1581  Economy / Speculation / Re: Analyst: Bitcoin below $ 10,000 is a gift! on: July 29, 2019, 05:54:02 PM
The dilemma really here is that there is the stigma in the market when Bitcoin shows signs of bearishness after a great bull run almost everyone is afraid to buy some more or enter the market. Even the ones who wants to join in thinks its too late that Bitcoin already did its time and now will go down. They would rather buy Bitcoin when its pumping rather than Buy Bitcoin when it has bottomed out. Now even if the market is still consolidating they still see it as a sign of bearishness so it really affects the market confidence in the market.
1582  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 28, 2019, 08:12:50 PM
I'd also agree that the likelihood of Dybala being sold would be solely based on whether or not Juventus are going to have Pogba ir Neymar.

I'm not sure Dybala has a future under Sarri, Bayern munich would be a better destination for him, he shouldn't have any problem slotting in to the team.

Looks like selling Dybala wouldn't be necessary at all. I've been seeing news that there is a lot of suitors for Moise Kean and Everton is willing to buy him at 40 million euros. Depending on who will they buy I think that they have the money to at least start a transfer talk on either Pogba or Neymar but to be honest I really don't see the need for Juventus to replace him in the forward position, they'll just be risking a season for another project in their offense.
1583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank Of China Is Promoting Bitcoin And It Sounds Very Bullish! on: July 28, 2019, 07:02:39 PM
I don't understand Mandarin so I'll have to take your word for it. If the government is getting more involved in introdycing cryptocurrencies in their country it can only mean (mainly) two things they see the economical benefit from the industry and they themselves are hodling some cryptocurrencies not only Bitcoin or they are just preparing their citizens or even mind-conditioning them for their own state issued cryptocurrency, it could even be both as far as I am concerned. Especially if we are talking about China moves like this are always backed by a motive behind it.
1584  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Cryptocurrencies are not harmful for economy on: July 28, 2019, 05:23:29 PM
You can blame the people who are seated in the administration because of that. More often then not the ones who are put incharge into that department are either unknowledgeable of what a cryptocurrency can do to that country or they are just simply not open-minded to the idea and believes what they first see on the news. The crypto industry wouldn't really be in this tight situation if we aren't part of politics and rushed decisions made by unworthy people in charge.
1585  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Panic selling and postpone from trading, which one is the worse one? on: July 27, 2019, 07:47:47 PM
I don't know why this isn't answered yet so I am answering it now. It's better if you have control over your funds/position compared to losing it because of a trading halt. At panic selling you can always short your position and hope to buy it back at a lower cost with the hopes it will pay back more on another bull run. Trading halts on the other hand may look like a harmless event in trading but the thing is you may never know where it will go once the trading has resume into action though it may likely to go down depending on the reason why it has halted in the first place.
1586  Economy / Economics / Re: IS THIS HOW USD IS CREATED? on: July 25, 2019, 08:54:41 PM
Better to loan money from your own central bank then order them to print more USD for you. You are just devaluing your own money by that method. Just look at Venezuela or the classic story of Zimbabwe's hyperinflation and see where did it go from their. That's why you will always see them ask for loans with the lowest interest as this gives them enough room to pay them back on the certain period they have. Even if the debt is rising still they are able to pay back woth the projects, jobs, educations, and other developments they have given for their own country.
1587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dillian Whyte-Oscar Rivas winner to get interim WBC title, Deontay Wilder fight on: July 25, 2019, 08:20:46 PM
This dude instantly lost his ticket to fight Deontay Wilder which I think is a good thing for the boxing community. If he didn't looked good when he was fighting with performance enhancement drugs on mediocre fighter what more he would look like if he fought the beast himself. It looks like Deontay Wilder would need to step up big and fight either Tyson Fury or Andy Ruiz to put him as the undisputed heavyweight boxer, heck he can even face Anthony Joshua to give him a chance to redeem himself.
1588  Local / Pamilihan / Re: PSA: You can buy from Shopee using Bitcoin on: July 25, 2019, 07:23:49 PM
To keep it straight, I cannot say na both Lazada and Shopee is "directly" accepting Bitcoin. Palagi ka pa din nila irere-direct sa dragonpay to handle the payment for you. Meron pading added unnecessary step to say its a direct Bitcoin payment for Shopee and Lazada, ang maganda lang dito is walang patong or added fees ang dragonpay sa pag handle ng bayad mo. Mukhang ang fees ng dragonpay ay shouldered ng Lazada/Shopee to use their services. Ganito din sa Grab eh pag nagpapaload ako ng Grab Pay walang extra.
1589  Other / Meta / Re: "Decoded" comprimised on: July 25, 2019, 06:35:12 PM
Looks like you are in a pretty tight situation here, let me shape it up for you here Decoded, one of your alt account got banned so your main account, Decoded, is also affected from the ban evasion rule. Now your main account being hacked will obviously be subject to recovery. So I don't know which will go first the appeal for the alt account before the recovery of the main account or vice versa. I don't even know if an appeal for an alt account is even possible especially the ones we always see being appealed here are main or only accounts of the user.
1590  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best way to learn technical analysis on: July 25, 2019, 03:48:43 PM
The funny thing about paid courses or courses in general is they don't exactly cover everything just what the teachers know already or at least share their own strategy to you. Technical analysis is something to be learned from several books not only one as there are indicators that is suited best on a certain kind of trading. From wave trading, moving averages, retractions, volume trading, and ichimoku clouds all of that can't be thought to you in just one kind of course. You better off spending your money you intend to enroll with on books about technical analysis.
1591  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: How profit from Bitcoin will be taxed in India? on: July 25, 2019, 03:08:44 PM
Really depends on how you have earned that Bitcoin and since India is the country we are talking about the only possible tax they will have is through capital gains since we all know there is an official ban on cryptocurrencies as a mode of payment in their country, it cannot even be sent p2p as no one can declare it as their income legally. Aside from your trading history you have online my advice is you also back it up on the books so you have another offline copy in case you need to show both to the authorities.
1592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: July 24, 2019, 08:23:12 PM
Giannis needs to have a decent outside shooting percentage. It does not necessarily need to be 3 points. He just needs to make the defense spread out so that he has a better chance to penetrate.

