Thanks, did you set a debug mode or something when launching from the console?
I did it but the ouput is absolutely empty.
Running on Ubuntu LTS here, so when I launch a python app from console I can see all it's output, no special mode needed
|
|
|
I still cant get it to work...
i set everything up, i see where the numbers should go, but it just does not fetch data for some reason
+1 I seem to have everything set up, but no data, and bid and ask button are inactive. No debug output either :/ Launch it from console, mine doesn't work either but the error I get is failed SSL auth with mtgox

Is this the right place to post this?
Sometimes I miss PM's sent to me just because the menu at the top is so small and I don't see the small "(1)" next to "MY MESSAGES". Don't want to be annoying, but is there some way we can make it easier to see notification of new messages?
Thanks!
Yes there is, you can check "Show a popup when you receive new messages?" on your pm profile page

I have send him last night some codes. He said that the codes are not working. After that I loaded my prepaid credit card with the codes to check and have no problems ... Don't know if I can really trust him ![Undecided](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/undecided.gif) You can PM me, send me an email, chat on site, skype, whatever else you like or even post in my thread, but please do that before posting you mistrust my service without even trying to settle things straight. I think you were the only person to send me 6 x 20 eur vouchers + 1 x 10 eur yesterday, and after trying 2 or 3 of them none worked, I sent you an email so you check them for errors. You abandoned the chat and never replied my email. That didn't sound to good to me because I'm not used to getting ignored in the middle of a transaction. Next time please post in my thread if you have an issue with my service, have a good day sir. Edit: I sent you another email with the screenshot of 3 of 7 vouchers that get rejected by ukash, and I suppose the other 4 will get rejected the same way Edit2: Me and TAiS46 talked in chat and we're trying to solve this issue. Update: It seems some ukash establishments in Germany sell restricted codes that can't be spent in other country, like Spain for example, so I had to give up redeeming TAiS46 vouchers. He was able to redeem them back on his prepaid CC.

Hi bitcoiners, miners and other like-minded geeks and junkies! This is my very first n00b post here so I'd better make something of it. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I loves me some bitcoin! I kind of regret not having paid it serious attention much sooner when you could bag a bunch of bitcoins for peanuts in paper $, but so be it. Even at current market prices one could still say it's early days and it's certainly never too late to get into something this ingenious and revolutionary. I have some work background variously as a lackey in in$urance and financial services, as well as being a private investor, or gambler if we're being more accurate. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I also find a great deal of interest, especially in these troubled times, in economics, austrolibertarianism, civil-liberties issues and sound money. Well, one thing is clear: Bitcoin is sound money. It's a virtual gold, and in some ways is even better than gold. As only a low-level geek and not high-class programmer or Satoshi type, I've got a lot to learn but I haven't been excited about anything in life for a good deal of time until now. Bitcoin looks to offer incredible (potential) opportunities for investment, speculation and mining and I'm a Believer. I even plan on attending next weekend's convention in London and hope to learn more, not only about Bitcoin but also experts' thoughts. I look very much forward to reading and contributing further on these forums. I don't think the newbie-restriction idea is that bad, honestly. It's good to lurk and get a feel for the forums before jumping in and posting, anyway. Regards Great post, wish I introduced myself properly when first joined this community, coins to you for doing it.

I have the mtgox api key entered but what is "secret" for? I think it has something to do with it because I don't get updates and the console gives me this: DEBUG:tulpenmanie.provider_modules.mtgox:POSTing to https://mtgox.com/api/1/BTCUSD/ticker ERROR:tulpenmanie.provider_modules.mtgox:SSL handshake failed
MtGox API authentication uses a key and secret, the key identifies you, and the secret is for signing requests. You only see the secret when you create the key/secret pair, so you'll probably need to create a new pair. As for the SSL handshake error, I would think that would only happen if MtGox's SSL certificate couldn't be verified. Got it, thanks, hope it works right today ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)
