2181  Economy / Reputation / Re: Hhampuz being campaign manager of casinos with no adress or license on: March 17, 2019, 05:33:34 AM
Not even Quickseller is jumping on his side.
Unlike most people in this thread, my views on issues and disputes do not change based on who is involved.

If you accept the presumption that not having a business license, nor a physical address makes your business untrustworthy, what Thule is advocating for is not outside of the mainstream, in fact some people in this thread who are opposed to what Thule has advocated for have essentially forced (or tired to force via the threat of negative trust) people to stop advertising other untrustworthy businesses, that are actually untrustworthy. I myself have messaged participants of a signature campaign I was running urging people to stop advertising for a business that turned out to be a scam, once it was confirmed it was a scam.

I previously explained why I don't think the lack of a business license makes a casino untrustworthy. There is perhaps a slightly stronger argument that the lack of a physical address makes the casino untrustworthy, however many in the crypto world have scammed whose identities were either public prior to the scam, or were dox'ed after the fact, and there are probably less than 5 who had anything happen to them, so I don't think a "physical address" will do much in terms of player/customer safety.

The argument that Thule is not going after *all* casino's without a license (and other scams in the ponzi section) and therefore his current argument against Hhampuz is a red-herring because he does not have the resources to go after every single scam business, and must use his resources efficiently. Similarly, the fact that Thule is not going to the authorities about these businesses is a distraction because he cannot force law enforcement to go after these businesses, and they may not if the business is not generating enough business to account for using law enforcement's resources, and law enforcement not going after a business is not an excuse for someone supporting said business if they are doing something harmful. Hhampuz is helping businesses referenced in the OP conduct business and generate additional business by running their signature campaigns, and if these businesses are actually doing harmful things to their customers, he should stop doing so as soon as practical.

Any argument other than the referenced businesses are not harming their (potential) customers (or something similar thereto) is invalid, IMO.

I think this rating is one more example of why you are a follower and not a leader. I do not doubt that you will be unwilling (or more likely, unable) to defend this rating in any way if/when anyone tries to call you out on it, or otherwise tries to discuss it with you. Thule calling someone out for helping a company advertise that he says he believes is untrustworthy does not make him a scammer. Any negative ratings given to him for this thread are an attempt to silence him from asking difficult questions -- except in this case, he is not even asking difficult questions (his arguments in this case are not difficult to counter), so perhaps it would not only be a sign of a lack of integrity, but also a lack of intellectual capacity.
2182  Other / Meta / Re: Users should be notified when being put on DT on: March 16, 2019, 05:26:00 AM
Perhaps someone should already have a history of leaving accurate ratings before being added to DT....
2183  Other / Meta / Re: What's the essence of reporting topic to be moved if they can be moved back. on: March 16, 2019, 12:35:09 AM
If you are moving a topic to a place where it should be, you are breaking the rules. If you move a topic to a sub after a mod moves it to a different sub, you are essentially breaking the rules after you have been told not to. If you continuously move a thread to an incorrect sub, the thread will likely eventually get locked.

If a thread was moved by the OP after a mod moved it, you can indicate this in the report comment.

You have reported 16576 posts with 100% accuracy (16493 good, 30 bad, 53 unhandled).
Do you use any automated tools to report this many posts? If you see several consecutive posts within the same thread, will you report each post, or make a single report?

 Sad
He signed a message from an address posted before those changes here, and just repaid a smaller loan. I would ask the same lender if he is willing to fill this loan.
2186  Economy / Reputation / Re: Avirunes is A Scammer ? or bully ? on: March 14, 2019, 11:24:02 PM
I have no affirmative reason to believe avirunes is a scammer, and I have no idea if his account was recently hacked, although if it was, I would presume the "real" avirunes would create a thread trying to get his account recovered, which I have not seen.

In regards to the rating he left you, there is blockchain evidence that you are an alt of bitcoinfuck, as both of your casinos are using the same xpubkey for its wallet.

You could make the argument that your alt, bitcoinfuck is not a scammer, although backing out of a deal once the issue of escrow is broached is very shady. I haven't looked into the legitimacy of the claim that the casino being run by bitcoinfuck is a scam.
2187  Economy / Reputation / Re: Hhampuz being campaign manager of casinos with no adress or license on: March 14, 2019, 08:21:35 PM
I always escrow funds [...]. I never put my participants at risk of not getting compensated
I think the concern of the OP is that you are facilitating the advertising of casinos that thule concludes to be shady because, according to him, they do not have a "license". The concern does not appear to be that participants are at risk of not getting paid.

