И что, что не больше блока в сутки? Да, другие пулы, где больше воркеров (юзеров), могут ловить больше блоков в сутки, но и награда будет меньше на каждого, вам не кажется? Или вы за один всепланетный пул, который будет ловить 20-30 блоков в сутки? Ну так награда будет каждому доставаться такая же! Ибо все пулы в долгосрочной перспективе одинаковые (если не крадут и не обманывают как-то ещё). Вы не знали? А уж товарищу kano можно доверять, думаю. Как и тов. Con Kolivas, автору cgminer'а.

Автор, чтобы вам было спокойнее, перейдите на mining.bitcoin.cz (так же известный как Slush's pool). А я останусь на kano. )

В настройках майнера вводить:

адрес пула: stratum.kano.is:3333
worker:        otto2012.1 (или как больше нравится через точку, хоть .S5-1, .S5-2 и т.д., как у меня сделано)
password:     x

Три набора полей для ввода данных пула - это для ввода данных трёх пулов. Самый верхний имеет высший приоритет (если мы про AntMiner говорим). Когда и если он отваливается (становится недоступен) - железо переключается на следующий пул, и т.д.

Можно ввести во все поля данные одного пула, но зачем? Хотя если вводить вот эти адреса пула:

stratum81.kano.is:3333
stratum443.kano.is:81
stratum8080.kano.is:8080

то можно и так, наверное. )

Но так как нормальные пулы обычно если и отваливаются, то ненадолго, то майнить минут 20-40 (даже если) на другом каком-то пуле вроде как смысла особого и не имеет. Поэтому на такие случаем у меня в качестве резервного пула указан solo.ckpool.org. Потому что ну а вдруг во время отвала повезёт на соло? Повезти может с первой же шары. 

May be that was because of DHCP configured at ant's side?

Try to flash it with some other (newer) firmware. I have successfully solved such an issue on one of S5s. That was the only S5 with such a problem.

Why shouldn't solo mine? It's a matter of luck. I'd like to try. But my S2 still was not able to find a block.... 

I feel I can sell my S2 freely. There will no be any kind of upgrade for S2s...

Does S7 work well on p2pool? Who tried it?

What about S7 and p2pool? Have anyone tried to point it to p2pool?

I somehow dispense with the additional screws. I use 4 screws coming with stock fan, 2 angularly for push fan and 2 for pull fan.

It's strange that 14nm-based miner has the same power consupmtion as S7, but it looks more expensive than S7... I hope real specs will differ for the better.

Please keep in mind also that almost every CPU cooler contains now a mounting accesoires for all existing sockets, so the different configuration of mounting holes should not be a problem (sure in case with "standart" configuration of those holes, i.e. 'as for LGA-1155' or as for any other (more convenient for developer in certain circumstances) socket).
