1621  Other / Archival / Re: Is this the end for Altcoins? on: April 05, 2018, 11:08:11 AM
The altcoin market never end as reds come here and go. We don't have to afraid from reds and buy in these reds because these opportunities never come every day.
Yeah, the fact that we are having a red market now does not mean it is going to end up being red forever and that is one thing a lot of people forget. I get pissed really as it seems a lot of newbies get so greedy that they just want the fast money and think the market will just always keep being bullish. Sometimes, I always feel I could even give them the answer that; yes, the market is dead and they can get out since no one wants them but at the same time, they play a role.

Sure, it can't be the end for the altcoins. Everything is wavy and unstable. Let's invest and get nervous while waiting for profit))
When you are strongly believing into the fact of it is not the end then why you need to get nervous when you are waiting/holding ? Be cool always. Cryptos has proved themselves in recent years hence it will bounce back for sure.
1622  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trump’s Executive Order Banning ‘Petro’ on: April 05, 2018, 10:33:19 AM
Wasn't US citizen already not allowed to participate in ICOs? It's again all upto the people, you can't restrict them to do what they think is correct.
As of Petro, it's a good coin if you want to donate something to starving nation of Venezuela.
Obviously, but I guess Trump was just angry and decided to think out loud. Venezuela have a lot of history with corruption which has led to so many things and the government coming up with a way to siphon more into their pocket from the gullible ones globally sounds funny they think they can easily pull that off. Shit coin that is not even a cryptocurrency and is not even oil backed but just a pure scam from a shitty government. (Sorry Venezuelans!)

I banned petro even before Trump did and I guess he is even making a late call. Who would want to invest in a coin that is going to be highly manipulated and the history of the country itself… (mute)… Petro is not a cryptocurrency and there is no one who will even bother investing in a shit coin that obviously will not bring anything good than just some top government officials enriching themselves.
1623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is now a good time to buy Eth? on: April 05, 2018, 08:44:39 AM
In my opinion, now is a very good time to buy ETH as it now costs very little, but after a while it will go up in price and then you can get a good profit.
Dips are always the best time to gulp up and wait for the long term profit. Waiting for a specific time to buy most especially when the market is already in a dip is really not the way as the market can recover any moment but as long as the OP understands the volatility of the market and knows that there is a lot of chance of going lower or recovering any minute, then he would not have a problem, most especially since he will be making a lot of profit in the long run anyway.

Yes this is the good time because the price is still low and the graphic is getting up so in the future the price will be high, from you buy the coin you can support the cryptocurrency to increase their value, so lets invest or buy and get the benefit
Charts are always handy to predict the future still we may go for buying eth at this moment as prices are really wildly dumped from $1000 to $400. Same things happened to bitcoin in 2013 to 2015 but now we are having bitcoins near $8k so, we can buy now but must hold.
1624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Hits $ 460 - Equivalent Price to November 2017 - Whats Next ? on: April 05, 2018, 08:07:22 AM
It is ETH bro, it is inflationary, and so you should not always expect much. However, you should stop worrying yourself about what the value is now; you should worry yourself about what the value would be in the future, as I expect it not to be the same. However, ETH is always fund of retesting the previous lows so many times and usually takes a lot of time for it to even consolidate before preparing to go back up, so you may need to get used to it.

Even right prices are trading below $400 price levels, I believe it may find good times along with bitcoin. The entire crypto community is suffering due to lack of new investors. I believe trend it change.
1625  Economy / Speculation / Re: is this right time to invest in BITCOIN..? on: April 05, 2018, 07:06:41 AM
The price of Bitcoin growing consistently from 2009 sum of people are very confuse to see the price of BTC that what is the right time to invest.
According to my opinion at this time price of Bitcoin in low position so you can invest.
What you think.
I don’t really know what to say about this cause the price hasn’t maintained a certain direction, rather it keeps on fluctuating up and down. Around the 1st of this Month April, the increased and reached around $7400 yesterday which was 3rd, but today is a different story all over again. It has gone down to the price rate of $6900. But I’m suggesting that maybe this rate of $6000 is the lowest rate, so it wouldn’t be any bad if someone invests now and wait till the price goes up. Anyone who invests now will really benefit from it.
1626  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are Bitcoin miners still good to go? on: April 05, 2018, 05:29:59 AM
Because it costs so much electricity, several countries have imposed restriction on mining activity?
Yep, there are still bitcoin miners, cause if there ain’t any miners there would be no way for your transactions to be confirmed. If you’re a single bitcoin miner I don’t know if you’re really going to make anything out of it as of now, cause it consumes a lot of power, so by the end of every month you might end up using everything you mined from bitcoin to pay your electricity bills. Best is to just to have a mining farm, but an individual can’t do that, it’s only companies I know that does such. But as for whether there are still miners? Yes there are lots of them.
1627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this true that GOOGLE will ban the ICO and crypto related ads? on: April 05, 2018, 04:15:21 AM
I read an article about this please take a look

