2241  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: October 13, 2017, 06:41:52 PM
No worries, btc price will always recover and go beyond

As always, it always been like that since it was created. There is no way of knowing when will bitcoin go over $10k but it will happen as soon as we keep supporting it nothing can go wrong, many tries to deny it but as always it only gets stronger, panic selling is just normal.

No need to worry about people who panic sell because as that person sells the other person can get the benefit from it, basically panic selling cannot affect bitcoin directly, the only on who lose is them.
It was even worse than this when the support was not much back then with every little negative news causing a huge downward trend in value. The thing is as we keep moving on and adoption keeps increasing, the support will keep increasing and we will end up having less reaction to news which usually result to huge dump.
2242  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: October 13, 2017, 03:46:37 PM
What are the features that a good investor should have? What are the characteristics of people who have enough capital and earn money from money?

What are the factors that make these people successful in their investments?

Those who join trading has a huge amount of capital that is why they are earning too much but if you have a small amount of capital to start then you can earn from small profits so it does not matter if you have just a minimum capital because you will gain profit in both ways.
Grow what you have no matter how little is always the word an investor will tell you. All those huge conglomerates we see today started from little and built it to that point. So at a point you just have to pay your dues and hope for the best while at it. If there is no other means, it is better using the little available to get the best.
2243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will coins like eBTC, eLtc, eDash, eNeo survive ? on: October 12, 2017, 12:35:41 PM
So many free airdrops in A very short time
Mostly will die
You have just hit the nail right on the head. Most of this coins already feels shitty and are really shitty and shitty coins obviously don’t last in these highly competitive crypto world . The airdrops alone is a put off and I am still trying to wrap my head around why they are even existing or why they should even exist in the first place.

At least here after crypto followers should look for purpose of one coins when it is being announced and when finding no strong reason should ignore from the beginning itself.
2244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XRP][MOON] First Financial Institution uses XRP on: October 12, 2017, 11:17:03 AM
It is really a big day for XRP.
As much as I have never liked this coin for its idea but it seems I may still have to hold some just in case for profit.
With the way things are going with its development, it surely do have some good things going on for it and who would want to miss that?
2245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins Plunging on: October 12, 2017, 10:36:17 AM
Bitcoin will be dumped soon and all altcoins will see a hard pump. I don't buy bitcoin because it is so speculative coin, I started to hate its community.
The only reason a lot of speculations are surrounding bitcoin today is as a result of its value and popularity compared to any other shitty coin out there.

No one will blame you if you hate the community and decides to use all your funds to buy hazza which your signature is representing, however, if you think bitcoin will be dumped and altcoin will be pumped pretty hard after the fork, you had better think twice. Cause someone like me will just end up using the free BCC coin to even buy more BTC.
2246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Is Bitcoin Gambling Industry So Successful in the World? on: October 12, 2017, 10:15:30 AM
Well people feel comfortable placing bets at home and watching their favorite teams play(i.e. Sports bettors) and so we have fully embraced Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the betting world because it brings us that ease of accessibility and privacy.
I believe the arrival of bitcoin has brought so much benefits in the world of gambling that the use of fiats.
One major thing that it brings with it most especially is the player's anonymity among other things. It has also helped with the payment processing issue that has been a major challenge for gamblers in the past.
2247  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoins and Bankers on: October 11, 2017, 06:29:32 PM
i think one day bitcoin get under government control as well banks
If you have read a bit about bitcoin, you will know that bitcoin is a decentralized currency and that means it cannot be controlled by anyone, including the government. It doesn’t mean they cannot find a way to benefit from it via tax, or probably controlling the exchanges which still balls done to the taxes anyway, but that is all it is. No one can control it.
2248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it right time to Buy Alts? on: October 11, 2017, 02:26:34 PM
Its still two whole weeks to fork. I dont believe bitcoin can stay high for so long. Idle coin makes no profit so the whales will do a sell all atleast once during that time. Today I stacked up on bitcoin and tether to prepary for the movements.
Your assumption may be correct as whales will want to still do some little bit of manipulation on the market. The pump has been pretty huge lately and the altcoin crashing really bad though some are still trying to pick up a little bit with some support.

At this stage though, there may still be some altcoins in mind to make some run for as I feel they are just at the stage of pretty good buy and will yield some profit as well even after the fork.
2249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that will survive in 2018? on: October 11, 2017, 01:06:53 PM
What are the top 10 altcoins that can survive and keep growing in developers, community, price and usability?

