2302  Economy / Reputation / Re: About Vod on: September 17, 2015, 11:31:08 PM
Added a ~ for both Dooglus and jonald for the (in my opinion) bogus feedback.

Are you saying you think that I left bogus feedback for somebody?

Yeah, the feedbacks left for tspace to me were not appropriate in my opinion. I do not agree with offset feedbacks or trust for a useless loan. Not like I am saying you are a scammer...just I do not trust your feedbacks. Same thing for Jonald...he had left 3 feedbacks last I looked. When you are in the DT network you should be more careful with feedbacks left.

Also going to review my feedbacks for QS.

Removed my trust for Vod

I think the witch hunt mob did more damage than QS ever did.

I know my feedback does not carry that D1 weight, but this was poorly handled.
2304  Other / Meta / Re: Requesting-Vod be prevented deleting posts Self Modded thread/Removed from DT on: September 17, 2015, 11:13:07 PM
I just do not understand how people get so worked up on the internet and do shit like that. I always try to keep a level head + avoid these witch hunts. This forum gets worse by the minute...I am not sure I even should keep trading here or not. If someone gets mad at me will some poor guy @ walmart getting a doxing?
2305  Other / Meta / Re: Requesting-Vod be prevented deleting posts Self Modded thread/Removed from DT on: September 17, 2015, 11:04:22 PM
The doxing of some poor guy is ridiculous...is it true his employer was contacted? I know for sure that was not QS's dox, but no one seems to care.
2306  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Casascius 2013 Silver Single MS-68 - Starts @ 1BTC on: September 17, 2015, 09:12:03 PM
2.6BTC

I probably won't be able to stay up and bid further on this though  Undecided

Obviously you should make a stupid high bid then  Shocked
2307  Economy / Auctions / Re: [Auction] Casascius 2013 Silver Single MS-68 - Starts @ 1BTC on: September 17, 2015, 08:48:18 PM
Little bit over 4 hours left on this one!
2308  Economy / Collectibles / Re: collector's set of graded Lealana Bitcions on: September 17, 2015, 07:33:02 PM
I have to agree with Blazed on this. Although Smoothies coins are really nice, they are literally flogged on here and sold at a fraction of their RRP.
Habing been said, there is still some demand for his original coins (those sold before he stopped and resumed business) and those fetch a higher premium so in this case a bit over 2x face value is probably reasonable to ask for especially considering the grade.

Edit: I respectfully disagree with your (and Blazedout419's) comparison of this first edition graded set to the recent influx of '40 brass 0.1btc coins' being auctioned by Smoothie. I don't think I have seen a higher grade for these coins by ANACS. You are welcome to make an offer in this form or by PM.

I should actually apologise. I didn't realise Blazed's offer was for the set (minus the one). My bad.
I agree with you that there definitely should be a premium on this a) because it's set #1 and b) because it's from the original batch and not the post-resuming business batch.
However, I still stand by what I said about the demand and price for his coins falling since the recent abundance of auctions. Even though this is as pointed out, an original set. Because the market has become so saturated with buyer-funded coins (and it's not just the brass coins but there's been a bunch of different auction types for both the Bitcoin and lealana range), the coins just don't have that pull factor anymore...

But yes, since Blazed's offer was for the set I do agree 2x face value is a bit low. I guess we'll just have to see what offers come in and what the market decide the price to be. If it's too low then I'd say keep them. Having the #1 set is pretty cool!

Anyway, good luck with the sale Smiley

Well obviously you do not start the bidding out high Tongue I am interested int he set only because it is #1 (I already have all those coins). I will sit back and see what offers you get and go from there.
2309  Economy / Collectibles / Re: collector's set of Lealana Bitcions on: September 17, 2015, 01:37:13 PM
I am offering 2x face value (3.52BTC) for the #1 series of Lealana coins. That offer is not including the #500 coin.

Thanks for the offer, but I am looking for a higher offer. Smoothie is still selling these marked buyer funded for 4BTC plus shipping if you load them.

Well, they get auctioned non-stop here...not like anyone pays retail for them. Give me a ballpark price you are looking for? Something like no offers under xxx will be accepted type thing.

2311  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Proof that Quickseller is BiPolarBob/PistolPete AND intended to SCAM! on: September 17, 2015, 11:54:32 AM
Vod, where are you getting this info from? Reason I ask is because from my few  trades with QS, I have completely different info. You might want to double or triple check if you haven't already unless you don't mind doing the same thing that was done to you (talking about the false pedo accusations).

I'd also like to know this. You should be very careful because if you have got the wrong person that could lead to a whole other can of worms being opened not to mention completely unfair to the innocent party. I haven't really seen any info presented on how he got this cody black guy unless vod has been fed some information (which could be ebntierly innacurate).

Yeah, these doxxing skills are pretty bad and I feel sorry for the collateral damage. First of all QS self-escrowing was not good, but doxxing someone over a few bucks that he refunded? This thread is pretty sad and shows how overboard people here will go when they get mad. Of all the scams that happen here, this one was one of the least harmful, yet gets so much attention  Roll Eyes

Edit: I do not even consider this a scam so much as shady/in the grey area - remind me who lost what here again?

2313  Other / Meta / Re: Let's stop telling newbies that they can buy an account to join sig campaigns. on: September 16, 2015, 03:38:01 PM
Bitcointalk does not mind the signature spammers so long as the posts are not 2-3 word replies. You can openly admit to posting only to get paid here. I would guess there are people with 3-4 accounts making a couple BTC per month posting. I am sure that in some 3rd world countries a couple BTC per month is a good income to live on.

A couple of BTCShocked
That is some money....

I meant to live off of...

I need a 0.025 BTC loan

amount : 0.025

re-pay : in 3 days
collateral : Bitcointalk account ( this same )
interest : 0.0275 total return

Please help me, I have re-paid 2-3 loans earlier and this shows I wont scam Smiley

I will lend you.

Did you get collateral of this loan?

Nope - I assume that he would not ruin his account over $5.
