2401  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people dont even know what this is yet. on: August 30, 2017, 12:19:33 PM
I called around some stores to see if they accept BTC, no one has even heard of it except like 0.1% of people.  Wait till people actually find out this exists...

Yeah that's true some people in our community didnt know what is this because the other people who didnt know this is may have some reason like they are no free time to find out what it is because they think really, it's just waste of his/her time. But if you want to share your know about this your experiences share it to your friend? family relatives or friend of your friends Smiley. So they can be inspired by what you've come up with since you invest in bitcoin.

That’s true. Many people are sadly unaware of this amazing technology and even if they know, they don’t have any strong inspiration and motivation to work for it. I agree with you that we need to share our experience and profits with our fellow so that they too can jump into crypto market.

When more number of people will be doing this intensively then we can see almost all the people will be enforced to get aware of bitcoin ecosystem which will be obviously helping bitcoin prices to fly.
2402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: August 30, 2017, 10:41:12 AM
When the money starts to lose because of the loss, you should immediately stop the game, and not try to recoup. All attempts to win back usually lead only to losses.
Yes most of the people involved in gambling who are in a hope to win but lose and then when they become desperate to win in anger the rate of losses increase so I think before such a time comes one should sign off. Otherwise many are listening to the music just because of they didn't control themselves in a while where they should have.
Controlling the game? Its not possible instead of minding on this thing better to focus on how you gonna control yourself or your emotions since this would really be the thing that would push you hard to play even more and would really make you a gambling addicted later on. You may say controlling emotion would be easy but seeing on the current situation on most gamblers or do people that do play gambling im sure you would say that its not really an easy stuff to do.
Let me tell you what exactly is meant by controlling one's emotions. It simply means crushing your feelings and becoming this much hard that you only rely on your brain. You do what is meant to be done, not what you want to and this is really hard. It is good for surviving in gambling or anywhere but once you have mastered it, you will lose something inside you.
2403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: August 30, 2017, 09:17:49 AM
yes of course if i dont play with my profit i cant profit more In most cases withdraw half of my profit and play with other half .
You are right; if you will not play with your profit then you cannot earn more profit. But in gambling world, most of the time gambler ends up losing everything if they keep on striking again and again. Isn't better to invest that profit in some more reliable and working method like trading or buying a share in some business etc ?
People play with their profits only if they want to double it but unluckily, they end up losing all and are left with empty hands. This is only a luck based game and it does not give you good results most of the time. Hence, if you have really made some amount then it is advisable for you to invest it in some other work.

People do understand that but the problem is for an addicted gambler it is tough to understand which one is true - some touts who tend to teach them some strategies (which will obviously fail) said to bring them huge profits or people like us telling them that gambling should not be a mode of earning but a mode of having some fun. Obviously the mind falls trap of the greed and the false things are accepted first before the hard truth is accepted.
I think youre wrong, some addicted gambler can stop when they already got a profit. in fact the real problem for the gambler still keep playing even though already take a profit it's because they have greedy nature, actually easy to finished it. you just need to have a target of profit, surely you can stop after you reached the target.
If you are suggesting setting a target in gambling, obviously it won't be a hundred bucks or so. Gamblers would set a big one, if they are profit seekers. You cannot also assure anyone that how much time he would take to accomplish his target.
May be, it would take a long period and obviously the person would become an addict by the end. Your idea is full of flaws.

2405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: August 27, 2017, 03:42:42 PM
Every time I go to the bank I like to ask them if they have heard of BTC, most of the time the answer is no.
I do ask a lot of people about BTC.. a restaurant near me.. near ish use to accept it as well, I asked to pay with it, they said it no longer exists.. .... ...

Most people I find still have zero idea what BTC is unless they are friends with the likes of us.. I don't think we are even in early adoption stage.. we are in "the chasm" .. it would appear we are going to survive though... appear anyways..

I dunno just something I have taken note of.

