1761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoins will moon in 2018? on: November 18, 2017, 07:25:26 PM
The growth of NEO will continue. Rumors about NEO for today:
- Bittrex will add GAS, and will charge it to all neo holders.
- Bithumb will add a neo on Wednesday or Thursday.
- China will allow ICO only on the basis of neo
- China will prohibit mining of btc, but will leave bcc and NEO
- For NEO will provide a state grant and developers.
- China will do everything to Korea, too, passed from air to NEO.
But to believe or not your decision.
You are right about believing, its our decision to believe or not. NEO is a coin that people talk about a lot in recent months, and Chinese are doing something crazy as we all can see, it wouldn`t be surprise for me if they ban bitcoin mining and leave NEO and some other coins like ethereum or bitcoin cash. Looks like you investigated this pretty good, and I like informations that you dig up. Until now I didn`t buy any NEO but I will do that, that is a promising coin, and its not only you, every second comment has NEO in it.
Believing or not works for all coins new and old one.
1762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I can't decide where to play... on: November 18, 2017, 05:31:30 PM
I don't know where did you won this money, why don't you continue to play there? Probably they have cash games, or some good tournaments with decent buy in.
If you wish to continue on other place I suggest you betcoin.ag, you can play poker cash games, or tournaments there many different ones in range between 1$ and 10$. You can also play casino games, there are dices, table games, you can continue to play free roll's or to get ticket for Sunday 50 mbtc thank you free roll, you can find out more about it in my thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1972650.msg19630804#msg19630804 how to get a ticker for that tournament.
1763  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What have you bought with Bitcoin? on: November 18, 2017, 11:40:41 AM
Directly with bitcoins I bought some games from steam, few tines Netflix, my try to buy iPhone here was disaster and I was scammed for some bitcoin, many different altcoins, icos, I gamble with my bitcoins.
With money I got from selling bitcoins I bought so many things, in past year list is endless. Bitcoins helped me a lot, and with luck from gambling and some good investments I managed to buy many things for myself, for the house, once I fixed my car with money from bitcoins, I didn't have money it was or to sell bitcoins I have and fox it or to wait almost a month for my next salary.
1764  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: November 17, 2017, 05:25:06 AM
There are many explanations to your simple question. If you think the price is falling, don't sell it whether it is altcoin or even a bitcoin just keep holding on whatever coins is that. You are going to wait at some point that you are saying it is coming back. Many people do are panic buying and panic selling. I would suggest to you the best. Just buy if the price is falling and sell if the price is rising again.
It's worthy to keep bitcoins if price is falling, it will recover sooner or later, and gain some more value, but some coins have straight way down and its not smart to keep any altcoin. What to do when prices are falling is not so simple question, many factor's needs to be taken in consideration if you wish to give full answer, is it better to sell and cut loses, buy more at the dip or just wait price to recover is something that depends from which coin you choose, its simple with bitcoin buy more if you have or just wait but with others coins you should think couple times before you do something. Its more easier to work with more informations, and its easier to give better advice's.
1765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin growth again, what to do? on: November 16, 2017, 07:22:46 PM
Bitcoin is great cause of many things, but one of them is that you control your bitcoins if you have your private keys. What should you or what should anyone do is your own wish. Sell them if you wish to feel some cash in your hands, or you can do something else with them to buy something, or just hold them if you wish to be rich one day, and buy more of course.
Now when some problems are behind, bitcoin will continue to rise. If you plan to buy its better to do that now then on 8.000$ cause bitcoin is heading there, and very soon we will be there.
1766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need some gambling strategies on: November 16, 2017, 05:00:30 PM
To anyone looking for any kind of strategy, don't get your hopes up. There is no such thing that would consistently win you money in any gambling site. Usually those who are showing it is profiting are just cutting their whole betting history to show the part where they are actually winning, but for sure they are also losing from it in the long run. Since there is really no gambling strategy that can beat the house! It has been proven countless times.

