In short, Ice Poseidon tricked his followers to invest in CxCoin, a platform the streamer founded for content creators to get cryptocurrency donations, then pulled the rug from everyone. He took that money ($500,000 in total), pocketed $300,000, and allegedly bought a Tesla. One piece of the advice from someone who has been active on various forums for the last ~20 years: grow thicker skin or you won't have a very good time here, or on any other forum for that matter. That's just how it goes on forums, like on real life; you may say some some things that other people won't like or agree with and they will respond. Right we are not dealing with all like minded people and this forum also has diversity of users who share different thoughts in their mindset and you cannot conceive them all with what you have said so it's better to be part of healthy discussion but also ignore some comments and deal it as forum.This is intended to share knowledge and discuss ideas and opinions and it differs. The OP is too obsessed with merits, overlooking concepts such as usefulness, secondariness, or plagiarism. Therefore, he works not for quality, but for quantity, churning out topics that do not open anything new, but only repeat what has already been previously published. I agree with this, so I began to bypass such topics and not pay attention to them.
It is the intention of many new members here to make big post citing the main issues which are directly copied and then portray them as theirs without any source.They are in rush to gain merits like @OP so that they can rank up a little bit so as to earn on forum but what's the fun of that? Your account will get ban so instead of understanding the true importance of this forum which is exchange of knowledge between members and enhance your knowledge and make quality post they choose the other way which leads to ban only.
I don't think we should care how people give merits. I have seen a post given 50 merits just because the giver wanted to prove a point.
The merit system was intended to improve the post quality on forum and reduce the spam posting but if some merit abuse is occurring then also we should not care at all? I have seen members giving out large number of merits to some bounty reports submission also so what point they were proving according to you? The deserving members or post should get it and we should care for it. |

Another one of those preety romance scam where lovers are the victims of these bitcoin or say fiat related scams.This is sad that you have been one of the victim but how can you trust someone who continuously aks you for money whom you have met online through some media platform? If assumptions are made then you are also victim of one of those scams or so called honey trap in which any gender lures you into love trap and makes you believe in themselves but this is attempt to take out some personal information from you or the best part money for mostly.There is no gender as mentioned above in online world and this is highly risky market but if you are so careless to devote such huge amounts to the person you have not met personally and without any investigation then it's your fault. I see it the same way. Rollbots definitely have added value and I understand why they are bought. Besides the pure speculative value, these NFTs actually bring something to a rollbit player. This is not the case with all other NFTs. Sure, one could argue here that this is also the case with art in general, but for me NFTs are currently a pure speculative bubble in the crypto space. However, if they can also establish themselves away from cryptos, that is of course a different story. Time will tell ... There are lot of NFT's at this time which people are minting just to flip them and have more profits out of them as they don't offer something to holders but to justify how much benefits the Rollbot holders are getting only 0.76% of them are listed for sale and rest are being hold by the owners.This is so cool for any project as they are getting passive incomes from them which is why they are not selling it. International exchanges may restrict or freeze accounts of Russian users without warning. That's a possibility that's can happen with centralized exchanges.
Binance has said it will not block the account of innocent users but that's not the case with every exchange and whose funds are there are also prone to risk if you are residing basically in Russia as most of the payment processor like VISA and MasterCard have also have declined their services in Russia. Quiting is only for people who's afraid to face the harsh reality in life, mostly they will not became successful because they always tend to miss the opportunity what is given to them. I know its hard for someone to trust what's new to them but if they take a risk and adopt the changes and can able to handle whatever happens on the decision they made for sure success will follow later for this kind of people.
I will not agree to this part as sticking to something forever in the hope that at one point we will be gaining from it is not true in many cases.Like I previously mentioned in my post like some newbie investor has invested some amount in shitcoin with risk taking capabilities and is not ready to quit and later on project turn out to be scam or dead then what? Whether he became successful in his approach with dead tokens lying in his wallet? No so at this time if he had opted to quit early maybe he has gained some profits also. Looks like I'll have to be patient for the next few months to reach Hero rank [around September] as my activity aren't enough right now. So far I've managed to get 448/500 merit for Hero rank and only need a minimum of 52 more merit to qualify. But it looks like I will have to wait patiently like some other users whose merit amount is sufficient to become a high ranking member.
See after only after few days your merit stats have grown and now you need only 38 merits to reach the Hero rank ignoring the fact that you lag the activity for it.See you have gained additional 14 merits in period of two days which simply justify the post quality and your speed of merit earning and effective contributions to the forum. I don't think that's the case now because I just want to keep my merit count above my activity count for a long time. I'll probably try my best though this isn't really important to mention.
Keep up the work same way you have been doing without taking merit perspective into your mind because at some point they may not be delivered as per expectations but we need to maintain that good work we are doing on forum.But speaking frankly there are now so many new members who have maintain this thing of more merits than activity including you and it will be same as activity will be delivered after every two weeks and that also 14 which means you can cope up with that. |

I have the same thoughts as you, even though I'm not very good at painting contests, but I like to see the creative results of Roobet participants in this forum, they have strong talents and interests, so far Roobet has been very active in art contests in this forum. Honestly, I really miss the contest from Roobet about guessing sports scores especially soccer, guessing pictures and another impressive thing is numbers, hope that Roobet can re-run the contest which has long sunk, maybe to excite bettors on the Roobet site it's good to make a contest like I said above, has its own impression for it, The goal is positive, for those who are not good at painting, can also take part and other content, perfect. There are different approaches of quitting so we first of all need to have clarifications on that part because sticking to something that will not give any returns then it's better to leave it.There are always difference of opinion and in my sense here are some of the different ways in which we can quit and we don't need to:
TRADING
Suppose you are into short term trading or long term trading then you also need to think according to the market reactions and sentiment because holding your position is necessary.So if you are getting continuous loss then should be stick to it always in hope of getting profits later on? Even if you get some profits then what if you have lost enough that would not compensate it? So it's better to leave it and be out for some time.There are two things in this also which i would like to add :

Bitcoin --- Don't Quit
Learning and focusing
So if you are learning about something and want to enhance your knowledge then never quit because we need to have strong mentality in that case.With time you will gain knowledge, experience and skills with lot of practice of that work but if you have decided to quit then you will never be able to achieve that thing so what's the fun of half knowledge? So it's always advisable in this case that at one point you will succeed so increase your learning abilities and results will be with you.
Gambling
If you are playing for entertainment and fun purposes then it's fine but if you are getting too addictive then let it go and we need to Quit because it has lot of worse consequences so we should not involved any further.There are lot of stop gambling addiction program in which people tells and request to leave it.
So you see there are different meanings of quitting and don't quit which we first need to understand and that will help us in long run..
