yeah i would wait and have a look at similar projects. If vcash still has trouble, or had proven their competence after an certain amount of time you can invest. it's not a scam. I'm using the new THC wallet now. It contains the new feature that tells you how much your reward will be within the next 60 days. But i am a bit disappointed about this result. When i do calculate the reward for 1 year it turns out to be just 5 %. But 5 % is too low for my taste.
In the past i've understood that the reward would be 5% for 45 days. So that there would be a reward of approx. 47 % per year.
So what is true now ? Is the THC reward just 5 % per year or 47% ?

Can someone post a step-by-step procedure on how to stake with the CLI? all you have to do is unlock the wallet: walletpassphrase <your_password(s)_or Phr4s3_here> 9999999 true (hit [Enter]) where 9999999 = the number of seconds that you want the wallet to remain open, and the ' true' indicates that the unlock function is applied for staking only (if you put 'false' the wallet will remain completely unlocked for the specified time). th lock the wallet Enter: walletlockto see a list of all available commands Enter: help

sure what OS do you use? assuming it's Windoz... download the bootstrap and extract the files to an empty folder if you havn't done this before ...
start the wallet, then close it after it's finished loading
go to control panel>folder options> check show hidden files/folders
then navigate to C://users/<your username>/appdata/roaming/teslacoin now delete the files you see in the roaming folder that are named the same as the ones in the download you just extracted, then move the files from the new download folder into the roaming/teslacoin folder. when done start the wallet and wait a while for it to sync. if you still don't get any connections after a while, go to https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/?coin=TESand press the 'connections' button. this will bring up a list of active nodes that you can add to your teslacoin.conf |
