what do you want to exchange to do about pump and dump. you said some exchange are taking step but you do not tell us what are the steps. do you want to talk about delisting of coin. maybe you forget one of the way exchange make money is through the transaction fee being charge which means no matter how coin are being pump and dump they are still making their money. I do not think its going to be easy to control pump and dump because exchanges do not know which coin is going to be pump and dump.

they are both great exchange and I am currently making use of both the exchange however in term of site developement they have almost similar UI and most importantly their KYC and google authentication seems to be great just like others. in term getting coin listed i think there is more probability of getting listed fast on kucoin compare to binance however since binance is one of strongest and largest exchanger i think it is more reliable than kucoin. withdrawal both the two exchange is easy.

it is very difficult to know the right time to follow rule 10 but you never know if you are buying at deep. you also forget to add that traders should never join any pump and dump group mostly in the telegram because they are going to use you as bait. December generally use to be a busy month. many traders will take some of their investment. crypto generally doesnt trade at high volume during this period but let us wait and see what happen before November.
