You have a good point in there but unfortunately, toxic comparisons are happening more often. I mean, the cons of btc disgaree to it up to extent that they do anything just to bring bad inpressions into it. They say it was a scam, unsafe, a bubble, and other malicious things without even showing concrete evidences and sometimes they do it just for their own advantages (best examples are bankers).

I think this way of thinking is inevitable because each one of us got their own evils within. People always find wrong things in a particular thing, I guess the only thing you can do is to ignore those kind of people and don't get affected.

Hmm, how do you say so? In my opinion, btc's growth is no longer in infant stage but in puberty stage since it is now more valuable than before especially way back 5 to 4 years ago. But well, I still get your point. Yeah! Btc is not yet fully matured which means its value still got a chance to rise.

Well, it is good somehow because it was a form of adaption after all but I don't think this would be a good idea in the long run. I agree too. Yeah! There is nothing wrong if you let your friends or relatives share in making your own decisions when you are just a beginner. I also see nothing wrong if you are the one who seek for help. Only make sure that the one who helps you or the one you seek for help knows the field where you struggle. If you think that you are not a good gambler then ask for guidance in a gambler as well (or at least once become a gambler). What?! That was unreasonable (IMO). So for example, if there's a teenager who take illegal drugs for the first time due to curiosity and take again for the second time because of peer pressure but lately realized the bad effects of it on the 5th time which made him decide to stop it once and for all, is he still considered a drug addict? Of course not! It's the same with gambling, it was impossible for you to be called an "addict" just for playing/betting several times in your whole life, it was way more than that. One of the manifestations of being an addict is the uncontrollable desire to engage on such thing which means you feel the strong need of gambling over and over again up to extent that you already misbehave for the sake of fulfilling it.
