One way to look at the brighter side of the forum, as long as the merits is being sent to meritable posts I don't see anything wrong with the way you will distribute your merit, also I know it is a big responsibility on being a merit source in the forum and and that is why a lot of merit sources have their own technique/style on distributing their sMerits. My only question is why limit your list to forum members that are rank member or lower? Is it because you think that lower ranked members are the ones who needs to be encouraged with merits?
2582  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: NewZoneex - SCAM - Plagiarism on: October 14, 2018, 06:17:59 PM
DO you think a 2Billion dollar company would outsource their whitepaper and website and dont check for a basic thing such a plagiarism? LOL
A company with that net worth won't do such thing, these kinds of mistake won't even happen as they will surely have some screening process happening with the outsourced work. Which is funny as outsourcing your whitepaper and the content of your website is not possible as it should be within a special department inside their company like an ICO development department. Another reason why I think that their excuse is flawed is they have a "Team" for their token sale yet they chose to "outsource" their whitepaper as well as their site's content which is really suspicious.
2583  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: NewZoneex - SCAM - Plagiarism on: October 14, 2018, 02:48:31 PM
They already have change everything they plagiarized in their website and they have removed any links of their whitepaper which only means the scam projects will still continue and they will probably upload an updated whitepaper in the future. Even though they are now tagged by marlboroza they are still trying to save their scam project by providing a google drive link in their latest post hoping to convince their project is not a fraud. I have tried visiting the google drive link and it only shows computerized documents/reports but the chances are this are fake reports showing false data.
2584  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think about crypto currency issued by the government? on: October 14, 2018, 01:02:20 PM
Any cryptocurrency issued by the government that is intended to replace their fiat currency and/or somehow boost their economy through their own fiat currency is bad overall for their economy. There is literally no new money coming inside your country, no foreign investors involve in investing in your country's cryptocurrency which means you are just literally cycling your country's money without really any benefit for both parties. As a result inflation rises and the government's solution will just make them go down in a much deeper place compared to where they used to before. You can look at the present government-issued cryptos and see for yourself that it didn't help their country at all.
2585  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: US/China restrictions for ICO. What does it mean? on: October 14, 2018, 12:05:47 PM
I am only aware with the SEC regulations in the U.S.A. so I can only partly answer your questions. It doesn't matter whether your U.S. citizen investor is sending you U.S. Dollars or Ethereum, he/she still needs to be an accredited investor in order to participate in your token's pre-sale. Also before you can even call your token a Utility token you don't have the final say on what kind of token you are holding, the U.S. government is still the one who will classify your token before you can even be certified to sell tokens in the U.S.A. There is no loopholes with this one, if the U.S. government found out that you are selling illegally you might be liable for it.
2586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: October 12, 2018, 03:57:05 AM
No one plays 100% in a preseason game. Lakers will not play lebron too much and probably won't play other vets neither, they just gonna abuse the minutes of players like hart and ingram and even maybe kuzma, they just want to see how the young players do during preseason and try some tactics and strategies against teams like warriors which would be west opponents if they face each other, which means we may see a new system for lakers but not 100% given by the players, so the result of this game would be futile. On paper warriors are still marginally better than lakers in every position except small forward which is damn close with lebron and kd positioned there.
Yup that is why we are seeing a lot of supposed to be weaker teams winning the game because they are really not making their game serious. In pre-season games we see more players with a bench role have more minutes as this is how the teams assess if they will make the cut or not. A lot of things can seriously change once the regular season started, all of the teams will up their game by that time.
2587  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-10-10] SEC tightens the noose on ICO-funded startups on: October 12, 2018, 02:56:22 AM
This is the problem startups are facing when the country lacks legal framework for tge cryptocurrency industry one of their departments takes over and try to manage the industry in his own way. For a lot of countries their central bank is the problem they are facing in their crypto industry but the U.S. is different as their SEC is the one calling the shots. This wouldn't be a problem if their legislative body even constructed a law for them in the first place, from classification to the regulation itself everything will be in order if they have one.
