 2018, 10:37:07 PM
I think that your analysis is valid, I believe we have reached the bottom of btc price and now it is in the works to take off again. I believe it will be able to reach $20k easily its just a matter of when.

I think seeing $15,000+ is quite close now, as the negative hysteria associated with crypto appears to have bottom out, and we're seeing a genuine strong reversal now.
The bottom was reached I agree on that but I disagree in the part in which you state that reaching 20000 is going to be easy, it is not going to be easy we got close to it thanks to a huge update by the developers and we got a huge hype by the media and by investors, it was almost the perfect storm and we will need the perfect storm to reach that price and surpass it.
It does not matter if it's not easy, what's important is we will reach that level again.
I would like to see a steady increase than a abrupt increase, stable price increase would bring us to the top and people are trusting bitcoin now
as it has already recovered and people believe we are bullish now.
It matters, I have seen many people predicting that the price of bitcoin is going to reach and even surpass the previous all time high in just a few months and I do not know about you but I'm not that positive about the short term future of bitcoin, I am very bullish when it comes to the long term but when it comes to the short term I prefer to be a lot more cautious.
1104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Question: method against KYC stealing on: May 03, 2018, 10:29:26 PM
Hello, guys !

There is very relevant problem - a lot of projects are doing their ICOs and a big part of them require KYC submission.
I am, as a person, I'm afraid of stealing my personal data. I am, as maybe all of you, trying to find way to prevent thefting my data.
The question is, how about providing the text, while providing your docs in KYC Verification. The text will be ON this pictures of my docs, half-transparent font.
For example

Have you ever been trying this ? Does it work ?
Please, tell me your thoughts, I will be glad very much.
That is a very big worry for all of us, but it seems that what you want to do is to add some kind of watermark to your documents right? I am not an expert when it comes to manipulating images or something like that, but I suppose it's very easy to take off that watermark, it should be a piece of cake for the professionals that have the knowledge and the skills about how to use tools like Photoshop.
1105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what you should do crisis time in trading ? on: May 01, 2018, 08:28:16 PM
First off, don’t panic. Market corrections of 10% or more are frequent occurrences, and the vast majority of stock corrections don’t turn into full-fledged bear markets, defined as losses of 20% or more.
In other words, this is not the time to undo your entire investment strategy.
Unfortunately for many people, they take a huge risk by investing in cryptocurrencies without understanding very well what they're getting into, they think they're going to get great profits but with a very low risk, and that is not going to happen, the market of cryptocurrencies can move extremely fast when it goes up but it can also move very fast when it goes down and people are not used to see a market that can move 10% or even 20% in a single day.
1106  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price stabilizes? on: May 01, 2018, 08:21:09 PM
I think bitcoin prices will never be stable until bitcoin and crypto are controlled and have legitimized properties. Market volatility continues in the "natural" and depends on the needs of the user. That is the nature of the decentralized supply.

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are never going to be controlled, governments may try to establish regulations about how to use them and how to pay taxes but at the end they have no control over it, satoshi created bitcoin in a way in which a government will have serious troubles getting control of the network, this is why they are settling for regulation instead of banning it.
1107  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin volatility prevent adoption? on: May 01, 2018, 08:12:57 PM
I think yes. People are not able to use bitcoin because of the fear that their coin might cost something more than it costs now. For people to use bitcoin as a currency, it pays to know that when you buy a $10 pizza, your pizza will still be worth $10 in the next few hours, days, weeks or even month. If fluctuations becomes rampant then adoption would be very difficult.

Then you should keep fiat currency because it will not change so easily and you're on the wrong side of the investment. Because people are investing money in cryptos because it can move in either direction fast so they have a chance of making profit more here compared to stable fiat currency. Bitcoin is not just a currency but it is an investment and we all want that investment to grow bigger as soon as possible and if bitcoin is stable than you can't expect prices to go high quickly.