https://www.financemagnates.com/cryptocurrency/news/exclusive-google-quietly-purging-cryptocurrency-ads-content/

I'm not sure if this is true
what are your idea about this?
I once came across a thread in the economic section where they were discussing the same thing about whether Google was planning  ban ads that has to do with Bitcoin or not. I don’t think such is ever going to happen. Cryptocurrency is a very big market and I don’t think Google like to ban such. Though there is no doubt that they are able to do such.

Even Facebook took an action to stop displaying every ads that has to do with Crypto, but one thing for sure is that Facebook is different from Google, and the difference is that Facebook is just a social media while Google is kind of different – it is a search engine and has to do with world wide webs, so it’s a little bit different.
1628  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to identify ICO scam ?! some important tips ! on: April 04, 2018, 06:23:30 PM
I think this link will add some information about identifying ICO scam now a days. This medium is about how to create ICO scam in crypto community, for me if you know how to do ICO scam, it's easy to understand how to avoid those upcoming scam ICO. Don't be a victim, educate and help yourself for good folks.

ICO Scams: How to create one in 5 simple steps

https://medium.com/coin-governance-system/how-to-create-an-ico-scam-in-5-simple-steps-67391ed8a822?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIuZfyi5mF2gIVhg0qCh0TwQZSEAAYASAAEgLdm_D_BwE
Lol, I totally love the reality check part. It is the truth, a lot of investors who are gullible enough to fall for anything have fallen so badly for a lot of these scam ICOs. Everything that has been listed are the things every investor should always watch out for rather than just accepting the surface alone, there is always a need to dig deeper, chat with the Skype team and see how you can be sure before investing. Also, the idea in this article would be a good one for a lot of investors, having an escrow for ICOs.
1629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Keep these things in mind when you are into crypto world on: April 04, 2018, 05:21:18 PM
What you said is good, but some of them are not all that necessary if you’re going to find a something legit. Take for example the one you said that we should check their partners and contact them all to know if they are really into any partnership with the so ICO. You don’t really have to start contacting all their partners to know whether the ICO is legit or not, it doesn’t make any sense. Apart from this, every other thing you mentioned is alright.
You may not have to contact the partners, but really it is a way to go and I would not say it does not make sense. Sure, some of the team may be busy, but those who are looking for a way to make things work and have nothing to hide; you may use that as a means to fish them out.

It could be dropping a quick message to the original handler of any of the advisory board on the legitimacy of the project, or just trying to have a chat, probably video with the team. All that would help a lot. Most times, it is always better to call out on the team.
1630  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin help poor children in underdeveloped countries? on: April 04, 2018, 04:41:00 PM
Bitcoin itself is not going to turn to a human to help. You and I are the ones who will create that platform to help from the wealth you must have accrued from being an early adopter of bitcoin.

Do as much as you can in your own little way and if we all keep that going, you'd be surprised at the number of poor children's life you will be touching. We all have a part to play!
Good points there mate! The fact is from what the OP has stated, it should be noted that bitcoin is just a payment tool and a currency and asides from being decentralized, it does not mean it would itself just start making changes to the way things are or helping the poor.

