2361  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin by Christmas 2018? (POLL) on: April 14, 2017, 12:59:23 PM
Around 2000, or at least it will be good to see this as a new bottom price. It's a lot of time, and many things can happen. If, but only if miners do something with confirmation time, segwit and other questions price can be much higher.
xIIImal pointed interesting observation, in Christmas time price usually tend to go up, last two Christmas while I'm here was the same, will the third one be the same? Big probability, I can't wait to see what will happen.
2362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: April 14, 2017, 10:03:54 AM
This always depends how much I lost, for some little money I don't even lay attention, I just pass that like nothing happen, I know that learning has a price, but couple times I lost a bit more then I planed and that made me very nervous, I even thought to not trade anymore, but after couple days little by little I start to trade again. I deal better with lose from gambling, I don't know why, but same money lost on gambling will make me less nervous, when I lose that amount on trading I always freak out.
2363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What attract you to make deposit in a casino ? on: April 14, 2017, 05:16:57 AM
Design 10, I don't play if design is not suit my taste.

Promotions 10, Loyalty program, bonuses, cash backs, prizes and rewards, free bets or free tournaments.
Live support 10, I don't contact them very often, but when I do that I expect them to answer fast, and to solve problems also fast, I don't like yo wait them, or to receive wrong informations.
2364  Economy / Economics / Re: One Reason not to be "All Inn" on any Single Investment for Long on: April 13, 2017, 08:42:41 PM
Going all in in just single investment for a long run is not a good idea because it is very risky because you are not trying to make your money in different investment as flexible as you can because if you are just putting it on one then you can consider yourself in danger because you don't have any back up if the investment will experience bankruptcy.

I agree that all in on long run is very risky, million things can happen in time of waiting, and that puts investor in very bad situation for him. Going all in is strategy that almost no one recommends, but I saw (and others I`m sure) people that had balls to risk and some of them made profit. We all have a chance to do something in this life, how much someone is smart to notice opportunity and brave to grab it with all in can be rewarded with some very high reward. Of course bankruptcy is always a possibility when someone is going all in, that is the thing, if its easy everyone would do it.
2365  Other / MultiBit / Re: Multibit HD 0.5.1 the (correct) password did not unlock the wallet +Restore Fail on: April 13, 2017, 06:24:59 PM
You can solve your problem by importing your multibit wallet words into breadwallet on your phone. You need either an iPhone or one of the latest androids to run breadwallet.

If your phone can't run breadwallet you could try importing your multibit wallet words into mycelium, which runs on older android phones. This post explains how to do it, but I'm not sure it works. I know of people who tried with breadwallet and reported it works, but I don't know of anyone that's tried with mycelium yet.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1818831.msg18116628#msg18116628

There's another solution if you can't use either the breadwallet method, or the mycelium method, but it requires more work. You can find out how to do it by reading the thread link below.

Thanks Hi-Tec99 I restored wallet and I waiting for synchronization to complete. I think after this I will take money from there, I don`t have much left there, but anyway I don`t wish to leave it there. I learned my lesson and I`m sure that I will not use multibit anymore, I will find myself some better wallet, I don`t like when I need to bother myself with this stupid situations. Thanks again Hi_Tech99 you helped me a lot.
2366  Other / MultiBit / Re: MultiBit Password not Recognized Again on: April 13, 2017, 03:51:02 PM
This happen to me yesterday for the first time with multibit hd, I thought they have some issues but today its still the same. When I try to open wallet, after I wrote password I got this:
The password did not unlock the wallet.
And I can`t restore password, I can`t do nothing, for the first time I was on their site and when I click on Contact Us, nothing is happening. This is very annoying situation, how to find and install  0.4.1 version? I will search for it also, and after I move my coins from there I will not use this wallet ever again.

Edit: Now I see other topics on this subject: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1820922.msg18139080#msg18139080 How to downgrade the wallet on 0.4.1 version, what a mess this is, I totally don`t like this kind of things.
2367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you choose casino to play? on: April 13, 2017, 03:10:32 PM
for me all the features in a casino website does not vary much. the most important thing for me is about security.
due to security I can play with a very convenient. that is the material of my consideration.

