Neymar can surely choose the team that offers more money to him right now. I mean no matter what if it is a European team or a Saudi Arabian one. Technically Saudi Arabian teams are much more likely to pay a huge amount of salary to him compared to any other teams. There is just no official offer for him yet as far as I know.

But when he gets such offer I don't think he will have second thoughts about leaving PSG. He isn't the most wanted man in the team right now honestly. He must be aware of this as well so I think he is already willing to sign for a team that makes an acceptable contract offer to him.

I assume he would be offered a sensational amount of money after seeing how much money Ronaldo and Benzema make right now.  Smiley

Manchester United are way better than the time before Erik ten Hag. Having a top four finish in the English Premier League is a good progress in his first year here already. Manchester United will be expected to be more competitive this season of course. They need to be more competitive in their domestic league and do their best in the Champions League too.

As the Champions League will have a new format for the rounds before knockout stages I wonder how things will go. For example Manchester United will have a second chance for making it to last 16 if they don't manage finish in top 8 first. Maybe this format can help us watch some surprising teams making it to later rounds in the tournament as well.  Smiley
I am not sure, when Ole was there they ended second one season if I am wrong, that was during Oles time and before Ronaldo came in, that should be understandable that they had a great season before Ronaldo and before Erik Tan Hag as well. Looking at the team now, it's much worse than that, do you see them be second? I do not see them becoming second this season neither, I feel like they will fight for a top four finish but second seems like beyond what they will be capable of doing.

All in all it looks like we are going to have a season where it will take a while before United could get bigger and back to where they used to be. Sure Ole had some troubles one way or another and that's why people disliked him, but he had some good seasons for sure.

That was a season with Ole, yeah. It was the 2020/21 season in which they finished the EPL as 2nd. But not much time after we have witnessed the downfall of Manchester United with the same coach. I don't know if the same scenario would happen with Erik ten Hag as well while everything is going in the positive direction but I hope not.

They continue to strengthen the squad more and we will see its results next season. The EPL can be more challenging if teams like Liverpool, Chelsea and Tottenham also enter the race for top four seriously. The Champions League will also be important for the board as they would expect a qualification from the group stage.

By the way I knew it like this new format was going to be on as of this season but it looks like it is as of the 2024/25 season.  Grin

Tuchel is doing his best to reshape the squad to be just as he would like to see for his system. Mane doesn't look like he has a place in the starting eleven from now on. Tuchel underlines that there is still a long time before the transfer window opens so everything can change suddenly. This is the proof of his being keen on Mane's being sold this summer.

I only see Saudi Arabian teams as an alternative to him now considering the current interested teams. If Mane thinks that he won't have enough playing time then he should work on finding a team for himself. There is likely to be a significant change in the attacking line of the team so I can't wait to see it.

If Kane comes here especially then the times with Lewandowski would be back for Bayern Munich I believe.

LPG 15 lira oldu diye biliyorum. Grin

Şimdi bu akaryakıtta gerçekleşen ÖTV zammı sonrası her şeye baştan aşağı zam gelecek. Sonuçta lojistik giderleri iyice artmış oldu ve bunun olumsuz sonuçlarını yine biz çekeceğiz.

We are going to watch an even younger Arsenal next season in the Premier League and Champions League both. Because they have sold Xhaka to Leverkusen and brought players like Havertz, Rice and Timber so far. Honestly I hope they sign an experienced player like Xhaka too this summer. He was the captain of the team as well and it is good to have an experienced leader in the team.

But for now Arsenal are just targeting young and promising players to bring here. Arsenal's vision has been the same for so many years. It is of course a good policy in terms of helping promising players shine and increase their values a lot. Arsenal can make a lot of profit in case they sell them just as Dortmund and Ajax have the same policy.

However Arteta looks really ambitious for achievements too. To be able to achieve bigger things they should sign a player who can be a good leader for the young players.
266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 16, 2023, 09:14:36 AM
I don't think Mbappe will ever be on Barcelona's radar. Currently, the Blaugrana almost have a mature squad with unstable financial conditions. I think the arrival of Gundogan is enough to complete the Barca squad to return to control of La Liga. Osimhen could be the right option if Xavi wants to add strength to his attack line, but the price is too high, of course the team from Catalan cannot afford it.

Barcelona can't put expensive players on their radar for now. Because the FFP rules are a big hindrance for them to make bigger signings. Otherwise they were targeting to bring back Messi to the team. They were only going to need to offer a contract to him without a transfer fee as he was free agent. But they couldn't even perform that as a result.

Let's say these rules allowed them to make big signings now. Still I also doubt whether they have enough funds to afford Mbappe's demands and PSG's asking price both. His asking price must be around 200 million euros and I can't even imagine the whole package with his contract conditions included.

