Pero dapat may hardware wallet ka parin para mas secured at hindi ka laging nag woworry. So far and thank God di pa ko nahahack, and I always made sure na lagi nakabookmark and lahat ng wallets at trading site. When I've learned trading I don't follow anyone from the start but I listen from experts or a friends who really knows in trading. Learn from your mistakes in the past and apply the knowledge you have that after you may not regret in your decisions.
Yeah and advice is all I need like I don't want to follow every move that they're doing and what their advice will be all fine. I still make my own research because I don't want to fully rely on their TA so whenever I messed up it's myself who'll I blame. Like they're not God or can really forsee the future so don't trust that much. |

I don't think we missed all the trains, we are just at the beginning, no worries there are a lot of trains still coming and will contunue to come, I am sure, there are still a lot of passengers waiting, the community is growing, so as long as there is a demand for it, there will be a supply to satisfy the demand. There are still a lot of opportunities in the cryptocurrency world, a lot more we can explore and imagine.
Indeed and cryptos are still young so everyone still have the chance to hop on the train before it gets too late and that this quarter is the time for accumulating, so I guess everyone had already bought. Though we can't take the fact that the price now really grew and we're lucky if we're the early birds still the price will still more cheaper but if you just think that after a decade you'll be regretful for not buying the current price. Many people do not want volatility and deflation system, but how can bitcoin operate smoothly if these system will not apply? Bitcoin cannot move a long life operation if volatility and deflation will not apply. It is the way on how the management provide a good balance system between users and operators.
Thats right votality is a part of bitcoins platforms,if there will be no votality there will never be inflation and cryptocurrency will as good as fiat currencies..Votality might cause fears when bitcoins price falls but the near fact that we can profit when value fluctuates this would be the good effect of cryptocurrency in its investor and holders. But the fact that this high volatility is what hinders the adoption. Government doesn't want to have a mass adoption because they don't want people to invest in a risky thing because in the end they might be the one to blame if they'll acknowledge it. Though for me even our government won't accept this it's still fine with me as long as we can trade freely there's no issue needed to consider. |

Since bitcoin and the cryptocurrencies markets get into bearish trend since December 16, 2017 we have seeing alot of comments and post about people and traders asking were is the bottom and should we buy and hold? I think personally, the downward trend is over when bitcoin push above $10,250 and $10,850 this morning! The bullish trend has been trigger and bitcoin is going to break the December high of $19,000 and move above that level towards $25,000 before we can see another major bearish again. What did you think?
I don't believe on these bullish trend and bearish trend things because i really think that the price of Bitcoin and other coins was due to manipulation of the big whales in which they are capable of moving the price of any form of investments due to their huge source of resources. By facilitating the pump and dump strategy they will always be the winner and all we can do is if we are lucky enough that we could ride on to their games on time. maybe what you say is right because if we take a look at the December, the price can increase higher but suddenly in January, we see that the price drops and finally its continue for a few months later. maybe the big whales take a part in that drops of the price so they can buy much bitcoin and hold it until they lifted the price again in a few months later. but for me, I think if we can follow the big whale's moves, we could still make a profit like them without worry that we are missed something. Though it's hard to say this but yes we should just trust these whales because whether we like it or not they're the big ones here and we're just like puppet that easily following whatever their want. And if we look at the brighter side, we will all profit if we trust and follow them because after all they don't let their investment turns to nothing so they'll surely do anything and everything. So better be vigilant from whatever they did. |

I see a lot of people being hacked or lost money.
I know a transaction is final but can you track them to a exchange?
So you can call the exchange and ask them to hold the wallet or something?
Or can you track them another way?
I hope there will be a good solution for this in crypto.
You can't ask the site to hold the transaction as it's not there responsibility besides you need to prove that it's yours but that can't be the assurance to get your coins back. You can track them yet you can't do anything about it because at the first place you can't beg to hackers to return your coins. Next time be cautious and mindful to everything you do in your wallet, it's really frustrating to loss all your hard work. |

if bitcoin reach 100k, then i think it will needed a quite long time.
bitcoin price now 9k, need to multiple 10x ++ to reach that price or 1000% ++ to increase.
it is hard, but everything is possible in crypto.
Bitcoin already did it before. For exemple, in january of 2017 bitcoin was $900~$1000 and december was $19000, it was like 2000%. I know that increasement from $1 to $10 is easier than $1k to $10k but its not impossible to get $10k from now to $100k at 2019/2020. Why do you think that it's impossible? From $10K to $100K this is really and can happen soon. I believe BTC will be rise. He said that it's impossible to happen but it's not impossible the $10k to $100k will happen. There's a difference tho. I agree that will happen sooner and if that will happen I know many are going to buy their lambos and moon. Bitcoin is totally unpredictable and anything can happen so whoever believe in then he'll taste moon sooner. |

