Bitcoin cash is very awesome, currently goes up along with bitcoin. I think before bitcoin hard fork, BCC/BCH has high probability to hit 0.15-0.2 btc, it will make every BCH's fans happy. And BCH will kill BT2.
Bitcoin cash goes up more than Bitcoin yesterday and today (and some days before) : very impressive pump. 0.15 btc is possible, there was at th begining. 0.20 btc ipossible too. But the real goal is more than 0.25 btc :-) ! |

Hey guys,
I had BTC on bittrex since 24th of oct. I moved them to electrum wallet. Now I am not sure where exactly the fork happened nor where I had some BTC but I ve read that either way I should have some now because bittrex said they will credit people with bitcoin gold if they have some btc. I dont. If my btc where at electrum wallet when fork happened, how do I get these bitcoin gold coins?

First, look at the block number of the snapshot (Bitcoin gold website). Then, look at the day and hour of the creation of this block (any Bitcoin explorer). If you Bitcoins was in your electrum wallet at this moment, tou should make a swap procedure when a bitcoin gold wallet will be available. |

This coin is not "mining only", not at all ! You can buy it on several exchanges (see btcz website, OP, this topic) : the principal exchange today is tradesatoshi. And yes, because there no premine and no ICO, it is a well decentralized coin. |

Hello everyone, First off I read this thread and I have to give credit to community supporting it because I do believe it has good structure. Never mined before and gave a try to mine BTCZ with cpu, 70 coins in 2 weeks as you can see here https://bitcoinz.ph/address/t1K8JzU8KKxTsjw1CoyNb2jK8FYpaN4Re7BOf course 70 coins are few but I had proof that it can be mined with regular hardware. Premise is that I am a student and don't have access to liquidity to buy advanced hardware such as graphic cards (which costs 300$ and over). I have been a supporter of BTCZ since I found it even if I can mine only few coins with cpu. What can I do to mine more and support this wonderful project without having to pay much? (in terms of hardware) Thanks your contribution is appreciated. White No solution in tour case : to mine, you have to have some harware and more hardware you have, more BTCZ you mine. For the community, you can help it with a beautifull design for a bitcointalk signature, for example. |

In the configuration file, I see where I write the parameters for each GPU and each Pool, but for the pools, I didn't see where I write the worker password ?
There is the name of pool, the port, the coin address, the worker name, but no worker password...

Like I said before, C-Cex is a very bad exchange : no reputation, no services, false promises and very expensive.
It was a very bad investment.
BTCz is now listed in C-cex and no pump for the price : all is the same as before...
Look at real exchanges please...
If the dev and all the teal work well, if the community is big and strong, exchanges like Bittrex and Poloniex, Kraken will come without spending any satoshis.

I had some request to support different equihash variants. Currently I'm focusing on requests and general improvements (for 200,9) - so not sure about it. Guys, sorry for asking it, but could you tell me please what do those numbers mean: "192,7", "200,9"? Don't get it  Not sure, but I think it the version numbers of some equihash variants. All are variants of the same "father branch" from master equihash project and some coin is based on one of them and some other coins on some other of them. |

So Any update on when we can actually mine Bitcoin gold .
Wasn't it supposed to begin on 1st November .
But All I can find is that its only test net mining and these test net tokens will be worthless.
Also , Which pool will you guys be mining on , I am currently thinking of suprnova but I dont know if it will be updated to the offical token on release or after a couple of hours/days .
No pool are mining on the mainnet for a simple reason ! mainet is not open. And Bitcoin Gold team don't say when mainet will be open, probably not before the ed of testnet test, perhaps few days... (this week-end or next monday, november 6). In the testnet you have to setup your production miner : all yours coins has no value. |

When will block rewards get halved? Price sustainability with the influx of so many new coins seems unsustainable.
This is a good question. From what I can tell, there is no halving built into the code for now. Meaning it will take about 8 years at a rate of 12,500 coins every 2.5 minutes to mine all of the BTCZ. Looking at game theory, this will probably result in a rapid rise in market cap and send BTCZ into the top 100 very soon. BitcoinZ halves in 4 years. Yes, I confirm : BitcoinZ halves every 4 years, like Bitcoin. Look at the source code and earier in this thread : there is the source code line and the confirmation of the devs. Don't know why someone say the false. |

Since the beginning, their numbers are allways false and I never earn what they talk about.
I espect that readers don't make there investments and ROI with these numbers. You have to do you personnal experience, see you own numbers and make your own mathematics.

Thank you for sharing. These resultsare bad, very bad (at stock...). Approximatively 6% more with Equihash... only with +25% in cuda cores and much power consumption. The same result or even less with Dagger-Hashimoto and ever muche more watts burned. |

It's so lonely out here. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_mv1pd3BIAIs anyone else on this? I'm using nvOC, 13x 1080ti, 6x p106, 8gb ram, g2620 CPU. Mining equihash at 11000 sol/s. I can't get any ccminers to work, they all throw up cuda errors or crash immediately upon launch. So I'm missing out on vertcoin which is a bummer. Claymore dual and eth only works though, but sticking to equihash now as it's most profitable. My odd numbered cards get about 720 sol/s and my even numbered cards are 700 sol/s or below. Have no idea why. Thinking it has to do with the motherboard. Do we expect a future bios update to unlock the 13x limit? When?  Who else is on this? What are you mining? Watt for an impressive setup ! But, unfornately the ~2.40/2.50 sol/Watt ratio is very bad. Even with my old GTX750 (non "TI"), from the previous nVidia generation (2.5 years old), made a better ratio (2.56 sol/W). |
