(I have a web page image to insert here but don't know how to do it.)
Google "free image hosting", take your pick, upload your image at that site and it will return a link. Post this link here.

Thanks for the divs.
At a quick glance they are about half of what we mined in the last two (?) months?

What a response, 73 attending and it was so last minute. Not bad. Might attend it myself. But I'm not sure a student would be welcomed there. Haha. What makes you think students are not welcome? Unsure, but I felt that way. However I was unable to attend anyway, due to tuition and studies. I have never managed to attend myself, but I'm sure they are open to all and everybody. Part of bitcoin culture is to get rid of elitist attitudes after all.

Anybody know a good website that can sell Bitcoin or Litecoin and transfer to my bank in Malaysia easily?
I'm having good success with kraken.com. They have both BTC and LTC. Fiat withdrawals are processed the next working day. Of course you'll have to verify your account and there are fees for international wire transfers, so that may not fit your definition of "easily".

I have not read the whole thread.
Wondering if you ever got a BF1 for testing?
I just tried the beta on Fedora without any luck (and also without much poking around).
Not sure yet why it is not working for many people. Try starting the client, then unplug the BF1. Plug it back in, wait a couple seconds, then probe all ports. Make sure your user has access to serial ports. On Ubuntu: "sudo usermod -a -G dialout USERNAME" then log out and back in I have tried the above (it was mentioned in the "official" support thread too), but no joy.

Good news all around then! A next step could be a mini-calculator similar to preev.com

Last time I looked they were in beta. Are they live now?

:-) Thanks! The day where we'll have the price info under one roof will be a good one. (yes, I know about bitcoinaverage.com)

Is the site slow for everybody else too? Ping seems ok, but the loading of pages takes a long time.

Still nothing. I have been trying this week to get my friends to start using this service instead of the Gox price. Hope it comes back! I think Alex said at one point that it's better to email him about bugs, so I did. Also, keep in mind that this seems to be a one man show and I'm sure that man needs to sleep sometimes ;-) +donated

Nice one on the Global Average!
Now, somebody please make an Android app ;-)

Probably still helps to set a MIN and MAX integer, just in case.
Price is moving so quickly that those numbers quickly become obsolete. An added 24hr average sort of "protects" against quick drops. 2weiX has recommended a reserve price earlier in this thread and that works well for me ever since. Thanks again!