And I`m curious how do you check is casino security is on high level? For me its very important what kind of features some casino is offering, what kind of loyalty program they offer, and what will I get for spending my time and money there. But I like to spend time gambling, and maybe if you gamble just sometimes then you don`t need to be aware about all this offers, bonuses, etc.
2368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Inspiration on: April 12, 2017, 12:58:53 PM
I don`t know why inspiration needs to come from family or friends? What is that about? I gamble cause I like to gamble, I like to play gambling games, I like card games so its normal for me to love poker, that is about in which thing you enjoy as a person, and you have inspiration from that, at least its like that in my experience.
I give a vote for material things, but that just cause two other choices don`t suit me at all. At least when I gamble I can think about buying something very nice if I hit some jackpot or win some awesome tournament.
2369  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Zcash Worth Over $5000? on: April 12, 2017, 09:23:10 AM
Zcash price is never incraese until reach 5bitcoin/zcash this mean over 5000 dollar
if accident zcash holder can rich, and zcash can die because is people is never buy zcash again

this post shows off a typical zcash investor.

OrangeP, I understand your point!

We asked in October last year if 1 Zcash was worth 5 bitcoins and our view at the time was no (we estimated it would be less than $50 in a year).  On the speculation side, we still view the infrastructure the same - it has a long way to go.
Well 5 bitcoins ? How'd even say it as a long way to go when that shit coin failed miserably ? On what basis do you guys speculate your theories from ? Having said that, developer having access to my private keys is a big Nope for me.Have fun with your 'anonymity'.

In this article, bellow the picture stands `At one point, one Zcash cost more than one million US Dollars or well over 1000 bitcoins.`Is this a joke? Well I got my answer few lines under `The Above Image Is Not A Joke`. This was very funny, how to trust this guy, or anyone else that offers something like this?
Joel_Jantsen and OrangeP have some nice arguments here, and after spending last hour in reading about zcash I`m not sure what to think about this coin, my opinion goes in negative direction that is all. I will follow a bit this zcash I`m curios what will happen.
2370  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: April 12, 2017, 05:45:44 AM
We all know that there is corruption everywhere, like in government or any other organization. Because of money, corruption can always happen with greedy people who always wants more money to them. Since bitcoin can be considered as money, can it also lead to corruption?

Corruption can be found in every aspect of this society we live in, that has nothing with bitcoin or any other currency, in any case currencies are just instrumentality of corruption. We know that good can also be used for corruption, you can give someone a house, or gold, car, what ever and that is instrumentality for corruption on any level. Difference between corruption levels is just in value.
I think that social status, and big wishes of single person can lead to corruption, poor people can be corrupted more easily I guess, and people who wish a lot and don`t have it are more likely to accept dirty money and do some favor for that cause they wish more then they have.
2371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good Altcoin for longterm investment on: April 11, 2017, 09:18:26 AM
i suggest you can  buy some big marketcap coin such as xrp

litecoin  eth  and so on , because their price will finally come back the highest price

just need a  chance  , all they will explosion and then go rocket . Wink

Eth is now expensive, on other hand litecoin has the highest trading volume (yesterday I saw it on poloniex) and price is still low, if I can say that. I don`t know about eth, price is high for me, and I don`t know much about eth is it good to wait for some drop before buying, or price can increase more without any drop. Ltc is going good, and I think ltc will stand with eth, dash, and zcash in price, ltc is underestimated and I think price should be similar like this coins I mentioned at least, and maybe more.
2372  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin defeats the Chinese government on: April 11, 2017, 06:31:06 AM
Bitcoin didn't defeat Chinese government, new players or new strategy used by old players lowered Chinese influence on bitcoin network. I doubt that any coin can defeat countries, I don't think that bitcoin is made for that ( or I'm wrong? ). And when we are on influence on bitcoin, I think that is on miners and and early adopter's cause they have a lot of bitcoins, and they can manipulate with markets.
2373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice Stettings at 92% Chance on: April 10, 2017, 11:25:27 AM
I had 4 reds on +90% winning chance, and for sure I will never bet like that ever again, cause every time I lost all I had cause of this strategy. I thought its good on beginning, and after few times I saw that this strategy doesn't have happy end in most cases. Profit is low risk is to big, and just as reminder do you remember picture from this forum when some guy made this kind of bet with 100 btc, maybe year ago, and of course he lost all he had. Stay away from this strategy.
2374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be used to support terrorists? on: April 10, 2017, 08:52:17 AM
For countries like US,Russia, Israel they all know how to trace the bitcoin but the problem is how to foreknow the method of delivery and prevent it. Also for crime contribution ,how to monitor it? If bitcoin didn't do this fiat can but a tedious way.