Firstly, these caliber of people will not even have access to it, secondly, like you said, we can only help in our own little way to start some charity organization in some of these places to help out, if we are capable as a long term bitcoin investor and have more than enough. It is more like giving back to the society.
1631  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto market-cap dips below $300 billion as doom and gloom continues on: April 04, 2018, 01:28:28 PM
Yes, we are in a bear market, but I don’t care. I watch other people crying while I yawn.
The bears are really not playing at all and they are seriously having a swell time as it is. It is one of those things anyway and the thing is that there is good side to everything. At least, we have low fees which has even become crazily low these days, we have the time to load up some the more, irrespective of how the market tends, and the most important thing here is that in the long run, there is always a repetition. So, it is always good time in the market.
1632  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin will rise up again ? on: April 04, 2018, 12:01:27 PM
Undoubtedly he will do it, only it takes time for this to think that by the middle or the end of the year he will grow as many predict
You just sounded like bitcoin is a human. Grin No one can know anything. It could rise, it could fall more, but the truth is that no one really cares and from the look of things, sometime those who are smart tend to make more money from the bear market in the long run, which is one thing those who are ignorant does not usually know. This is the perfect moment now to just be buying as much as you can for those who have the cash, because however it is, the rise is inevitable.

I think it's useless to look for reasons as to why this is happening because bitcoin keeps on brushing aside any technical analysis made. Better to just sit tight and ride this very shaky first quarter.
First quarter got over fortunately and I am expecting drastic changes into bitcoin markets now onward. It was really hard time when bitcoin prices were falling down now I believe things to change for some breathing.
1633  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC and large coins recover? on: April 04, 2018, 10:04:35 AM
We know that cryptocurrencies are without a doubt changing hands right now, but is it even wise to invest into the crypto economy anymore with the top 20 tokens all showing a 10 to 20 percent sell-off within the last 24 hours? Is this the end, are the days of bull runs over in Crypto? Ever since February we've been struggling to break $11kish and now it's back down, what are we to make of this?
I don’t know why you guys keeps on bringing up this same topic. For sure the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will recover. Nothing stops that, and it’s going to happen soon. This is normal thing that keeps on repeating all the time (every year) even last year many people were already predicting that the price for Bitcoin bubbled a lot will go into correction this 2018, and that’s what we ate seeing now.

They will all recover in time and the prices will start going back up again. Just as prices cannot keep going up and stay up forever, prices cannot keep going down and stay down forever, a bull market is coming, and it will be massive.
Yes bitcoin prices are already recovering but I don't think this time it will be rallying up to create a new ATH. Because it may take some more time before we will be seeing any new ATH. For some people concerning about ATH at this time may be a big thing because they are all thinking about the survival of bitcoins. But I'm sure bitcoins will get new ATH in coming months for sure.
1634  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin VS bank on: April 04, 2018, 09:20:29 AM
For more than a century, the banking system was used to fund state, endanger the stability of the economic activity, robbing private savings, eliminate one road, promote the financing dependence, even make violent reached an unprecedented scale, all because we do not have different techniques to implement monetary exchange. Now the monopoly is being broken. Bitcoin was born. The fear of the ruling class is only just beginning.

Do you think bitcoin will replace Banks in the future?
One thing for sure that banks are very important to us, and there is no way you should be expecting Bitcoin to take over and bring bank to an end. That will never happen. Banks are very important and helps every country in lots of ways. Just like world bank which can give loans to countries especially third world countries to help in their development.

Bitcoin can never do such a thing. So, no matter what people thinks about banks, I still think the world needs it and it’s very helpful, has been around for centuries and stopping it will destabilize the world.
1635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: whats your plans for the year 2018 on: April 03, 2018, 09:42:25 AM
we had the same plan mate and i would like to review your alt also . As of now i have 3 alts including eth  but i have doubts on my other coins which they all now decreasing gradually due to bitcoin circumstances ,but I'm still  believing on its potential when it comes to long term .
Yeah, nothing has changed. We are still here tight in the space and holding as much as we can because we cannot be bullied by some bears that are busy shaking off the weak dudes from the market. Right now, I am keeping bitcoin and some potential altcoins as well which I have been able to lay hold now in this dip and I expect that anytime soon, I should start seeing some green light.

