2461  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: September 11, 2022, 11:13:05 AM
I'm glad you are admitting having told fake news because you said the exact opposite above "That is why people really need to read the TOS and AML policy of every casino or platform before doing anything."
You sure have selective reading/hearing. Here's what i have said.
"Withdrawing after deposit without wagering is really an offense in most of casino who have AML policy, you should take note on that."

Then you asked.
"Where have you seen in their TOS it's forbidden to make a withdrawal without wagering please?"

Well, no one said it's on their TOS, again it's on their AML policy, please comprehend.

That's the most ridiculous scammy excuse I would have read, it's not their fault, they are seizing customer funds because the software they use told to do so....
That is what op had experienced if you understand what you read in this thread.

LOL you should read this section less frequently and use honest casinos more often IMO, because only scammy casinos are doing what you are saying. Professional and honest casinos don't do that. They ask KYC before locking funds of their customers if they don't like how they are using their platform. The only exception is when there is a blatant cheat with an obvious damage. Because they have no right to seize any funds without a court order, it would be a theft.
Well, i have to admit that you sure have selective reading. Check these threads[1][2] before telling me what sections i should frequently read.

What you have all mentioned are those characteristics of a dream casino site a gambler wishes to use. But you need to know that they are not perfect and will only do is business, blocking accounts are included on that unless its reasonable and against their TOS or any policy they have.
Anyway, op's case seems like a solve one and admitting[3] of using another account as against on every casino's TOS.

[2] Street Selfie? Why all these crazy requirements in the name of KYC verification?
[3] Stake.com got recked by me
2462  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: September 11, 2022, 09:39:43 AM
Don't spam fake news in a scam accusation thread please. Where have you seen in their TOS it's forbidden to make a withdrawal without wagering please? Could you quote the exact sentence please?
Read it again, no one said it's on their TOS its on their AML policy. And it is not fake news. Only those who doesn't know will say it's a fake news.

Anti-Mixing Measures. Stake will utilise software designed to detect other suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns. Such instances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, depending on the perceived level of risk. In such instances, a user may be required to explain their methodology and purpose for using the platform.
Any KYC required and casino with AML monitoring software will do that the same. Since he mentioned that he deposit then just withdraw, then it's obvious a trigger to their software as alternative to mixer, and that's obvious fall on their anti-mixing measures.

If it was forbidden he would have just get a message saying he can't withdraw his funds before wagering them, or before a certain period of time, like many casinos are doing.
Like many casino's doing?
Did casino tell its users that they will require KYC when their user is going to withdraw? No.
Did they tell its users that they will be required to send their selfie holding a newspaper, ID, etc. while on the street for the KYC ahead of time? No.
It's the same as that. Casinos won't tell you that don't do this and that coz you will be banned or something. You will only receive a message when you are banned because you did this and that.
2463  Other / Meta / Re: joker_josue Merit Source Application - to encourage the Portuguese community on: September 10, 2022, 11:09:51 PM
From the data above added recent transactions I can conclude that you have sent 460 merit to 89 different users . That's definitely a good stat, but I guess it'll increase quickly if you're a source of merit. Good luck.
Thanks to the stat. To joker_josue and to all merit sources, i suggest to focus more on giving merits to lower ranks than those in the legendary.
Although it's true that majority or some on legendary have more quality posts, but being a merit source i guess they should have kind of merit giving standard that like.
1 merit will be given to a deserving legendary post, 2 merits for hero, 3 for sr and so on. Though sometimes you are out of merit too but you can send them back if say you send 1 merit to a full member so you still have 3 more to be sent.

2464  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: September 10, 2022, 10:36:32 PM
That is why people really need to read the TOS and AML policy of every casino or platform before doing anything. They will send an email if there is an update regarding the change.

Withdrawing after deposit without wagering is really an offense in most of casino who have AML policy, you should take note on that.
2465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are all crypto gambling charges expensive when it comes to USDT? on: September 10, 2022, 10:12:03 PM
This is about the required network fees not the platform but they can just always add some (if fees are fixed in usd rate).
Also, in any platform that requires to send erc20 tokens fees are really high, it's considered as a feature not a problem anymore for erc20 tokens /s.

