Jadeja as a part-time bowler failed to take a lot of wickets and conceded more than 100 runs.
If Jadeja is a part time bowler who is the fastest to reach 200 wickets in the history of test cricket, then it is not a small feat by any means as we have seen many legendary left arm bowlers throughout history  Tongue.
Jadeja and Ashwin are the greatest spinners India have but look at their batting records too, Jadeja have three triple centuries in domestic matches and one century in his International career and Ashwin have four centuries.
Final two days and if the Indian fielders can take their catches then India can win the test match, hopefully we will not see any weather delays and that is the last thing we need in this situation.

What miners? Bitcoin miners? I wish them good luck with their SHA256 asics.  Tongue
You know that miners switching will buy equipment that enables them to mine Ether, right?
Basically it's a cost-benefit analysis. They can either stick to bitcoin and make losses, or write off their sha256's, buy new miners and mine something else.
People who are mining bitcoin will switch to Ether mining thinking of the many benefits ETH has to offer according to your theory Cheesy Grin. What cost benefit analysis have you done to come up with this invention  Tongue. If i am mining with a couple of ASIC machines i can very well switch over and mine some shit coins by purchasing a few graphic cards but that is not easy when it comes to huge mining farms and these farms are running because of the profit they are earning mining bitcoin and will never switch to shit coins  Tongue.
1403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 04, 2019, 03:18:31 PM
The first match was a one sided affair, but the second match was a close one and Sri Lanka could have won it had the luck gone their way. And the most encouraging sign for Sri Lanka is that they have discovered a couple of young players, who could become regulars in the fist choice XI.
If you wait for luck to win a match then it is a completely different factor altogether  Wink. Yes the Srilankan team should see this as an opportunity to find new promising young players who could replace their legendary players like Jayawardene, sangakkara, Murali and they are yet to fulfill that. I know those legendary players cannot be replaced but they could find talents.

if the gambling sites continue to give odds of 5.50-6.00 to them, then those who bet in favor of SL will get good returns even if they lose two of the matches and win at least one. I have a feeling that the T20 series is going to be more evenly contested.
The odds are tempting as the T20 matches can be closely contested but Pakistan has more experienced players and they are playing with their best players while Srilanka is not coming into the series with their best one. Even if the Srilanka best eleven play these series i doubt they will defeat Pakistan in their home series.
1404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: October 04, 2019, 01:58:09 PM
I have my own reasons and normally I am not a fan of spin bowling. What I hate about Ashwin is the fact that Indian management prepares dust-bowls, so that he could take wickets. This luxury is not given to any of the other players in the XI. All the Indian tracks are doctored to suit the spin of Ravichandran Ashwin, as in normal surfaces he becomes toothless.
What do you expect. You are telling as if you found a revelation that the home side prepare tracks that suits them best, it is not a new revelation, every country prepares tracks that suites their strength, Sub continent teams does have good spinners and hence they are preparing spinning tracks and Australia England and South Africa have good fast bowlers and hence they have pitches that suites them, now India too have good fast bowlers but spin is their strength historically.

It depends very much on the alt doesn't it? At some point someone is going to make an alt that has features retail investors and users find attractive and useful. At which point that alt will do what Facebook did to MySpace.
To see a major adoption you need to have a bigger influence in the market and if the corporate world like walmart or other retail giants come up with an alt coin that can be used for purchase and if they give offers for using them, then it will become a major hit but for that to happen they need to spend a lot of money to have a market reach.

Bakkt was always overhyped. And who knows, sometimes the market behaves differently from what the majority thinks. I still hope we see $100k for one bitcoin, though.
The hype just reflected on the market and hence the price went down after the release of Bakkt. There is nothing wrong in dreaming the price of bitcoin reaching $100k in the distant future and everyone who invested their money in bitcoin foresee a price like that.
1406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Walmart and Crypto? on: October 04, 2019, 11:46:13 AM
So, looks like Walmart are joining the token market. Keen to know your opinions on how this will impact Bitcoin and the Cryptocurrency e-commerce space?
So the retail giant walmart is also planning to take advantage of the centralized market just like facebook. Heard they are trying to patent something and they might wait till facebook release their centralized token and come up with their version of token that could be used in their stores. Looks like they are also planning to come up with another stable coin. There might be a time when every corporate companies come up with their version of stable coin and then the government will come up with their version  Cheesy.

