1821  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin hits all-time high on: October 27, 2017, 03:45:13 PM
Time to invest? Bitcoin tops the $5,000 mark
We can invest if bitcoin price drop lower than $4000, I think that is the good time to invest since bitcoin price now is in average of $6000. If hard fork happens maybe bitcoin price will go down and that will be the best time for the investors.

Why do you think that price will go under 4.000$ ever again?  I guess new bottom is 5.000$, we will see about that but that is more likely to me than dip under 4k, some bad things needs to happen to break price almost on half.
Everyone who buys bitcoins now and in under 10.000$ will be early adopter. I wonder how many days this year bitcoin was at new all times high? Next year we will have same number of days when bitcoin will be at all times higher and maybe even more. Maybe I sound too optimistic, this is happening right now and will happen in the future, I have strong logic about it.
1822  Economy / Economics / Re: Would bitcoin help teach kids about saving? on: October 26, 2017, 08:54:49 PM
Like cash it doesn’t really teach kids even some adults about how to properly manage spending. It really depends on the person using bitcoin, it also depends on the people around that person or kinds who will teach and remind them about handling and managing their bitcoin. If we will teach kids about proper way of spending and saving its better to show them how to do it not just by words but also by example.
We do not need money to teach about kids about saving, you could use candy, you could give to them some candy and tell them that if they keep that candy for some days that they are going to receive more candy in return then you explain to them the same happens to money and bitcoin and they are going to be able to grasp the concept immediately and understand the concept of saving.

This is perfect example of how some people give bitcoin to much power. Many similar threads where people think that bitcoin can solve poverty, bitcoin can solve all the problems in economy, and now we have thread about bitcoin helping kids to save?! Bitcoin can`t help in any of this things, bitcoin doesn`t have power to solve anything, its a tool, and tools are used to make things easier and better but only if you know how to use it.
You can give many examples how to teach kids about saving, probably all of them are good, kids are different and each kid needs different approach. When you teach him how to save he will save everything, not just money.
1823  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I late to the party? on: October 26, 2017, 07:06:05 PM
Good headline, with all this icos, altcoins, new bitcoins like bitcoin cash and now gold this is a real party. Big party, big community, and in that many little ones. This party with airdrops, hard forks is still going and I wonder for how long that can last?
There is no 100% safe investments in icos, we all risk. I`m buying some stable alts, and I have couple coins from some icos. I check every day some new ico and if I like it I get in with some little amounts of bitcoins, who know what can happen, with so many icos its just luck to pick right ones.
1824  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saving Bitcoins for your Children. on: October 26, 2017, 08:55:16 AM
Like every other investment such as real estate, stocks and other forms of investment we know that you can invest in that kind of things and then you get something like say a Certificate or a Binding Document as a proof that you are part of that investment, now that of bitcoin all you have is just your address, your password, key and seeds as proof of the ownership of the wallet.

BTC

So now if one is considering buying bitcoins and saving for his/her children in the future is there any way to do that with bitcoins apart from having to write down your details somewhere. I'm asking because with that kind of stuff if no one knows your seeds or password no one can get the coins. Huh Huh Huh

This is a good investment for the children, so they can already start at their early age. You can say that it is the same as opening a savings account for your children. Someday, when they grow up, I bet they would really appreciate it.

Like any other investment bitcoin can be saved for a long term and unlike other investment bitcoin can be much more profitable and make you rich, other investments can make x2 or x3 in next 5 years, bitcoin can go up to 10 times. Saving bitcoins for children is not a bad thing to do, with some little initial
investment in bitcons your kids can have much more one day. I think we need to secure our future and future of our children, so its best to to have more then just one investment. Even thou I`m optimistic about bitcoin and I believe in them, I always advise people to have money in more then one thing, that is more safe, and to be safe today is a privilege.
1825  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: October 25, 2017, 07:59:30 AM
Definitely! Bitcoin will save our butts someday. Specially if it was properly regulated and accepted by thousands of banks in the world. There are a lot of opportunities and surprises in bitcoin. You may go down or rise, depending on how wise you will handle it.

From my perspective bitcoin already saves many buts, and continue to do the same. It's same with me, I had better life in past year with bitcoins then ever before. Bitcoin is good for earning, investing in it, spending it, gambling with it, I think that now with bitcoins we can do many things, this is the world of possibilities and we need to learn how to benefit from all this, cause this is the future, and its better for us to be prepared for what is coming.
1826  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost Opportunity on: October 24, 2017, 04:28:33 PM
I'm just like those people before that didnt expecting that bitcoin will be too expensive like now. I have a chance to buy one bitcoin just in 200$ before but i  didn't believe to the bitcoin that time. I thought that bitcoin will not going to last longer and it will become scam after having many investors on it.

