Sorry buway for taking your yellow cap away but wow, I feel so good to be on top, and I have to say I mainly followed the shuffled positions of odds from the latest Sportsbet page, following the outright market on fastest lap, and finishing places.

So it seems the bookies knew what they were doing after all, as they always do Wink Just that I'm not sure if this is a good strategy for the long term of course, because there will be plenty of surprises.

Call it beginner luck!!

Same goes for me with Bayern haha. I did quite well lately, but I know the feeling when you're basically losing every bet for weeks but then one crazy bet on my favorite team saves my ass.  Cheesy

That's why I am pretty exciting for the Bundesliga top match Bayern - Dortmund in a few weeks. I guess I will be betting pretty big on that weekend. Time to ruin my good run again, haha.

I used to hit multibets maybe every 4 or 5 attempts, and sometimes even get the freebet from the insurance, which I normally lose anyway as I put it on high odds, but yes, now my pattern seems to be lose, lose, lose, then recover everything from Barca on big odds lol. It doesn't always work of course and World Cup wiped me clean on those save-ass bets!

I will be going Dortmund actually if I end up in that situation!

@boltz I have had very bad luck in basketball, I think the last few bets I made all the picks were red and were favorites above 1.5x!
1743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread 2022/2023 on: March 21, 2023, 09:21:51 AM
I agree that Real was better in 2nd half and it looked that Barca would accept draw. And that Asensio goal - without watching replay I couldn't even think that it could be offside.
International break now, so we can continue discussing inflation rates around the world there Cheesy.

It feels weird that even though Barca is on track to win our first trophy in a few years that I somehow don't feel so fantastic, probably because I'm afraid of all the things that will come at the end of the season. We never solved our financial crisis and then the investigations are now added on with the refereeing scandal.

I just hope we make a better showing of Champions League next season, if even we are allowed to play it.

Euro is up next indeed, hope for an inflation of goals Wink

I have no idea if 6-5 is a good, high, low or whatever score for Japan but it seems that the favorite finally entered the final, and then that helps all of us to make a decision.

Euro felt like day before yesterday, and World Cup felt like yesterday. Should I stay away from betting as both events actually hurt me pretty badly??

Just wanted to say now I do feel that 43 sat/RP from WoF makes me feel a bit regretful I'm collecting my spins as I guess by the time I redeem all my spins, I might have lost 10-20% of the potential rewards thanks to a BTC price that is getting stronger every day lol

All I need to do is just not do anything with my balance and let interest pay off more than that Wink

Everyone must be excited about Bitcoin again, for sure I am!!

Is AC Milan so terrible that they got only x2.22 to win? Or is Udinese actually so good? lol

Today after a week of not doing anymore moneywasting multibets, I've taken now Monza, Bologna, Milan, Fiorentina and Napoli. I don't think I ever made an all-Italian multi recently so wish me luck!!

It's difficult to trust teams like Monza or Bologna to win no matter who they face. I went the opposite route and backed both Salernitana and Cremonese to get something in our pool, i had few winners along the way.

As for Milan, Pioli recently changed our formation and we are now playing with three at the back (which is far from ideal and is not what the team is used to), Theo was out with flu-like symptoms, and Leao is in poor form. Yeah, can't say i'm surprised we lost! Udinese is a physical team that plays direct football, usually extra motivated when they get to play the top six sides.

I did terrible, I'm not even angry about Monza or Bologna and since they all drew, both of us are losers, I am mad about Milan doing what I thought they were going to do and yet started to believe in them.

Both the Milan teams are just so annoying, these are guys in Champions League quarterfinals and yet? The worst scenario is if Milan knock Napoli out there somehow lol
1747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread 2022/2023 on: March 20, 2023, 09:44:52 AM
So glad we won, and apparently from the reports, we actually did deserve it Smiley The Nou faithful was made to wait 5 years to celebrate Clasico win on home turf!!

Winning La Liga in the middle of March sounds too good, but why not? Smiley. Backing Barca too. For me it's unbeleavable that after 12 games at home Barca is yet to concede goal from open play. Only their conceded goal was penalty.
You know what happens tonight after you wrote this post, don't you? Real will get at least one penalty and maybe even two, feel like Barca can't win tonight for La Liga to stay competitive until the end and to break their dominion over Real in last couple of games. In fact I am going to go and place a bet on Real penalty, just think they may be getting some soft calls today cause of the above and Barca ref scandal.

