If it was during a bear market, I speculate that similar to other businesses in the cryptospace that went through cashflow problems, Cloudbet might have also had a difficult time in balancing their accounting hehe. There was an issue back in January. The accuser deposited money into the casino but shortly Cloudbet contacted them to perform KYC because they believed he was from a prohibited jurisdiction which was okay. However, the user just wanted to terminate his account and get back the funds since he made no bet, Cloudbet insisted on KYC if he wanted his money back which was unfair. But well the resolved the issue later. That's the only major complaint I have seen since then, and even before in this forum. |