A years past the bitcoin price rised to 500$ and im thinking that time if i will going to give it a try  to invest some money on it. But like before i didnt believe to bitcoin again. The negavity are still on my body thinking that bitcoin will be down sooner.

Until this year i got a chance to have bitcoin in 3000$ dollar but i didnt take this opportunity again i feel that im really so stupid when it reached 5000$.

Do you think guys bitcoin will reach 8000$ next year? i really want to give it  a try now. So many opportunity i wasted and i will not going to let it happen now.

Theres no point on dwelling in the past, same thing happens to me but I think we should just start fresh and learn from our mistakes its not like bitcoin would still fall its value any time too.

I joined when price was around 300$ to 400$, I can`t remember exactly now. I was earning bitcoins then and I don`t regret cause I didn`t buy, more I regret cause I didn`t save when I should.
But dwelling on the past can`t bring us back in the past, that is nicely said. I don`t see that as a mistake, situation was like that and I needed money, like I need now.
Bitcoin will reach 10.000$ next year, maybe more. I always had reasonable predictions, and that reasonable was mistake always cause bitcoin price raised much more then I reasonably predicted. Cause of that I`m bit more optimistic now, and my faith in bitcoin is stronger, I`m sure that price will go to 10.000$ very soon.
1827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why people are sharing tips? on: October 24, 2017, 09:39:09 AM
So, I'm sure many of you have seen tipsters on this section, in your Twitter, in chatrooms and some other places - it's the people who suggest you to place bets on certain picks in sports. And maybe some of you have asked yourself a question - why they are doing it? Why they are giving us advises how to win money absolutely for free - and by doing this they decrease their own profit, since the winning pool grows bigger as people follow their tips. Can anyone explain this?

I’m pretty sure these guys benefit from what they do, one way or another. They wouldn’t waste precious time giving out tips just to help other people. It’s either they get paid somehow to do it, (that we are unaware of) or their simply just hoping to get tips from giving out tips to other people. Well yeah, we still can’t disregard the possibility that they’re doing it for free/fun.

Well, if you and anyone think that these guys have some benefits to sharing their precious tips then i think it is not necessary for every time, mostly gamblers share their tips without any reward, they share because they are sincere player that's why they do it. May be someone give you some tips for earn money otherwise i have no any experience, i see mostly gamblers share their tips and strategies without getting anything.

Tips are not given to get something in return for them, its just expression of happiness in moment of big win. I never shared tips in casino, I prefer to share winning with my close friends, when I win something big I give some to my friends that like to gamble too. Giving tips can be seen as a superstition, we give and we expect to have more luck and win more. On gambling sites with chat I saw many times how some people share tips after big wins, and some tips are very generous and some are little, I got tips few times.
People who tip others after big wins don`t have some benefit from sharing tips, as I said its just a kind of superstitions you need to give to get, but gambling will always be gambling, sometimes you will win and sometimes you will lose, giving tips has nothing with outcome.
1828  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the most common uses of Bitcoin? on: October 24, 2017, 12:04:58 AM
Bitcoin is used for transactions in online, you can trade it and even invest. In my case, I also use my bitcoins in my daily life. I save them for my studies in future so I can help my parents in sustaining our daily expenses. I will first convert it to our local curremcy so that I can use it anywhere I want.
Yes exactly, there are many uses of bitcoin. We use it for paying bills, this means can be use in transactions and mostly people can invest in bitcoin. Because people knows bitcoin has its advantage to increase the price and the good thing we can grab this opportunity.
Bitcoin can be used for anything now, if you can`t use bitcoins directly you can always trade them for your currency or any currency you need. Developed countries accepted idea of bitcoin faster then the rest of the world, in some countries people can use bitcoins for daily needs, but in many others that isn`t possible still. I also need to convert bitcoins in my currency, I think that directly using bitcoins is still far away from me.
1829  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to choose good coin!? on: October 23, 2017, 09:56:42 PM
Everyone says trading is easy, you have to pickup a good coin and then invest your money there..Will you guys, please tell me how I know it is a good coin or bad? What certain things I should check about that coin? What types of information helps me to know the coin is good?

I'm not going to underrate trading, I've been struggling all the time on what coins are good to buy with my money. As I always fail with the chosen coins that I'm investing.

But on my experience to choose a good coin, there should be a company that's really supporting that coins. Most of the alt coins now are just for money making for it's developers and not serious with the project.

Lookout for it's team behind it and if you think and have done enough research and consider them as legit one, invest.
Most of us would really struggle on finding a possible potential project specially there are already lots of ico do launch every now and then which would really give some hesitations for us to invest.Choosing the right one would always be the challenge. There would always comes a risk on making such move.If you hit the right project then it would be a profit if not then its a loss. Its just like that.Choosing good coin would really vary on how you do make research on its core team and on its white paper.