Now the second century for India has come from Mayank Agarwal. This is his debut hundred in his test career, and this has been scored in 203 balls. The partnership is quite strong, and such a start gives a big confidence to the entire team. South Africa should do something to break the partnership, because after certain score the run rate will surely increase.
Glad to see Indian openers giving them a good start after a very long time, whether India will stick to this opening partnership is yet to be seen, Mayank Agarwal was performing so well in the domestic circuit for a very long time and finally India sending Rohit Sharma to open the test match and he just crossed 150 runs and he is looking for a double century in his first opportunity as an opener which is always great for Indian fans Smiley.
1408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 20, 2019, 02:19:33 PM
What you guys think of the contribution of cricket from India. Now went through the cricket live and saw more cricket matches scheduled for USA, Canada, and few other countries. Going through the players name found most of the players having the names with Indian origin. Not only this, but Kuwait, UAE and few other countries too have large number of Indian players.
If players are migrating to other countries just to play cricket because of the competition in India you could say that it is a contribution to world cricket because they have immense talent pool and hence majority are migrating, but most of these players have migrated for a better living and they started playing for clubs and because of their performance got selected into the national team and i am not sure you can call it a contribution  Wink .
1409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How I lost 200,000 EURO on Bitcasino.io on: July 28, 2019, 07:55:24 PM
You should never play casino games with an expectation going in that you will come out with your money. The house has an edge. So just try and get some enjoyment out of playing and if you don't get any then don't play them.
If avoiding those games was that easy for the OP he would not be wasting that much amount gambling, he might be getting a rush wagging that much money in those casino and he might not be caring much about winning big amounts, not sure why the OP has not tried any other reputed casino in the market and try his luck elsewhere rather than loosing this much coins in a single casino   Tongue.
1410  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: July 28, 2019, 07:19:57 PM
I am hoping my case gets resolved, this is not a way to deal with your users.
Rather than telling something without any clarity, it would be better if you could explain your issue here so that the team could respond to you here, if you are not willing to explain your issue, it is better not to write something that will confuse people and start speculating about the issue.

I have been a member of Cloudbet since 4 years and hence don't want to accuse them of anything if they can solve this case.
I am also a member of cloudbet for a very very long time and i never faced any issues but sad that some of the features and options i liked earlier are changed after they revamped the site.
1411  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why $13,000 was unsustainable. on: July 28, 2019, 03:38:35 PM
When bitcoin's price is $13,000 it would take $23.4 million per day of new LONGTERM investment to maintain that price simply to pay out the 1800bitcoin/day that miners produce. If $13,000 was maintained throughout the year it would take $8.5 billion of new unflinching holders to sustain that price. The price just took a dump to $11,760 for this reason.

