2241  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: June 18, 2017, 02:51:53 PM
I was completely wrong to think this to be an one sided match.
This is not just cricket but a rivalry between these two nations which we see (and enjoy) in every things.
Many televisions on stake.
A wonderful match for cricket lovers.
It is still a one sided match,India is struggling to score runs here as they have already lost their 5th wicket Cheesy,I never expected Pakistan to play like this, what a bowling performance from Amir,he just took the game away from India.
2242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum rising to new all-time highs on: June 14, 2017, 04:15:17 AM
It could and I admit that I was kind of hesitant at first about Ethereum but then it proved itself that it has great potential to be one of the top coins every single day.
I think the only reason  for this price rise is simply because there are too many ICO using the ETH platform and people will be forced to use ETH to send the tokens and it might be the sole reason for the price rise, how long will it be sustainable is another story to be seen with the amount of passing time.
2243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC FN 111: Holm vs Correia Info and Prediction Thread on: June 14, 2017, 04:00:30 AM
This is not a good card, what are you 2 talking about? We have Holly Holm, who is 0 - 3 in her last 3 fights, versus Bethe Correia whose drawing power is dancing like a stripper after a win. We also have Rafael Dos Anjos in the bottom of the card. There is a good reason why that is.
I do not look at fight cards looking at their drawing power at the box office,i am a purist who really think styles makes fights and Beth Correia being a brawler and Holly Holm being a striker it is a good match up and that too when Holly is coming off consecutive losses,Rafael Dos Anjos after loosing his belt his performance is on a slide against the best in the division and this is the last chance for him to prove he could come back.
2244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [BNT] BANCOR - Speculation & Discussion on: June 14, 2017, 03:44:01 AM
If Poloniex takes it 3-5x ICO price is very realistic but if its only bittrex and/or smaller exchanges then I think it will hover around ICO price since they are going to buy back a large number of tokens at ICO price if it drops.
Bittrex is one of the big exchanges out there,if it is listed in Polo then the volume and price will increase without a doubt, the ICO was just crazy like the BAT ICO,as it accumulated millions in matter of hours, lets see how profitable the investors will be when it hits the market, with the kind of success they had in their ICO i doubt people will start dumping the coins on hitting the exchange.
2245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: June 14, 2017, 03:39:00 AM
Unbeaten England face Pakistan, who have been totally unpredictable in the series. After losing heavily to India, they came back to beat South Africa. The match's result will depend on whether Pakistani bowlers are able to contain England.
Pakistan is the unpredictable team here as you never know what sort of performance they are going to display on that given day, their batting line up is the problem and  if England won the toss and build a huge score then it will be difficult for them to chase that with a batting line up Pakistan has, they will have to restrict England for a low score to win the match.
2246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC FN 110: Lewis vs Hunt Info and Prediction Thread on: June 13, 2017, 10:08:01 PM
@krach that was an impressive parlay win, since you are talking about PED usage,my take on this is that those fighters must be banned for life, they are making huge risks by allowing people to take all the juice and then compete ,it is not fair against the spirit of the match.,we need a level playing field for everyone.
2247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC FN 111: Holm vs Correia Info and Prediction Thread on: June 13, 2017, 09:36:18 PM
This is a good card with some of the former champions battling it out in Asia, Rafael dos Anjos  needs a win here and i think he will do so against Tarec Saffiedine and i am sure Rafael dos Anjos is familiar with the country as he used to come down to Singapore for training when he was the champion and my next pick is Holly Holm .
2248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: June 13, 2017, 09:15:08 PM
how can you suppose that India can reach to final so easily. Bangladesh have the capacity to beat India, although India has great batting line but they their bawling is not so good, Bangladesh bating can give time tough time, they can even win the match from India, therefore we cannot out Bangladesh from the list. on other side tomorrow is going to be a tough match, no one can clearly say that who is going to win the match. may be Pakistan win the match tomorrow.
India's bowling line up is more than good enough for the Bangladeshi batsmen ,yes they are an improved team now,but it will be difficult for them to counter India in a major tournament and my bet is on India to win the tournament and Kumble will be keeping his coaching position.
2249  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Now Accepting Ether ! on: June 13, 2017, 08:52:57 PM
i am applauding the integrity of directbet as a company. they have just paid me a $17k bet after closure. can't say enough, thanks again.
That is one hell of a win, congrats on winning the jackpot. Smiley with the price of ETH at an all time high,i miss a site that accepts alt coins for sports betting and hope we will be able to see direct bet back in action in the near future,as it is the only site where you could play without any registration.

For related concerns like for the unsettled bet, deal that to PM's instead if possible.
Until and unless all the unsettled bets are settled they should not close this thread.
2250  Economy / Economics / Re: could bitcoin be replaced by another crypto currency? on: June 13, 2017, 05:40:50 PM
i do this question because i´ve read in this website issues with bitcoin, slow mining process, high fees, etc. and i´ve read too good reviews of some altcoins, ethereum (smart contracts), ripple (for transfers between banks), dash and nem. these altcoins called 2.0. could bitcoin become just in future virtual gold reserved to companies and rich people?
Anyone having money could enter bitcoin and no one is stopping anyone from entering bitcoin, one thing is certain that the price could double or triple from the present situation in the future but it might take some time and when it comes to bitcoin anything is possible,i am not confident about the rest of the alt coins.