I do not think crypto will die, because he was born. It's too early for him to leave our world.
Probably you are comparing cryptos with human being but I feel it should compare with oxygen or water kind of essential things which will never get removed from this world and will keep serving to the human for centuries and will continuing for future also.
1636  Economy / Economics / Re: government and crypto collide on: April 03, 2018, 09:08:24 AM
The collusion is because of misunderstanding. The government completely misunderstood the working of bitcoin only looking for ways to control it. But bitcoin being decentralized and P2P is not easy to be controlled.
It may be inappropriate if you call governments are not understanding crypto currency correctly. Moreover I mean to say governments are not at all ready to try understanding what is crypto currency and what are the advantages a country's economic will get. Probably they will take some more time before start studying about crypto currency and its advantages.

I believe if governments start adopting crypto currencies then that will be the beginning of new era of better economic system worldwide. Already Japan is doing it and we are getting news on better economic rate in Japan. Maybe this will be the trigger for other countries to start adopting crypto currencies.

Bitcoin must be a versatile system and one day or other government to start realizing the potential of adopting bitcoin for each and every aspects of running a government. Honestly we cannot expect any time-frame within that government will come to adopt crypto currencies because there are a lot of infrastructures still needs to be built within crypto environments so that government adoption may occur earlier than we can expect.
1637  Economy / Economics / Re: Will future paper money disappear? on: April 03, 2018, 06:21:17 AM
It will happen when the government try to adopt the digital currency like Bitcoin. But as of now as far as regulation is concerned, it can be done right now. Maybe in the future, digital currency or money will be legalize in the world but paper money will still exist. Also considering that the price of every cryptocurrency is unstable, it will be likely a disadvantage to be a replacement of paper money.
We are talking about paper money here which we already know how things are gradually becoming with the advancement in technology even without the use of blockchain. It is either you are using your ATM to do transactions, or you are practically using the internet or mobile app to transfer funds and pay some fees, so, with the way things are already, I believe it is just a matter of time, before we finally start seeing paper money going into extinction in some places as it spreads to lower regions.
1638  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Big gains come with big losses on: April 02, 2018, 04:46:58 AM
But some peoples still have an concept if bitcoin will be always going up.
They just looking from developing of Bitcoin, when Bitcoin increased untill more than $20K.
And I have seen many article about Bitcoin prediction, and the prediction also says Bitcoin will be always going up.
At this side, many people says if Bitcoin is good for our future, Recommended, Useful and etc

But after this situation, when Bitcoin price dropped so far. Many people says if Bitcoin Bad, Illegal, isn't worth anymore and etc.

I think they should be built their loyalty with Bitcoin. I hope they will learn more about the situation like at this time.
Because so many thing will be influence Crypto price and we never know how it later.
Nothing keeps going up and at a point that will never come down at another point, most especially when it is just too good to be true. Nothing drove the value of bitcoin last year except speculations and without nothing to show for it and real life adoption and not based on just speculations, things like this are always bound to happen. Moreover, it is normal in every speculative market, so for now, we just have to get used to it like the OP said.

As long as people keep getting greedy, all these will never stop and that is the main reason why the whales are taking advantage of this a lot. If people understand that real life usage and a normal system of growth is what could end up being sustained and not just some unnecessary FOMO rise, then they will understand better what is going on.
1639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs in 2018 not same as 2017. on: April 02, 2018, 03:56:48 AM
With more and more international discussions on ICO this year, most of the experts interviewed still believe that it will be some time before the clarity of government policy is monitored.
Apparently, I do not even believe that monitoring will take place with immediate effect but I want to believe over time, it would help a lot of things. The going down in price however for some of the ICOs is not really because of them being scam, it is simply because of the way the market is generally and those who see it as a chance to buy more if they believe in the project will always do so. I feel what the OP is saying anyway since I am in the same shoes with tokens like AdBank recently.
1640  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cartel, Price Suppression on: April 02, 2018, 03:06:16 AM
Just another FUD. Do not give much attention to this. World wide no market could be suppressed and bitcoin has proved that many times. Bumpers and dumpers are everywhere and it is time for dumpers who may be an early bumper and probably he is booking profits now a days and that is the reason we are facing downfall of bitcoin prices (and the mtgox guy) and due to any initiative.

Hey OP, better remove that url from your post so that you may not misguide this community toward a fake news. Some people still want comparatively lower priced bitcoins that is the reason they are trying this kind of methods and we should be support them by making them popular.