Pretty much everyone that has heard of it assumes it's worth like 5 cents and shits themselves when I say it's $1k (Cad) .. we are in very interesting times with BTC.
Because all people knows bitcoin stay at home.. Many of them are in trading ground. focuses on drops and ups of cryptocurrency. although we know bitcoin only exist in cyberworld but we can convert it into real money. people who leave outside the cyberworld sure not know about bitcoin. hehe
Leave outside the cyber world? I think you are trying to say live outside the cyber world.
If I am not wrong, majority of world population is a part of this cyber world and anyone who has internet might have stumbled into crypto currencies because nowadays its slogans appear more than in the past. The main problem is people ignore it.
2406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So Bitcoin is better than Gold? on: August 27, 2017, 03:01:02 PM
for currently yes, but i not sure bitcoin can survive for hundreds years from now, but the gold will survive until this world end. I recommend to use bitcoin 75% and 25% for gold.
Bitcoin will breathe as far as the internet is breathing and I think internet will live till the end of our planet. Hence, Bitcoins will survive. It is also a better asset than gold. The owner can make fast transactions to any part of the world in case of emergency but gold does not give us this facility. Bitcoins beat gold in countless ways.
2407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: August 24, 2017, 09:13:08 PM
When it comes of gambling i always do limit my self because once i don't limit my limitation i can lose all my money with gambling once i lose that is why i play gambling for short term of time because once i see profit in my account i stop and control my emotion to not continue playing
That is the most important thing you have to do when in gambling because when our emotion is so high, the risk is too high as well.
We have to consider that we are using money to play and excessive gambling could lead to a bigger loses, that's not the purpose why we are doing it, we should go for the entertainment.

after setting a limits, we must avoid for greediness because this is the another risk that we can face it. if we are winning in more than 3 times, then i am sure our greedy will be increase too and it could attract us to have big passion and want to continue the games.  this time we need to listen to ourself and no matter what it is, we must stop the games.

Yeah it doesn't have to end with just setting up limitsnfor yourself because you can disregard anything once you're in the middle of a an enoying game. You have to make sure you also set up ways on how to fulfill that limit. Self control should come along with that limitnthatbyou set up
When somebody has set limits in gambling, indirectly we mean that he has a control over his greed.
Let me explain, if he gambles with a limited amount and never break his rule that means even if he wins, he won’t gamble more as he has already gambled with the allowed amount, so he has limits over everything.
2408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it worth using bitcoins anymore for gambling ? on: August 24, 2017, 08:51:02 PM
I feel my bankroll management and savings all are highly unstable. Can go up or down by storing money in bitcoin to gamble. Some form of betting like poker requires good bankroll management and with value changing everyday, I don't see bitcoin as a good use for poker players and sportsbettors.

As far as I know most of the gambling site now in this industry are using bitcoin as payment. I just don't understand exactly what your trying to intend on this things. Even the the price value is upside down, whatever kind of games you are playing for you can still bet at small amount of satoshi so that you can minimize your loss anyway.
Gambling sites do accept bitcoins as payment because it will give them more benefit in long terms.
If someone is smart then he can get the benefit also instead of just giving it away. The price of bitcoin will rise in future and it may even touch 7k dollars by the end of this year. Even if he uses little satoshis, he is still in loss.
2409  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price of Bitcoin by 2018? on: August 24, 2017, 07:57:35 PM
I am expecting $100k by end of 2018.

Yes, by end of August 2017, we are going to see prices to test $5000 levels, yes in next 5 to 6 days to cover rest of $600 to $800 price ranges.

After that we can expect prices to test $10k by end of this year 2017. When bitcoin will be capable of getting $5k in this August then we can easily get $10k by end of this year.

