Gracias por la confianza. La verdad es que no dispongo de mucho tiempo libre, pero en la medida de mis posibilidades - y con la ayuda de paraipan - intentaré hacer un buen trabajo. ¿Hay alguna guía para moderadores?
Yeah, we have that on the staff board.

paraipan, contact theymos if you would like majamalu to join the local moderation team.

Will do that shortly, yes.

Voy a hablar en español para que nos podamos entender mejor.

Gracias a ti por estar presente majamalu, ahora vamos a ver si se ofrece alguien mas de los que estan activos por aqui.

2122  Local / Español (Spanish) / Eng: Necesitamos un moderador! on: August 08, 2012, 04:06:42 PM
Hello guys,

Fortunately things have improve since majamalu started this thread, in part because of the good job that paraipan has been doing in the Spanish section of this forum.

Nevertheless it seems hugolp, the other moderator of this Spanish section has not been available since May 1st and he has not posted anything in the last 6 months. Some of us have already tried to contact him but we haven't got any answer.

So I'm wondering if some of you guys are interested in being one of the moderators for the Spanish speaking community.

P.S: Please answer in English to make things easier for Global moderators.

I have to agree with you vescudero, being the only active moderator around the Spanish section brings a little more responsibility that the one I'm willing to take, so I hope some active community member is up for it and we get to share the tasks.
2123  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Rugatu Q&A support thread on: August 08, 2012, 03:32:48 PM
I see that the GLBSE asset price has moved from 0.07 to 0.08. Is there anything going on? Will anything ever happen with this security? Any dividends in the foreseeable future? A buyback?

That's great, didn't follow the price lately, thanks. I don't get your second question, what should happen with it? We have plans to start paying dividends, yes. A buyback, yes, not right now though because we're working hard to get things going and we need the funds.

Glbse shares don't reflect our hard work and achievements at all, they solely exist to give intelligent investors an opportunity to participate in our project, and for us to be able and fund future platform expansion.

I have a hard time understanding your point. Why wouldn't GLBSE shares reflect your achievements? Are you stating that these were our donations to Rugatu? What do we, intelligent investors, have to gain from participating in this project? Please explain. I want a clue from you to be able to decide what to do with my shares.

Thank you.

I have a hard time understanding my partner's statement too, you will have to excuse our communications a bit, the founders are all Spanish and not very good talking English, sorry about that.

What my partner was really trying to say is that current price on GLBSE doesn't reflect at all our achievements and work invested in this project. I think the post was made when the stock got to the 0.01btc/share or below, so is somehow a normal reaction of a really invested individual who doesn't see the project potential reflected in the price. The money we gather selling stock on GLBSE are very well invested in platform development, advertising and overall expansion and we're not a charity so the money you invest buying our securities are not considered as a donation at all.

As an investor you have much to gain, from dividends we will start paying the moment our balances go positive again, having a say in the project direction like all other shareholders, and the comfort of having invested in a venture that has the ability to spread bitcoin awareness, thus increasing the value of all your bitcoin holdings indirectly.

Hope my post answers some of your questions. Thanks for looking into our venture.

2126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will deflation be the fatal weakness of bitcoin? on: August 08, 2012, 02:12:07 PM
Guys sell your gold now! Otherwise eventually it will drop to 0 and will be worthless!

Gold itself could be used to produce components of electronical devices. Bitcoin useless without using it as an instrument of exchange. When the price goes up, ppl try to avoid to exchange their bitcoin for goods/services. So for bitcoin deflation equals death. The only way to solve this problem is to get rid of 21.000.000 cap.

People need somewhere to stash their wealth thats safe from government interference and inflation. As long as that exists bitcoin will never die.

^this, don't mind the gov shills guys, they will keep doing their shitty and worthless jobs while getting paid with the "monopoly" money.

Otoh !!!

With the luck you are having I would play the megamillions next month ! :-P

Congrats !!!

Hey cool, I was afk for 1 week at the first Spanish Bitcoin meet up in Madrid, left at $9, back at $11ish = nice & a BitLotto surprise of + 270 BTC = very nice indeed, paid for my visit & that to Calif this Fall as well, so very many thanks to all who entered - if I scoop the Euro millions lotto which is > $200M atm then I'll split a $M worth of coins amongst all previous posters in this thread to celebrate though I'm not sure if my Euro millions karma is as good as my BitLotto's seems to be atm.

Anyway to help keep the BL jackpot healthy I shall continue to bet at least 101 BTC per month, this last month I bet 121 BTC in total + 6 BTC that I bet for a charity, I should quit whilst I'm ahead but will continue to bet that same amount per month as long as pirate's scheme continues & will do so in the final week of the lotto as that's quite a bit of interest to miss out on otherwise, so if OP wishes to add that the jackpot will be at least 150 BTC guaranteed each month that would be fine.

PS - not seeing anything new in my wallet when I returned I had assumed that I'd lost so it really was a shock - I thought that I was reading a previous month's posts or something this morning.

Awesome luck dude, please adopt me Grin

2135  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need help - Bitcoin error- Can I recover BTC? on: August 05, 2012, 09:58:52 PM
just as a quick interrupt. In some cases it's actually enough to open %APPDATA%\Bitcoin in windows explorer and delete the Database Directory. that sometimes work, but yeah, redownloading does the same trick with about 12-24 hours additional delay

^ I was about to say the same thing, usually does the trick because old format log files aren't compatible with the current bitcoin-qt version and you get that nasty error
2136  Economy / Lending / Re: Requesting 10 btc loan for 24h on: August 05, 2012, 05:43:57 PM

2138  Economy / Services / Re: Buy bitcoins with ukash on mercabit.eu on: August 04, 2012, 04:04:07 PM
Very interesting!
Would it be possible for you to accept Paysafecard as well? It's much more widely available than Ukash around here.

I can already accept it but wanted to keep it simple at first. Paysafecard takes more fees, like 4% more than ukash. I will look into it if people don't mind paying for the service, coins would be sent just like with ukash in 10 to 30 minutes, 60 at most. PM me and I will make you a quote for Paysafecard.
2139  Economy / Services / Re: Buy bitcoins with ukash on mercabit.eu on: August 04, 2012, 03:58:02 PM
otc rating?

You can view it here

Also https would be great for your site

I'm into it, but can't really find a free or cheap hosting service that supports https. Will search a little more.

Creo que la gente está adquiriendo más bitcoins para las compras de verano en Silk Road.

+1 esto es lo mas probable despues de seguir las tendencias en la comunidad

¿Alguna fuente que sugiera eso?
