We all know that Bitcoin is one of the best ways to invest your money. However, we know that Satoshi wanted to change money as we know it rather than new investment model. How do you think, will we be using bitcoin as payment system? Or it will stay as it is and this bubble blow up one day?  And how do you see it's future? Well, bitcoin is not doing that well as a payment system, we all know the fees are very high, this is going to be solved eventually but we do not know when I just hope that the interest in bitcoin is still high when that happens or we may miss the opportunity to get more people to invest in bitcoin. This question shouldn't be asked, just by random look on this forum anyone can see how many people complain on transaction fees. If fees continue to grow bitcoin can't be used for everyday payments, I can't imagine that with current fees. I think that everyone is aware of existing troubles with sending bitcoins, maybe the worst of all isbthat we don't even known when this can be solved, will it last for a month or a year more, nobody have a clue we all just guessing, same newspaper do I think. |

Everything is possible rigth now. Ethereum marketcap is 140 billion $ and everyday is increasing. It can reach BTC value in long time. We should be more patient to stable big coins. I seperated my money several coins for a week.
I think it is quite probable Ethereum market cap will surpassed Bitcoin in 2018. When will a single ETH be more valuable than a BTC? I think it will be a very long way if that is possible. Everything is possible in a long run, but in near future things will stay as they are now, bitcoin first place and others will race for second and third. In past few months we saw many changes eth strong second place was disrupted twice, first bitcoin cash and then ripple took it but just for a short breath. I think this will be same cat and mouse play for whole this year. In crypto community it's practically impossible to think further in the past, too many things happen in just one day. |

A lot of threads in gambling section are basically dedicated to scam accusations. They can be seen every day on the first page. The casinos about which people complain are usually new or known to be scamming people (one can easily check out the trust of members leading the respective ann threads to be assured in that). I don't understand why people deposit money onto new casinos and then complain that they scammed these people. I mean, there are lots of very trusted casinos offering a wide range of games, so why not to keep playing at them rather than some unknown risky ones?
Everyone has known that gambling is possibly scam because you never knew if it is success or fall. Otherwise you cannot assure if you are winning or losing on the game. Their are no possiblitilies that gambling or casinos can make you more progress even its offering a wide range.Simply stated that all the risk you can take here is undetermined. Yes you may play a game but you need to know on how and when did you stop to assure your momey growth intead of losing it because of greediness. You can choose any coin from top 10 on market cap, you will not make a mistake. I had two good picks iota and ripple, I was buying under 1$ and now look both are over a lot, next coins that will go to 1$ are stellar and cardano, I wouldn't avoid investing in nem, I think current price over 1$ will rise to 2 or more dollar's very soon. My current mid term picks, but great for holding them for a long run, decide for yourself.

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?
we don't know but if we look in the positive side there's no reason for the user to lose interest unless their rich enough and contented what they have right now and I think or there's still a possibility that the bitcoin can be the money in the future if we continue to use bitcoin it will not die and as long as there is money here it will not die. We know that people will not lose interest in bitcoin and cryptosystem generally, people like all this. We like to handle our own money and to do what we wish to do without much hassle. If bitcoin dies, and that will not happen in anytime soon, for 50 years who knows, some other altcoin will take its place, altcoin that have cheaper and faster transactions, so many altcoins are out there and they offer so many advantages, how can people lose their interest when all this can make our life's better and easier. Even after years I'm still here and I don't have intentions to stop now. |

Never! With more money in my wallet I would rise my bets and I would start to gamble for serious. No more 1$ buy in tournaments, I wouldn't settle with anything below 1.000$. Slots? Why to start with 50$ and wait luck to make 200$ so I can relax and play how I wish, I wouldn't even think about depositing less then 5.000$, same with roulette, dices, I would play just with big amounts. I would have special wallet for gambling, I would fill it as much as I can and after that I would be a pro, earning a lot with gambling or I would lose everything from that gambling wallet. I'm a gambler and I would like to be a professional gambler.

Will BTC be replaced from ETH in future? Because as of current crypto market, demand for the ETH is higher than BTC due to various kind of ICO projects.
You was so lazy that you couldn't come up with some new idea, to add something more to your comment. You just wrote the same question that is asked so many times on this forum. One more time there isn't btc vs eth, and I don't know why people repeat that all the time, what is so special about eth that can make people abandon bitcoin and buy ethereum? Same is in opposite direction, why would anyone sell ethereum that is platform to buy more bitcoins? Why to do such things when you can have it both and be secured from two sides? Please stop spreading spam around the forum, one more newbie with nothing new to offers, that how stupid some people are, at least this newbie could make some effort and wrote some new question. |

One of my friends will invest in bitcoins this days. He called me today to ask me is it good to buy under 15.000$, I told him to wait a day or two more, price will go down a bit more. I didn`t convince him, I don`t feel like I did, he asked me many things and I answered to him the best I knew, and I explained him what am I doing, my strategies and I told him that he need to try everything and then to decide what is the best for him. He plan to invest a bit more
then 300€ now and then he will think for later. He saw by himself what is happening with bitcoin world last year and he wish to enter by himself, so there is no need for convincing anyone into anything, they see where this world is going.