I'm surprised with amount of ignorance in this topic, do you really think that governments are here stop terror and drugs? They are the ones who sell drugs and weapons, and they wish much bigger control of everything. Countries like US, Russia, Israel are making weapons and they sell weapons to so called terrorists, so they make profit out of it.
People please start to think with your own head, don't let them fill your brain with their lies!!!
2375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: if bitcoin dies, what alt would you go for? on: April 09, 2017, 06:47:15 PM
There is a lot of altcoins (of course) lying around here and there.
But the only one that I really trust and feel that it's a "sleeping-giant" is LTC.

Eth has potential as well but I don't know litecoins just grab my attention much more.

Litecoin is on the stage for a long time and we need to give that coin a credit for surviving so long, I`m among the people who like litecoin and that is my second choice. In this moment litecoin is still affordable for many people, and maybe litecoin can be next coin that will rise like eth and dash raised in past year, that is also one important thing that can make people start buying litecoin, higher demand will lead to price rise. Many things go in favor for litecoin, to not mention that lately there is many threads here about litecoin, some videos on youtube. Litecoin suits my taste much more then eth or dash.
2376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will that be? on: April 09, 2017, 03:50:53 PM
When will be the time to have 80%+ of your all wealth in bitcoin? Will there ever come such a time?
I think bitcoin or any other, but there will definitely come a time when most of a person's wealth be in the form of digital. Do you think bitcoin has the potential to be that digital asset?

Having most of your wealth in bitcoin is a pretty risky thing to do. Yes it is smart to keep some bitcoin on hold and wait for the increase of value but what if the value of bitcoin decreased so much and most of your wealth is in bitcoin? You might wish that you should have converted them in fiat in the first place. We know that bitcoin today is unstable and its value is not to be trusted fully due to certain issues that bitcoin is facing. So it is still wise not to place most of your wealth in bitcoin so that if the value of bitcoin dropped, then yo will not loose much and if bitcoin's value soared high then you still gained benefit since you still have bitcoins in possession.

Risky or not, one day everything will be digital, I also have doubts about it, fears, but that is what future is bringing. I think that bitcoin have potential to become digital asset, most valuable one if I may say. I also think that its not smart to go all in in anything, but smart people will buy some amount of bitcoin and hold it for the future, not just bitcoin, I think some other coins can be also good for this kind of investments.
2377  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price. Whats your prediction? on: April 09, 2017, 01:32:46 PM
for this year, I think the price of bitcoin will touch the price of $ 1700, and it will happen at the end of 2017. Well, maybe my prediction was not too high, it is because I saw that the price of bitcoin is very difficult to survive when the price reaches a high price latest bitcoin.

according to the trend that has been going on for years, price has been rising big every year and that means by the end of the year it should be above $1700 of your prediction.
and even with a slowed down trend it can go as high when you look at the percentage of the rise.

i hope we can reach this price in the end of the year even if its more high because from now on, i think the price will more volatile than last year because of many things. we hope that if the price is down, its not too deep and we can buy more bitcoin and we can sell it in high price. i think there is many prediction that we can make but we should see what will happen in the market.
certainly much improved this year compared to 2016. still plenty of time to be able to see the price of bitcoin be better.
hopefully it will continue to increase steadily and there is no bad news that can disturb bitcoin prices in the future.

