I just hate Valencia, they are on my blacklist but there simply weren't enough games yesterday so I gave them another chance since the stake wasn't that big anyway. Never again, watched second half and that is a team I am not trusting in the near future. They always find a way to screw my tickets. There is couple of clubs like that out there and I must admit I am much happier when I skip their games, both when betting or choosing what to watch.

Just so damn useless that team but wait, didn't we agree all of us that Valencia and Sevilla long ago entered our blacklist? I also made the same mistake early in the season, making both teams in my bets.

Yesterday also made terrible terrible picks in French cup games to mix with my Spanish games and almost everything went from worse to even worse. Monaco. Never trust them also.
2262  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you change your name to bitcoin for 2000BTC? on: January 08, 2023, 07:11:20 AM
I've definitely heard of people changing their name to some nonsense crap for a couple hundred dollars. I even read about someone who tattoed a company name on their forehead for some small money too.

For some, that amount is more than a year salary but the fun fact is these guys who did it would earn more in a month if they actually had a small sense of wanting to work.

This is the kind of thing that makes some people think of Bitcoin as a fad Smiley

Also may I just say RIP to Gianluca Vialli, a truly elite striker.

RIP Vialli also, he helped Chelsea get their glory days before big money came and he was every bit as important to the national squad in its heroic days of recent times,

English teams are caring about the FA Cup quite much. Because of this they are starting the matches with a lineup close to their main ones. So the probability of seeing a surprise is lower. Today Tottenham barely managed to advance to next stage against Portsmouth despite having star players like Kane and Son on the field. I see Hull City having a potential to make a surprise today. I won't be very surprised if they eliminate Fulham.

For sure, for non big teams (big 4 or big 6 I can't remember which one to use now lol) this is a nice route to get a lot of money and playing time, plus also Europa qualification which is not bad if you don't trust your league position.

Fulham are on top of Hull but personally I think there is less chance of upset from teams who played recently in lower leagues like Fulham or even Leeds, whereas Spurs and Chelsea etc always seem to act surprised playing against tough teams who don't give them space.

I can be wrong of course, you are more right looking at today's results:
Bournemouth lose to Burnley
Nottingham Forest lost to Blackpool

Shock or not? Bournemouth no, because Burnley is #1 in Championship league and Bournemouth #16 in Premier League. Blackpool big shock yes, only won 6/26 games in this season!

Just read the Australian Open promo, still a lot of time to make bets on it. Right now Rafael Nadal is only 7.5, I would think he should be at least above 10x, how is it Felix and Nick are below him as favorites? Even 2 years ago yes, but after all his injuries, for him to get even into the semifinals would be outrageous at his age.

Anyway, I'll wait for 8x or more to take this bet Smiley
2265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread 2022/2023 on: January 07, 2023, 11:47:22 AM
Wow I did not even realize Real Madrid would be over 2x today. Yes it is Villareal and yes it is an away game but nobody will bet on the home team at such low odds except for their own fans.

I was put to shame on Barca recently, so I am putting down some bigger bet than usual on the team I would love to lose. Lets see how we go this time!
2266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Italian Serie A ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread 2022/2023 on: January 07, 2023, 11:08:01 AM
What do you guys think about a multibet of Inter, Juventus and Fiorentina today? I have not been doing well recently and my picks have let me down in familiar leagues so maybe time to bet on blind favorites.

On Sportsbet it is almost 4.8x, so I will take all three but mix with Spain and England games to do the insurance + boost option Smiley

Playing against certain teams do have adverse effect on the self esteem of their opponents, I could say Chelsea didn't play to win, even though that a decent amount of chance than I expected them to, but I reckon that if they had scored first in the match, it would have been a very difficult situation for Man City and I strongly doubt they'd have been able to get back on level terms, but in the end, the better team won, I believe!

Yes I think only a few teams play against City believing they can win. Currently that would be Liverpool and Arsenal now, Chelsea for reasons only they know always play like they might lose so go for a draw against City. The funny thing in this league is against Liverpool all teams believe they can win, which is something they should try more against opponents like City. Guess having Haaland in that team is enough to make most teams give up.

Don't forget even apart from the football, tennis, etc, there is just so many other freebet promotions for regular SB users. I just came back after a few days break in forum and so many great prediction games to play. Great exposure for boxing, American football, etc.

Messi is back to prevent PSG from more humiliation btw lol

Just wanted to say well done to Woodie, malcovi and kryptqnick for getting December price right. I just put in my predictions for January, unfortunately I don't think we get to see relief so soon for BTC price, but that makes it better for us accumulators right? Wink

It's looks a bit like live casino, isn't this what Live Casino is copying? I'm just asking.

It also seems good to play here at bit casino, it has been operating in this industry for a few years anyway, which means that many gamblers trust to gamble on this gambling platform...

