1921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: #beam is future? What do you think. on: August 27, 2022, 10:23:33 PM
IIRC, this coin is like a par with grin's popularity before. The highest market cap and price that it has reached were $162M and $2.9 respectively.

and when I calculate it on marketcapof.com beam example with a coin capital of 7 billion it reaches the amount of $50 that if he reaches the capital of $7 billion, he will have the figure of $50, which is now $0.18, what do you think, is it calculated like this on marketcapof.com.
I want your opinion

thank you.
There's nothing wrong with such calculations and I also do it with some projects that I saw and mostly for bitcoin. But, the question is when it shall reach those market caps that you're projecting in your mind?

Nobody knows.

South American Dota always seem to show up on big stages generally. Nigma have been in decent form but Thunder Awaken absolutely smashed them in both games. There were some decent plays from Nigma to sort of bring it back but it seemed a bit too late. 2nd match, to me, it felt like Nigma had a better draft with ET there to counter Sven and QOP to happily kite Sven. Wasn't the case in the match though. Really well played by Thunder Awaken.
Honestly, teams there have already improved but they're not getting the love that the other teams from the popular regions get. TA will face OG by tomorrow.

I don't want to be confident that OG will take this match because TA might surprise us.

Although, what I really think is OG will proceed and will win this series and will face Fnatic afterwards. Well, the game hasn't even started but let's see and if TA will show how underrated they are.

If they play as disciplined as they did against Nigma, they may have a chance. Only OG is very different from Nigma.  And OG defeated them 2-0 in Arlington, just a few weeks ago. I am sure OG will be the one moving forward in this match.
They've beaten Nigma and as well as 1 game for OG but still, OG took the series into 2-1.

They can still improve and they're already qualified for the TI11. I think they need to hire an experienced coach just like what beastcoast did before.

Although they already have their own coach, I think maybe like an analyst that will help them with all their plays. Someone who's been there at the top and now just playing casual and is retired.

It will be a great addition to them and they might end up with a better place by having that person.

You can't avoid it.

Just embrace that fact because the casinos will just have to do what's necessary. Well, for some new casinos, they might not ask you for kyc because they have just started out.

But eventually, they'll be asking you next with it when the implementation is with them and you just can't skip that when you're the one being asked with.

1925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: mine a Bitcoin or buy a bitcoin? on: August 26, 2022, 12:59:31 PM
There's this calling that you may want to help the network validating it and be one of the miners out there. But you know, it's costly to have those ASIC miners so, it's better to buy and have it directly with a purchase.

But if you have the budget and assemble a mining farm in your place, do it. That's one of the biggest plan but I don't know if I'll be able to have it someday and even in altcoins to mine and sell it for bitcoin.

I want to have that someday but I know my capacity as of the moment and buying is the easiest choice.
1926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: August 25, 2022, 02:15:24 PM
I guess it is part of the event of the valve right now I don't know if this is included with the bet games but there's an event of casual game play with the match of SF mid battle between Armel and Sumail those are the kings of mid currently Chief Armel of Fnatic manage to win the game and make a signature kill to the king of the mid which is the SF Ult unexpectedly and becomes memes all over the dota 2 and e-sports community.
It's just like a showmatch.

That usually happens in tournaments, a 1v1, 5v5 or anything depending on the organizer. It's not a big deal that Armel won against Sumail with that 1v1.

It's just like a pride and a fun game to watch but nothing really is connected with it for the points system. Well, Fnatic fell to the lower bracket for the play offs as they've lost against Aster.
1927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Doge Chain on: August 25, 2022, 12:38:24 PM
What do you think about Doge chain project? I heard that this have nothing to do with the real Doge coin and its been built by the QuickSwap team, do you think there is a needy for this project to be alive? Would you invest in such. Huh? Shocked
I won't invest.

I'm critical and meticulous into projects that I'd like to invest. As much as possible, the project should be existing long already and it's not just a copy cat of another project.

There were the bitcoin forks that have been a trend for a short period of time and then majority of those died. Then, these developers are sticking to any project that's making a buzz. And with the popularity of meme coins, projects like this were made.

People should learn with such projects, rug pulling is likely to happen anytime.
1928  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CSW have people who can prove that he created Bitcoin and he is Satoshi but ? on: August 25, 2022, 11:24:52 AM
It's obvious that he's a fake. These authors of the articles should give him up and stop giving him the attention that he wants.

