I'm a big supporter of what Snowden has accomplished and is still accomplishing.  However, I wonder how we can know that Snowden really controls this address (I may have missed it somewhere in the thread, if that's the case, please forgive me).
All he needs to do is to hold up a card with his address(es) in one of the next video broadcasts.

That's positive confirmation.

Indeed, that would convince me for sure.
2263  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Vanitygen: Vanity bitcoin address generator/miner [v0.22] on: April 02, 2015, 08:34:22 PM
Still, you're right in principle and even here there are 64 upper vs lower variants of BTCCOM
Without digging into the exact numbers here, keep in mind that you can't have BTCCOM as it contains an 'O' (uppercase letter 'o'), which is forbidden Smiley

I think that puts it back down to 32 variants.  Smiley

2264  Economy / Services / Re: Up to 0.035 BTC weekly for YOUR SIGNATURE *New rules on: April 02, 2015, 08:28:20 PM
Since it seems that anyone can search another user's stats by inputting their user ID, I'm curious to know how this sig campaign detects multiple accounts. Does anyone know? Or does it simply not care?

Probably don't care. Doesn't really matter as long as the posts are decent but on the previous version of this campaign many multi-accounters signed up just to collect the money as you didn't really have to make any posts to get full payment. I suppose they could get the IPs from the sign up page on their bot but might be difficult to track and they're probably not even bothered about it anyway.

As far as I know you could use tor to hit the signup page and get around that.  I'm pretty sure that just as you said, they probably don't care as long as they posts are meeting the requirements.

i mean if they do change ill give you a new account or refund

I don't know why you think your "guruntee" has any credibility at all.  I asked you several times to explain how your system works, you refused to do so.  Now, because someone else came along and explained that you are selling access to accounts with compromised credentials, you continue to say "don't worry".  This is my last time bumping your thread because I'm not wanting to attract anymore attention than I already have to your "service".

How to remember bitcoin address ?

Any services can generate BTC addy with 8-10 characters ? Thanks
Several - see earlier in this thread - but you'll generally have to pay for it, and 8-10 characters is quite costly.
Like to generate 1BTC888com it could take up to a year to get 50% on my single gtx 780ti that is running 50Mkey/s and it also depends on your luck. It could take more or less. Maximum is 2.4 years. If you have serious luck you could do it in a week but that is extreme luck.
With case insensitive you can reduce the time to find a patter alot, if you are happy with it.

Although in the case of 1BTC888com it would be less than usual because the 888 doesn't have lowercase variants.  Still, you're right in principle and even here there are 64 upper vs lower variants of BTCCOM  (but if the 888 had been digits it would have been 512 variants, right?)

He will be selling you a hacked account. As long as the OWNER of the account never cancels the account or changes the password you are good lol

That's kinda what I figured.  I wanted to hear him say it though.  I'd be very surprised if his "guarantee" was worth anything in that case (that the account owner changes the password or cancels).

I played the freeroll there, but lost to a full house with an ace high flush pretty early on.  Had fun!

Yeah, I think it was against me, right?
Sorry the river was good to me today, usually it has hidden monsters Cheesy

Must have been someone else, this guy had the boat after the flop.  (226---his hole cards 8,6).  I sorta figured that he did, but with an ace high flush and on a freeroll, I had to call the shove just to see for myself. Smiley

Yeah, it was me, if I remember correctly your username is tsp? And I was gonna throw away that hand but since the blinds were low I decided to play and made a full boat. Cheesy

I guess that's part of the fun of freerolls.  There's definitely a special risk-to-reward ratio that just isn't there when you're playing with your own money.  I call a lot of bets that I wouldn't otherwise call.  Basically, bluffing in a freeroll is tough unless you're at a particularly timid table.

i have problem with loading of site my page stuck on loading, is that problem only for me or PD has issue with hosting again?
i think that problem only with your internet connection because i am rolling there on nice speed without any loading issue, try to clear your browser cache then load hope it will work for you.