The question will be, will PSG will the French ligue title again? easily or tight gaps?
PSG will and why not? Since league 1 being dominated by PSG and it's very hard for another club to win this league. I meant it's not impossible for another team to win this league but the chance is pretty small. PSG is always become the strongest team in league 1.
I hope that strasbourg will able to play better and better after almost a half of its shares already acquired by chelsea. Winning league 1 will always be an easy task for PSG.
PSG has absolute domination in league 1. Im not feeling doubt about that.

I see no hindrance for PSG to repeat winning the Ligue 1 title this season as well. As long as PSG is owned by Sheikhs there is no way they are losing their dominance in this league. Because they will always continue to keep the squad quality at high level even if they continue to lose their current star players.

To create real competition against PSG here one of the teams must also have an enormous amount of funds as PSG by being sold to very rich people. This is the only way to compete with PSG at the same level regularly. I wish such thing happened. In the end this would help improve the quality of the Ligue 1 as well.

Lois Openda has officially become a Leipzig player. The deal has been completed for a fee of 43 million euros plus 6 million euros add-ons.

Considering that they signed him for 16 milion euros before this is a really profitable deal for Lens. However it is a big hit to them just before they start to compete in the Champions League. They should have tried their best to keep one of their most important players in the team. I don't know if Openda wanted to go there specially but Lens could have been more convincing than before if they tried. Because they are in the Champions League.

He was their biggest goal source as he scored around one third of the amount Lens scored in the league last season. I wonder who will be brought with this money now.
269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season on: July 15, 2023, 09:13:05 AM
Good thing happening for top Turkish clubs as they are busy into transfer window for their preparation for the next season even they are facing due to finances but still they are able to have few good players Galatasaray offer rejected by Manchester United about Fred even they want to sell him, but their inquiry was not as their demand.

Fenerbahçe is also doing good job and having few targets which will be possible to achieve even they are looking for the De GEA which is currently free agent even Saudi League clubs are also chasing him but most chances he can join Fenerbahçe for the future which could be also good for them if we have Icardi back in Galatasaray then surely things could be much better for them.

I don't think de Gea's salary demand would be only a few milion euros the most. Honestly I would expect him to demand more than 10 million euros a year to come to this league as well - he was making 19 million pounds a year at Manchester United. Would Fenerbahce still like to meet his demands? I don't know much about their finance now but I guess they don't have a high level of budget.

Paying that much for a player's salary always brings about risks. But on the other hand we are talking about de Gea. He is still a wonderful goalkeeper and I wouldn't expect him to perform badly. If Fenerbahce don't plan to spend too much money in this window then I think they should do their best to find a middle way with de Gea.

However if some other European teams also join the race or maybe even teams from Saudi Arabia then Fenerbahce's chance of being convincing to him would drop by a high percent.

271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 14, 2023, 08:52:05 AM
Juventus have lost Di Maria and Cuadrado at the same time. They need a transfer to the right wing immediately because they don't have any right winger left who can secure this position with a good performance. Weah and Soule are the options left in the team. However I don't see anyone's name in the news as a transfer rumour into this position lately.

Juventus look rather focused on bringing a centre-forward and central midfielder these days. Lukaku and En-Nesyri are the names rumoured. But Lukaku would prefer Inter in case both teams make a reasonable offer. For the central midfielder role they look likely to sign Franck Kessie.

This makes me think that Vlahovic and Pogba might be the names leaving this summer.

I would say last season was Dortmund's best chance to win the title in the last 10 years. Because Bayern Munich's performance was very erratic. I have never seen a Bayern Munich team perform so erratically before. But Dortmund could not win in the last match. Due to this, Dortmund could not win the title. Bayern Munich will not make the same mistake again. They will strengthen their squad in the coming season. In particular, they will strengthen the attack. And with Bayern Munich strengthening their squad, teams like Dortmund will have no chance of winning the title.

Agreed that it was their biggest chance to become the Bundesliga champions. I still can't get over that point loss against Mainz in Signal Iduna Park. You are playing for the championship and your opponent has no goal left to achieve that season. But still your opponent can get 2-0 ahead against you and you struggle to make a comeback either.

Dortmund's vision hasn't been to win championships maybe but there can't be any excuses for this mess. There is no sensible explanation that can clear that result. As of next season I will be expecting Bayern Munich dominance to continue from where it has left off.

I just see that how PSG fans were mocking lucas hernandez caused by he was born in marseille. The PSG fans are so stupid as fuck. These fans have no brain. They were always booing and mocking the players like they do know everything about football.