Eth and xmr have the greatest potential to survive on the market in 2018. We'll see if it does, but so many speculates are there.
Talking about potentials! There are so many ICOs coming up and there are so many coins on the market that are really showing some muscles and ready to punch out any other coin from the ring if not careful. The truth is we cannot really say which coin will survive in 2018 unless we just want to keep speculating.
The market can change any day any time and we have seen such in the past. Some coins are getting pushed down gradually and some will get pushed the more until we start seeing the stronger ones on top.
2250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is it possible mining coin by laptop on: October 11, 2017, 10:09:03 AM
Hello guys,

I have a laptop which Core i7 7th Gen and 8 Gh Ram.
Can i mine any coin with that laptop.
Thanks so much for your advise .

Cheers !

if you mine through your laptop your electricity bill exceeds than your earnings because nowadays Bitcoin blocks are now so complicated that a 100Gh/s ASIC will produce about 0.0426 BTC per day, so taking that into account a laptop would hardly be able to keep up.
And if you still continue to do with your laptop it will damage your laptop due to excess of heating.

Thank you for your information, i got it. I am searching how to get btc Smiley
If you are looking for ways to get BTC as a newbie, unless you have some skills you may want to offer in the services section, you may not really get anything. Try searching the threads, there are so many topic already on this and it will help you to get going pretty fast.

Try to grow your account with good, on topic and constructive posts, and probably when you rank up, you can join signature campaigns. If you have a good social presence on twitter or facebook, you may end up getting a good spot for twitter campaigns.
2251  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Amount of BTC for trading on: October 11, 2017, 08:44:19 AM
I suggest you to choose the right amount for trading depend on your asset capital. If you're trying to hold for a long time, please spend around 30-40% of your capital to hold it for long term, you should spend at least 30% for long-term cause this is the way you can earn good profit . Short-term is the rest but i think you should go for surfing day to earn profit around 5~10% profit if you can.
Sometimes, these long term trading can seriously suck as you need to wait a longer period for profit. It is less stressful though but sometimes I just always wish the market could be faster most especially for some altcoins.

I have held a coin for up to 2 months and still counting and looking at the previous charts before buying I was so sure of my prediction of at least a pump every 2 weeks. Well, predictions cannot always be right and patience is all that matters.
2252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is unpredictable job. on: October 11, 2017, 06:55:45 AM
I think trading is a job that can still be predicted easily for those who have expert in reading graphics on the market. I often see the news of someone who is successful on trading and I conclude if trading is still predictable the most important we have to do well and decide everything with the right time.
Expertise and experience can only help you minimize losses and not make you always predict right all the time. So many experts lose money every day but they don't sweat it cause it is always little compared to the amount they gain. What we can always do is minimize losses and even if our predictions are not right, we get out quickly and look for another good time to get in.
2253  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coins good for trading? on: October 11, 2017, 05:11:02 AM
if I think to choose a good coin that is by looking at the graph of all the coins and
you see which coin is the most stable price by looking and comparing the increase
in coin prices over time and I think the coin that is relatively stable price is dogecoin.
Coins good for trading is a necessary to determined in which altcoin is worth to invest. Yes graph is one of the important to consider and actually I choose the coin that has a potential to grow.
What is more interesting is that there is so much activity going on in the market since it is still very early and most altcoins are just having a little bit start of their life, therefore knowing which one is good to choose for investment or which one not to can still be a bit hard since we cannot predict what the future holds for any of them.

There has been so many coins in the past that started well and now they are gone cause they just could not keep up or something strange just happened.
2254  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit trading on: October 10, 2017, 08:25:46 PM
It is not that easy. Even if you read the trend you might guess 5 movements and the 6th one will go bad and take 100+% of the previous 5 ones. It is just a matter of time. Perhaps it will happen now or in 5 years. So nothing is gained on the long term...
Even the pros will make you understand that it is not always a win win situation. Good knowledge can make you minimize loss, but ability to see the future will only make you to always win which we both know it is not possible to see the future. Like you said, if you have 6 trades, you might win in 5 but you do not have to lose the 6th one badly if you know when to stop and cancel the trade.
2255  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 millon for a Bitcoin is this fiction or reality? on: October 10, 2017, 05:47:49 PM
I won't say that $1M/bitcoin will never happen, but if it ever does, it's going to be a very long time from now.  I think bitcoin still has a lot of potential to rise a lot over the next few years, but at a certain point, it becomes harder and harder to keep bidding up the price because there's only so much money in the world.  $1M/bitcoin would mean a market cap of $1M/bitcoin x ~20M bitcoins = $20T.  That's a little more than the GDP of the entire United States.  The only two ways I can reasonably see that happening (other than waiting hundreds of years) is 1) a large enough country actually adopts bitcoin as its official currency, which I don't think is going to happen, or 2) the USA goes through a period of extreme hyperinflation, which results in a much weaker dollar and thus a much higher bitcoin-USD exchange rate.
You are basing that like you said on United States alone which we both know is impossible since the adoption is going extremely viral worldwide and so many decisions by the top guys will definitely cause a huge spike more than we can imagine.