That's the reason why Toronto Raptors able to pin him down during their playoffs match. His moved are predictable so the only thing that Raptors need to do is to think on how to stop that predictable moved since no doubt, Giannis is like a big wave pushing forward to the ring at all strength so a good defense is needed to slow that wave. Boston Celtics also know that but unfortunately, no one from them can stop that big wave.

I've been pointing that in the past too that Giannis needs to work on his outside and perimeter shooting. Honestly, he is working on it year by year. It's just that it's not his usual comfort zone but surely adjustments are being made. He is now seen taking more 3-points attempt than his usual.

Damn, what if Giannis able to succeed working on that decent shooting percentage? With that height, with that leap, with that strong body, with that long-span, with that athleticism - he is a hell a complete all-around player.

Then we are talking about a muscled-out version of Kevin Durant here, with that kind of player he would definitely infiltrate and scramble out any good defense with the offensive prowess he would make. But if we are talking about spreading the defense I don't think the Bucks could always rely on Giannis on spreading the defense especially if the team wants him to be the main scoring option that is why they need to have shooters behind him, maybe that is the purpose on why they have brought Kyle Korver into the team.
1593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: tether whitepaper: Each tether unit issued into circulation is backed on: July 24, 2019, 07:44:52 PM
right on.  I figure the first step is to find out how legally binding the whitepaper is.  I figure its most likely partially binding since you sort of have to apply with your local financial regulator or something.  It really defeats the purpose of tether if more is getting printed and no one can prove it's backed anywhere by anything fiat.

