1521  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you consider yourself as a risk taker if you buy bitcoin? on: April 08, 2023, 10:27:20 PM
However, if you invest with bitcoin will a minimal amount, you are somehow reducing its risk, especially if you come to invest with equipped knowledge and skills, that is risk management.

Still there is a risk even if it is minimal.  Aside from that, other people who are literate in economic and financial industry often makes plan for risk management where they can eliminate to minimize risk by doing some preventive measures and securing their target investment.
Right? Regardless the invested amount, anyone who invest can be called risk taker. If the question is what kind of risk taker you are since there is called a risk tolerance where an investor can be called aggressive, moderate and conservative.
1522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Claim an old wallet and find the relative owner. on: April 08, 2023, 09:59:33 PM
- What if I find a wallet that has never moved nothing since 12-13 years ago (for example)?
The question is, what kind of wallet you will find, a PK in qr code, naked PK in txt file? all are digitally copy? From 12-13 years ago? That's nearly impossible though.

Anyway, If you think that getting other funds is stealing then you should avoid moving the funds from that wallet. This make the question 2,3,4 and 5 out of the context.
1523  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit hold funds and ignore in chat on: April 08, 2023, 09:45:13 PM
I am surprised to see this type of post though you have created your account only before less than 18 minutes of your first post yet you have find out correct board and wrote the big post. Undoubtedly you have multiple account both on the forum as well as on the site. And it proof from the assertion by you:
Stop redirecting the issue, it's obvious that he has a problem and the rollbit representative hostage his account for what ever reasons they have. Having another account is different, they could simply tell him/her that she/he has multiple account. Other than telling they will do wait for another team to do so.

And your accusation are just the same for other newbie who just created an account here to make a post as their very reason is to raise an issue regarding an specific casino since its been already days happened.
1524  Other / Meta / Re: can we see these stats? on: April 08, 2023, 03:31:30 PM
Only the adstat page (linked already above and here[2]) is the existing built-in traffic analytics this forum uses, that's what i knew.
Semrush and similarweb are tools that are just estimate and is too far from the actual stat recorded in built-in traffic analytics.

1526  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you consider yourself as a risk taker if you buy bitcoin? on: April 07, 2023, 04:18:27 PM
Basically, yes. Everything that is called investments is considered as risky by any means, so those who do that especially investing in bitcoin as its high volatility are called risk taker.
But technically speaking it depends on the amount of someone invest, tolerance and your objectives and it its subjective knowing there are degree for risks.
1527  Other / Meta / Re: seems like a bug on: April 07, 2023, 12:23:52 PM
Looks like you are right. I check your merit profile, there's a record that you sent some merit to LFC_Bitcoin while in LFC_Bitcoin profile doesn't have a record.

And i don't know merit sending takes a while, i always knew it as instant.

Edit: Ah, okay, i was confused for the Sent and Received merit, it's there actually.
1528  Economy / Economics / Re: How Long in Years Should I Wait Before I Close Down an Unprofitable Business on: April 06, 2023, 10:27:14 PM
I was listening to a podcast where Kelvin O'Neal1 was featured. He said, "If you are not making money after 36months(3 years), you've gotta take a behind the barn and shoot it. It's just a hobby. It's not a business."

According to him, "people can get so stuck on a bad idea that they just keep thinking that if I keep working on it, it's going to fix itself. It doesn't fix itself. It was put on your journey to teach you, what not to do."

- To what extent do you agree or disagree with this assertion ?
It really make sense to stop, but it could be at the early years. Like at second year without getting enough profit is enough to convince you that the business is not working as it should be for whatever reasons, either its in high competition, bad location, products, management, crew or people, etc.
1529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Whitepaper Hidden in every Modern Copy of macOS on: April 06, 2023, 10:14:37 PM
I expect Craig "Faketoshi" Wright to take a legal action and file a copyright infringement lawsuit against Apple now.  Grin

This is what i thought while still reading the OP, like this guy (mentioned the name) will be very upset again and will take legal action after lossing multiple times. lmao.