My experience in daily trading wasn`t successful, I lost more then I won. I traded daily with bitcoins and altcoins, and my timing in most cases was wrong, just few times I had profitable trades but that wasn`t enough to cover my loses. For daily trading bitcoin is probably the best choice, other altcoins are mostly pumps and dumps, to have good timing you need to be active trader and to be online minimum 6-8 hours I think. I don`t have so much time, that`s why my strategy now is choosing good coins with potentially great future and holding despite bad news and drops.
1830  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I try to win back my loss? on: October 23, 2017, 08:41:38 PM
The game finished 3:0
I won

To sum up the thread
I won back my loss

http://prntscr.com/h0knoa
http://prntscr.com/h0kmme

Also, on a further note
I'll never play martingale again  Cheesy

I am really happy to know about it that you have won, really i feel happy, because when i saw your thread last 3 days ago, then i though he has lost the game, but unbelievable you have won. Congratulation on your surprisingly winning and it is a great achievement, but i think you get a lesson from this martingale game that's why you are not ready to play it again.

This is a pretty high bet, I can just say congratulations like some other people and wish you more wins in the future. I like nice comebacks, to win in gambling you need to come back even after losing money. Your bankroll must be very high when you risked so much, and you said in one comment that you had in mind next bet with more then 1 btc.
To sum up great gambling story, you started with couple loses and you endured trough that and won in the end, happy ending for sure, good luck my friend in next gambling sessions.
1831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Vs. Ethereum on: October 23, 2017, 07:06:43 PM
Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"

I don't think there is anything on a market that can beat Ethereum, I would not even compare the two.
EThereum has many unique features and has its own niche, plus there are much more projects that are based off Ethereum

I didn't think about comparing waves and eth until I saw this thread and what people are saying. Waves is far behind with just couple dollars price, if theres any chances for waves to xkme closer to eth then this is great opportunity for investing in waves while is still very cheap.
Recently I opened a thread IOTA vs Waves and after some thinking I decided to invest in IOTA . Price is falling, but I'm waiting. Waves price is also down from that time, it was around 5$ and now its around 3$ I think. I think I will buy some waves after reading this thread.
1832  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why I hate BITCOIN on: October 22, 2017, 12:54:57 PM
I was asked by a friend why I don't promote Bitcoin { why i hated it} but love promoting altcoins. My reply was that Bitcoin can't give me 1000-5000% ROI in 2-3years time anymore but with altcoin that is possible.

I notice that each time I promote Bitcoin, I'm giving the early investors easy passive income why I settle for chicken gain.

Honestly I will prefer $50,000 in altcoins (with possible potential, underpriced and undervalued) than in Bitcoin.

Do you hate Bitcoin? Give reasons why you do or don't
I see what you say is true, maybe altcoin gives you more profit but it is more risky. There are many altcoin that have become shit but bitcoin continues to be a great man.

You see something I don`t. His reason for hating bitcoins is not some reason at all, he just thinks that he can earn more with altcoins. 'why I settle for chicken gain.` I don`t know why he saying this, bitcoin price made very high rise this year and with bitcoins is possible to earn a lot too.
Why to hate anyone or anything, choose what you like more, no one stops us to like and do more then one thing. Here its better to be interested in bitcoins and altcoins, why to chose one and have eggs just in one basket, when you can have eggs in many baskets?
1833  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is betcoin.ag a scam? what do you think? on: October 22, 2017, 11:13:52 AM
Well in the end, it would all be up to you. If you frel you want to personally try it out, then do so but you have to consider as well everything said here and wa posted online. I've played in betcoin.ag for a number of times before and i fortunately for me, i didn't have any issues with them so i guess it's 50/50

I'm playing poker there for more then a year and until now I didn't have any problem's. Betcoin.ag pays me on time, I have very high wins on slots, in poker I won many times, in tournament's and cash games. Depends in which time you are there cash games tables are full sometimes sometimes empty, but with tournaments its different, check that.
Its not 50/50, I commented few similar topics and after my comment I didn't saw replays.
Tonight is 50 mbtc thank you free roll tournament, if you are active there come and try to win one good tournament. See you tonight at poker table in 22 15.
1834  Economy / Economics / Re: it is possible fiat currency will crashed? on: October 22, 2017, 08:42:13 AM
I heard Robert Kyosaki is talking about the crashed of FIAT CURRENCY? when this thing will happen? how are we going to respond?
Which I know the fall of the fiat is due to the economy of his own government, and also the government will do everything in his power to keep the fiat stable, I don't know it will happens or not and when.