By the look of it, you can change to trc20 token to save fees, or other alternatives should be checked before proceeding.
Though you are in a gambling platform but why you need to withdraw the minimum? Bet it til you win big enough to not worry about the withdrawal fees Smiley
2466  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is the volume of mixers from this site is accurate? on: September 10, 2022, 09:17:04 PM
That's the problem of Google SERP
+ the advertisement system where no filtering is there. You can pay google to show your site on top of the search result. Scammers are taking the chance.
Don't get confused between the advertisement slots and the google serp. There is no ads shows searching using that keyword too. The result is pure SEO tricks and the use of exact the same keyword for domain name. Plus, it will be hard to make a google ad regarding.crypto-related ads due to google recent ad update.
2467  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is the volume of mixers from this site is accurate? on: September 09, 2022, 11:43:46 PM
That's the problem of Google SERP old blackhat SEO still works look I already check it on Ahrefs backlinks checker and most of the backlinks are low quality.
And you will be noticed most of the backlinks and anchor text under hyperlinks target the keyword "best bitcoin mixers" it ranks in the top 2 on the SERP if you add 2022, it also targets other keywords but those keywords are not yet rank to the top.
I don't know how blackhat seo works yet but obviously the domain name is really a big factor on this. The keywords used and domain name are exactly the same plus some seo works behind and it comes up a good result on the search page.

Legit services like chipmixer and other really should work on their seo too to avoid search results like this.
2468  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is the volume of mixers from this site is accurate? on: September 09, 2022, 01:49:17 PM
I write : best bitcoin mixers 2022
in google.
This is really the problem, the power of SEO.

Anyone who get fooled by this results in search page if will not research properly will become one of those scam victims, worst will blame the legit mixer because of their stupidity.
While in the other hand, current legit mixers had almost zero visibility in the search result page using these kind of keywords. The thread[1] regarding trusted mixers shows in the 2nd page which is a bit disappointed, but not surprised considering this forum software is too outdated and not SEO friendly.

Thank you for this reminders mate but can you share some proofs here? or at least site links and how they scam you when violating their terms?

we have seen many casinos like this nowadays  , when a casino let you deposit and play but when you need to withdraw then there is the issue, they will require you to submit or go over KYC requirements and then after they will tell you a cheater and being banned.
Come on man, the site link is mentioned although not clickable.

Plus the site is really a copycat website of bc.game, from the color scheme, icons used, layout and etc. At least this is more obvious than the stake and punt where people are too eager to report because of the similarity. People also noticed this and posted on their ann thread[1] also some related issues about the casino too.

2470  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: is the volume of mixers from this site is accurate? on: September 09, 2022, 01:26:06 PM
No, the site logo is like CMC(lol). And it's impossible to check mixer's volume by any chance. There's even an exchange score column (lol).
Plus the websites URL are phishing site scam (blender.io -> blendar.io), also they are using the some mixers/tumblers that are no longer working (bestmixer, blender.io).

I'm guessing this site is really made to scam anyone, by phishing tricks.

Also, i'm wondering where you found this site?
2471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid Scam Tokens in the name of late Queen Elizabeth on: September 09, 2022, 12:01:13 PM
This is a government-related person, if there is no official released statement of the state from their official website then it is obviously a scam. Anyone who believe this gimmick and buy this shit is a halfwit and shouldn't be in this space (coz probably he will be always be a victim of scam)
2472  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: !Dea on: September 08, 2022, 11:59:11 PM
If crypto is banned, then buying or using bitcoin is too risky unless you knew what you were doing online.
Most most probably most of these websites will be banned too, especially those who are well-known in the crypto space. Although you can use VPNs but still should be taken by risk and safety, especially buying premium ones that has proven secured (like protonvpn).

Also, to those who are in a country where their government wants to ban or just banned the use crypto i guess its good to assume that you should sell your holdings in early before getting involved and imprisoned due carelessness of using without protection. But yeah most of those will be still stay in the space no matter what's the government's decision regarding the matter
2473  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin telegram on: September 08, 2022, 10:37:58 PM
You are asking "to know more about bitcoin and miners" but why asking telegram links?
Is there any knowledge to get in telegram discussions now like what bitcoin and mining works?

This is not what OP asked for, if she/he wanted reading, she/he would ask for specifically that. What is the purpose of your post? Is that your signature campaign requirement, to write some BS everyday?
Yes, op should ask specifically but didn't and yet you're here assuming what he really wants and even winds up someone who actually gave links if what he needs to "know more".

To op check this[1] if you want something to read and learn about bitcoin including its blockchain and mining.

2474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Rise of Mobile Gambling Is Leaving People Ruined and Unable to Quit on: September 08, 2022, 10:16:06 PM
The terrible thing is, many 10+ yo children also play games with this gambling interface. This is considered normal by their parents because they are thinking its not a gambling, but mostly from this app have a high possibility of the child being addicted to gambling.
That's terrible parenting as well, parents shouldn't let their child install any apps that they don't actually know or they never tried first. Or just don't let the child use any phones without approval and without their surveillance.

