Based on the Bitcointalk Public Information Project, if you never breached the trust of anyone, then you are the least trusted! Cheesy

You don't understand it.

You are a person with a (justified) massive amount of negative trust feedbacks and with a lot of people who explicitly distrust you (for valid reasons).
THIS makes you the least trusted person on this forum.

If you don't understand that, i am sorry for your. But you can't be helped anymore.

Like killing is kissing, sun is moon and car is checkered! Grin

What ?
Did you just have a stroke ? Or why does this not make any sense at all ?
2322  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: OWNR wallet on: August 11, 2019, 11:41:10 AM
As i know some banks apps doesnt work on rooted devices, so if you want block is possible but i think that a lot of crypto fans have rooted devices and due to it this idea is not so good

No, you can't.

There are multiple techniques to detect whether a devices is rooted.
But there are at least the same amount of techniques to pretend that the device is not rooted.

One could simply debug the application and remove the checks of the rooted devices (accessing the program flow of android applications is pretty easy).

While you can make it way harder to let your app being run on a rooted device, you can never prevent that.
2323  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Solving the problem of on-chain scaling on: August 11, 2019, 11:31:43 AM
1. Increase BlockSize
2. Increase Blockspeed
3. Increase the compression of the data within the block (will increase CPU overhead for Nodes.)

None of these would increase the scalability at all.

Increasing the blocksize or decreasing the block interval leads to a lot additional problems, which are way more severe than the scalability problem .
This would be a (very) bad trade off between TPS and decentralization.

Besides that, increasing the blocksize is just postponing the problem. This can not be considered scaling. Linearly postponing a problem is not scaling.

A combination between on-chain and off-chain scaling is necessary. But your 3 points are all extremely bad. None of them would help BTC at all.

BTC devs have claimed onchain scaling is impossible, which is a lie.

They never did.

They scale on-chain with segwit, schnorr, etc..

They are promoting an offchain system , that is nothing more than banking 2.0 for crypto.

They do not promote anything .

Bitcoin is an open system. Everyone chooses for him or herself what to use and which way to go.
There is no central authority behind bitcoin.

Don't spread bullshit.

Which a 8 mb blocksize or moving to a 2½ minute block would have solved for years to come.

No.
We would have created way more problems, leading to centralization without even fixing the problem, just postponing it.

The smart thing would have been to do one of the above,

Actually it would be the dumbest thing to do.

As technology improves , the ways to increase onchain scaling improves and can be done incrementally to match demand,
but like I said, their was nothing smart about the segwit upgrade ,
just a completion of a payoff to blockstream to fuck over bitcoin for the foreseeable future.

Are you for real ?
Please stop spreading your worthless opinion.

No one cares what trolls like you who doesn't have a clue at all have to say.
2324  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Important terms that are frequently confused. on: August 11, 2019, 11:24:00 AM
Blockchain & Cryptocurrency
Block chain is the technology on which the cryptocurrency is based on , it is more like the coding unit.

The cryptocurrency itself is the outcome of that ..

Block chain is a technology and cryptocurrencies are output , it will be helpful to know that besides the cryptocurrencies , the block chain is actually useful in all the sectors , the government , the hospital , the environment everywhere it is being used.

I disagree with that definition of blockchain.

A blockchain is nothing more than just a data structure. It is comparable to a linked list where each element points to the element before.
It is used by a lot cryptocurrencies, however there are still many cryptos which do not use a blockchain at all (e.g. IOTA tangle or NANO block lattice).

Bitcoin is based on way more than just the blockchain. The blockchain itself is just the 'database' of bitcoin. Mining, verification, authenticity and much more also plays a huge role for the functionality and design of a cryptocurrency.
2325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I need help restore my wallet.dat on: August 10, 2019, 08:08:26 AM
I guess, even for that, he needs to download it at least till the timeline where he left using his wallet, i.e.; last year. This is what we've been yelling over here but OP seems to have probably resolved the issue maybe that's why they are not responding. The problem maybe, he doesn't really know the exact final address where he stored his coins?