I do agree that it would be best to not facilitate the advertising of a scam, of a company that is untrustworthy, or a company that is known to harm its customers. However, in most cases involving crypto casinos, a "license" is meaningless IMO, and I don't think they provide any *real* protection to gamblers. I suspect most crypto casinos with "gambling licenses" are still breaking the law in one way or another in most major jurisdictions.

Here's the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/7C3MRtpy

As for the threats against my life, they were posted in my reputation thread and deleted by a moderator. Should still be ]in the deletion log.
That screenshot does not have a post/communication by the OP in it. The only post by V-Power deleted recently was in this thread that is entirely unrelated to you...

I'm pretty sure Rambotnic is an alt of OP.
Why do you think this?
2189  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Legal Action Against Dean Nolan & betking.io on: March 14, 2019, 03:23:46 PM

I read the Trust and feedback for the above poster and decided to not respond to him for obvious reasons related to the serious allegations against him by senior members of this community and because of the poor disgraceful attitude he showed in the past which led to others leaving appropriately negative feedback, comments and Trust.

As of today it stands "-8176 Warning: Trade with extreme caution!"

Add to that his motives for getting involved here in which is a blatant scam by scammer Dean Nolan, it means adding him to my IGNORE list was the best option because maybe he is after the freebie useless tokens scammer Dean Nolan is offering.

The serious allegations made against him in his Trust by senior members of the community mean I would not respond to anybody with that sort of track record or with those sort of allegations against them but I have been advised by some very kind senior members of the community to list at least some of the allegations because not all people browsing this forum will be aware of exactly what the betking ICO scam was and how scammer Dean Nolan stole from players/users on his betking scam website even though plenty of information is out there.

I will post here with an update soon.

I am going to take your ad-hominem attack, non-answer to mean that you are unable to articulate why this person is a scammer.

I would let you know your statements potentially open you up to liability under libel laws if you are unable to prove what you are saying.

2191  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Legal Action Against Dean Nolan & betking.io on: March 14, 2019, 03:56:16 AM
Can you explain why you believe this person is a scammer? I read the OP of your thread, and it doesn't appear to articulate what you believe he did.

IIRC, he has had some problems and controversy in the past, I believe over affiliate payments, but if memory serves me correctly this was resolved.
2192  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is Trust abuser ( false arguments and lies) on: March 14, 2019, 01:09:05 AM
So, just so everyone is 💯% on the same page, you have sent no PMs to that person?
2193  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is Trust abuser ( false arguments and lies) on: March 14, 2019, 12:00:02 AM
He sent me threatening messages against my physical safety. I'll post after work. He also threatened my life in my reputation thread but staff deleted it.
OP, is this true? What PMs did you send him?

I just have one question: what was the remote control for? Hopefully something cool, like a drone.
They were for the panties...
2195  Other / Meta / Re: [Proposal] Change The Moderator of Beginners & Help on: March 13, 2019, 03:03:25 PM
Where's Miss Lauda?
B'cause in that board, I just saw pinned thread is created by Lauda and theymos.

But I will choose LoyceV as the moderator of the board.
He always gives new good things for contribution to the forum.
Lauda actually was a Moderator/Global Moderator (I can't remember) back in the old days.  AFAIK, she left/was removed by theymos.
Lauda was actually fired from being a mod for extortion.
2196  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Crashdoge.com scammed 9M Doge / 4BTC + | Video evidence+More (Bustabit licensed) on: March 13, 2019, 06:51:04 AM

Owner does not require KYC anywhere on site, upon signing up, there's no terms of service, nothing.
This should have been a fairly large red flag.

Is it safe to assume you are unwilling to complete KYC?
2197  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trust abuser and fraudster IdiotCoder (may be a sold account) on: March 13, 2019, 05:57:27 AM
He was trying to buy bitcoin while using an on-forum escrow, so I just can't see where the scam attempt is.  Anyone see anything that I'm missing?

Yes.  He disputes the wire transfer after the escrow releases the coin.
Wire transfers cannot be reversed in most cases, and doing so is not trivial as it is to dispute a PP or a credit card payment.

Obviously a sender of a wire transfer can take the recipient to court if he wants to claim he was defrauded, but that is also true for all other payment methods.
2198  Other / Meta / Re: Account Ban on: March 12, 2019, 11:40:37 PM
Out of curiosity, are you also this guy?

Both of you are claiming to be banned for “merit abuse” even though this is not against the rules, however you don’t have any merit to abuse.
2199  Other / Meta / Re: Ban appeal on: March 12, 2019, 04:26:15 PM
Maybe so, but everyone else has the right to know what is expected of them in regards to merit.
2200  Other / Meta / Re: Ban appeal on: March 12, 2019, 03:44:41 PM
Can a moderator who would know, confirm if the message quoted in the OP is real?

Theymos explicitly said that merit would not be moderated, but the above seems to contradict that.