There is always a chance that a fiat currency will crash, inflation is going up and the purchasing power drops, what you people think what will happen one day when that bubble burst? Fiat currency is not one, every country have government that controls fiat, in history many currencies already crashed.
I think this system will not last much now when we have alternative. Blockchain will over take fiat one day, no one can say when but some countries adopted bitcoin already, and if they like it they will go full on bitcoin, that means in some countries fiat will crash sooner then in some others.
1835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many ICO incoming, i'm lost in those !! on: October 21, 2017, 02:46:50 PM
Im feeling literally same as the one who posted this thread right now xD
But I did my first investment on electroneum yesterday, it was the first ICO I invested. I'm still looking at the other ICOs as there are so many promising ICO coming!!
Wishing all of you and me goodlucks and none of us get scammed Cheesy

Many of us feels the same, new icos are coming every day and its hard to recognize icos that have potential to do something more in crypto world. Bounty section is full with new icos, in service section there is couple signature campaigns that are promoting icos and paying in bitcoins for that. Whom to trust more? I'm lost too, I search their sites first, then I check them here and what others have to say about it, I like when community is active that means that something good is happening about something.
1836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: October 20, 2017, 08:53:29 PM
I do not understand how you can analyze a game, for instance roulette? It all depends on luck in my opinion. Maybe I'm wrong, but it is impossible to analyze gambling.

There is no way to analyze the game because it is luck . There is no way to analyze luck, people that say that they could analyze it is probably lying or maybe they think that they have done the right thing but actually they are not. Sometimes when people think like that it only means they win some money and the method is not yet proven
in fact, all methods are suitable for gambling, because, first of all, even random numbers can be considered mathematically the subsystem for calculating random numbers. Thus it is possible and in use not only in Roulette but also in poker. But this is a very difficult option for the game. This requires a lot of years of experience.

Games like roulette and dices can be analyzed from previous results. You can place bets on various numbers, or colors, and each number or color have odd, you need to learn how to optimize your bets according to your bankroll. From bankroll depends what kind of strategy you can apply and how far you can go in pushing your number or color. I always watch previous results, and by that I decide where to place next bet, if I lose I will try again and again, here again depends on which odd I place bets, my strategy depends from that, will I continue to pursue something or I will stop.
Poker is much more complicated, here you play against other people, and other people can be very tricky to read, some people check on very good hands, other like to bluff, and you need to know how strong you are.
1837  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price 2018 on: October 20, 2017, 07:26:53 PM
Depend on CNBC price will rise more than 10,000$ so price will be like that next year

Year ago I couldn't imagine that we will speak about 10.000$ so fast, but here we are on 6.000$ , basically we are past half way to 4 digits price. What bitcoin did this year is much more than anyone here expected, now I'm more optimistic about the price of bitcoin andi think that is reasonable to think that price is heading to 4 digits price, that is a question of time, this or in first quarter of next year if you ask me. How much high can bitcoin price go in 2018 year I don't dare to say, but if we go to 10.000$ mark and stay there that will be a victory for bitcoin.
1838  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you Panic? on: October 20, 2017, 04:32:46 PM
I don`t panic. I think I can relate gambling and trading here, I mean feeling that I have when I lose money on gambling, or when I lose money with trading. I don`t panic I`m a pusher. When everything is going down I push more and if I have money I push with more money. In gambling I had good success sometimes, but in daily trading I lost a lot of money. Now with different strategy, I`m buying and holding some altcoins for a longer time I have more success, when I see that my altcoins are going down I just buy more if I`m able, and some altcoins always recover their price and that is a clean profit.
1839  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe governments can stop bitcoin after all on: October 19, 2017, 04:48:19 PM
If the government ban bitcoin there is a chance that in one country they can not use bitcoin so it will stop. Hope this can not happen to my country  .

There is a lot of maybes about this topic, but if governments in one country ban bitcoin people will still be able to use bitcoins just that will be illegal, its not the first illegal activity. Governments can't stop bitcoin, cause some governments already legalized bitcoins and I think that other countries will do the same. Others will create strict laws and try to ban bitcoin but that will be just handful of countries, and they will do more harm to their economy with such actions. Future is not waiting anyone, I live in country that is far behind and I feel it on my skin. Countries that adopt crypto currencies will enter the future faster then other countries.
1840  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: return as soon as possible and win back your losses . on: October 19, 2017, 02:03:09 PM
Forget about soon as possible, that soon as possible is good for rich gamblers or if you have X bankroll and then start with 10% of your bankroll, if you lose it deposit 15%-20%. Rich people can come back in the game soon as possible.
I will tell you about my experience, I remember where I lost my money and how. When I have same amount or more I come back and I gamble in the same way, I win play with a bit higher bets. Many times I recovered my loses and made some extra profit, but there is bad luck also when I lose in a row. Exactly that is happening this weeks with one very nice slot on betcoin.ag, in past month I lost more then 0.13 bitcoins on one slot, and soon I will try it again when I'm in a good mood to deposit 0.1 btc.
Bottom line is if you don't try you can't win and you can't make money, so stopping for me is not long term option, I like to gamble and I like to win, and that win will come eventually.