What is the truth ?
It's long overdue that the truth is he's not Satoshi. Whether he tell it to the world nonstoply, we knew it that he's just trying to pretend that he's Satoshi.

See, no private keys to prove that he owns those million of bitcoins? What a reason, stolen.
1929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling schools importance on: August 24, 2022, 04:35:12 PM
It seems to me that such "schools" are possible only if you are a member of a club and do it professionally, then you may well be taught some lessons by more experienced players as part of the transfer of experience, so to speak.
That's what I think also, that you'll just be able to enter such school if you're part of an exclusive club.

I don't think publicly that the government will allow and give permission for a school that's only going to focus with gambling. Because in general, that doesn't sound good for most and there will be many rolling eyes with the idea.

Thus, everything that's related to gambling. You'll hear that people are mostly negative about it and they can't think of any other thing but only addiction specially those that look at the other picture of it.
1930  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌀 HashPro.io🌀 | 100LVL Referral | $500 RACE | Lottery + Dice on: August 24, 2022, 10:22:38 AM
Our platform has proven to be a place of trust for big players! Truly decentralized gaming experience based on EOS hash!
I wonder who's got the most referral on hashpro. I'm also surprised to see some stats from your quarterly.

Looking at the top 1 wagered, that's a lot of wager that he's got to secure that $2k prize. I've seen the same prizes in other casinos for wagering contests.

But I haven't seen someone as high as that wagered made by pjjeos.
1931  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Clipboard Virus on: August 24, 2022, 08:34:16 AM
Window 10 Pro is what was installed.
No I did not purchase it directly from Microsoft, all my pc softwares and OS are always installer by my pc repairer and this was my first time of experiencing such issue. What I don't know is if he directly got the OS from Microsoft or not. Will have to ask him that tomorrow.
If it's not a genuine copy, most likely it came from a pirated website for which the developers of those pirated Windows copy have a backdoor that  was able to insert you the clipboard virus/malware.

IIRC, I've seen it somewhere and that's why it is advisable to get a genuine copy. Aside from that, there could be some apps that were downloaded that contained the malware. It's either of the two and there's really a source for it because if there's none, you won't get that clipboard virus.
1932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESL ONE Malaysia 2022 Discussions, Predictions and Betting on: August 23, 2022, 06:40:14 PM
4 teams will be out and the playoffs comes in.

Yes, the bottom 2 of each bracket is out of the tournament. Group A will be harder for those who lose today. It seems that the top three are already set to Secret, Entity, and Aster. Alliance, Talon, and Thunder Awaken got swept so  I think these three are just fighting for the 4th spot to continue in the tournament.
Yeah, while on bracket B, OG's on the lead. It's crucial for those that haven't won a single win because at the bottom. That's why even tomorrow isn't the last one but second to the last.

It's like going to be a decider factor and matches for them, so if they still haven't won some games by tomorrow. Then, they know what they should assume then.

This month is about to end with some good Dota 2 again while I'm remembering that we're just getting closer to the grandest tournament, TI. Just saying.
1933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESL ONE Malaysia 2022 Discussions, Predictions and Betting on: August 23, 2022, 05:08:37 PM
It's okay, Fnatic managed to win 2-0 against Boom but lost 0-2 against OG. Nigma managed to tie the series with their 2 games against TSM and Team Liquid.

@OP, Raven of Fnatic and Miracle of Nigma is not playing on this tournament due health issue for both players. I’m really surprised that Fnatic manage to sweep Boom with a stand-in carry. There game 2 match is pretty intense that ended on a throne race run which Boom didn’t expect that Fnatic will sneak there ancient. Both Nigma and Fnatic is showing good performance despite there pos1 is out of this tournament.
Yes, it's still just the first day of the group stages. There are 2 more days remaining and tomorrow is crucial for all of them, those that are the bottom should manage to win their games tomorrow or else.

4 teams will be out and the playoffs comes in.

1934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best portfolio for a $30k fund? on: August 23, 2022, 03:59:38 PM
To start with, putting all of it in bitcoin is totally fine and a great idea. But if you insist and want to have some altcoins with that fund for your portfolio.

Just as the suggestion of the others, I'll say that it is these two;

  • BTC
  • ETH

Those two are already enough to have.
1935  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be wary of crypto/blockchain bridges! on: August 22, 2022, 11:55:33 PM
Those are just the few and that's why if you want your funds to be safe. You don't have to be an explorer with all of those projects and bridges. I've used a few of those bridges and people that are storing their funds there are at a risk from the same projects that offers returns.