2588  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to convert virtual currency into real money on: October 12, 2018, 02:17:38 AM
Aside from what mjglqw said you can also look if your country has a 3rd party local wallet provider (I don't know if Vietnam has one), this is an all-around type of wallet where you can not only store, send, and receive BTC but also use it to buy and withdraw BTC directly to your bank accounts.  They provide the convenience for you in instantly buying your BTC and paying it for cash directly to your bank account. But again I don't know if Vietnam has one as last time I check the Vietnamese government have similar views with the Indian government.
2589  Other / Meta / Re: New Ways of Ranking System (Suggestions Only) on: October 11, 2018, 09:18:39 PM
I have a better idea though, why not we still keep the forum's merit system and apply your idea where post are reviewed before being converted and counted into an activity point? With this way it will be harder for spammers and shitposters to rank up. LOL!!!! I am just joking reverting back to the old system even adding your idea is never good I cannot even call it as an improvement, we don't even have the manpower (moderators, staffs, and admins) to manually review all the shitpost being posted here. Please do no praise the merit system again if you want to remove it in the first place.
2590  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Electrum Hardware Wallet on: October 11, 2018, 08:22:57 PM
Or should I create a new Electrum wallet on the Ledger and transfer my BTC from the old wallet to the new one?
You should go with your alternative solution, creating a new wallet for your Ledger Nano S is the only guaranteed way that your new seeds are not compromised. Also if you have the option to do it in another computer which is different from where your desktop Electrum wallet is you must do so as this also gives you assurance that you are not creating your wallet in a compromised desktop computer. Just keep in mind that hardware wallets are more for storing cryptocurrencies rather than using it daily as a regular wallet.
2591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: October 11, 2018, 07:21:06 PM
Arsenal, Milan and many other big names of the Europa League win in this round this passing thursday. The surprise was Sevilla not managing to win which is a team which has won a lot of times the Europa League and also has been finalist many other times.

Arsenal is another pretender in my opinion as last year had the bad luck to meet Atletico Madrid in semi finals.
For me as a fan of A.C. Milan I honestly did see that they have struggled during their match against Olympiacos which they held Milan scoreless for the first half. Yes they scored 3 goals for there comeback but it was not in the start of the 70th minute when is started going in there way. Milan by now should be compos after this group stage as I honestly see that they will be dominating their group as there is really no competition , the real competition will start in the playoffs round which Milan will face some big names in Europe.
2592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin bring an end to Paypal? on: October 11, 2018, 03:26:13 PM
Why do you think that Bitcoin mass adaption will bring the death of Paypal? Just like Paypal, Bitcoin at best will just be another mode of payment which even if mass adopted will only be one of the many other options available to man. People even before Bitcoin was invented has been using different modes of payment in which they use depending on the situation, there is no sense of loyalty where they stick to just one kind of payment as it will also depend on what the seller/receiver is accepting.
2593  Economy / Reputation / Re: You think I am a scammer? mdayonliner's reputation on: October 11, 2018, 03:01:58 PM
Even though the money was not sent to you, I think it is the right call for hilarious on tagging you as it serves as warning to others that you are trying to escrow a large deal without even having an experience of handling near that amount. Yes you have a few successful transactions here in the forum but it is only worth hundreds at best which is very far from the 100,000$ you are attempting to get. You are simply not qualified to handle such amount, there is no even any record of you having a successful escrow service in your trust summary.

Hilarious is right to say that the chances of you running away with that money is always there, you might be extremely tempted with that kind of amount as you never have handled any amount ranging up to 100,000$.