Predicting bitcoins price has been proven to be extremely difficult. We had so many volatile price swings, and not everyone in the world believes bitcoin will achieve a much higher value than it is worth right now. Here on forum we are optimistic about price of bitcoin, and here many people believe that price can go very high. My prediction for end of this year is 1500$, price can be higher, or lower nobody can predict it accurately. We need to see what will happen with segwit and bu first, future depends on what they are doing now and what will they do in next few months.
2378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many ways are there to earn bitcoins? on: April 09, 2017, 10:02:06 AM
Ok well. There are exactly 43858 ways to earn BTC.....  Tongue

Here is the honest answer. Noone is going to tell you. If someone is making money they not going to share that. Only a scammer does things like share a so called business idea. Anyway it's up to you. You need to look around the forum and not be told what to do but ask yourself. Offer to help someone with something and maybe you will be rewarded. Then you find some more people and do the same. You can make as much as you want it is up to you. Signature campaign is only a small gift do not focus on it. Use your own initiative. Don't wait to be told what to do just do it.

Some ideas
....

Keep up to date with your chosen coin you supporting. Talk to the Dev. Offer to help. Do not help only to profit though. Also the more you help your coin the more valuable it will become.

Blogs, posting, advertising. Create a blog and talk about anything you know about and like. Posting to advertise your ideas. Make quality posts about your ideas or business or whatever it is. Add some links and use a nice signature you make yourself. People like that. Believe in yourself ! You not gonna make much to begin but don't stop. Even the richest man began with nothing.

You can ad advertising to your blog and make quite a lot if you have good articles and quality appearance. Out the effort in people notice and it goes a long way.

You can even add refferal links on your blog on top of that. Multi stream income !! Passive if maintained.

Ok now my fingers are sore from typing good luck to you and don't give up ok !

I think the same, cause all this similar topics have pretty much the same answers and comments. People keep good ways for them selves and they don`t share it with all the people around. Main thing is not giving up, like you said in the end, and that is most important thing. All ways can work fine and bring some monthly income, just they doesn`t come easy as we speak here, learning investing in different things, trying, and trying, and not giving up and maybe he will succeed one day.
In my case everything was slow and low in beginning, that road most of us who didin`t invest money in bitcoin and bought a lot need to pass. Good luck to everyone, I hope you will find your way.
2379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Professional Trader on: April 08, 2017, 08:52:12 PM
Today,we could see lot of newbies daily entering the crypto currency market and struggling to gain profits. To become a professional trader, what are the characteristics to be developed?

The biggest thing you need to professionally trade is a big bankroll. Once you have enough money to invest, you have to have patience to know when to buy and sell and you need to study the charts and news for any coins you want to trade.

Big bankroll without big balls to risk all that worth nothing! I know about patience, but when you are investing big I doubt that you have same opinion like now, when your legs are shaking from uncertainty in final result. Big balls are the first thing that professional trader need to have, to be ready to risk in any moment. In what he will invest leads us to other characteristics that person need to posses, that is knowledge about community, how will community react on some news, will there be panic selling or maybe buying, he need to predict that and act immediately.
2380  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: April 08, 2017, 08:39:52 AM
you can introduce further bitcoin to them. and if they still hate, ask for reasons, then give an explanation to them. and if you still hate bitcoin, you should ignore it.

Like the other guys within this thread explained that there's nothing we can do if the people hate on Bitcoin for no reason at all. I would try to explain Bitcoin to the people that don't like it and if they have a legit reason then the conversation would stop and a totally new off topic conversation would begin.

If Bitcoin is going to be hated by many people then I would like to know why they hate it so much.

People don't hate bitcoin, its too strong word in my opinion. They just don't understand it, and have a fear from unknown, its all about that, I don't think there is some mystery here. And let's be clear with one thing, there will always be people who disagree with bitcoin and people that don't wish to get involved in anything digital, nothing new also, the best thing we can do is too ignore them and to not waste our time and energy on them.
