1741  Other / Off-topic / Re: How you personally make a girl love you? on: February 27, 2015, 08:14:42 PM
I really have nothing, I'm too blunt Tongue What I will say though is you know how there are girls out there who rant all the time about how they want an honest guy? They're fucking lying, because by their logic I should be getting laid constantly.

We both had great time so wha? We are good friends also

Just so you know, you're an asshole if you actually did that to someone's wife/girlfriend.
1742  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Don't lose your head! Full-body transplants will be possible within two years on: February 27, 2015, 07:04:03 PM
That brings new meaning to the label parasitic aristocracy.
1743  Other / Meta / Re: Calling the PONZI/SCAMS "Investor-based games" its immoral on: February 27, 2015, 06:29:55 PM
The issue isn't that these ponzi schemes exist it's that people are stupid enough to keep investing in them despite our warnings, you can't blame us when people refuse to listen.
1744  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BBC: How will the 5G network change the world in 2020? on: February 27, 2015, 06:20:22 PM
It's nice to finally see some real progress going into all this wireless technology because the current stuff is just crappy, it's the equivalent of 56k when cable broadband was first coming out.
1745  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Students refusing to pay their federal loans wrote to the Dept of Ed on: February 27, 2015, 09:27:05 AM
Precisely why I didn't even bother going to university the problem isn't just for profit schools, it's the whole education system, it's been a total failure, I could study hard and re-take my GSCEs so I get A's and so on then go to a top university but I'm not fucking naive systems like this are designed to indebt you from the very start and force you into indentured servitude.

There is no job guranteed and waiting for you once you finish university, it's a lie, paper is not what civilisation is founded on, it's knowledge and skill.
1746  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] Semi-Precious Gemstones - Prices in Bitcoin and ArtsyCoin on: February 27, 2015, 09:13:20 AM
Holy shit, how did I not spot this before? I should browse the marketplace section more often but it's usually only spammers that get to the top, I'll keep you in mind as well as that Gemvault guy if I'm looking for anything in particular, right now I don't have the money to regularly afford stones like that though.

For others, he's taken some very good photos, they don't look like cubic zirconia from what I can see, otherwise they'd be too shiny etc. and look too 'perfect' which are usually the main signs of an artificial stone.
1747  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is the color of this dress? Gold & White or Black & Blue? on: February 27, 2015, 09:08:54 AM
Looks yellow/brown to me not gold but then again there's shadow on it so it's hard to tell from the photo, yeah I don't know how anyone can say this is black and blue unless it's extremely dark and they have poor eyesight maybe LOL Tongue
1748  Other / Off-topic / Re: New Game : what do you think? on: February 27, 2015, 08:58:39 AM
Ahh, I've seen this game before, yeah pretty much looks like a different style of minecraft though that said it reminds me personally more of space engineers with that construction system you have. In case you couldn't tell, I want to get something like Space Engineers instead Tongue
1749  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TECSHARE is a liar and a vindictive abuser of the trust system. on: February 26, 2015, 07:20:55 PM
Yet another thread of childish people childishly accusing other people of being childish.....actually, that's an insult to kids.
FFS grow up all of you.

Finally, someone who has the same opinion on this bullshit as me.
1750  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Zombies apocalypse is coming . on: February 26, 2015, 07:09:32 PM
Speaking of those zombie voters, we have an election here in the UK coming Sad If only I could hang out an Anarchy flag outside my door to scare them off but I don't own this house lol Cheesy

Just get one of those "vote for nobody" lawn signs. Less scary message for the sheep yet gets the job done.

But I AM an Anarchist! They won't fuck off! >_< Tongue

.... Maybe I should hurry up and save up for some rocket artillery or a BMP.....

He should be careful of how his Russian hosts will take such rhetoric.  Pretty sure the Russians wouldn't want their own citizens acting out in such a way.
“He has not committed any crimes. There are no accusations against him in the Russian Federation.”
- Anatoly Kucherena, Edward Snowden's lawyer

You know America has fucked up when Russia is more tolerant of freedom of speech than they are.

I like how you found such an artful and thought-provoking way of saying the government wants to fuck us.

Started laughing at this comment Tongue

I get where he's coming from but unless you have absolutely no spine personal relationships and political leanings shouldn't have any bearing on each other, for instance, I'm an Anarchist but yes, I do like an aggressive girl, simply because the passive ones are so damn boring and of course it's annoying as fuck if as the man you always have to initiate everything.
1754  Other / Politics & Society / Re: National Revenge Porn Law on: February 26, 2015, 03:44:53 PM
I don't think you need a law against revenge porn.
Laws on people's privacy should be strengthened.

Exactly, they're making too much of a big deal over this, it's like with racial crimes, the laws are already in place, it's just that there are judges and juries out there which are prejudice there's nothing stopping people from enforcing the law properly, they just choose not to.
1755  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why is Windows 8 slower than Windows XP? on: February 26, 2015, 09:45:12 AM

You need a more powerful computer

That doesn't make any sense, software, particularly stuff that's essential like Windows shouldn't be consuming more resources, it should be the opposite and more efficient, sounds to me like it's Windows Vista all over again, I'd stick with Windows 7 if you're going to upgrade. It's different if you're dealing with an extremely high detail game, but for instance if I were to buy a new game now that had the same number of polygons and particles in the game as a game from the 90's and for some reason I was required to have a quad core PC I would think there is something seriously wrong with the software.

You were right to test other software, as I said, if it works on Windows 7 smoothly try that instead or just stick with Windows XP.
1756  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS burns 8000 Rare books. on: February 25, 2015, 09:55:29 PM

This is the kind of thing I see on a regular basis except much less extreme, there are people out there who would rather we all live in ignorance and fear rather than actually discover the truth and the reason they go after books is like with free speech if there is written questioning of somebodies beliefs it makes them weaker.

Maybe thyey should realize then , that its the whole world they are challenging and not just the beliefs of a few people.

I don't think they'll ever realise it sadly, they're either willfully ignorant or had it brainwashed into them at an early age, it's pretty amazing and sad to see.
1757  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Edward Snowden Calls for Civil Disobedience on: February 25, 2015, 07:32:25 PM
We need a certain amount of surveillance happening to stop idiots such as the ISIS barbarians, unless you are a tinfoil hat nuthead that believes bad people don't exists and it's all an inside job.

There is no need to surveille the population if you're on their side, people are always happy to warn a popular leader about threats to a country.
1758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Miner Aquifer Files for Bankruptcy on: February 25, 2015, 04:33:26 PM
I'm also going to defend Genesis Cloud Mining, I'm quite happy using them and they're responsive too.
1759  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why the US Government Is Terrified of Hobbyist Drones on: February 25, 2015, 01:54:34 PM
Frankly I'm surprised it took people this long to work out you could do the exact same thing the Americans are doing but with those consumer drones, obviously I wasn't going to go posting this shit up everywhere because then some psychopaths might try it but it honestly crossed my mind more than once. You could even do the same with remote controlled cars that you get in toy stores if you wanted to cause some chaos but obviously to have a chance against armoured vehicles flying drones are a better option.

With technology like this, the battlefield is going to start levelling out, the U.S won't have such a strangehold on the world anymore.

Bunch of medieval philistines
Sad but sadly not surprising at all....

Bunch of medieval philistines....and schools' dropouts!
 Wink

As somebody who barely finished school properly I resent that.