The problem is, as I never forget to repeat, a good currency doesn't make a good investment. These states are mutually exclusive to a great extent, at least as long as we speak of good currencies and good investments. A good currency should be stable (give or take a few percentages of usual volatility) while a good investment should be rising in the long run or, if we talk about purely speculative assets like Bitcoin, it should be volatile enough to be interesting to speculators and their likes

Neither of the latter is good for a currency, but the lack of either makes it a poor investment (speculative) vehicle
True, which is why bitcoin right now is a great investment but a terrible currency no one wants to spend his bitcoin in a product or service because they are afraid that if they do and the price skyrockets then they're going to miss and those profits, this is why many people use bitcoin mostly as an investment by holding for the long term rather than a currency that mostly time is used in a very short frame.
1108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is a virtue in Cryptocurrency Trading. on: May 01, 2018, 07:58:15 PM
Without having a patience no one can survive in this crypto market like it moves normally a person with a good patience can only survive in this crypto market. An impatience person who has hurry for making a profit cannot survive in this market.
This is why in the forum you will find that one of the most common strategies that are recommended is long term holding, it gives the best profits, it requires the least amount of effort but it requires from you something very important you need to be patient and if you are not it will be impossible for you to hold for the long term and if that is the case you are going to miss in a lot of profits.
1109  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Criminals and Bitcoin on: April 30, 2018, 09:26:06 PM
I have seen some news regarding hackers, terrorists, and other criminals using bitcoin for illegal trades.
How the police can find about these transactions?
Even if is hard to track illegal transactions, I don't think that Bitcoin can be a danger to society, since the problem is the society and its people.
Since the beginning of the internet this is happening ( the bad people committing crimes)  and no one is willing to shutdown internet because of that, so in that matters Bitcoin should be equivalent. I think those illegal transaction are one of the reasons some governments and the media are trying to depreciate bitcoin, but the problem is not Crypto/blockchain or Bitcoin, is just the society.
Your reasoning is sound but you're not understanding why governments want to ban bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, they do not ban the Internet because they obtain a lot of information out of people, and that gives to them control over them but bitcoin is different, bitcoin gives freedom to people and that is why they are using those illegal acts as an excuse to try to regulate and eventually ban cryptocurrencies.
1110  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who else thinks crypto starts crashing as soon as i enter this market. on: April 30, 2018, 09:19:38 PM
Who else thinks that cryptocurrency market is crashing as soon as i/me entered the market

I think this do you? 😂
While that may seem to be the case we need to remember that the market moves independently of what we want and who we are, or in other words the market doesn't really care about us so if the market goes down as soon as you invested that doesn't mean that the market is against you that means that you took a very bad decision of when to enter the market.
1111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL while you can on: April 30, 2018, 09:05:58 PM
I cannot deny the fact that it is good to hodl. I have sold some coins too fast. How i wish i still have them. Some of the coins i sold before the right tikme were Telcoin, TheKey and ENU. Could you imagine sold all my ENU holdings not too long and now it has mooned. I just read about the enormous benefits holders will later get. It is good to. hodl.
The thing with investments is that if the coin is any good there is not such a thing as holding for too long, that coin will keep going up so you should only sell under two circumstances, one is that you need the money to invest in something else or because an emergency has happened and you need the money, if you do that you will hold long enough to see your coins skyrocketing.
1112  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is It Serious, I Started To Worry...... on: April 30, 2018, 08:53:51 PM
Now I feel worried about the future of bitcoin and crypto in general because every time there was a price correction I saw most people are not worried about the price and they all had the same opinion about it, they all said to wait and hold your coins or buy new more, but now I see that there are different opinions about it, that makes me really afraid of what happens now.