No, vkclassic is ight. You don't need to download the blockchain at all to just export your private keys.
The fastest way to recover 'coins inside a wallet.dat' is to open it, export the private keys, and import them into another wallet.

If you don't intend to use core, it would be just a waste of time and space downloading the blockchain.

Also, have anyone tried investing in [banned mixer]'s offer?
https://[banned mixer]/become-seller.php

[banned mixer] seems to not be a scam.

[banned mixer] is using jambler as their backend (i.e. is a 'partner mixer' of them).
2327  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Lost my bitcoin after I have installe electrum 4.0.0 on: August 09, 2019, 01:10:52 PM
The few restrictions are mostly cosmetic. Much better than an old cracked Windows imho.

Or simply switch to linux  Tongue
Much better security- and privacy-wise without any cosmetic restrictions at all. And it is for free.

There are quite a lot distributions out there which are suited for beginner (a.k.a. almost no command line necessary). Ubuntu / Mint being the best examples for such a distro.

[...]  as the user bob123 that have no idea how market works [...]

Then, please explain it to me.

Especially this:

1. More bots running the trade equals more support for the trade which equals to even higher probability of success.

How can it be more profitable for an individual if more people use the exact same strategy and make the same trades at the same time?  Wink

So i simply refuse to spend an hour setting a vps and the time to manage it for a guy that has a 50$ bankroll and when we lose 5% freaks out.

Why do you need to set up an own VPS for each customer ?
They don't have access to your bot anyway.. so why not just run multiple instances on one VPS ?  Roll Eyes

Just seems to be an excuse.. But feel free to proof me wrong.

The blockchain-based decentralized internet browser, Brave, can now enable Twitter users to tip content creators with the original Basic Attention Token (BAT).

Brave discussed the public launch of the token tip service on the August 1 announcement, where users were reported to be able to determine the amount they wanted to tip into a particular Twitter account, and the recipient would receive their tip in the form of a BAT token directly.

This announcement also includes a number of features related to tipping services, including preparing routine recurring tips and a mechanism for Tweeting to tip makers to tell them how to claim their donations.

Brave began testing his Twitter tip service in May on testing and developing a browser version called Brave Nightly.

As detailed in the announcement, this new feature comes as an offer in a new browser through Brave Rewards. Users who have chosen Brave Rewards will now see tip options on Twitter posts when viewing Twitter through their Brave desktop browser. Brave Rewards also supports tipping on YouTube and Twitch, and according to reports will come to Reddit, GitHub, and Vimeo.

And since third time's the charm, another one:

Which one of that is considered a shitcoin?

Cardano (ADA), EOS, bcash (BCH), ripple (XRP) and tron (TRX) are shitcoins being traded on bitmex.

Actually i can't see any fraud going on here (didn't test it).

I never said there is fraud going on here.
I just outlined that there is the possibility for OP engaging in fraudulent activities..

Together with the illogical way of thinking he is trying to defend and the 'test investment' of 500$ (initially 1000$; which could very well also bee 100$ or 50$, since it is a test after all) it raises red flags.

As long as the API keys have no permission to withdraw funds AND the potential customer is fine with eventually dealing any of the supported coins, there is no problem?

It is not a problem if the customer is fine with the possibility of all of his BTC being sold for one of the shitcoins mentioned above, leaving him back with no BTC but a stack of shitcoins.
2331  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for help in marketing trading bot, monthly pay in BTC! on: August 09, 2019, 11:32:01 AM
Sadly the only one not understanding is you, but at this point is clear to everyone that you are only trolling so won't waste more time on your iq level.

Sure  Roll Eyes

A total of 2 people have talked about that yet. Me and Vispilio:

Finally, the argument that more people making the exact same trades leading to higher profits for all is just completely false, you have to change that line of thinking Smiley

But sure, we are wrong on that.
The fact that you try to defend that (irrational and simply wrong) thinking by calling me a troll doesn't increase your reputation. In fact it raises even more red flags.

If you keep spamming my threads i will report you, since are now 3 months that this is going on.

