We are on the Bitcointalk forum, so I have to say that for me Engagement with community is the most important thing about the casinos that are being promoted here. Since these casinos have regular communication with the community, I'm sure that they will have a good Customer service and Responsiveness to complaints as well. Other features that I consider important include Security and Bonuses & offers.

I see that no one here has mentioned proxyban (evil fees) yet. Could it be that the user registered an account from an abused IP range and is required to pay an evil fee in order to post? When you register, the IP that you used when you submitted the registration form is used to calculate your evilness. The more frequently this IP or its neighbors were banned, the more evil is associated with your account. The amount of evil associated with an IP decays slowly over time, but the amount of evil associated with an account does not. You must pay or be manually whitelisted to enable posting on one of these "banned" accounts. If this is the case, there is a topic started by LoyceV on how to remove the evil fee for free: Remove Proxyban (evil fees) - email to get whitelisted for freeit is possible but I've read somewhere that the account will receive a message saying that they can't post or send PM due to evil points. it would be nice if OP could clarify whether his friend's account received such a message after creating the account. Yes, I believe the message only appears after registering a new account (and maybe after each successful login - I am not sure), but I do not think it is visible on the user's profile page or to other forum members. I agree that this is something OP should discuss with his friend and ask for clarification. As decodx pointed out, there is a procedure on how to remove proxyban without paying the evil fee.

1 Bitcoin = 1 Bitcoin
That's easy to say but quite hard to follow unless you are a true Bitcoin Enthusiast. Have you ever sold your BTC? Then, you yourself aren't following the 1 BTC = 1 BTC rule. I used to think this way back in the day but when I was tempted to sell; eventually I did, I was no more a supporter of 1 BTC = 1 BTC. If you are used to selling BTC, you would rather not compare in that way. As for OP, I guess it doesn't make sense to have one. That is not a rule but a fact. Whether you are a Bitcoin enthusiast or not, 1 BTC will always be 1 BTC. Unlike fiat currencies, Bitcoin cannot inflate.

~ My current choice is only two, hold or cut lose.
In situations like this, the DCA (Dollar Cost Average) method will benefit hodler the most. It is one of the best methods and effective investing strategy for the long-term, but it requires a lot of patience on your part. Other investors, however, who like to speculate and can't bear to have the open position for more than a few days, will just sell at the highest price possible and wait for the market to move back down before moving back in. But, that strategy only works if you have a good idea on the direction of the cryptocurrency price. Therefore, I think doing DCA from now on would be a good idea since you never really know when the market will move suddenly in either direction.

Cudi me da ga jos niko nista o tome nije pitao. EDIT: Trebalo je prvo da proverim kampanju pre nego sto ovo gore napisem. Hahaha! We have 1x open position, apply now!

A few days ago we saw Bitcoin price rallying strongly but had dipped back to the 38K range and has now dipped below that level and looks like it may soon touch the 30k mark. The last few hours are still operating with negative price direction and as of now the fate of Bitcoin price is clearly in the hands of U.S. investors. People who say that we have already reached the peak of pain obviously don't understand how awful a bear market can be. In the short term it might feel awful, but Bitcoin price needs to reach lower than the 35K range to give a chance to buyers to bargain. At this point it looks like most of the trend is down and its only a matter of time before it starts heading lower and the bulls lose.
Ok, many experts here, some stating 10k. I guess most of you sold? Or sell now? You can buy back three times more at 10k I do not think that will ever happen.

~ Can this Evidence be categorized as a Connected Account? Joining the same company But with different wallet addresses?
I am missing something here, why do you think these two accounts are connected? What is the connection between them? Blockchain transactions? But you should then present it as evidence...

I started to wonder about the reason some countries hate bitcoin, ... ~ The question I want to ask is about the effect of bitcoin on economy in the countries that make it legal?
I don't think there are countries (governments) that truly hate Bitcoin. In the worst case, they are afraid of it. Governments have the power to control their traditional native currencies. Bitcoin offers a level of decentralization that seems to be working so far, but of course it is still a new experiment in a mostly centralized world. As far as I can see, the trend is still towards a centralized economy, with each central government going beyond its own borders to control the economy, while at the same time becoming less capable of controlling the rest of the world as people have more choice in the matter. Regulating or banning Bitcoin may only delay the inevitable. However, governments will be very careful to make sure they can control the money supply, and that it is so precious to them that they don't want to lose it.

As an alternative to using a third-party VPN service, you can also set up your own VPN server at home. You can usually find built-in VPN servers in higher end home routers. You just have to activate and configure it using the router's control panel. Another option is to use VPN server software on your own computer. Just be sure that it's a computer you can leave on constantly, not the one you turn off when you leave the house. You can find free and open source VPN servers software for every operating system, including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
A home VPN can provide you with an encrypted tunnel when you use a public Wi-Fi connection to access the Internet, like in a coffee shop, and it can also be useful for connecting to country-specific services when traveling abroad. In this case it is important to have a fast upload speed with your home Internet connection. If you don't have much upload bandwidth, you might just want to sign up for a paid VPN service or build one via a third-party hosting or cloud service provider.

I do not understand the purpose of this thread in the Reputation board? As far as I can tell, all the terms of the campaign are clearly outlined from the very beginning, and no one is forced to participate. I'm sure Arcona would have changed the terms if no one joined, but there will always be people who are willing to accept all the terms, no matter how unfavorable they might be.

What not to do? Good question. But the answer isn't that simple. It depends on what your interests are, and what you hope to gain from the crypto world. Generally speaking, the first thing you should do is secure your crypto assets. The majority of all crypto-related theft happens because a user unwittingly sends their private keys to a person, program, or device, or lets a hacker into their computer. There are many ways to secure your crypto assets, but the best approach for most people is to use a hardware wallet. Hardware wallets are physical devices that use secure, tamper-proof electronics to store your private keys.