Similarly, if this year brings $10k then why not 2018 will not bring another 10x growth. I am very much confident of 100k USD by 2018. No special reasons/analysis are backing these. Just based on speculation of adoption rate, I am stating all these.
2410  Economy / Speculation / Re: SEGWIT, where are the lower fees? on: August 24, 2017, 07:27:24 PM
Blocksize will be increased when segwit2x will be activated in november (if bitcoin core will agree on it) till than even after segwit activation blocksize will be 1 mb.
Yes, segwit was not about increasing the block-size but to shrink the size of transactions. That's why it was being call as soft-fork.

Probably we are going to see more number of transactions per block where as block size will be the same 1000 kB hence we can expect lower transaction fees as there will be no delay for confirmations. This will be another witness, we are going to experience due to segwit activation.
2411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin survive? on: August 24, 2017, 06:44:24 PM
Bitcoin survive so many past years so i think it will still survive to for the following years even if other better currency comes
First of all no currency better than bitcoin can be invented. Secondly you are right about survival. In past years there were people who thought that bitcoin will not survive other altcoins will take it over but it did and it is more popular than ever. I think asking about bitcoin survival is like asking about a healthy man’s survival. Till we human are here nothing can be happened to bitcoin, it is improving and will keep improving in future as well.
2412  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are You Disappointed In Trading? on: August 24, 2017, 04:10:44 PM
For me I am not disappointed in trading in the first place before i entered Trading I already know how much risks i could take as simple as that. There are ups and downs in trading but as a rule we need to buy low and sell high so it means we need to wait patiently.

And that's how our outlook should be towads something like trading. Obstacles would be abundant at the start but once you got over them, you'll have experiences tucked under your belt to help you in your trades moving forward. Just remember and apply the essentials you'll learn along the way
Yes experience and applying experience at right time are the things we must need to avoid disappointments in trading.
We all do learn some lessons everyday from trading but unfortunately we do forget them time to time.
2413  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best coin to buy today? on: August 24, 2017, 02:37:04 PM
What is the best coin to buy today?  So many good coins.. sometimes I have hard time thinking what's the best coin to buy.

Aside from bitcoins whos very successful in this business, I highly recommend to buy ethereum because they have a huge value today. I kinda saw bitcoins to them, when bitcoins are just getting started that's their value too and I know that it will be successful in the future not like bitcoins but they will be two steps before bitcoins I know that, and to be a proof is I have a lot of ethereum in my wallet

I agree that you need to keep your assets in different coins.
I have a few coins of WAVES in my wallet, which I will keep for several months. It seems to me that this coin has potential

It seems that not many will agree with me here but i keepna good number of ripple coins in my wallet. I'm not sure if it's a good idea as i've been reading a lot of negative reviews about thia coin but some instinct tells me to just keep some ripple and hold for a long time. I just forget that i have it my wallet and hopefully i won't regret my decision.
Ripple is a corporate coin and not a "complete" decentralized one. They may freeze your coin at any time. Investing in any stocks and investing in ripple will not have any big differences. I mean to say ripple is not belonging to the world decentralized cryptos.

If you want to have safer and long term investments then bitcoin must the right choice. I agree there are few altcoins are performing well but we cannot be sure they will do the same in future too. but the case with bitcoin is different with bitcoin always.
2414  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't Spend Too Much Time Trading? is that true? on: August 24, 2017, 12:39:50 PM
Do not spend more time on trading. There is also an autosell where you can automatically sell your Altcoins even when you're offline. Because I just keep on guarding you're up and down and your emotions can bring you and you run into your mind
Autobuy/sell options are only good for veteran traders as they are good at their research and analysis. For beginners and when they are not good at price levels, it is not at all recommended to go for automated mode of trading. Because they cannot go for some random levels to book profits or for stop loss levels.

I guess, spending long hours will be mandatory for beginners and only professional traders will be getting chances to stay away from markets.
2415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: August 24, 2017, 08:20:57 AM
Yes. Bitcoin is hacked by hackers every single day and stolen from innocent people's wallets. If you have spyware/malware on your pc you can get hacked easily!
In case of getting password through a key logger, hackers have to install that app on your digital device which is basically done by tricking people to click some false links etc. The best is to stay conscious when you are roaming around the internet.