Well, yeah, this is very interesting story, would be glad to know if what's the bitcoin whitepaper doing there on that folder.
1530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - June 17 on: April 06, 2023, 09:55:44 PM
Not sure what you mean by rarest, as far as I know, there are a lot of big fights in this division in the past. The thing is that both are champions in this division so obviously they will have to fight and see who's the best.
What i mean is in the welterweight division, forgot to mention that. And we never have an undisputed in welterweight division for very long time. The outcome of this fight will have all the titles and still have zero loss if not draw, that's what i mean for the rarest fight lol.

Well, i hope it will be held this time.
1531  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Si CZ Na Tagapagtatag Ng Binance Ay Kinasuhan Ng CFTC on: April 06, 2023, 03:46:47 PM

1532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Terrence Crawford vs Errol Spence - June 17 on: April 06, 2023, 02:48:32 PM
Both are in their prime, both are knockout artist, in short both have clean records performance and yeah. This will be one of the waited and rarest fight in boxing. So this will be so huge.
But this should have be done last year if i remember correctly, but anyway here we are already.
1533  Economy / Speculation / Re: I missed the bottom or i have time to invest on: April 05, 2023, 11:59:03 PM
There's no late in investing in bitcoin you can make profit from it regardless, the main question is untin when you will hold your investment. Beuase when you sold, there's no turning back and you will only loss or win when you sold your holding s
1534  Other / Meta / Re: Messages for deleted posts - from 4 years ago? on: April 05, 2023, 10:59:26 PM
If it was reported by with a valid reason, it will be deleted regardless the datetime it was posted. It's the reporter who were the one who get stumbled your posts on that timeline and decided to report your post.
1535  Other / Meta / Re: What is the advantage of Wearing signature avatar on your BTT profile? on: April 05, 2023, 07:33:17 AM
It's for free advertisements, like an banner ad in any site, the higher the rank the prettier it will look (depends on the design ofc). It can be personally yours or promoting someone else business/service.
Well, when we say promoting, ofc, it will be with a payment. Now talking to a paid signature campaign, you can see it on Services[1] board or on this thread[2].

1536  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.com "oops, something went wrong..." on: April 05, 2023, 02:37:16 AM
Quote
"Hi MyName,
I've checked your account but I don't see any Solana.
Can you send me a screenshot of your wallet showing your Solana balance?
Please also send a screenshot of your SOL address when you go to Receive > Solana.
Thank you."
This simply shows how incompetent their customer support is! Why asking for screenshots when everything they need is stored on the blockchain?
To check and verify that they (user and support) have the same address? Because if not, then it's another bug, well, talking about bugs, they have lots of it.

OP said he imported the same seed on the another phone and its shows the balance there while on the other one isn't.
1537  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Paxful is shutting down on: April 05, 2023, 02:01:20 AM
What?! So what are the remaining?
P2P exchanges/marketplace are getting shut most probably of regulation reasons. Privacy platforms are getting shutdown as well.
Looks like global adoption and regulation have massive negative impact now. Well, well, well.
1538  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I think it's time to leave Binance, any alternatives? on: April 04, 2023, 11:19:06 PM
I always use Kucoin, well, not untill they require their users for KYC. But as long as they don't it's fine, 1 bitcoin withdrawal limit in 24 hours (i guess that is still the limit) is still enough for me to use them without doing their KYC. Besides that it seems like they are accepting more pairs. And it looks like they don't want to be in spot light unlike binance who become greedy that almost all kind of crypto service they want to add on the platform, exchange, dex(even its not) mining pool, cloud mining, etc.
1539  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Looking for the Profile of the scammer Sara Leppänen (CFO/CEO of Localbitcoins.) on: April 03, 2023, 07:02:37 PM
So what localbitcoins do to you. Show your proof and everything, i remember they let their users withdraw the remaining balance in there accounts.

For your question, well this is a bitcoin forum where privacy matters and prioritized so asking personal information here of someone else is useless. Unless that person is an active user here who has passed p2p transaction of someone else.
1540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you Think might aid the global adoption of Bitcoin? on: April 02, 2023, 11:47:18 PM
No need of re:global adoption for bitcoin, its good to be like what is, and let other countries who are interested regulates it. Having El salvador making bitcoin as legal tender is enough to get referenced by any countries who wants to regulate it.

The more bitcoin getting regulated the more problem people faced, meddling of authorities, high tax, BS KYC on different platforms, etc.
