1341  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-04-23] Fusion: Why Bitcoin’s male domination will be its downfall on: April 27, 2015, 05:33:59 PM
Why have the misandrists suddenly turned their attention to the Bitcoin community? I bet you we're going to see them try and swarm the forums with their bullshit soon enough, unfortunately for them I've been ready to pick a fight lately because of the UK elections.
1342  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Exercise 'not key to obesity fight' on: April 27, 2015, 04:57:35 PM
It's actually gotten utterly ridiculous that people will go to these lengths to protect the feelings of people rather than state scientific and medical facts that have been obvious from the beginning, when you exercise you lose fat, when you don't you gain fat, especially if you eat lots of unhealthy food. I'm all for a debate and I think that everything should be questioned, but when you have all the evidence right in front of you on a daily basis simply by living I do think that medical professionals should stop wasting their time even responding to these people, let people who actually have the time put these morons in their place.

In other words, if you're fat, stop trying to use the political system to make excuses for yourself, I must say I have a huge respect to anyone who's fat and doesn't pull this kind of bullshit and acknowledges that health problem they have are due to their weight, good on you, anyone else who tries to justify this behaviour can fuck off.

It's like trying to claim 1 + 1 = 3 guys, it really is that stupid.
1343  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-04-23] businessinsider: One big reason Bitcoin is going nowhere on: April 27, 2015, 03:08:33 PM

Fusion's Felix Salmon delves into the seedy underbelly of the Bitcoin world and comes up with the real problem with cryptocurrency: the community is 96% men.

LoL  Grin ....... too stupid sry...

Yes, because only MEN can be seedy and corrupt!

ROFL! If there's one good thing that will come out of the American election is that when Hilary Clinton gets elected women everywhere will finally realise that women can be just as corrupt as men when given power.
1344  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Latvia is to create ghettos/concentration camps for its "non-citisens" on: April 26, 2015, 03:41:58 PM
Me too, but unfortunately people like this are a convenient scapegoat for politics, here in the UK we have a lot of rants about immigration going on, when really it is due to their horrific mismanagement and ignorance of how the economy works that they're in this position in the first place. What's unsettling though is how despite this stupidity the political parties take advantage of peoples' general ignorance and what's even more unsettling is how there are people in these countries that are more than eager to go after immigrants despite it being obvious that's not what the problem is.
1345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What If Online Dating Sites Start To Use Bitcoin on: April 25, 2015, 03:56:36 PM
The last thing we want is more scammers using Bitcoin, I know women must get men all over them on those sites but for men it's even more of a minefield than trying to pick up girls RL.

Needs an extra option "When the word free is mentioned".
1347  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-04-22] Reuters: Deals in dark helped bitcoin take off on: April 24, 2015, 07:29:11 AM

Without dealings in the "grey areas" of the global economy, bitcoin might not have grown to be worth the $3 billion it is today, according to Gavin Andresen, the closest thing the digital currency has to a CEO.

Reuters just invalidated any credibility they had with that one comment, how can they get it so fucking wrong? Bitcoin isn't a fucking company, it was designed to be decentralised for a reason.
1348  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can I buy goods by Amazon Gift Card and shipping to Vietnam directly ? on: April 23, 2015, 01:08:14 PM
As others have said Amazon is pretty localised, what I would do is actually sell that card for some Bitcoin and then that way you can sell coins and have the money put directly into your bank account then you don't have to do anything daft to get round the whole system.
1349  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to get GTA V for 33$ on: April 23, 2015, 07:02:25 AM
If you don't trust this link and I don't blame you, there are plenty of discounts at CJS-Cdkeys, bought Grand Theft Auto V myself from there.

http://www.cjs-cdkeys.com/products/Grand-Theft-Auto-V-CD-Key-%28Digital-Download%29.html

It's not illegal, just seems like an incredibly unnecessary and complicated way of scoring a small discount.

Then don't make it out that the Russians were meaningless in the war just beacause it disagrees with your sense of American superiority.

yeah, and who grinded the Nazis.  Maybe if someone over there could've handled their shit then we could've sat that mess out too.