Personally I think $13,000 laughably high. I think this because I use numbers and financial data to understand bitcoin. I do not wish. I do not hope. I know what a good price to buy bitcoin is because I understand the risk based on the creation cost.
The most important data you are missing here is that the number of bitcoins that is being sold in the open market that is being created by the miners, i bet you will not find any, so these sort of calculation does not give you anything substantial data when it comes to the market price of bitcoin.
The price of bitcoin does not have any relation with the production or mining cost of bitcoin, the only reason why the price of bitcoin was not sustainable above $13k would be that the price will not shoot up all the time and you need to have a correction to have a sustained growth  Tongue.
1412  Economy / Economics / Re: Zimbabwe government trying to push for new Zimbabwe Dollar - Surprised? on: July 28, 2019, 02:20:14 PM
I would advise the Zimbabwean government not to push too hard. If you start seizing the bank accounts and make it difficult to withdraw cash, then the account holders will just migrate to neighboring nations such as South Africa and Botswana. In the end, the lower class will suffer due to the loss of income.
I would be surprised if the companies are still hoping for an economic reform in Zimbabwe and continue to function, the time has already passed to move out of the country and the people are already struggling with the inflation and poverty and the government is not doing much about it and i am not expecting any changes in the near future until there is a complete change in the political situation of the country.
1413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: July 28, 2019, 01:10:19 PM
You are all wrong there :-P
Ireland with Afghanistan got their Test status on 22 June 2017. Read this news: https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/_/id/19705648/afghanistan-ireland-get-test-status
The last test against England was their 3rd test if I am not wrong. First one was against Pakistan (lost by 5 wickets), 2nd one was against Afghanistan (lost by 7 wickets) and the latest one was against England. All three were internationally recorded. Not warm up or that kind.
ICC does have a strict policy to play against every test playing nations in a particular designated period and i was not aware of their test status and they have not played much test matches either in the the past two years after getting the test status against any other nation, so i am not sure what is the point in granting them a test status if none of the other test playing nations are not willing to play a series with these two nations.
1414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: July 28, 2019, 12:21:28 PM
Cyborg did dominated the fight. If she was facing other opponents, it would not have gone the distance.
I'm glad she initiated it this time and it's good that she got her confidence back. I hope she fights smarter in their rematch, she underestimated Nunes power in the first fight and paid for it big time.
Amanda Nunes usually does not give time to think and if she still stands in front of her and try to engage when she is throwing punches i do not see a different result this time also as Cyborg usually fights aggressively and when she is under strikes her natural instinct would be to attack and that is what happened last time and got caught clean a couple of times and it is the only compelling fight i want to see in the entire woman's division.
1415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: July 28, 2019, 09:56:29 AM
Manny have that capability to win back after his defeats but it can only happen if chances to have this rematch and play according to his type of fight and not to allow Mayweather to dictates the tempo of this game, but if same thing will happen like from the last fight it will make it boring and much better not to have the rematch.
The biggest obstacle for Mayweather to have this high level fight after not fighting any good competition for four years is the biggest challenge he will encounter if Mayweather plans to come out of retirement to fight Manny Pacquiao and the only thing that will force Mayweather will be the pay day they are going to earn to make this fight happen, if they fight again the entire fight might gross around a billion dollar and it is not an amount anyone will avoid to have.
1416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: July 28, 2019, 07:41:33 AM
Anyone agree with me that the ICC should revoke the test status of Ireland? Their performance was really horrible and I have a feeling that test matches should be limited to those teams with international standard. Ireland comes nowhere close. Afghanistan is doing well, so I would suggest the ICC to revoke the test status of Zimbabwe and Ireland, to make it a ten team affair.
Zimbabwe is already suspended by ICC and they cannot participate in any ICC events in the future and the funds has already ended because of the political intervention in cricket and it all happened recently, Ireland does not have a test status, England played a one off test match as a warm up match before the Ashes and other than that i do not think they have a status till now. Afghanistan is doing well in ODI but test match cricket is a different ball game all together.
1417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Croatian post office now offer crypto exchange on: July 27, 2019, 04:45:55 PM
We, the Croatian Bitcoin community, are really shocked with this information and we did not expect this.
It seems that right now Croatian post office will offer this service as pilot project only in one city in Croatia- Zadar, but hopefullythis service will be extended soon to all post offices in the Republic of Croatia!
It's great step for bitcoin acceptance in Croatia.

It is a great service by the postal office as they are innovating with the changing times where they have no work with advance in technology like they once had and these sort of innovation will keep them going in the future and i wish every country should follow these sort of innovative inclusion to have a sustained business model and add further things that could attract customers.

Wow IRE land all outed only in 38 runs!! What a miracle has happened in this Test match between Englan and Ireland! Firstly England all out in 85 runs then Ire land in 38. That's really a big Revenge by England,
It looks like the other way around, a sympathy by Ireland to save the face of England   Cheesy, I was really baffled by the way in which the Irish players were batting in the second innings as if they owe something to the English players and started moving back to the pavilion one by one as if they had other job to do  Cheesy. I thought of making a bet for Ireland to win the match but then i pulled from doing so because they lack experience in the test level to play the fourth innings and luckily for me i did not loose my money.
1419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: July 26, 2019, 10:23:14 PM
That explains a lot about of his face reaction and i bet he wouldn't want to face Pacman anymore with the look on that face. Pacman is really hurting him even though Pacman said he got some injury on his left shoulder but still he can manage to make Mayweather run like a chicken.

I believe there is no PacmanMayweather2 that will be going to happen in the future, maybe he wants to fight Conor McGregor again. Grin
It is not a hidden fact that Manny Pacquiao had a shoulder injury before their fight against Mayweather and the power he holds played yet again before the fight when the authorities banned Pacquiao from using pain killer to numb the pain and yet the fight was a close one in my opinion as Manny Pacquiao was the aggressor and Mayweather was running around the entire fight, i am expecting a second fight and the entire world is waiting to see that fight and it will be another money fight for both.
1420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: July 26, 2019, 09:02:56 PM
Unfortunate end of the Ireland who played so well in first inning and just reversed the second innings by playing so bad that they go all out in second inning to just 38 runs which was like totally unexpected . England proved that they are champions and came back strongly in the match .
England did not prove they are the rightful world champions by defeating a non test playing nation, England played one of the most pathetic matches just before the Ashes series and Ireland played an awful second innings as they could not hold into their wickets even for a few hours and England just used two bowlers to finish the game .