It`s not about winning consistently is about making your chances higher as much as you can. Strategies for lucky based games are good but for them you need a lot of money, you can`t play with certain strategies with low bankroll. But when we talk about skill based gambling like poker is strategies can help you in play, there are patterns and you need to know how to take most of the hand, or sometimes to take a lead or back up and wait, but before learning strategies you need to know basic rules and to have some practice. In poker you don`t play against the house, you play against other people and your chances are much higher.
1767  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's profit on: November 16, 2017, 11:47:50 AM
I heard people said that Bitcoin's profit is higher than profit of drug dealer, weapon dealers or profit of real property or any kind of stocks. Is that real ?
I think drug dealer is much high profit than bitcoin but in your other example i think yes bitcoin can give much higher profit base on your effor and time you spend in working for it. Base on my experience woth regular job my income in bitcoin is much bigger 3x of my regular salary but i do not give up my job because my income is much stable than bitcoin.

i can say like this, the drug dealer gets the profit from selling their stuff and then they invest their money by buying bitcoin in one price and after they wait for some period, bitcoin price is increase so they selling their bitcoin to gain more profit. i think if they do this, then they income will be bigger and they can make money from two ways. i think if people can do this then i am sure that they will make bigger profit in future so they can double their money amount in the end.
Oh, what a good gossip, you shouldn’t try to change his mind cause I see nothing wrong with that. Maybe this guy was planning to get into drug selling or weapon dealing, before the so called gossip-guy convinced him by telling him that Bitcoin makes more profit than those. By the way, I will advise someone to choose Bitcoin than get into drug dealing, cause those ones are seriously against the law.

There's nothing wrong with op's question, he asked what is more profitable and I think that answer on his question is pretty much simple. What is more profitable depends from us alone, we have opportunity to invest time and money into something in what we invest more that will bring more profit.
More profitable is one side of it, other is what is safer. Investing in bitcoin is much more safer then investing in drug or weapon dealing, just imagine with what kind of people you need to meet, then you need to avoid police you need to have place for stashing your goods. With bitcoin you create hardware wallet and you are safe, you don't need to go out much and meet with dangerous people. Bitcoin is much better in every aspect.
1768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do people actually buy coins with real life money? on: November 15, 2017, 07:21:04 PM
Actually I know many people who are buying bitcoins even the price is very high. Some have even put their life savings into bitcoin because they are convinced that in short time they can earn big sum. With increased number of users and high price many people who don't know much about cryptocurrencies entered the bitcoin community and some of them are ready to invest huge amount of money without even knowing the market. But not all of them at the end will make the profit.

I don`t know many people who are buying bitcoins, but I know couple. There wouldn`t be so many atm-s around the world if people don`t buy bitcoins, and there will be more probably. In capitol city this year they installed new atm, there is two now, and I hear stories that they plan to install one more.
There are many traders they buy and sell bitcoins all the time, if anyone count them. Many of them will not make profit that is truth, but the one who buy bitcoins and just save them will probably.
1769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2017 is crazy for bitcoin on: November 15, 2017, 02:18:21 PM
Crazy and successful, considering everything this is an extraordinary year for bitcoin. Bitcoin did rise from 1.000$ to 7.000$ but before that bitcoin spend years in introducing it self to people. Did someone hold back the price or not is not so important right now, soon that will be clear if we are in the bubble that will burst in one moment, if worth of bitcoin continue to rise than someone wss holding back the price. Its something that I read about here, along with many other things connected with price rise or fall.
Blockchain and bitcoin will change traditional banking system, this is happening already.
1770  Economy / Economics / Re: Time is money, how you manage your money and time ? on: November 15, 2017, 12:40:37 PM
Just imagine, how precious is the time for your life? What a valuable time for your financial development. You have the possibility to become a rich person if you try to manage time in a very efficient way. An hour for you could be equal to one month for others. When you waste an hour, you're wasting a month's time for someone else. Therefore, arrange yourself in such a way that can really take advantage of time well.