I hope I don't have to bring up how in your civil war that founded the United States the French played a big role in it and even gave you the statue of liberty, but of course, you guys all went in going "Fuck yeah 'murica!" and shot at everybody with muskets according to your logic.

The news was first detailed in a post penned by former White House senior advisor and Digital Currency Initiative director Brian Forde, who today officially joined the university-run research laboratory.

Not sure how I feel about this, sounds to me like the U.S government is getting far too closely involved with the Bitcoin source code.
1352  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ron Paul: ‘NATO’s an Entangling Alliance We’d Be Better Off Without’ on: April 22, 2015, 07:51:05 PM
Cuz fuck yeah 'murica! Dem fuckin' commies!

But seriously, casually dimissing the Russian involvement in World War 2 is a fucking joke, especially considering the millions of Russians that died fighting off the Nazis.
1353  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God doesn't exist? on: April 22, 2015, 07:50:14 PM
The problem is the people who try to make that kind of argument haven't had the thought entered into their heads that the people who wrote the books they idolise so much made that shit up to screw them out of their money. It would be the same thing where if I made up a story about a magical cat that I can only see, setup a church, and started taking in money then started lobbying various government officials and offering them perks for declaring themselves believers in the magical cat and that then starts giving influence to the me who formed the church in the first place.

That's how this stuff works, which is why groups like Scientology can get away with the exact same thing, add some good brainwashing into the mix over a couple of centuries and that's how you end up with the major religions. In short, there is no scientific proof for god and there is none against it, because there is no evidence of his existence.

Soviet Union.

That's an inconvenient truth many Americans like to forget, the Russians held the line against the Nazis for a long time taking millions of casualties in the process.

Quote
The Soviet Union did not liberate Europe.

If the Russians hadn't gotten involved the Nazis would have been able to conquer all of Western Europe entirely and then turned their attention to America, you should re-learn your history.

Easily the one that woke me up to what an absolute scam our current economy is and the way paper currency constantly screws us out of our time.

Stop blaming God for the mess people got themselves into by using their free will.

Does make me wonder why religious fanatics like BaDecker are so intolerent and spiteful, all the more reason to fight them at every turn.
1357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this how most people percieve Bitcoin? An NSA honeypot?? on: April 22, 2015, 07:53:38 AM
Oh they most certainly are going to monitor the stuff that interests them, that's what intelligent agencies do, but to think that they can actually control an open source technology is a new level of stupidity for me, people like this really piss me off because they seem to take pride in being this moronic.

To me it's the equivalent of saying "I have a stupid an uninformed opinion and you're not allowed to argue with it because it's MY opinion and I'm going to run around screaming it at everybody as loud as possible even if I've completeley made everything up" they're spreading this bullshit to people who don't know any better and Mike Maloney got taken in by it a bit as well but luckily he's intelligent so he went off and did his own research on Bitcoin.

My favourite one is that douchebag who made a video on youtube just to say I don't know anything about Bitcoin and like any good American I don't trust what I don't understand.
1358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this how most people percieve Bitcoin? An NSA honeypot?? on: April 22, 2015, 07:15:29 AM
They're utterly, utterly stupid, the fact is the people haven't even glanced at Bitcoin properly and are just making up their own bullshit, we all know it's open source and anyone can look into the code so this assertion makes absolutely no sense. Before I used to feel like we should argue with these assholes but now they're just annoying because they're like others who simply refuse to take a proper look at it and investigate how it works so they just make it up.

The 11% who asked "What is Bitcoin?" are far more honest with themselves and are the people we should be spending time on.

Some people are born unlucky, this kind of thing is precisely why I rarely rely on luck, it always backfires.

My favourite one is on RPGs.

"You shoot <NPC> in the face at point blank range"

"You miss"

^ Nearly every fucking time, this is one of the reasons I hate turn based RPGs.

Now I know we're dealing with money in your case but it's the same sort of thing, with money in particular you should never really on a percentage of success to generate you an income but consistency instead. Gambling is no way to make money and should be done for fun no matter what people say.