2594  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrency and regulation, do we need it? on: October 11, 2018, 02:10:14 PM
We must know it by now that regulations are an inevitable thing to happen as it is the government's way of accepting cryptocurrencies in there country. The reason of regulation is not only for them but also for the protection of their citizens as the article also stated other things that the government is facing is money laundering (and other criminal activities) and also the protection of their financial system all of which can be protected with proper regulation involve. Regulation can protect their citizens by not letting fraudulent ICOs and other scams being promoted in their country as an investment opportunity, countries monitoring their cryptocurrency industry is helping their citizens not to fall victim in these kinds of scam.
2595  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dice Sites with FIAT currencies? on: October 11, 2018, 01:05:49 PM
I don't think that there is one, by accepting Fiat currencies in their gambling site it will automatically subject them to other laws and licenses to that country of that fiat currency you are accepting. That is why all Curacao licensed gambling sites based on cryptocurrencies are only accepting cryptocurrencies and not fiat. Also other big reasons I see is that it will become a big problem in the future as once they accept Fiat currencies, members might demand that they also have Crypto to Fiat exchanges or vice versa in their gambling site and also demand fiat based withdrawals which will be a nightmare for them. Other problem that might arise with this is that they will use the gambling site for money laundering which automatically will make the gambling site be in trouble with the law.
2596  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [10/10/2018] China Should Consider Launching its Own Stablecoin, Central Bank Ex on: October 11, 2018, 12:15:51 PM
This is a good idea but who will develop or even back this stablecoin up? Certainly it cannot be their own goverment as it means that their stablecoin will be a centralized coin, the possibility of it being run by an ico developer in China is also not happening not unless it is allowed by the Chinese government to even be promoted inside their country. From what I remembered events and promotions relating to ICOs or even blockchain related events is being prohibited in China what more will it be not allowed if there is a cryptocurrency based on their Yuan?
2597  Economy / Digital goods / Re: crypto exchange for sale on: October 10, 2018, 04:56:35 PM
You should try selling your cryptocurrency exchange in the right section which is under the marketplace particularly under the Childboard Goods > Digital Goods area or even in Services section of the marketplace. The Project Development section is mainly for projects where it is still being done but since your crytocurrency exchange is finished and you are already offering your goods to other members this must be moved to the right section.
2598  Other / Meta / Re: The unluckiest person in bitcointalk on: October 10, 2018, 04:11:49 PM
I don't get why you think he is unlucky. Obviously the amount of merit needed for Legendary is there all he needs to do is to create 6 more posts in order to gain the remaining 6 activity in order to become a Legendary member assuming that he will be legendary when his activity hits 1030, which is the guaranteed number for him in becoming a Legendary member. I don't call that unlucky at all as he only needs to post more compared to people who is in need of merits in order to rank up which is a much harder thing to earn nowadays.
2599  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I think i bought bitcoin in the early days need help! on: October 09, 2018, 04:13:55 PM
So basically you are asking for a refund because you want your Bitcoins back for the reason you have seen that the BTC you have paid is now far more valuable compared to the dragon balls you currently have. I don't think refunds works that way, for one the item you have bought is already in your hands for years, last time I check there is a period where you can only return the item/s you have bought with them, secondly you don't have any proof such as official receipts or email invoices which shows that you have really bought the item from them. I am afraid that you need to accept the fact that your BTC is good as gone.
2600  Economy / Gambling / Re: The Wildest Cryptocurrency Online Casino on: October 08, 2018, 08:05:29 PM
this casino sister site of betchain casino, this site will same  strange and same setting game of betchain. will never get big win playing here, try deposit here and in five minute will lose all your balance. or if you can get win in the one games will never get win again in other games and when wagering almost 80% your balance was lose all same as betchain casino. be carefull choosen bitcoin casino and dont wasted time.
You should have posted your complaint/accusation in the scam accusation board and not in their ANN thread (as what you have also did in Betchain's Thread) because what you are doing is inappropriate as it is not in the proper board. Also if you don't have proper evidence that their game is somehow rigged then don't bother posting in the scam accusation thread at all as you are not only wasting your time but you will also be wasting other people's time as well.