I've had this trouble when using a browser which has localStorage turned off.  PD uses localStorage to save the access_token which basically works like a session cookie (as far as I can tell).  I have no idea why he doesn't use HTTP cookies.  Perhaps he can tell us here.

it would be nice if you would allow newbies to have smaller avatars, a little 2x2 photo would be nice. would look great. but also i understand that its a way to define longer members than newer ones..

full member seems a long way to go... a loooong way to go

2pixels by 2pixels?!  This must have been an april fools joke, right?
2272  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: April 02, 2015, 05:58:20 PM
Wow, 5billion.  I remember when PD hit 1 billion around the turn of 2015 (maybe december 2014).  Seems like he's doing more than 1billion per month then and will hit 10billion before the end of the year.  Those are definitely some shockingly high numbers.
2273  Economy / Gambling / Re: MoneyPot.com -- The Social Gambling Game on: April 02, 2015, 05:51:07 PM
okay so a suggestion that I think that would improve the game is to be able to make multiple bets.

I was discussing it with Ryan and he was thinking of having an option of choosing how many cashouts you want, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.  And that's what your bet would be split up.

Anyways since this is open source I'm posting here.  I think its an awesome addition to this game.  Even though the house has the exact same odds, it enables players to use more complex strategies.  But its also in a advanced option and keeps the layout clean.

good idea, but we can already do this if you are not aware, simply open up multiple account with another browser or use up vpn together with some bot/autobe, I believe Mathwins done this before with multiple account

This game is sounding more and more interesting.  I'm thinking that I really gotta check this out soon.  Alas, if I only had more hours in the day...

So actually you guys got robbed for a lot of bitcoins. If you paid out hufflepuff then I am surprised that you didn't make checks on him before paying him out. But its better to wait for the story before commenting.
For those who don't have the link to pd's official blog, here it is http://blog.primedice.com/

Stunna did paid him for a total of 2k+ BTC , hufflepuff was playing smartly, in disguise of making it to be looks like a legit bet by actually carefully losing quite some amount of BTC and win it back by martingale, this fraud act was noticed after robinhood jump up, stunna did blocked robinhood's withdrawal
I am more interested in knowing that how did stunna get to know that hufflepuff and robin hood are the same people? Did he have any proofs or was he just making educated guesses.
And this case also explains why stunna was looking for people who can do blockchain transaction analysis.
Stunna probably noticed how much profit they were making and just investigated the high rollers, like he probably did to the others. When he realized HOW lucky he was he probably cut him off until he could figure out if the user was cheating or not.

Hufflepuff wasn't cut off from withdrawals coz at that point there was no proof against him. And they didn't want to hold his money without any proof that he was scamming for it .

That just shows how great pd is . Even if they suspected he was exploiting or something they kept paying him out coz they didn't have proof against him.

That's the type of fairness that got pd to no.1 place in bitcoin gambling and will keep it there.

Indeed, and it highlights the risks and challenges of running a gambling house.  I'm glad it's not my job.  And good on Stunna for taking it in the pocket-book in the name of fairness.  He wins karma points for sure, which I think will pay off in the end.

Just saw this!

I think this is really fun as I was around back when I could have uploaded an avatar but I never did and then avatars were disabled which left me feeling like one of the noobs without an avatar when I was old enough to have been in the cool club Smiley

Joining the cool club post-haste Smiley

i am newbie . i really don't understand how to assess trust level. Please help me !

Thanks !

Here is the main thread discussing the trust system:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=211858.0

Essentially, it's a feedback network.  The ratings you see are reflective of feedback from folks in your network.  You can modify who is in your network and you start out with some default settings.  This should get you started.

the river is a nightmare on this site, maybe one day poker software will be like real live poker, oh well... Sad

I think if you've never experienced the river being a nightmare in "real live poker" then I'm not sure what game you were playing.  Smiley