The golden rule of Bitcoin is that if you don't hold it in your wallet, then it's at risk of getting stolen. Even if these bridges, DeFi, smart contracts and so on claim to be decentralized, it stills means that you're not storing bitcoins the way it was intended, so you are not getting the security promised by Bitcoin.
True. They're making things complicated, they can just simply buy bitcoin and hold it and put it on a non-custodial as these bridges have that risk just as what we've seen with these hacks.

These might look normal as we always see the hacks but we can say that their security breaches were no longer normal with huge amount of money being involved. Although they try to do better but, if some hacks happened, the trust decreases.
1936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: August 22, 2022, 10:53:05 PM
If this is the game that you're mentioning, the game was won by SMG and not Fnatic. Anyway, the gamer's galaxy is already done and we've Boom Esports as the champion of this tournament while Polaris Esport is the 2nd.

Next is ESL One Malaysia.

We'll see Fnatic here and they're complete with Raven, so there is no more stand ins. 2 days from now and we're going to see them pack with actions again.

Fnatic really sucks when they are incomplete, I didn’t notice that they are playing in complete lineup until I check it on liquipedia by myself after checking the result. I’m just betting using the casino sportsbook and it’s too bad for me to lose like that just because I’m too lazy to check the roster line-up. I hope Raven get well soon for ESL Malaysia for a better betting experience with Fnatic. They are the only team capable to beat Boom on grand finals match.
I was wrong on thinking that Fnatic is complete on ESL One Malaysia 2022. They're still incomplete and Raven is out again and going to be replaced as a stand-in by Palos (Execrations position 1).

Next time, if you're going to bet for them or any team. Make sure that you're checking the little details because you may cast your bets confidently but you don't know that there's a stand-in or a player wouldn't play.

That really is a mess specially if the amount you're betting is quite high. Well, just think of it as a lesson learned and you'll always check updates of teams you'll bet for.
1937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESL ONE Malaysia 2022 Discussions, Predictions and Betting on: August 22, 2022, 09:52:01 PM
Another update is that Miracle isn't going to play because of health issues and Team Nigma Galaxy still hasn't released on who's going to be their carry stand-in.

In Liquipedia, their line up is made up of Dreamocel, Sumail, Mind_Control, GH and Kuroky. I do not know if this is official. I have been searching but failed to find an announcement to confirm if Dreamocel is the official stand-in. It is just 7 hours before the tournament starts.
Yes, thanks.

The update was recent and almost all teams are ready. That's official, I've seen it somewhere that it is Dreamocel that's going to play for Miracle. We've got a few hours left before the first matches are going to be played.

This is a lot of games that shall be played and the first ones are Aster vs Talon, Entity vs Alliance and Secret vs Thunder Awaken.

I have two teams in my eyes and that's going to be Boom Esports which recently won the Gamers Galaxy Thailand as the champion. And as well as OG.

Before placing any bets on who wins the tournament I would wait for the first few games to see who performance better.
Yup, it will be a long group stage but these times will also be a good time to bet. Maybe after a day or the opening day of this tournament would be the best time or by the playoffs to bet.
1939  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of bitcoin rise again? on: August 21, 2022, 11:07:09 PM
One thing to mention in particular was the bear market a few days ago. Then the price of Bitcoin has decreased due to the market being down. But now, despite being in a bull market, why is the price of Bitcoin decreasing now? Hope the experienced will tell.
The lowest that bitcoin has reached after the recent bull run was $17k and we're at $21k and it has reached likely the highest of $24k. It's still not that far from the lowest.

So, if you're telling us that we're already in the bull run, then that's likely just a trap. Whenever we see the price of bitcoin goes up, we're already speculating that it's the actual bull run. But in all reality, it's not yet.

As it decreases now, it's a normal fluctuation of bitcoin so, if you think that we should be that high already then you're wrong with that speculation.
1940  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: August 20, 2022, 11:24:56 PM
Does anyone make a bet between the matchup of Fnatic vs SMG we know that the recent news is iceiceice is now remove from the team secret and now as an open and of course it is a great offlaner in the era of players so they grab the opportunity even though the Fnatic lack of their core because Raven have an illness still the Fnatic manage to win the game and because it is DJ clockwork and Dawn breaker combo.