It's the same family of brands, with the obvious focus on live dealer gaming, so nobody is copying anybody.

Bitcasino hasn't just operated "for a few years" it happens to be the one of the oldest Bitcoin casino in existence, and the first to operate with a license Smiley

Barca up and dominating, should be happy but can only relax if we score another maybe!

Heh man, self prophecy is a terrible thing. I see Jordi managed to get himself sent off too. Seems like all I need to do to see red cards is tune in to last 20 minutes of La Liga and see them do their best to get their marching orders. I get red cards, but earning them for complaining and whining and gesturing is something I really don't get.

Anyway. Tough luck...

Tell me all about it man. This was my final bet of the year before I went into a long long week of working shift! Well, bit freebet hit I mean, and it was so disappointing that it was my own team that let me down.

As Trofo mentioned, this was a strange ref and we should have expected it anyway.

We also almost lost in Copa too lol

Well, there is this one...and I learned my lesson!

I always find myself in a conundrum with these, my instincts scream it's going to either be fake or a fail, it's obviously good news, it has to be done, it will probably be done sometime somewhere but at the same time I really hate what comes after it, people that have no clue about the said country will start claiming stuff like Salvador will be the richest in the universe, that somehow the laws of economics will be shredded and glued together in another way, to the point that I end up hating more the outcome that I yearn for it, so I end up like this, basically typing against something I actually wish for.
And as a side note, I should always make my reading and posting in the morning, definitely!  Cheesy

Welcome to the bitcointalk forum. Where people posting in Bitcoin telling people what they should do probably don't own or use Bitcoin. Where people posting in gambling forum probably never placed a bet in their life with Bitcoin Wink Where people praise everything if it seems remotely good.

Just like in real life Wink

I am always grateful for people sharing info though. What comes after that you cannot predict or prevent.

Barca up and dominating, should be happy but can only relax if we score another maybe!

This pool is hard to climb, I got 6 points from first 4 games, two close scores from two draws and exact score for Atletico. That isn't even enough to make any progress in this pool while it is more than enough to take a nice bit of money from bookies. I know i can't possibly do better than that so I don't even get disappointed with my placing anymore. Rest of the guys is simply too good.

Did you guys see Morata goal/performance yesterday? He dribbled into the box and took some week shot or even pass and then fallen down like they killed him. While he is almost dying on the field he hears from crowd that his team scored a goal, miraculously gets up to celebrate with his team mates only to realize that he is the one that scored a goal.

Man I wish I could see stuff like that lol. Tried to find the replay on youtube, but seems I have to wait a couple of days first to see the best footage Smiley La Liga TV and for that fact most of Europe even Twitter content doesn't make it available to us. Isn't that ridiculous?

I think this, and Serie A, partially because there are so few of us, but the few of us are all active and pretty decent. EPL I think is slightly different, many players and some maybe have variance in performance rather than consistency, so it's still possible to climb there.

Furthermore if they somehow manage to beat Arsenal and City for the title then I wouldn’t be surprised, because they have worked really hard and definitely would deserve the title but currently Arsenal has a big lead so Newcastle will be hoping that Arsenal and City continue dropping points otherwise they’ll have to settle for an champions league spot.

Newcastle almost beat City in the first meeting so they'll be confident of getting at least another point from them but yes, I'd like to see Arsenal-Newcastle first before making any serious hope on them.

They're my team to pick on for EPL win, of course knowing they will probably not even end up Top 4. This isn't even halfway through season yet so we need to see them keep using up their good form for full points first.
2278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: December 31, 2022, 11:03:54 AM
We have a game that may change somewhat although I don't believe at all that something will change in this league, but the game of Lens vs Paris if Lens wins,it can give us a false hope that maybe the Ligue 1 is still open and that Paris is not dominating as long as they have done in the previous seasons.I would love for Lens to win but seeing that they play more in a defensive way, they have conceded the less goals compared to most teams of the Ligue 1 makes me think that they will have difficulty winning against Paris at this direct clash.

I live for false hopes, with Barca and with every league I follow.

France now is Monaco, EPL now is Newcastle, Bundesliga now is still Dortmund, Italy now is with Napoli.

If I get just one of them right, my life is happy, but in a weird way it's even happier to have nothing work out so you can suffer all over again in the next season, you know what I mean? lol

without messi, neymar also got a red card and mbappe had to try hard with 10 men but they managed to get 3 points and maintain their unbeaten form until the 16th match they have played.

Neymar didn't need Messi's absence to get his diving card lol he just remembered he hasn't rolled or dived as much as he did in 2018 and seems like after coming back from dancing goal celebrations, he wanted to test the ref and failed.

He did a Ronaldo too (left the stadium), kinda sad that his maturity seems to have reverted back to his younger self.
