MCXNow = RealSolid = SCAM
If Cryptsy has problems then it still doesn't change the fact that MCXNow is a scam. You can't trust RS more just because Cryptsy has some problems.
I am genuinely confused. How is MCXNow a scam? You know exactly how it is a scam. How are your Solidcoins doing? About as well as the Fees I guess. |

Well I've over 300QRK's on cryptsy, but now I cant sell them, because they deactivated it, what now
Just wait until they re-list it later. There is no reason for them to have delisted it, it will be back in no time. (I have significantly more than 300 there, so I hope I am right not to be scared!) |

Hi to all. Please, help me to solve problem with wallet. It can't sync  I've tried to reset the wallet by deleteng the files blk0001.dat and blkindex.dat (I guess, that's the ones, with blocks info?), and start sync with network from scratch, but every time sync is stopping on "~416565 blocks remaining" I think, this is the cause, why I can't perform a solo mining - miner connects, doing some work but no single block has been found in more, than 48h at 700kH/s. Bad luck?.. Updated wallet version to current (Christmas one), but situation didn't changed Almost all time the number of active connections to network are 6-8, and sync stopped at the same point. What I'am doing wrong?.. P. S. Sorry for my bad English, this is not my native language... Does anybody has some ideas?..  In the spots folder: something like /users/appdata/roaming/spots make a notepad file Paste this into the notepad file and save it. addnode=162.243.78.234 addnode=81.19.118.18 addnode=75.177.178.255 addnode=24.200.49.130 addnode=1.172.130.188 addnode=211.99.224.198 addnode=5.150.239.251 addnode=70.125.18.205 addnode=27.33.117.153 addnode=162.243.78.234 addnode=p2pool.org addnode=coinfreaks.com Then rename the file spots.conf Restart your client and it should download the blockchain. Someone did that and ended up getting charged for all of the instances they were using.
Otherwise it isn't $100, it is $100 per email address you have (and email addresses are free)

Though the press do go over the same rubbish over and over, I think it is gradually engraining Bitcoin into the mainstream.
Soon people won't think of it as kooky and for computer nerds, instead they will notice the problems with offline money and see the advantages of BTC

well I am really surprised how people are not panic selling, I am sure most of people learnt the lesson the hard way  It is already 25% down, and everytime a panic sell off happens, the bulls buy up the cheap Bitcoins! It seems like we have found our interim level, the question is... where next!? |

Maybe this will help reassure you How it can help to stop panicselling?. Well the lower the price goes, the more you and I can buy. I'm holding a nice chunk at this point and have no need nor interest to dump. Especially with what we have coming before 2014 hits. Think of it this way...what other coins have been advertising for months, we are going to to develop from scratch, start to finish, in days It sounds interesting, I must admit. Surely the problems with not being able to sync and being frequently removed from crypsty should surely be solved before going for a big advertising splurge though... |

Volume on craptsy going down for QRK/BTC. They used to be double what LTC was. Now they have slipped below LTC levels. There is plenty of LTC/QRK trade too. I think lots of the market will move away from cryptsy, there are just too many issues with it at the moment. It might work out best for both sides. |

Should I sell all my LTC and buy only Quarks?
Litecoin must go to $60 first before you can double your $$ Quark must only go to .40 cents before you can do the same. Which is likely to happen sooner? Quark is a much more likely bet. Nice logic. The market cap is what is important, and the % increase isn't dictated so much by the market cap, just look at Bitcoin. |

I don't really get this thread. The OP must have known that both Kolin and max post here daily.
He was certain to look like a fool, so why make it? I am not a Quark fanboy, I don't love the distribution, but I do love the speed.
Bitcoin is far too slow, Quarks solve this. One fast coin will suceed in my opinion, maybe quark will be it.