Feel so relieved all of us didn't jinx Barca, but maybe Trofo jinxed Real this time back in our favor.

We did seem to deserve the win but also got lucky that the goal Real got was Vared away. To be very fair, we also got unlucky giving the own goal, it was the only way Real could score. First time we concede at home in long time but important to say it was OG, and we don't care Smiley

Are you sure that the inflation rate in Turkey is 55% ?  Cheesy The goverment doesn't share the correct information with public as there is an election to take place in May. The inflation rate in Turkey has become 126.91%
according to the calculations of independent researchers. Many of my friends also have gone to Europe. I hope I can also go if the government doesn't change by the election in May. Tongue

I wish independent researchers would do countries like Indonesia and Malaysia and Philippines. The governments there rarely post anything more than 2 or 3% (and in fact from 2000-2010 it was less than 2% published).

But I can count many things in my head that is 3-5x the price from 2000. Some are even almost 10x more. If what is published is true, we should only be seeing double price increase since 2000.

During Covid time alone some things even almost doubled.

I would never leave my country however, but I think most of us say that anyway because we cannot go to Europe if we wanted. Those who want, usually can afford it (as in, get a visa, by buying/investing in property, or buying a fancy degree and "getting" a job there).
1748  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: March 20, 2023, 08:39:47 AM
I haven't used sportsbet.io for a while and came back with a win. Smiley
As I said in La Liga thread I was expecting over 2.5 goals for El Clasico and odds were great in the site. I couldn't stop myself to use this opportunity.
I hope my luck goes on with my NBA bets as well.

Well done! I also share my bet, but it was a more direct ML on Barca, which is also the team I support Wink

I did this on the last El Clasico also which we won (from Copa del Rey), that was a delicious 4x++ and in fact I didn't bet so much on the one before that, but the 4-0 win we also made last year made me 5x.

I see a pattern now for me. Lose lose lose lose, then recover everything back with Barca lol

1749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread 2022/2023 on: March 19, 2023, 01:20:44 PM
Big night for us Barca! I put all my balance, which is not so big so not great but for me it is plenty!! on this game. Nice 2x, too bad it was not enjoyable 4x as before, but we can definitely win the La Liga tonight I feel, another 1-0 is all I need Smiley

@darxioami Hang in there buddy, I think everywhere that is not mainly Europe is having big problems, with the difference is there is no pension or government to help if things go to hell and the problem with people here is they are so used to it their whole lives that they even expect things get worse all the time.

Here there are definitely people also who would give up their passport to go some other place, but mainly the rich, so in fact, they are already living a good life, but want to live even better life. They prefer migrating to US or Canada or Australia though, because of big Asian communities there who are not looked down on.

I have no idea why people are so impressed by chat gpt. It's a lot better than the quality of most forum posters for sure who will love chatgpt because they will look like they are improving their posts.

AI only understands what it can find. And the thing with Bitcoin, most things online are wrong, outdated, or opinions. So AI will always have the same stupid mentality of the masses.

Slissy the next guy to win early. Seems like this round is the perfect round of questions. Because it had key differences in answers and got everyone involved watching til the last moments.

Here's a good video, without needing a VPN (I hope):
https://sicnoticias.pt/especiais/liga-europa/2023-03-16-Arsenal---Sporting-golaco-de-Pedro-Goncalves-deixa-ingleses-boquiabertos-de54a982

It really was a fantastic ball, which could probably be considered the best goal of the competition. We will see.

Mate this was brilliant thank you so much. This is actually really special too. He took the fast ball down, looked up, looked again to confirm keeper was off the line, then lashed the ball up. And it seems he didn't even need so much power as the ball was already moving so fast.

They also all look way shorter than Arsenal standard, it just made me think seeing a photo of them celebrating.