In second case, the user can access the wallet but at the same time, the hackers will be accessing it too. However, cold storage is a help. Security updates should be installed on regular basis, totally agree with you. A very nice piece of info. Thanks for sharing.
2416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: August 24, 2017, 07:31:23 AM
Bitcoin is one of the best investment or business in the world because it can make people richer because of bitcoin. I like bitcoin because its just easy to understand and no need to be a professional. You can earn big profit just by holding, trading, and investing.
I agree your point bitcoin is the best investment because of the value. Its fluctuating price that it can make users and investors earn money. I usually use bitcoin for transactions, investing and trading so bitcoin has its advantages thats why most people use it.
Today, the fastest and easiest transactions without any high charges have been made possible just because of bitcoins.

Many will say, other crypto currencies also have this feature but wasn't it bitcoin who gave birth to other digital currencies. It is the most expensive asset and highest profit producing investment. Bitcoin holders enjoy anonymity, high level security and freedom of control to their full extent.
2417  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Worries: can anyone advise? on: August 23, 2017, 08:55:41 PM
You worry where there is no worries, simply use your money to buy perfect money from any reputable exchanger and you fund your bitcoin account with it and you can easily buy bitcoin, this is applicable to other e-currencies like paypal, payza, okpay etc.
It's silly to say that the OP does not need to worry. That is a huge sum of money, which means he is risking his fortune. These investments can have serious consequences. Care is needed.
Yes, do not try the high risk with a huge money, do that like you disregard your money and in future, I can sure you will loss a lot of money if still keep this opinion.
It is better to understand situation and analyze consequences of all possible actions instead of worrying. Concern is the better word to be used instead of worry. Being worry will just increase his pain so skip it for his own betterment. Getting serious would do a lot better. Playing with all the wealth at one time is not recommended by me also.
2418  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin benefit of saving for a long time? on: August 23, 2017, 07:56:06 PM
In my opinion, there is no need to doubt people to keep it for future profit. Now people have started to invest in the world of crypto. Can we see from bitcoin prices from time to time continue to increase, although the fluctuations are very terrible.
Haha, don’t be afraid of fluctuations. They are just the beauty of crypto market and are essential for the continuous circulation of crypto currencies. Yeah, bitcoins are quite popular among people especially youngsters who are always digging their heads into technology. People are treating bitcoins as long term investment because of their potential to produce enormous profits.
2419  Economy / Economics / Re: central banks and Bitcoin on: August 23, 2017, 07:31:37 PM
The activities of the Central Bank has nothing to do with laws of Economics. The Central Bank is a mechanism which allows the government to manually regulate the economy. This leads to presents to regular crises and inflation. Bitcoin is quite another.
Bitcoins and central bank are poles apart. They both have different functions and the purpose you have described of the central bank is pretty correct whereas bitcoins are working as solution to inflation and financial crisis. Bitcoins are providing people with opportunities of earning for themselves without sticking eyes on rude bosses.
2420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HBO is trying to get $250,000 in bitcoin to pay hackers who stole GoT scripts on: August 23, 2017, 07:14:10 PM
Even if episodes are leaked, people are still paying for HBO's premium service, and will continue to do so because there is no guarantee that future episodes will also be leaked.  And this is irrelevant to people who illegally download episodes anyway, so I doubt it will really affect HBO.  They should patch the security issue and not pay the hackers.

It's upsetting to me also that bitcoin is once again in the news being associated with criminal activity.  Of course, it's not like fiat currencies are never used for crime, but bitcoin has had one major criminal news story after another for years and people seem to associate it with underground illegal activity.
There is no doubt if HBO will not fill Hackers mouth with a handsome amount of money, they will soon release other episodes also. You see, they don't play around waste their time. HBO has once ignored their threat before but what happened, new episodes were leaked on internet. Got has bring a million dollars loss if you really look deep into the matter. However, I think they won’t release further episodes if the conditions are met.
