DO NOT BUY FROM COINTERRA! you have been warned!
Thanx, I will not. )
2102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.0 on: October 09, 2014, 12:29:22 AM
Fee is still too high!
With Monero losing 25% of its value towards Bitcoin in past fee weeks there is no money to be made.
Just use special proxy software or special pool redirecting fee...  Roll Eyes
2103  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Bitmain Antminer S4 Setup [HD] on: October 08, 2014, 05:26:47 PM
Sure the best conclusion is not to buy Bitmain's S4...
2104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency (mandatory upgrade) on: October 08, 2014, 12:26:52 PM
You might want to try to remove files poolstate.bin and p2pstate.bin from the bitmonero folder.
Try syncing again when you have deleted those files. Do not delete your wallet or keys file!
Thanks! I was thinking about it... It started to synchronize after deleting of those files.  Wink
2105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency (mandatory upgrade) on: October 08, 2014, 09:02:28 AM
Shit... It still in that state even if I keep Win7 brandmauer  disabled (as usual) and disable DrWEB's brandmauer. I have even changed DNS servers in my router and updated RouterOS on it...  Grin

What can block connections, and why only for bitmonerod?.. Mining on this PC is working well. Internet access is OK.  Huh

Here is the screenshot containing all information:

What exactly is your problem? So far looks good. Does it stay like that for a long time and nothing else happens?

If yes, start the daemon with set_log 1 and pastebin from the log file please. There is nothing wrong with that output itself.

Exactly. It stay like that for a several hours and...

With set_log:

p.s. bitmonerod is in the "whitelist" of my antivirus, and DrWeb anyway doesn't inform about anything when I start bitmonerod...  Undecided
2108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero - A secure, private, untraceable cryptocurrency (mandatory upgrade) on: October 08, 2014, 12:53:53 AM
Why my bitmonerod (0.8.8.4) does not start to synchronize the blockchain?..

Please don't tell that I'm the one met this problem...
2109  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement: Bitmain launches AntMiner solution, 0.68 J/GH on chip on: October 07, 2014, 07:22:38 AM
You don't know BTC price in USD at the end of November, so how can you calculate profitability of mining equipment?..
2110  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Bitmain Antminer S4 Setup [HD] on: October 07, 2014, 02:50:51 AM

That's exactly what the alternative subnet change instructions are.

Hmm, sure, but I was doing this without two first steps in it.  Roll Eyes

2112  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Bitmain Antminer S4 Setup [HD] on: October 07, 2014, 12:22:01 AM
Do not forget thah alternatively you can assign a second IP address to your laptop's network adapter (192.168.1.5 for example) temporarily just to have an access to S4's web interface with it's default IP. Personally I would prefer to change pool information firstly and thet change network mode to DHCP. This is because pool settings are not blank by default and I can't see any reason for S4 to be hashing for someone else, even for Bitmain (they were mine enough with these S4's I guess), even for few seconds ('cause nobody will mine for me even for one second I guess).  Grin

Dogie, what about fans replacement to make S4 not so loud? Have you tried to find an appropriate models?
2113  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement: Bitmain launches AntMiner solution, 0.68 J/GH on chip on: October 06, 2014, 10:32:30 AM
Just stop buying mining hardware. At least from Bitmain.  Grin
2114  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S4 Discussion and Support Thread on: October 05, 2014, 08:55:04 AM
Well, looking at all previous messages I can conclude that it was a bit of luck not to buy S4... It's firmware even hasn't been tested well...
2115  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Announcement: Bitmain launches AntMiner solution, 0.68 J/GH on chip on: September 30, 2014, 04:32:17 PM
Bitmain promised to update their firmware for all models many weeks ago, but still have not done so.
Bitmain also promised to provide a way of upgrade S2 to 1.8 or 2 Th. It's necessary to keep their word...
2116  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S4 Discussion and Support Thread on: September 28, 2014, 01:42:19 AM
If you don't count the energy costs in, you can get positive ROI in a couple of months.
It should produce about 0.88 BTC per month (http://en.bitmakler.com/Bitcoin___mining). So what couple of monthes are you talking about?
2117  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [GROUPBUY FOR HASHRA MOONRAKER] FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE on: September 26, 2014, 04:56:38 PM
Hmm, Good idea. We will look into this suggestion and get back to you.  Grin Not really bad if we were to send you one machine and get our credibility up. KIV this.

Well, you have lost your credibility completely. Good buy.  Undecided
2118  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S4 Discussion and Support Thread on: September 26, 2014, 03:44:19 PM
Another portion of hostile bullshit. All I have said is that BTC will grow in price. Nothing more. I will not buy S4, if it's so important for you. I do not either call on anybody to buy it.

What's wrong with people such as prael in this doomed world?..  Undecided
2119  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: Prisma group buy on: September 26, 2014, 01:44:33 PM
I would like to buy 1 or 2 Prismes with controller, depending on price and shipping cost...
2120  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [OPEN] ASICMiner Prisma 1.4th/s - 1.54 BTC - Group Buy Batch 2 on: September 26, 2014, 01:37:19 PM
