I think it's obvious. He is trying to squeeze some more money from the casino script that failed so miserably.
Just look at his forum history.

At first, he promoted or worked for luckygames.io, but the casino turned out to be a scam.

~~~
And now he started this thread, whatever this is.
Ouch. I didn't look that seriously. But I didn't plan to spend money there. Now I am carefully reading your post and I think that perhaps he really created these sites - their number is growing. And only in this thread is he trying to get players, I think. But still a strange attempt - he can get very little money, there are not many beginners here who are ready to bring money to an unknown casino.
Yeah. Then there's this, where he claims to have already raised 22 bitcoins in investments and partnerships to continue developing the casino.
Quote from: Luizxind
1-I am not selling the site.
2-I didn't ask for advance investment, this was clarified in the telegram.
3-I only opened space for those who want to have a casino and want to manage it, but no advance deposit was requested before the official launch.
4-I already got partnerships and an investment of 22 btc to assemble a team of developers and improve the project.
<...>
https://ninjastic.space/post/59792249
I wonder why didn't he continue developing the site, and what happened to those 22 BTC?  Cheesy
No doubt, this is an obvious liar and most likely a scammer.
2182  Economy / Reputation / Re: How many red tags is the scammer Royse777 going to get? on: July 20, 2022, 10:46:26 PM
Considering Royse777's actions since the BitLucy fiasco, it shouldn't be a surprise that he locked that thread. However, I expected him at least to keep his word.
I will keep this thread alive.
~
This project has been stalled for a very long time, much longer than this thread was created.
As far as I can tell, this is the same developer and script as the luckygames casino. This casino was advertised on the forum since 2016, but the thread was closed in 2018 some unethical practices against players.
This is his old profile: luckygames
As i see, even in that thread there were 2 luckygames casino that time, and one of them was a dead site even in 2016. Why he wants to return to this project again? And why newbie account?
But this is doesn`t matter - i don`t think that we can get smth new from this casino.
I think it's obvious. He is trying to squeeze some more money from the casino script that failed so miserably.
Just look at his forum history.
At first, he promoted or worked for luckygames.io, but the casino turned out to be a scam.
Guys do not worry, the luckygames admin will take new measures for the event.   Cheesy Cheesy the site will not stop because of opponents, this is for Lucky Games to get stronger.   Wink
Then, a few years later, the same account tries to sell 3 gambling sites, which quite coincidentally look very similar to luckygames.
Quote
Hi everyone, My name is Luiz, I am a casino developer.
Customers gave up on buying them and that's why I decided to publish them here,
When that failed, he tried again:
https://draft.luckyplayers.io/
I'm also developing the slot and roulette
I will post more excerpts soon for a brief consultation.
are just pieces for a little analysis
2184  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FortuneJack making 120,000 dollars disappear from my account! on: July 18, 2022, 10:02:53 PM
And after that, can you point out in the same Terms and Conditions which parts of the contract FortuneJack claim were broken by you?
Please check on page 2 of this thread, what was written by the FortuneJack representative. He is falsely claiming that one player cannot win more 100,000 euros in sportsbets (and it's not 100k euros per one player, it's 100k euros per bet) although I had 2 different bets involved, which should make it 100,000 euros*2=200,000 euros.
Upon checking their terms, it seems that they no longer have this term and that they changed them. They've already made their steal. You must agree not a lot of people have a 200k win on sports.
The terms haven't changed since that parts of the contract remains in the terms, as far as I can tell:
Quote
If a User places several identical bets, the Company reserves the right to cancel similar ones and consider the first placed bet as active.
Quote
The maximum payout (where the “payout” means the product of stake amount and the coefficient of the bet) that we shall be obliged to pay to You in respect of any single bet, shall be limited to and in no event shall exceed the amount of mBTC equivalent to EUR 100 000 (one hundred thousand) at the time of placing the bet (the “Maximum Payout Limit”). You acknowledge and agree that for certain Sportsbook Services your approved staking level may mean that You may have the apportunity to win above the Maximum Payout Limit. Also, the amount of the total winning, including the amount above the Maximum Payout Limit, may be deposited on Your Account. If the payout exceeds the Maximum Payout Limit, only the Maximum Payout Limit shall be granted. The term about the Maximum Payout Limit is specific to the sportsbook Services and prevails over the similar term contained in general Terms and Conditions, if any.
source: https://fortunejack.com/faq/sportsbook
These are the same parts of the terms that FortuneJack quoted in their reply on page two.