As the modern technology evolves the business sectors also adopt and this is one of big consequences brought up by that and if a person cannot control his self towards the entertainments they see online then most provably they are prone to anything huge risk on the internet.
Indeed, not just only in gambling but almost everything. Physical games or activities are lesser seen to these generation because of using phones compare the old generation.
2475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: chance to win, so you keep holding on? on: September 07, 2022, 09:53:01 PM
I feel it's a bit mockery for those who tell that they really cant understand what OP's saying. It's either you guys have selective reading or something. Probably op is using google translate but most of those words are still understandable you read line by line.

Play2earn and gambling are different thing, while the chance of you to win in a P2E is high but still base on what you have, playing games in gambling has only 49% or lower chance to win in every bet but still depends on the games' house edge you play.

And yes, bearish market affects people's gambling habit. There are more people playing in bull market by the number/total of bets compare to bearish season. But it doesn't affect those who only play for entertainment.

Although like you said, the possibility to increase your income when playing in bear season is high is quite subjective and probably only for casino/games' main currency depends alts/token not on USD based.
2476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [NEWS] Gambler Charged with Murder after Letting Kids Die on: September 06, 2022, 03:03:09 PM
I don’t fully understand the news so correct me if I’m wrong. The mother leave his kids on the car without AC turn on that result to suffocation due to the heat?
Yes, the mother leaves those children on the car and yes, AC is probably off too since it's not recommended to turn the engine on and the AC for several hours assuming the mother leaves the children for several hours.
Also it's highly not recommended leaving your children in those hot area are like vegas which turns to same this unfortunate incident.

Found some local news of car-related incident of elder or young ones or pets inside the car who seeks help due to suffocation or something then someone break the window too like what you and jackg mentioned.
2477  Economy / Gambling discussion / [NEWS] Gambler Charged with Murder after Letting Kids Die on: September 06, 2022, 02:26:01 PM
A careless mother’s casino time resulted in her children’s death. The neglectful parent had left her kids in a hot car to place a few punts at a local casino without considering the consequences.
This is the saddest news I read today. I knew this case isn't possible when in online gambling but this is possible for other unfortunate circumstances too especially at home or somewhere else when you're doing your online gambling activity.

This should be a lesson to take to all parents out there that family is priority first before anything else especially children.

I wonder if there are parents who have experienced something like this or someone knew that has the same case, not with the one with a dead case though but something accident happened because of neglect parenting.

2478  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🍀 LOTTOCRYPTOS - Multi crypto Lotteries 💰 on: September 05, 2022, 10:59:44 PM
People here actually knows what is probably fair[1] and what advantage it can be in gambling games that is based on thoroughly random number for the winning/lossing result like this.
As long it is not what is implemented then it's good to assume that your random numbers can be flawed.

I hope these children don't happen to generalize things that its easy to earn money in bitcoin/crypto by just surfing in the internet or whatever the task they are doing of this "surfing" to be able to get this salary.

It's good to see that someone can earn but for a child? I hope it wont fall as child labor which is considered to violate human rights, but i can understand the place/country. Yet it still good to see teens from 16 above is actually there as thought instead.
2480  Economy / Gambling / Re: chinese bookmakers with tf gaming platform NO KYC on: September 05, 2022, 08:39:42 PM

Well, I have an opinion that I don't care if it's Chinese, or if it's from any other country, I can't deny that a casino that doesn't have KYC requirements catches my attention, but it's something very risky, usually they are casinos that don't they have certain licenses and their authenticity is really debatable and debatable due to the order of things. If we start to see, currently the most famous and most reliable casinos require KYC and this is undoubtedly a guarantee of being able to protect the security of our data and in turn our money because it falls within the framework of legality, and any claim or closure, because they respond for our money.
You are here in crypto space so don't blindly believe that having KYC'ed is equivalent to security of your balance and your personal data.
How can you explain those hacked casino, exchanges, or etc that require KYC? Did they protect you especially your privacy? No. They just tell you not to worry, and just apologize and they will work hard so it won't happen again, that's their line. Then later on you will receive lots os spam messages.
A hacked/leaked personal information is more harmful than getting robbed.

Even having KYC'ed doesn't mean make that you can withdraw your funds so easily. Look at those complaints in scam accusations, casino, exchanges that ask KYC then lately blocked the account.

Again, KYC can't guarantee you that they will protect you or help you when a hacked happens, or mostly when you are blocked in a casino.
KYC is just legality only, don't misunderstand KYC for anything.
