1961  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] Bitcorp Mining Company - BTCMC 60+ GH/s, clear ASIC upgrade path. on: December 06, 2012, 09:15:17 PM
Edit: I believe that the GLBSE W/D address is the one that you gave when claiming your GLBSE account from Nefario's claim process.
That's the one.
1962  Economy / Securities / Re: [NASTY MINING] on: December 03, 2012, 04:39:59 PM
Looking over the amount of BTC we've been able to mine since GLBSE went down, we have enough to order another BitForce Single SC for Nasty Mining.  This brings us to a total of 744GH/s or 29.76MH/s per seat in ASICs on order.  With there being no way to send donations to Nasty Fans currently, I feel this is a good use of BTC.

I would prefer to have my dividend held and paid out once you get the list.

+1

+1, esp. considering there is no fixed delivery date from BFL. (Or is there?)

We are re-listing on cryptostocks?

I have no idea, but I do know that glbse is releasing share holder information.

If ciuciu could answer this, it would be great.

Yup, according to the GLBSE blog there will be more lists out tomorrow. So probably another month... :-p

All I'm saying (since there are other options for re-listing): it would be more in the spirit of a co-op to at least have a chat about where to re-list.

[...] Also would need pre-set limits I suspect.  What all questions does your RL trading account ask when setting it up?

Cheers.

I don't understand the question ("all questions"?). Could you re-phrase, please?

There's no limit to set. All you have to do is inform them that you want dividends re-invested. Once dividends are paid, stock are bought at market. They do partial stocks too, I.e. dividend paid 〓 1; stock price 〓 2; you get 0.5 stock. There's no commission on such re-investments.
1966  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] BTC Trading Corp. -- Public Beta up at https://btct.co/ on: November 25, 2012, 02:58:19 PM
How about automatic dividend re-investment? I can see it'd be tricky for partial shares, but maybe for full shares?

Terrible idea unfortunately.

Only way to implement it is to automatically buy from Asks [...]

It works well like that for my real-life trading account for years. I see however how the very shallow market depth on BTC exchanges would be a problem. Ah, hopefully one day...

Don't see why this can't carry on as planned.

Of course dividends will have to be processed in a different way. Selling / buying will be more complicated. I guess another exchange will pop up for that eventually. Or ciuciu shifts to one of the existing ones.

Latest update on the audit is that it's about 1/3 complete. If it's not ready before the vote, allowing adequate time for discussion and analysis then I will move the vote expiration date back.
Good. Let's wait for the audit and then take it from there.
1970  Economy / Securities / Re: [GLBSE] NASTY - No Operator Costs, Free Electricity, Free ASIC Upgrade! on: September 17, 2012, 04:15:07 PM
My understanding is that Bitminter is the lowest fee overall, merged mining and they pay for the tx fees. As do Ozcoin but the fees are somewhat higher.

20% is the steepest I've seen across my GLBSE holdings for management fees etc., whatever you want to call them.

How is this warranted?

If he designs, builds, and manages a million dollar data center, I think paying him $200k is fine. Plus, 40% of net to shareholders is a lot. Most companies in the real world pay 1 to 5% in dividends per year. This way, shareholders still get 3 or 4% a month. I think it's a good deal.

Another way of looking at it, is that this is incentive for Diablo to do a good job. If he does it right, he gets paid. Management incentive was something missing from the previous contract. Now that it's in, I feel confident we can move forward. A little accountability and transparency goes a long way.

Yes, if... It has been the plan to build *something* since the IPO, no? Where are we now?

In that respect get rid of point 1a. I think we had enough of that.

I agree that we should wait for the audit until we decide on this proposition.

Any unforeseen spendings will be deducted from the first payment after sharehoders approval.
I don't follow, any better way to explain for myself to understand?

Ty, ciuciu.

I guess, it means the coop does not have any BTC reserves right now, to pay for i.e. shipping of the units (just an example). Should any expenses arise, they will be deducted from the first earning / dividend.

I'm done for now, thanks. :-)

In the document list of your investors, how can I figure out what my number is? I would like to keep track of my balance. Thank you very much in advance Smiley

I did send a PM and got an answer quickly.