2185  Economy / Gambling / Re: hello Players!! on: July 18, 2022, 09:17:32 PM
As i see the OP decided to stop the project. I don`t see any changes till the thread was created. And no any activity from the OP.
And i think this is a right decision. The casino looks simple enough and slow, i don`t believe that it can attract gamblers from the others trusted casinos.
This project has been stalled for a very long time, much longer than this thread was created.
As far as I can tell, this is the same developer and script as the luckygames casino. This casino was advertised on the forum since 2016, but the thread was closed in 2018 some unethical practices against players.
This is his old profile: luckygames
Hi guys,
I need to share something with you.
My name is Mark, well known as p1AYER, 28 years old and I'm Ukrainian, currently living in Thailand.
From the age of 15, an amateur of the web development and servers administration.
I'm managing Luckygames with 4 servers and 30 cryptocurrencies by myself.
The design, program code, games and all the features you may saw at Luckygames have been written by myself.
I don't trust people too, that's why I never used to pay for a staff.
2186  Economy / Gambling / Re: hello Players!! on: July 16, 2022, 09:45:13 PM
Hello Luizxind! So I guess you are still unsuccessful in selling your casino?
Currently, I have no idea what to recommend you because your casino script seems to be too rudimentary and does not provide anything that will attract potential clients. Is it possible for you to make a more attractive user interface? There is no doubt that your casino script lacks elegance, so maybe you should work with a good designer to make your casino script more appealing?
<...>
I don't know what your beef is with FreeBitco.in, but I'm starting to believe what TheQuin said, that you're just a troll and it's best to ignore you.
That member posted his problem yesterday, do you really think someone should be on call 24/7 on the forum to instantly answer every query regarding the site? Did you know that there is also customer support on the site?
2188  Economy / Gambling / Re: How do you know how to trust online sportsbooks? on: July 16, 2022, 09:17:21 PM
But, what about those casinos that do not have an ANN on the forum? For those in my opinion it is better to avoid reviews on third party websites. It can be always helpful to monitor the live if that casino has one or you can  give it a try by playing with small amount.
Not all reviews on third party websites are fake or written by paid shills. There are many good and reliable review websites you can check when needed and some of them have active representative on this forum.
In any case, don't rely on a single or few reviews posted on the Internet, instead read as many as you can from different sources than make your own mind. It's usually easy to figure out who is shilling and who is honest.
Testing the casino with your own money is not a bad idea if you don't mind losing that money but I wouldn't recommend it for newbies who might be lured into depositing more and more.
That's right, there is a certain review websites out there that actually have actual human beings writing reviews, and which do not resort to making up or inventing facts and then posting them as being factual, or worse, trying to lure us into a false sense of security, without any actual fact-checking whatsoever.
@pakhitheboss, check out these two threads if you're looking for some good reviews:
2189  Economy / Gambling / Re: Alternatives to 1xbit on: July 16, 2022, 09:00:37 PM
Yea, it starts from the nearest people to the site before it will begin to spread and eventually gets adopted by many people. The challenges of breaking through and being trusted is why new gambling sites need to engage in aggressive advertisements in social media and forums like here by running signature campaign and also have good welcome bonuses to attract new gamblers and then have a working and trusted system to keep them.
Yeah. For every new gambling site, gaining the trust of customers is of the utmost importance. While the industry is growing, there is no way for you to ensure that the user will give your site a try and actually consider your site as a trustworthy brand to place their hard-earned money on. That is why they need a well-executed marketing strategy and reliable back-end that will never have their customers getting disappointed and giving up on the site. To optimize site's conversion rate, one can look at plenty of different strategies for enhancing customers' experience.
Every new site will sometime become old and trusted, just that some few ones try many shady deals with trying to survive their early stage.
I wouldn't say that every new site will eventually become old and trustworthy. That's an optimistic assumption. There's a lot of competition in the market and not every new site will survive.
2190  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔮 Futuur - Predict the Future! 🔮 on: July 16, 2022, 08:38:13 PM
Any marketing method needs to be run for a long period of time to get the best results. Signature campaign is definitely effective, but to get the best results from signature campaign must run for a long time. So the marketing team must work with a good idea about the market needs.
There are many successful gambling websites in this forum and they continue their campaign. Since their campaign is continuing, it can be understood that those companies are getting results from this forum as per their expectations.
Not every marketing campaign requires a long period of time to be effective. Even in an extremely competitive market such as that of online gambling, a quick strike can still result in the introduction of new customers who will likely become loyal customers down the road. There are marketing campaigns that get some traction and start to attract people, even if they are short-lived. However, in order for such campaigns to actually achieve long-term success, it is important that the efforts are backed by sound and reliable knowledge of online marketing.