2251  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: June 13, 2017, 04:51:06 PM
No,billionaires don't invest in bitcoin,as bitcoin is relatively small, also the moment they start investing in bitcoin the price would be towards the ceiling and bitcoin then would be mostly owned by billionaires and not by normal people who want to earn a living by the means of bitcoin.Bitcoin may or may not be known by billionaires, but they are not the reason for bitcoin's growth.
If you are following the news then you would say other ways, just recently Apple's co founder Steve Wozniak said that he purchased bitcoin for fun and there are other millionaires who have invested in bitcoin,Bill Gates for one has invested in bitcoin ,but they have not revealed how much they have invested in it,but i am pretty sure they have invested just to understand the technology.
2252  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kraken stole my life savings on: June 13, 2017, 01:19:02 PM
Well, you went all-in into crypto market. Next time be more careful about it and don't invest more than you can afford to lose.
What kind of stupid advice is this, just read what he is trying to tell and then make a comment.
@OP the only possible solution is to contact their customer support and rectify the issue,i do not think they are active in this forum so,open up a ticket and settle this one,all the exchanges are having issues in the past few months and it is really unfortunate to see these things happen.
2253  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What kind of worst decisions do you take when trading? on: June 13, 2017, 04:49:50 AM
It happens to me most of the time. I always buy an altcoin which is on it's peak. Then fall very deep after the pump. Some of traders attracted on pumping coins. Just like me. I always jump on peak. Thinking that i can make some $$$ in short period of time. Timing is very important when you want to trade.
Trading is all about timing,if you miss that then you are going to get hurt real bad, never grab a coin when they are at their top and if you think you could make a profit by grabbing at the top then you should accept the fall too, take that as a learning experience and move on,there are plenty of ways to make good money if you know when to enter a particular coin.
2254  Economy / Economics / Re: crypto is the future, make money of it on: June 13, 2017, 04:01:47 AM
Yes, I completely agree with you. I regularly buy some bitcoin. I try to choose a time when the price has fallen a little. I'm confident in bitcoin and therefore I'm not afraid to invest in it
It is good to invest in bitcoin and other crypto currencies but never have a blind eye on your investment as you never know what the future holds for all the alternative coins you have at the moment as there might be a time when all the gas run out of alts and bitcoin will be the sole survivor. As long as you can make money with it,i am happy with it,but i am not going to risk more than i can .
2255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: June 12, 2017, 11:47:12 PM
Most-senior players of Pakistani team are currently the worst one in team. Hafeez & Malik should think of retirement. Roll Eyes
They are in the team because on the merit of their performance and they are not having the bench strength to remove a change an established batsmen, they are having a talent pool of bowlers but they lack that kind of depth in batting, they need to nurture future talents,so that they can be replaced when a senior player retires.
2256  Economy / Economics / Re: volatility and transaction fees... on: June 12, 2017, 09:36:46 PM
i think these things overtime will make bitcoin not as valuable.. plus the fact banks (while hated by most), have hundreds of years of reputation behind them and are easy to access... Just reading and learning about the ins and outs of bitcoin make my head hurt and I'm fairly saavy when it comes to most tech
The beauty of bitcoin is that you are able to control your assets without the help of a third person and the government is not controlling how your asset is valued and if you have the same ideology behind the technology then you wont mind the volatility and the transaction fees, but i think the transaction fees are getting higher and needs to be controlled.
2257  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin heading to $4,000 on: June 12, 2017, 09:25:58 PM
well for sure bitcoin will reach $4,000 or maybe $5000 this year so I'm holding my bitcoin and wait to hit $4,000 to $5,000. Many people using bitcoin so there is possible to reach $5000.
If you are good at trading and if luck is on your way then you could make more profit than simply waiting for the price to reach $4k or $5 k,since the price of bitcoin is trading around plus or minus $600 in the $2k range, you could always make a good profit as it is trying its best to breach the $3k valuations and keeps on correcting every time it tries to breach that value.
2258  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: FreeWallet.org Scam - Millions stolen on: June 12, 2017, 09:07:57 PM
Major scam was started by freewallet.org
Over 7 million stolen from users
Beware.. do not use it for anything
This is the scammers wallets: https://etherscan.io/address/0x11b85b4e2fadaebe04a251377aa35b9be3c785f0
Are you claiming that the wallet is a scam and what makes you think that and why do you think that the wallet address provided is from a scammer,it is holding a huge number of coins but miners who are mining for the past one plus years might have these sort of balance if they are holding it,where is the scam you are talking about, link me the source of this accusation.

EDiT: really sad ,people should never store their coins in a third part wallet.
2259  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will we ever see bitcoin lower than 1000$? on: June 12, 2017, 09:02:33 PM
When enter april 2017 bitcoin rise up after that bitcoin ever down the price lower than 1000$. Now the price of bitcoin is so stable and its great to all holders of bitcoin i know that big holders got millionaire from there profit.
How do you define stable,it is a highly volatile coin and you think that it is stability, even today the price moved around $400 which is a huge difference ,personally i really do not want to see the price going down to $1000 but if it goes i will be accumulating the coin for the future.
2260  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin improve the economy of a country? on: June 12, 2017, 08:45:09 PM
If the government can regulate and control bitcoin, of course the bitcoin can improve the economy of a country. Many benefits if that happens, no administrative costs are required, although there is still transaction fees, and of course taxes from bitcoin transactions can improve the economy of a country.
What a stupid idea dude, how can a government control a decentralized virtual currency ,they could control the exchanges and bring rules to counter people from investing in it,but how on earth they will control it,its about peoples interest as it gives freedom to the individuals using bitcoin and you are liable to pay your taxes if you are earning from bitcoin.