United, Sevilla, Juventus, Sporting, Leverkusen, Roma are all trophy candidates, IMO, only Royale and Feyenoord chances are a bit lower, but Feyenoord has a really good season (weekend will have big decision on their season against Ajax)
wanted to see Fenerbahce in next round, but Sevilla is in EL on their playground

Imagine that just last year I would pick Sevilla and Juventus easily. I wouldn't even have put Arsenal in Last 16. But now the obvious favorite here is United, and they will probably try their best to make sure they have 2 trophies.

Sevilla loves this cup we all know that but I agree Feyenoord is also to eye, but they probably want to focus on Ajax and keeping their place?

^ Chinese steel from the 80s is apparently better than the ones used these days, from all the videos I've been seeing, including concrete actually haha.

But apparently most of it is now used in Asia and Africa, I suppose time will tell.

But on topic, I have to say I feel more and more weirded out reading about Ferrari. How does a champion go down so fast? It feels not so much about Red Bull catching up and moving ahead but more like them actually going down.

Very confused by everything in terms of "construction".

Wow, that goal is amazing. I hate that it's so hard to find good footage and you have to use VPN to access even Twitter videos now. Unless you want to wait 1 week by then you forgot about it! The world is so frigging annoying with copyright they don't realize they will earn more from viewers who can see all content.

Google search for videos brings you to stupid scammy youtube vids.

Here is just some selection of posts from March 12th-13th, 2023 that gave us some insight into where things were headed and what kind of gains we might expect. We also had warning about ddrop before

If it's just a selection of posts... then actaully you guys don't provide a firm signal and someone has to read through all the probably conflicting posts and uncertainty anyway, which feels not much different from coming in this forum and reading the post headlines, and then deciding for yourself what's going to be true? Smiley

Again yesterday/today jump was not seen in that selection of posts, I would have loved to see an actual certain signal

Thanks anyway, good luck!
1757  Other / Off-topic / Re: A word of motivation on: March 16, 2023, 03:30:52 PM
Yeah. It's important to know details and context Smiley

I mean, I get loads of people who used to try convince me to go to some meeting with free food and of course I say yes to free food Smiley

And it's same stories of wealth and prosperity because of something they got into.

And then it turns out they had to invest a lot, even borrowed, and recruited others.

Not saying your story is the same or that you made altcoin money whatever, good for you.

But how did you get into Bitcoin, how did you buy, and was it a risk? Was it safe? If you saved it in fiat, how much less would you have had?
1758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tipping more than one person with Bitcoin possible? on: March 16, 2023, 01:17:17 PM
You do not need to do batch sending why not send it individually you can set up a automatic way of doing it but I do not know why you would need to send the transactions at the same time like people are suggesting. Just set up a automatic payment to the 10 people who are working for you. If they are not employees and they are not regular payments then just do it when you need too. Sending to 10 different people will not take more then 10 minutes to do manually.

Because then you would be paying a lot more, and then taking up 10 transactions instead of 1 single transaction.

It's the most efficient way, to end up with 1 single utxo as change. In fact, I like to use up all my little inputs to send in 2 or 3 people, if I like (but usually I just combine everything to make 1 tx and leave the rest of it as change.

You are talking 10 minutes manually, we are talking less than 1 minute manually.

You can save this even in a sheet and do it.

I guess you don't know about fees huh.

Sweet win bullrunbro! I have yet to take anything on my tickets so far but maybe try to go into the specials and see if there is anything later for Europa and Conference League. Or wait for La Liga, have to find some ways to show off winning betslip swag lol

I guess we have a lot of disappointed people today after Liverpool got knocked out, but every effort was made and you can't beat Real at their own home, hopefully Barca proves that wrong for a time!!
1760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⭐⚽⭐ Sportsbet's Bitcointalk Sports Fanatics League (BSFL) – 5000+$ rewards ⭐⚽⭐ on: March 16, 2023, 06:23:11 AM
Looks like I'm not winning this round again, 0 points from 4 and Casper got 2 yesterday, I didn't even feel like checking the rest of my answers anymore as I'm sure it's rare to have 2 different for the rest.

Supported Liverpool because it was against Real but let's face it, that Madrid team is Liverpool's biggest jinx in the whole footballing world. Even City and Bayern at their most confident still lost to Liverpool big.