Although, I agree that the signature campaigns can get some traction from the start, what they also need to have is some level of sustainability. If they are short-lived, then it is very unlikely for the audience to be converted into more loyal customers.
It didn't mean to ask JollyGood. I quoted JollyGood posts because I agree with him and my question is the same. I asked that guy.
My understanding of online discussion forums is that when you quote someone and ask a specific question, you are addressing that person. I could be wrong, though.  Wink
It feels like I am in Korea. LOL
In which one?  Cheesy
But, let's stick to the topic.
2193  Economy / Gambling / Re: The History Of Gambling. on: July 15, 2022, 02:28:14 PM
But the history of gambling is more ancient than that. It goes back to the creation of the humans. <...>
Yep! God took a huge gamble when he created humans. I wonder if he ever regretted it, given how some of them turned out in the end.  Grin
2194  Economy / Reputation / Re: Royse777, Bitlucy and long story in brief on: July 15, 2022, 02:14:51 PM
I also would like to see where Royse777 said he was dining with the CEO in person. Would you mind sharing the link to that post or at least the archive?
Why don't you ask the person who mentioned it first? What does JollyGood have to do with this?
Apparently, there are some forum members who got special treatment and got a glimpse of Royse's private conversations with Lucy. The rest of us can only speculate on what went on.
Yeah when I say hangout then you interpret it dinner date in person. Bud! you have not even looked at the details I have posted publicly (forget about private) yet you are here arguing BS to establish your thoughts.
Actually, it wasn't Jolly who interpreted the dinner date. So, rather than making accusations, you might want to be a little more precise with your arguments.
2196  Economy / Reputation / Re: Royse777, Bitlucy and long story in brief on: July 15, 2022, 11:49:24 AM
Was this ever actually addressed by Royse777? Was a straight answer ever posted addressing this issue about the dinner? If so, can anybody provide a link before Royse777 locks this thread.
Was there an actual in-person dinner between Royse777 and Bitlucy where they met or was it an online chat only. I am confused, did they ever meet in real life to discuss Bitlucy as a business? Were they actually friends in real life or was this specifically a cyber friendship where the two main protagonists never met in real life?
I highly doubt it since Royse claims they started communicating again shortly before the BitLucy casino launched. Considering the time period and that they apparently live on different continents, it is highly unlikely that they ever met in person. Royse mentioned that he participated in some meetings with potential partners, but these could very well have been virtual meetings only.
The site is operational and resolves as expected.
Same here mate , I cannot access the site also  as it looks like restrictions being activated or at least it is not available in my country I dont know .
Just to confirm this, I get the same error message when I try to access the coinsaga.com website. It looks like they have some very restrictive rules set up in their Cloudflare firewall.
2198  Economy / Gambling / Re: KYC casino or no-KYC casino, but with no bonuses/no cashback? on: July 15, 2022, 10:59:58 AM
Snip
Well perhaps the same on Roobet.
I was there from the first launching on their website and join the signature campaign, they did not require KYC before but after they gained forum users' trust they changed -- and they required users to have KYC and pass documents proof. I think their strategy was right, from no KYC to becoming a KYC casino but first build your trust and reputation first before people trust your company.
Perhaps there is no wrong with KYC if we trust the gambling casino and already built their reputation --but on the new one, never.
Any casino have to become trusted and i think that they don`t need any KYC first time. But if they begin to use KYC later - it can become a problem - some gamblers can feel cheated and leave such casino.
~
I just want to say a word in defense of Roobet here. Smiley I'm sure it wasn't like, "Let's make them register and then ask for KYC later". The site itself doesn't need your personal data, and they would never ask for it themselves. But if at some point the authorities force them to gather KYC data from their users, being a licensed casino they simply have no choice.
This is probably true, they implemented the KYC requirement due to regulatory obligations. However, that still doesn't justify the way they did it. Roobet actively promoted itself as an anonymous casino, it was even highlighted in their ANN on this forum. And suddenly, out of the blue, they decided to force KYC requirements on all their customers. That was, in my opinion, wrong and immoral.
Does getting to a new membership Rank dependent on Merits, or they are just two independent awards?
All the information you need is available in the sticky threads at the top of this board, was it really necessary to start a new thread about this?
BTW, you asked the same question a few minutes ago in another thread. I really wish I could demerit you for this.