In 1 year or so, we might have Lightning Network, and that alone would be more than enough to triple the price of Bitcoin. A year and a half later, there will be another halving. The conclusion is... the future is bright for Bitcoin.
We need to have that much sooner, if this fees and transactions continues to slow down the bitcoin I`m afraid that some other altcoins can take too many people away from bitcoin and original plan. Bitcoin domination is lower now then just 6 months ago, and its going down, what to expect in 5 years from now, bitcoin domination to fall more? Bitcoin sure needs to solve some crucial problems and then we can continue our way up. It is bright, I wish to believe in that too, but to many altcoins around taking a piece by piece from bitcoin, and that spooks me a bit I can say. |

I get out from IOTA weeks ago and since then I am thinking about going back with buying some IOTAs again. I thought price will go back under 3$ at least, but that didn't happen in last few weeks. I think IOTA is a good pick still, my shorting didn't work out as I expected so now I need to spend more money for that, I didn't have patience to wait more, that's why I don't like day trading in the end I am always short for some money.

These people should seek financial advice. While some people may make lots of money and are able to pay back their debts, am sure a lot screw up in the market and end up being bankrupt. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
You are right, its a good advice, but some people put last hopes in bitcoin and in some way I admire them. You need to be brave and risk sometimes, people think that with loans from the bank they can double or triple their money and to have to return, that is not bad strategy but bitcoin price can go up slowly and that is probably not the speed they wish to see. Bitcoin will rise, but for that we need to wait, this price now didn`t come from yesterday its something that is build for 9 years. |

How are you handling your portfolio? How much are risking in % of your portfolio in short term gain vs. Long term gain?
I don't risk my amounts for short trades, I was doing that before and in the end I always end up shorter, and my profit melted so many times and in the end I lose more then I won. That is why I chose to do just longterm trades like I did with iota, ripple and I have some other coins in my portfolio that I wait for months to rise and some I wait even longer. I think each of us is different, for me long is better but I see people here that are good in short trades. Try both and you will see what is better for you. |

Theoretically you can make 2.4 millions with just 100$ in 30 days, but in reality you need to have 30 days winning streak and that is impossible. To make each day 40% of your amount it would be like this:
1 day 100$+40%profit= 140$
2 day 140$+40%profit= 206$
But you can't make each day 40% profit, some days are bad for crypto trading everything is red and prices are going down. To add one more thing you wish to make 40% but that means you risk all your money everyday and to much risking is not good for business.

well as for my i always YOLO bet a lot and sometimes it's working fine but most of the time it's not

Gambling always has based on luck, there are some gambling game needs startegy but you still need some luck for you to win in a game. Sometimes even if how professional you are in playing gambling you can still lose some of the time. Gambling isn't based on luck, its the game of winning and losing and waiting for the perfect hand. Casinos would stop working if their business is based on luck, they make money on people greediness. Let me ask you important question who brings more money to casino regular gamblers or high rollers? It's not about are you professional or not, you will always encounter with loses, in gambling you need to have money to try again and cool head to continue and not be distracted after losing money. |

If I want to invest $52, I would convert $1 to BTC every week for one year starting today.
Why only $1 you would convert to bitcoin every week? Small investment leads to small gain and that's all what you got. It's better if you can add some more as what you need to do is just buy and do nothing at all but to keep on holding those bitcoins that you bought. That's just a reference number. It can be $1, $1k, $10k, or so on. Also, purchasing btc every week if you are not comfortable moving, say all your savings, to btc all at once now. Okay, I thought you would only convert $1 every week which is going to be eaten and will be distributed to a very small fraction of bitcoins as it's price is starting to move upwards again. I want to move all of my savings before but I have no guts of doing it and with the high price of bitcoin now, still I can't do it. But recent news, there are people who moved their savings to bitcoin, all of their savings. In the end gut is the most important, if you don't have it to invest when odds are against you then you can't make big money. People move their savings into bitcoin for years, back then it was much more riskier then its now, but those who did that are now swimming in money. Time for buying is ongoing for years and that will last, bitcoin have chance to worth a lot more then now and as long that chance exists its good time for buying. |

the development of the token ripple is greatly improved but I still choose ethereum to invest because the price of ethereum is very stable and tends to increase.
As you said, the development of ripple is very good and etherium price is very stable up. So i will choose both to invest then they will go up both. It is better to put eggs in many baskets. I'm talking about ripple almost 6 months, and finally price started to rise. Is it smart to buy ripple now, I can't say, I sold 200 ripples today and with the rest of ripples I will see what will I do. I think this is not the end of the rise, but I sold some just for case and I bought some other coin, stellar to be exact. Eth is undervalued in my opinion, I can't understand that bitcoin cash and dash cost more then eth, but that is just my opinion, maybe I didn't see what is so good about dash and bch. Everyone should invest in eth, its not late for that, price soon will be higher then 1.000$, ripple is already up a lot and I don't know will it continue with this fast rise or it will take a break, maybe drop a bit and then continue to rise again. |