What do you guys think is a good approach to avoid losses when you trade?
Do you guys set a number before selling, for example, only trade when you have -5% or a +15% ? Any guide?
In my opinion, the most profitable way to trade is to buy the dips and sell the highs. Now the hard part is figuring out what is considered low and what is considered high but a good way of doing that is to look at the growth or drop in price over the last few months. If the market experienced a massive drop over the course of a few months then it would be good to buy and vice versa. Indeed and if you see that you already profited then sell it and when you see that you're losing don't think to cut lose and just hold it, and in this way you can at least lessen your losses. Trading and losses are always meeting up half way and it's up to you how you avoid losses and lastly, don't be too greedy because sometimes being greedy can lead to losses. |

Why are altcoin exchanged for btc and not for dollar?
having tons of altcoin is just like having bitcoin. If bitcoin grows, they grow. If bitcoin falls, they fall.
Isn't this pointless? Why not buying and selling alts for dollar?
Because traders always want to take advantagenthe volatility of bitcoin, yes it may decrease in value but traders are confident that it will increase more than it decrease and by holding bitcoin it will grow a significant amount. And if we're just sticking in fiat we can't experience how crypto currency really work. |

thanks for this warning. this is really bad when something like this happens. hope not many people lost money thru this hijack, but as i have read, over 200k eth have been stolen.  But unfortunately that over 200k eth is a lot and for sure many traders are regretting for not using hardware wallet, yet this sundden attack should be a warning to all of us that there's nothing safe nowadays especially from hackers that don't know anything but to stole. They really did this on purpose like market is all green and people are selling their coins and that will be a perfect timing to their evil plan, good thing I didn't open my wallet yesterday and just checking my coins through etherscan. |

At the moment, it's really impossible to do without fiat money, as not everywhere crypto currency is accepted as a means of payment, but in the near future, I think the situation will change and the world will see all the usefulness and ease of use of crypto currency.
Well there is no doubt that fiat money is more better than cryptocurrency right now, because until now cryptocurrency is not known all over the world, but i am sure that in the future, cryptocurrency can able to replace the fiat money, maybe it will take for more than 30years. I would suggest you always choose ico from checking their rate in ico rating or any ico checker, you'll see the rate if its have a high or low risk and other rating stuffs. I agree and this is what I'm always doing, always leave some so when there's another dip you can still buy. For example, 20% from the current dip, 30% if there will be and another bigger percentage for the next dip and from doing this way we can maximize our profit. hopefully this growth is not temporary as it has been happening almost in the last four months. I think this growth is better than a few months ago. bitcoin is able to survive and grow back. I am unsure of what lies behind this growth.
And seeing this growth I can say that it's a healthy one as the market is slowly but have a surely yet steady growth and the bull is starting to run again. Last quarter is one hell of ride that shaken and test those weak hands capable of holding and those who swayed are the loser at the end. |

Hello, please how many people are using bitcointalk forum? I have heard that there are registered about 2 million accounts. But probably there are more accounts than real people. I see that there are many junior and newbies accounts, probably they are quite new, so is there any statistics about new members? I think most of them only want to earn here. How many of all members wear signature and are registered in signature campaigns?
I just wondering about the future of this forum, the signature campaigns and the bounties. If everyone will do bounty and signature, then there will be no future, right?
I think future of this forum will be on all registered account hands, certainly moderator and admins will be have higher concern rather than others. So future is also relying to us, including you and me. I hope this forum to be kept and maintained for long term, that's the reason for merit system implemented and seems worked until now. And this forum should be an informative for everyone that's looking for a reliable one. So it's so nice that the moderators are doing their best to improve the rules here and to at least lessen the spammers. Hope the true essence of this forum lives on for more years. |