Feel free to report each single post.
I am sure the moderators will take care of it, if it really happens to be spam  Smiley

But most likely they won't remove my posts where i outline your logical errors as well as the potential for you to scam people.

Does anyone know what the 4.0 software does besides the changement of the payment address and servers??

There are most probably multiple different entities spreading their malware. No one here can answer that question.

The only way to be (amost) sure that your computer is clean is to reinstall your OS, as TryNinja pointed out.
Anything else will still have a remaining risk of your computer still being infected.

Oh.. and don't use some sort of cracked windows. All of them are infected with backdoors. Always.
2333  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for help in marketing trading bot, monthly pay in BTC! on: August 09, 2019, 11:22:08 AM
this is your only point that can stand up, the rest is all nonsense.

This just emphasizes the following:

Pretending to not understand what i am talking about doesn't make you more trustworthy.

You have to admit that this raises some concerns when a newbie account with 0 posts in the last 1.5 years, starts to defend a project plagiarizing stuff with his first post on this forum..

Appears to be legit business.
2335  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for help in marketing trading bot, monthly pay in BTC! on: August 09, 2019, 11:12:23 AM
- You have full control over the funds
False again, the USER has full control over the funds since they are the only ones that can access their account. Bot can place and delete orders on XBT market only.

Your bot could place orders at any pair.
This includes buying some shitcoin you are selling with an other account, basically to dump your shitcoin onto your 'customers' without influencing the price.

- Your arguments defending this are not logical at all
I explain logically every time yet you don't understand a single thing of what i'm saying. so i assume you are either troll or much worst, just stupid.

Pretending to not understand what i am talking about doesn't make you more trustworthy.

The following simply doesn't make any sense:
You might ask yourself... if the bot is so great, why sharing?
1. More bots running the trade equals more support for the trade which equals to even higher probability of success.

The more people using the same strategy, the lower the profit for an individual.
That's how the market works.

According to you, everyone could use your bot and everyone would make profit.  Roll Eyes

While you might believe that's how it works, this is not the case in the real world.

It is a big profitable token and the user can buy now very low price $0.10-$0.30. But after completing the ICO, each PYC value will be above $4.00.

Payercoin(PYC) is a 100% legit and legal Ethereum based token(ERC-20). You can check here https://etherscan.io/token/0xb5654e3220ed8302415fb5f9241d5df5a9ca7935#balances.

This doesn't proof anything.

That's just a cheap smart contract which takes about 10 minutes to be copy/pasted from one of the hundred sources available online.

Payeercoin is also listed in wacdaq.pro for trading.

Nice. An exchange which isn't listed anywhere and has a scam accusation open against them.
No trading volume, wash trading.

Even PYC will be listed on Yobit.net as soon as possible.

Oh, so it will be listed on another scam exchange soon ?

Nice.. soon 2/2 exchanges and both are scam.

It is a big profitable token and the user can buy now very low price $0.10-$0.30. But after completing the ICO, each PYC value will be above $4.00.

Sure.

Thanks for confirming that your token is an absolute scam.

2339  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for help in marketing trading bot, monthly pay in BTC! on: August 09, 2019, 08:43:26 AM
So many red flags.

- You offer free spots for profit

- You require high initial investment

- You have full control over the funds

- You pay commission for each sale (for free spots!?)

- Your arguments defending this are not logical at all

- Instead of simply making a lot of money, you reduce your own winnings just to offer 'free spots' for others.

Caution:
If this turns out to be a scam (which is very likely), anyone supporting this will get tagged.

I was been just paid to post this ann. I'm just a bounty manager. Flagging red trust against me isn't a fair thing I see.
~snip~

As i already have answered your PM:

Remove the ANN, stating the project has a plagiarized whitepaper and did steal peoples identity to create a fake team.
THEN, i will remove my negative rating and withdraw the support for the flag.

But yet, you still didn't do so. You are still continuing promoting something extremely fishy (plagiarism and identity theft).

And btw.. it is 'fair' to tag someone who promotes a scam even if he doesn't run it himself.
Remove the ANN, make it clear in the thread that this project is scammy (in the OP) and i'll remove both the tag as well as the support for the flag.