They can say anything they want on a fine print and its totally not binding, that's how marketing works as there is no contracts or agreements involve with both of the parties. We are only talking about a whitepaper here and not a contract intended to be signed by a buyer, and definitely the ones buying USDT in an exchange. Just think of it this way a whitepaper is like a flyer to advertise people and never a contract. They'll just make a perfect excuse that they may have translated the words wrong or the word "asset-backed cryptocurrency" serves a different meaning.
1594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The peak, how it is determined? on: July 24, 2019, 07:08:33 PM
People setting up a target price farther then its current price simply doesn't know what he is talking about, even if he thrown in a lot of analysis and good explanation it simply doesn't make it much more accurate, why? Because unlike other markets the demand can shift in a faster pace compared to what we normally used to. One minute its going up 500 points and the next 10 minutes you will see its losing 250$ (or more) of its value, you may never know when the whales or a group of traders will start offloading their position at a certain value.
1595  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How about bringing lottery on blockchain? on: July 24, 2019, 06:17:46 PM
We have such national lotteries in every country but this time it could be held globally, borderless, and in a much transparent way on blockchain!

Then that would be illegal to do so not unless all of the countries in the whole world will allow it operating such global lottery would break various domestic laws depending on what country you are in. Great idea but could you expect that all countries would allow it if they can't even agree on other matters relating to international problems? I don't think so, like I said its a great idea but definitely not plausible as of the moment.
1596  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: For Daytrading which time frame suits best? on: July 24, 2019, 05:23:01 PM
When you are thinking about shorter time frames the only moving averages that matter are the shorter period ones namely the 10 and 20 MAs as this is what you will see a breakout will happen. Don't even use 200, 100, or even 50 MAs as mostly this is what is used to detect a long term position, and won't be accurate in minute/s charts. Aside from the shorter period MAs you must match it with volume and RSI analysis as theybare very handy to back up the MAs in your chart.
1597  Economy / Economics / Re: How can I start a business that offers crypto services? on: July 23, 2019, 07:48:41 PM
The way you describe your business idea it sound more like  you are asking for the money fo people for you to trade it with which is like a pool fund type of investment which you need to stop it right there. The business idea in itself is good since it has been used in a lot of assets already but it's really not suited for the crypto market. It is to volatile to assure your investors that they will earn a stable amount or at least earn anything. The risk involve won't attract any reliable investors and the ones part of it are entering a risky deal. You yourself is risking yourself to have criminal charges once it fails.
1598  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CoinBase access on: July 23, 2019, 06:44:19 PM
Sounds similar to a scam where the scammers claiming they are from China or India and their account is disable to withdraw their funds which they will ask from members to assist them. So I wouldn't advise anyone helping this guy. If your country is IP blocked by the service the best thing you can do is to try to look for a legal alternative rather than accessing it via VPN which I think would just increase your account with balance being blocked when they have detected you are using VPN later on. Coinbase isn't the best to buy and sell cryptocurrencies and there are other wallets out there as a clean alternative for you.
1599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: KYC Process (Sportsbook) on: July 23, 2019, 03:55:11 PM
I haven't heard much about KYC process when your are depositing money on a gambling site its when withdrawing what you one that some sites ask you KYC and I get that because unusual amounts being withdrawn do need to undergo a verification and fraud assessment process before they let it go. Usually what gambling sites asks are just public IDs and proof address that you are living in that country.
1600  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-07-22] Iran Announces Gold Backed National Cryptocurrency on: July 23, 2019, 01:52:00 PM
The only currency of Iran the world "respects" is oil. That crypto, if will ever come to life, will be a state-backed crypto, meaning something much worse than Libra, something less reliable than Libra could ever be. And believe me, I don't like not trust neither FB, nor Libra.

If the authorities are already against a billion dollar company-backed crypto what more are their opinions and actions be if they see that one of their enemy states are building their own cryptocurrency? They won't let this be sold in US just like what they are doing now to establishments accepting US citizens illegally, they'll do anything just to stop this cryptocurrency from being available in their own market.
