2201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone know how to teach students about the blockchain using physical objects? on: January 13, 2015, 02:56:07 PM
Just get some computers and show them the mining process? Lol Tongue The problem is what you're trying to explain is quite complicated backend stuff and I don't know if it can be that simplified, it's pretty funny seeing news journalists try to do it all the time, Bitcoin is a complicated technology.

I think the best way to get them to understand it personally is to just get them to use it, that's how I did it.
2202  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam and people hates each other? on: January 13, 2015, 11:22:16 AM
That sentence doesn't even make any fucking sense, lately the Guardian has become absolutely terrible in it's journalism Islam is the religion and Muslims are the noun for people who follow that religion. Whatever point they had went out the window with such a stupid line, it's like Ben Affleck claiming that hating muslims is racist, there's a reason they call hating Jews anti-semitism for example.

Also, the reason Islam is so violent is because they haven't moved on from the middle ages, if you look at the old testaments of other religions you'll see they've had to adapt themselves to society, these guys haven't and so they're getting a lot of shit for it. Add on a shit ton of brainwashing at a young age and this is why you have so many people ready to become martyrs for the prophet.

But if we allow that the crimes of Stalin, or of Mao, were comparable to those of the transatlantic slave trade in ambition if not in duration, they are not excused in the slightest by saying that the most terrible atheist dictators were not very racist at all.

Ahhh, the old Stalin and Mao were Athiest argument when it fact they made state the religion, I need to stop reading this shit, the stupidity is pissing me off.
2203  Other / Meta / Re: My old Account is now the MOST UNTRUSTED account on the forums! on: January 13, 2015, 10:45:22 AM
You guys are moaning about something that only has a bad choice for name - it should have been "feedback" or something like that.

It's well known that people send easier negative feedback than positive. It's something related to psychology iirc.

Well that's a common thing on the internet, usually people only tend to post or be active on things they want to complain or rant about, thanks to the way that google organises it's searches. That means stuff that's shit often tends to get bumped to the first page because people are still posting angry rants about it, rather than the listing what is relevant to the search term.
2204  Other / Off-topic / Re: how much coffee do you drink? on: January 13, 2015, 08:48:13 AM
Anything more than 2 - 3 cups a day ( I stick with strictly 2 most of the time ) can actually cause you to have withdrawal effects, how do I know this? Because I had the unpleasant feeling of experiencing it myself. Like with any drug use it in moderation and be careful even if it's caffeine! People don't think much about it because everybody assumes it's okay to use.
2205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Miners are killing bitcoin on: January 13, 2015, 08:43:16 AM
What are you even ranting about? O_O
2206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Miners are killing bitcoin on: January 13, 2015, 07:48:09 AM
Where the fuck did you assholes come from all of a sudden? If you think there's a better way of maintaining an network, implement it, Bitcoin is open source, that's the reason why devs don't bow to your every whim, if you want to make changes you need to download the code yourself and get to it. Something tells me though you guys definitely don't have the expertise to even organise something like that let alone code which is why you're here bitching at the developers instead.
2207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Miners are killing bitcoin on: January 13, 2015, 07:27:54 AM
You don't understand how currencies work, especially deflationary ones like Bitcoin, so please, don't act like you know everything, especially when you're very, very wrong.

They should call it the "Mitch Mcconnell" snow sculpture.
2209  Other / Meta / Re: Who owns this forum? on: January 12, 2015, 09:30:56 PM

2210  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: CEX.IO Suspends Cloud Mining............. on: January 12, 2015, 06:36:34 PM
If it's so much trouble to keep things going then why are there other cloud mining companies that are doing just fine? Doesn't add up, but oh well, I didn't like cex.io much either, seems to me a case of poor management of their funds if they're truly having difficulties.

I wouldn't speak too soon on that one, maybe cex.io is starting the trend for the BIG cloud mining companies

I fucking hope not :S that said, it seems very easy nowadays to spot the ones that are going to fail, just because of how frequently they 'run into' problems.

2212  Other / Off-topic / Re: 9 reasons you should eat more beans on: January 12, 2015, 03:26:28 PM
Yes this pro-bean article forgets one thing, you need to make sure you eat vegetables so it doesn't mess up your shit, I have discovered I actually really like spinach and since it's so healthy might as well eat tons of the stuff.
2213  Other / Meta / Re: Is this the Level of Banning ? on: January 12, 2015, 02:53:18 PM
Send a PM to one of the mods or staff members, I don't know if there's really an official channel for it to go through the staff tend to just react to things when they're online. Yes, if you're getting banned because of spam, it's your own damn fault, you should also be aware that creating an account to cirumvent the ban to spam more is going to get you in worse trouble.

Edit: lol I didn't even realise there was an email, I need to learn to read too Sad I just don't have to worry about getting banned on this forum.
2214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Still Use Bitcoin if It Had No Anonymity? on: January 12, 2015, 01:33:20 PM
Bitcoin technically doesn't have anonymity to begin with, it's only through VPNs and other such services that you can be truly anonymous, people who make the claim that Bitcoin is anonymous don't know how it works, now when Dark Wallet releases that will be another story though.

Not necessarily but it doesn't have to offer 100% anonymity by itself, it just gives you the ability to do so if you wish. Plus you still need to offer zero personal details to use it unlike a bank or paypal account so it is anonymous in that respect. .

That's true, point is though there's always a link to your identity somewhere because of things like I.P addresses and that's pretty difficult to get rid of completely.

Well the shit is that my girlfriend asked mr to get the answer of above question lol so i m just gathering some information so i can tell her something

Why doesn't she fucking ask? How are men supposed to know about what women do? Ever? LOL Cheesy
2218  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is France Experiencing Blowback from Muslims? on: January 11, 2015, 11:28:08 PM
Only people on the internet could blame the Jews for something muslims have done >_>
2219  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is France Experiencing Blowback from Muslims? on: January 11, 2015, 11:12:18 PM

Making matters worse, most of France’s Muslims are third class citizens marginalized by French society and discriminated against, living in poverty with no prospects for their futures.  They have become an angry, dangerous, alienated sub-class seething with resentment and prone to criminality.  The French-born men of Algerian origin men who killed “Charlie Hebdo” came from there.   The food market attacker was of black African origin.

Fucking cowards, no matter what soldiers are doing to people it doesn't justify the killing of defenceless people especially if it's over a fucking cartoon, boo hoo, if I flipped out over mean things said to me and every asshole out there there would be thousands of graves throughout yorkshire by now.

It's not rational to attack unarmed people, it doesn't stop anything, all it is, is indiscriminate slaughter and the people who claim otherwise are yes, I'm saying it again, a bunch of cowards. The reason these guys target civilians back home is because they can't go up against soliders that have the ability to defend themselves, it's that simple.

Now when you're talking about groups like the PKK on the other hand things are a bit more logical, but that's because they have marxist and social libertarian routes and aren't actually that fucking crazy, they were conquered by the ottomon empire ( Who are now Turkey ) and have been fighting for their independence ever since.