The quality of time you have will elevate you to better financial condition. If you value time, then time will also appreciate you. Therefore, the English proverb says "Time is money", which means time is money. Pepeatah has a tremendous meaning, which will change your life for the better. The price of your time is the same as the price of money yo
First, in managing your time, you should set priorities. Know the things that you will do first and what is the most important. You should be responsible enough so you can do what you need to do. In managing your money, you should be wise on spending it. You should only buy the things that you need and not always what you want.
Do we manage our time or others do it for us? I have a big family, I work on one job and have couple friends that have their own businesses and they call me when they need help and they pay me for that. How I spend my time, same is with money. I never have enough of this two, only in the evenings I'm more free and that is not always like that.
Its not everything about money, sometimes its important for me to have great time, I would like to be richer and then I would have more time for my hobbies and wishes, like this I spent a lot of time in working.
1771  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Investing in real estate on: November 14, 2017, 07:06:10 PM
There are so many new icos and each of them premise something and they are connected with something. Many of icos will be scams, and many will just lose their value over time cause of some technical issues, or bad development team, or something else, many things can go wrong.
Its not bad to invest in icos, I so it myself. Don't invest more then you can afford to lose, check ico as much as you can, see reviews and if you like whst you see invest, don't listen others! They speak that bitcoin is scam for years, same about dash, eth, bitcoin cash, and look how much this coins worth now.
1772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe that digital currencies will replace Fiat? on: November 14, 2017, 03:34:59 PM
Time will  only tell but as of right now, it will not replace fiat currency. You would need a mass wide adoption of people who understand what a blockchain is and to be extra careful not to mess up a transaction. This could take years before it would be a contender to replace fiat.

I think that op didn`t mean this to happen right now, cashless society is a topic for years and in some countries there will be no cash in next 5-10 years. I think next logic step is removing fiat and establishing crypto currencies. Japan is the first country that legalized bitcoin I think they will be the first in replacing their yen with some digital currency, maybe bitcoin or maybe they will make their own alt-coin which is more possible I think, after all they are Japanese and they have technology and infrastructure to do many things there.
1773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on cryptocurrencies prices on: November 14, 2017, 11:18:49 AM
I really loved the idea of betting on crypto currencies the only problem was amount of choice most the coins available are not sufficient only the main ones live bitcoin, ether and few other coins are available, if they could add more coins it would be more fun and interesting. Nevertheless I'm sure in future this will be trend
Yeah this will be a trend but I think it will not give you much more than a normal profit. Biotin is not like a normal profitable thing, it will make you more than your expectations. It has potential to go for more then why you are just betting in it and indulge in more risky option. Betting is not safe as gambling, if you want to make money then trading and investing are better options.

You didn't read previous comments, this is like margin trading, disguised thou! Why would anyone bet on crypto prices when easily someone can manipulate with them? If anyone us good in predicting crypto prices open account on any exchange site and you can buy and sell when ever you wish, its same like betting on prices on some site.
I don't like this idea, some pump and dump groups can close this casino in fast time, they will bet on crypto currencies that they control and they will win most of the time, casino will be ruined in short time.
1774  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Will People Buy This ? on: November 13, 2017, 04:52:49 PM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2388169.0
People will buy everything, even this what you offer. I can`t clearly understand what you offer exactly, sounds like some membership card and with paying that you are in the club and you can earn some money every month, you will be able to receive info about new jobs sooner then others. It`s not just that, you offer some cools surprising gifts and that is nice, but it sounds a bit like you are luring people to enter with 2 dollars, and that is nothing for me and I live in third world country.
It's like a pyramiding or ponzi we have to pay you that amount if we need part time job? It's the reason why we are looking for part time job because we don't have something to pay.

In short, people will not buy this gimmick of yours.
You are probably right, after opening this topic op didn`t come back to say more about his plans, probably he wanted to make some scheme and scam people for 2 dollars.
1775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't fall for the Bitcoin Cash Pump!! on: November 13, 2017, 04:45:59 AM
I dont think so. Bitcoin has many disadvantages. There were hundred delay Bitcoin transactions now. If developers can't improve, there will be another replace Bitcoin. Bitcoin cash is an example

Example of what? How to pump and dump altcoin in few days? Did you buy some on +1.300$?
At the end, bitcoin cash coming back to where it belongs, the #3 altcoins again, See the market cap, it has now back to normal and decrease again, all these madness just temporary and
bitcoin still number 1 as it should be, hopefully it will recover its price back to $7000 but, it will probably crushing altcoins so much.

I'm checking on coin market what is happening every couple hours, this couple days are madness. I saw many pumps and dumps but the scale of this is the biggest one ever. Bitcoin cash cap is going down as trading volume, will it stay over 1.000$ now is the question, I think it will drop where it was, but maybe I'm wrong.
And did anyone invested on top?
1776  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin comeback? on: November 13, 2017, 02:42:35 AM
I think yes very soon, many peoples buy bitcoincash now but in next few days I expect to start buy bitcoin because fork is cancelled, many don't know that and buy bitcoincash, bitcoin is main currency people know that.