The problem in PSG was not the club but the fans itself who are not able to supporting the club. It's very bad for hernandez to be mocked by the stupid PSG fans as Marseillais.

I don't like PSG fans on French. They were always sneering at the player that they don't like him.

This is really annoying. This racist attitude is never going to end in football as it seems. Vinicius Junior also faced racist words in a match last season targeting his colour. They just need to find a way to decrease the number of such incidents happening. I don't know they can just focus on finding those fans and giving them a lifetime match ban.

The attitude against this kind of pathetic things should be adamant. Otherwise those people will always continue to do the same and even more people will be encouraged to do it.

Vinicius Junior has still dealt with this situation nicely and I hope Lucas Hernandez can as well.
276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 12, 2023, 08:52:16 AM
After the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid, Karim Benzema has been performing well as the main striker of Real Madrid. Karim Benzema contributed a lot behind the victory in every match. Gradually, Ronaldo left the club, then Karim Benzema left, and now there is no professional striker like Ronaldo or Karim Benzema in the team. In that case, Mbappe can fill the lack of Karim Benzema well. There are doubts about Mbappe's hopes at Real Madrid even if Karim Benchma can fill in well. Because even in the previous season, we saw that Real Madrid tried hard to get Mbappe, but the Spanish club could not take Mbappe into the team even in the previous season. Like the previous season, Real Madrid is trying to get Mbappe this season, if their efforts are successful, Madrid will become a better team.

Having mentioned Ronaldo there is even a rumour about Ronaldo to be signed back by Real Madrid this summer. However this doesn't make much sense to me. Will they really rely on Ronaldo's current version? I mean he is far away from his productive times now. I started to think that they are just looking for a temporary solution until signing Mbappe.

Because if they don't sign Mbappe this summer they will need to fill Benzema's space with another striker. But I have big doubts about it if this striker becomes Ronaldo. Because I don't think he can even play as good as Benzema anymore here. Ronaldo has lost a lot in his finishing skills compared to the past.

That would be one of the best comeback stories for F1, but I don't think it would happen, it would cause great embarassment for both driver and the team if they did that. Let's see though Wink

I would likely want to see Sergio Perez stay on RedBull and I would likely him to leave at the same time, but I really don't really know what to feel about him he will always be just the 2nd driver for RedBull if he keeps on performing like this, there will never be a Sergio Perez as a top Driver for RedBull if Max Verstappen still exist in the RedBull team, I surely want to know what Sergio Perez is feeling right now if he is mad or envy about the Success of Verstappen, I will surely understand, but as you have said let's see Through on this,

I would prefer Ricciardo instead of Perez at Red Bull honestly. Because Ricciardo is a way more skilled driver than Perez. One can understand that even by comparing his time to Perez's time at Red Bull. Ricciardo was even able to bring the competition to Verstappen. If it weren't for some issues between the two drivers Ricciardo would have still stayed for a longer time period.

I don't say that Perez is not skilled but I just started to think he is overrated. Because he makes simple mistakes quite often these days. He is even having big issues with qualifying for Q3. Red Bull doesn't have to watch his trying to climb to top places from for example 15th place.

I think Red Bull would make use of a more consistent driver and I believe Ricciardo deserves a second chance.

Dortmund shouldn't miss the opportunity of bringing back Jadon Sancho. Because they can obviously sign him for a much less amount they sold him to Manchester United. After that I think Sancho will start performing much better at his old team to increase his value again. This would surely attract the attention of big teams again.

In this situation they can just sell him for a really high amount once again to make a much bigger profit in Sancho's sale in total. This is already Dortmund's main vision in the end. The probability of their bringing him back is rising these days but let's see what Erik ten Hag is planning for him.

I don't know why Harry Kane so grab a big club like Munchen and PSG? is he good to bring Tottenham on top the premier league?.
because Tottenham is very bad in the previous session, That club didn't play on any Europa tournament and there's nothing special about the attacker. And I see Tottenham also proud to reject 70 million Euro from Munchen. Damn, this is the 1st time I see less talented players valued quite expensive in the industry, Bayern shouldn't spend a lot of money, because there are still many talented player which cheap value but good on tournament.

Yeah it can be difficult to get used to this. Players are getting more expensive day by day but there is nothing to do about it. This is an industry and I wouldn't expect this increase in values to stop at some point. Especially rich teams don't care about how much money they need to spend for a player they are following closely.

When it comes to Kane situation he is a really special striker. He is going to be 30 years old soon but he has lost nothing in his finishing skills. That makes him so popular among the biggest European teams no matter how high his value is now.

It is true that Tottenham couldn't achieve any success while they have him. However Kane is still performing incredibly well. I think it is just a problem related to the team. If Kane plays for a stronger team with better players we can see the difference.