is it serious guys that it is over or what?
Those people who having a faith in bitcoin they knew that bitcoin will increase no matter low it will take that's for sure they are too many and some of them still buying even the price is high when you buy a coin or token make sure that your trust is in it. Nothing to worry about.
This is correct you just need to look at what the whales were doing during the crash, were the whales selling their bitcoins? Of course not in fact many whales were still buying bitcoin taking advantage of the great prices, so when you see that the people that have the most to lose if bitcoin crashes are still buying bitcoin that is a reassuring sight to me.
1113  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is the world economy is sliding down? And how bitcoin may help it? on: April 30, 2018, 08:48:24 PM
Why is the world economy is sliding down, a bit reminder to  2008 when the world economy is in freefall, The shock waves from the collapse of Lehman Brothers maybe on of the main factors.. The economic indicators - trade, industrial production, unemployment - are comparable to the early stages of the Great Depression in the early 1930s.
My point is, how bitcoin could take place to helps the Economics rise again or it would be an additional threat to economy stabilty ??
The world economy sliding down because it is a big lie, I will like to say that they are just mismanaging the economy and that we the only thing that will need to do is for someone to manage it correctly but it is just a fraud at some point it is going to crash and a new system will need to be imposed and unless we return to a solid currency like gold then the system will fail again.
1114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH or LTC long term? on: April 29, 2018, 08:31:10 PM
Pick whichever you like the most both of those coins are winners you have nothing to worry about if you choose ethereum or litecoin, one or the other is going to grow up more than the other but is it really that important? Both of them are going to grow it doesn't matter if one grows 800% and the other grows 1000% you will still get huge profits if you hold for long term.
1115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How I handle crypto regret on: April 29, 2018, 08:23:21 PM
Some good advice here. The problem is that it is easier sad than done to distance one self from one´s feelings.
The best trader in the end is the one who can handle losses well. (Not me...)
If you have experimented loss in your life then you will know that getting over it is never an easy thing, so you need to find ways to deal with that and the only thing to deal with it is to accept from the very beginning that trading and investing are activities that are very risky and that do not guarantee any profits, once you accept that overcoming your feelings when you lose becomes easier.
1116  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin business success on: April 29, 2018, 08:14:59 PM
I;m interested, since bitcoin isn't that much widespread yet, how are businesses (that are directed towards bitcoin only) doing? Is it paying off or is there some serious profit involved?
I suppose it depends heavily on the type of business, if we are talking about a business that is directly related to bitcoin like gambling or exchanges then it is very obvious that they are doing very well, if it is a business that is selling bitcoin related stuff like shirts then I think they are still doing very well, but if you have a business that is completely unrelated to bitcoin then I cannot see it getting a lot of bitcoin.

For me the success of the business is at the hand of the leader or the manager and also with the help of the supporters or a buyers. As of now many people want to buy or joined the bitcoin. That is a signal that it will last at the end
While the leadership of a business is critical at the same time it's not everything, you need a lot of factors to come together for your business becomes a success, I have no doubt that in the future when bitcoin is accepted globally then almost any business that accepts bitcoin will have a chance to become successful, but right now that is not the case because bitcoin is not as accepted as we would like, so a business that wants to accept bitcoin needs to be closely related to cryptocurrencies.
1117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used in space? on: April 29, 2018, 08:06:28 PM
Just curious, since the Internet is mostly an Earthly thing... would astronauts be able to access and transfer their Bitcoins whilst traveling throughout the solar system?
The real question is why would they even need money the first place? In theory if they are able to connect to the Internet network they should be able to transfer bitcoin if they want but what will be the point of it? Maybe in the future when we create colonies in some other planets that could become a problem but the most likely solution is that each planet is going to have its own crypto currency to make things simpler.
1118  Economy / Speculation / Re: Don't lose your faith in BTC. on: April 28, 2018, 11:21:48 PM
I think everyone would want to see Bitcoin to see reach that amount and some are even holding on to their bitcoins and not spending a single satoshi because they are waiting for that day to come. I observed that every time Bitcoins price increases, most people would sell their Bitcoins and convert them to their own currency but I know some who only withdraws because they really need it and the rest would be kept.
Both strategies are completely valid and will depend entirely on how comfortable you are a holding your bitcoin and how much you need that money, since the money that I earn from bitcoin is just some spare money to me I really do not touch it and I'm not going to sell it until it reaches my target price, I do not care how much time it takes, but if you need to withdraw sooner I cannot blame you, you know better your situation than I.

Your friends are correct when they say to you that being overemotional is going to have a bad effect on your trading ability however that is just the beginning in your road to become a trader before you begin you need to read a lot of books not only one read several so you get several perspectives about how to trade, it is very likely that is going to take you months before you make your first trade but that is better than to lose all your money on your first week.