Lets just say that for the maintime people did some diversions of their investments, but later on they'll eventually realize that bitcoin will rise again. The come back is real after the drops which is succeeding, then its expected to rise back and will gain bigger values in sooner time.

People did some diversions that is how you call moving billions from bitcoin? This is game with big stakes, and really big players are involved in this diversion as you call it. Very soon recover is what everyone who owns bitcoin wish, but this game is still last and for now we can just sit and watch, and if someone is willing to participate its allowed with risks involved.
Outcome will be seen in few days, I still think that this game will be just pump and dump but maybe this big players plan to stay longer with bitcoin cash and make something more from it.
1777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: QUESTIO:How to help a friend stop gambling addiction before he gets in too deep? on: November 12, 2017, 07:31:50 PM
So you see, i have a very close friend(also a neighbor) and he is obviously getting addicted into gambling online and is losing a lot of money in the process, i have posted already about what drives a gambler to still gamble even when they lost a lot already and i had a lot of great answers which led me to a conclusion that the things that drive a gambler to do such things is the thrill that the uncertainty of an outcome of a gamble can give and greed.
Now what i wanna know next is how can i stop someone getting more and more addicted to gambling? I wanna help my friend because we have been through a lot together and I don't want to just sit back and watch him ruin his life like those other people i know.

Please share your thoughts.
 thanks.

He knows that you know about his problem? If yes then you should talk about this to him and if he still wants to gamble just try to keep his minds away from gambling. Go to a bar together, play computer games or just do whatever you both like to do as friends. This will distract him from gambling so he will gamble less. If this won't work and he will still gamble, try to explain all the bad things that might happen if he won't stop gambling this much, like loss of friends family and house and so on.
An addicted gambler would not really listen already to his friend specially when the addiction is already severe which some to a point on where he almost compromise everything. As a friend we would really be concern on the possible things happen ahead because we are really aware that it would happen if he would decide to continue such addiction.

Well he mentioned that his friend is only "getting addicted", so he's not addicted yet. I don't know if it is like this, I have never been addicted, but i'm sure that he still can somehow control his urge to gamble with help of close friend.
No one can help him if he doesn't wish to stop. He will always find time to go to casino and spend money there. What you can do is to not give him money for that, you need to tell everyone to not borrow him money, if he works and have salary his parents or wife should take the most and to give him just for daily needs, never more then that. You can control him as long as you control the money!
All this steps are a bit radical but if you wish to stop him to spend his money in casino you should do that. But before everything talk with him, and maybe he just likes to gamble and learn him how to control his money and to never spend more then he have and especially to not borrow money, if he can pull this off then maybe you should let him gamble and do what he wish to do.
1778  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: I payed $20 for a BTC transaction 2 hours ago, still 0 confirmations on: November 12, 2017, 05:04:01 PM
Due problems with scaling people will have problems with confirmation and with fees. I saw that yesterday and looks like its really happening. I don't plan to move my bitcoins, I don't plan to sell them for bitcoincash or for some other alt, this is time for holding. Price is 1.500$ down and until its go back and situation calm down I will not do anything.
Something is happening, this bitcoincash rise surprised me, some threads that miner's are moving from btc to bch is slowing down everything. But this can last forever, situation will calm down in next few daysz maybe a week.
1779  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buy your paper wallet on Ebay on: November 12, 2017, 11:16:28 AM
Many years ago, I can't remember exactly when, on some site someone made an add ' you still don't have a virus, get one now with a discount' if I remember correctly around 300 people bought some virus. That is how far stupidity can go, people will buy anything from anyone thats why we see so many scammers and fraudsters.
I'm not surprised for this 7 idiots, I will take a look for a week and I bet there will be 30 more people who bought it.
1780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we transfer to Bitcoin Cash now? on: November 11, 2017, 05:07:20 PM
Bitcoin price dropped due to the 2x cancellation, there is nothing to worry about if you are holding for the long term. As for Bitcoin Cash, it is clearly an altcoin. Switch at your own risk.

Switching now is probably not so smart thing to do, price already rises a lot and who invested on time will probably get out now. Price was around 300$ now its around 800$ how much more can it rise, double more? Even if it touch 1000$ mark, I don't know will it or not after that huge drop will come, I doubt that bitcoin cash can hold this high price. Switching now is a huge risk and like I said I don't know how much more can price rise, so huge risk with minimal profit.