Even though I am sure Goldman sach has been trading bitcoin even though it is solo, but do you know what the announcement of making it official would be like for the community, and also create some awareness for a whole lot countries globally?
2256  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin just going to $100,000 now? on: October 10, 2017, 04:17:52 PM
Well.. I must believe or how, I personally still can't confirm or predict that bitcoin price will reach $100k, it will be amazing in all history of bitcoin price developments if it reached that figure. May God bless to the bitcoin price for the future till makes more people become a rich.
Is it not amazing how we had it at about $600 to $800 at the beginning of this year and having it rise to about $4500 to $5000 even before the end of this year already? Bitcoin is really going to surprise a whole lot of people in the coming years as we will see so many news popping up from various countries and the whole media attention focused on bitcoin. However, specific time cannot actually be predicted for bitcoin as $100,000 in value right now.
2257  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price is increasing AGAIN on: October 10, 2017, 03:45:22 PM
We are making amazing strides back to the ATH we were recently at. Nothing can stop us now, not even all of Asia banning bitcoins lol. Just look at all of those daily green candles. We're in a permabull market with dips here and there when major FUD comes out.
Permabull? Don’t be too optimistic yet. Sure! A lot of greens have been giving us so much great happiness, but you should know that looking at the market presently, those greens are as a result of most people dumping their altcoins for bitcoins and that is the main reason most of the altcoins are sliding pretty fast and very bad.

Moreover, it is still a good thing for the bitcoin community as there is more trust for the currency despite the whole fork coming up and no one wants to miss the chance of having a free coin.
2258  Economy / Speculation / Re: When the price of the BTC will be equal to $ 10 000 ? on: October 10, 2017, 03:06:03 PM
"The ironic thing is that most people are looking at Bitcoin as an investment rather than a currency, so if you just hold on it, Bitcoins should be the greatest investment you ever make."

How many coins would be the bet on the forecast?
$10k is really a huge margin compared to what we have and seem not kind of feasible unless there is just one huge development that would end up ushering in a huge rush. However, for now and the look of things, I will rather say $6,000 to $7,000 still looks much realistic by the end of the year. But like I said, we really cannot say cause bitcoin usually come with huge surprises.
2259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What encourages you to invest in any altcoin? on: October 10, 2017, 12:54:53 PM
The devs/team have always been my first target and I usually do a whole lot of research on them before even trying to see if it is a project worth considering or not. Once that is confirmed to be okay, then I read more about the project to see if it is worth giving a chance or not after thorough analysis on past projects of the same nature, how fair it has been and how this one tends to fill certain gap.

Then after analyzing the risk, I judge my investment based on that risk. As much as ICOs can be very profitable, they can always be risky, so it is necessary for one to be very careful and know that there is still a chance of not getting your funds back but with all that said above, the chances of not making profit is always low.
2260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is $320 next target for Ethereum this week? on: October 10, 2017, 11:39:52 AM
ETHUSD pair is showing the bullish signal for the weekly timeframe. Is $320 next target for Ethereum?

If the Ethereum prices cross above $305- 308 level than a new level can be formed and the prices may reach to $320, $325 or $330 in the weekly time frame.

Here is my analysis: https://atozforex.com/news/02-08-october-ethereum-technical-analysis/

Suggestions and comments appreciated  Smiley  Smiley
It is long overdue but can we really say for now? It has been a very slow movement for a long time now and it is not showing any promising move yet. However, if there can be a little bit of support, we may end up having some push ups soon.

All we need now is just for it to cross at least the $310 thresh and then it might break into $320 hopefully. Let us see how things end up playing out but I sure know it cannot be like that forever.
