261  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is bitcoin moving now? on: September 06, 2023, 11:42:18 PM
The market is suffering to gain resistance and get pushed. This is happening as there is low circulation caused due to the lack of inflow. This could happen when the market makes a bounce due to some special occasion or incident happens relative to bitcoin. Recently when the application X got the access to add cryptocurrency payments the market bounced a little and this is expected to make people invest into bitcoin and keep the market on the bullish side. Things didn't go as predicted and the downfall happens immediately. So, this time we need something strong to push the market until then movement will be within specific range.

263  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC go above $30,000? on: September 04, 2023, 05:59:48 PM
With the provided link and the picture you can tell for you self if the price will go above $30k or not https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/#Chart

I missed seeing that level mate, 2 weeks ago I also aiming to see bitcoin breaking more than 30k as the price tries to break away from that level sadly, now as we are closing August ?
it recovers a little but still hardly to pass 27k and seems to be stagnant now.
lets have a complete belief that recovery will come in the coming days.
Slowly price have dropped from the range of $29k when the expectation was to cross $30k and reach the new barrier of $35k. The regular fall in the price have made the price go close to $25k. Inbetween there happened small recovery and there is big expectation it as the beginning of bullish movement. Further once again giving short term profiting the market once again started to drop. I don't think the recovery will happen at the shortest. For now my expectation is connected with the upcoming halving.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is It Finally Time For AI Coins? on: September 04, 2023, 05:39:31 PM
In the cryptomarket, something new will be trending for limited time period. Later once again something new will come into existence and the same could takeaway the market. As said AI prefix is found all around and what is the change it had made around. AI could help with the suggestions of how to choose odds or roll. AI casinos will be more advanced and surely the AI usages will last for sometime period. I say it because earlier people were discussing about virtual reality and now moved to AI
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Countries where Bitcoin is “banned” on: September 04, 2023, 05:03:08 PM
Sooner or later all countries will understand that it's impossible to ban bitcoin and crypto in general. One day it will happen
Already many countries that have banned bitcoin usage in the past have legalised as well as regulated the usage of bitcoin. This is a positive move and this is happening as a result of and more number people's participation into bitcoin. Even from the banned countries people continue to use it.

One of the country that had made strict ban on cryptocurrency is Bangladesh. Once came through a news in which two persons dealing with cryptocurrency were arrested by the police. Now people using cryptocurrency from those countries were using the neighbouring countries for cryptocurrency related activities. Ban is temporary, because when people are in need for it governments can't do anything against the people's need/wish.
266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do star players affect the odds of a match bet? on: September 04, 2023, 04:57:11 PM
Star players have the impact over the odds as well as on the performance of the team. Just think of the Saudi Arabia Pro League teams, once after the deal of Al-Nassr team with Ronaldo the team odds have varied. The strategy varies based on the presence of star players, so will be the odds. When a star player is in a match, he'll be in focus much compared to the rest of the players. This means the star player's contribution is really valuable to the team and much expected one.
267  Economy / Economics / Re: I wonder if food prices in your country have also increased? on: September 04, 2023, 04:04:46 PM
This is the biggest problem right now in my country. We have high inflation, everything is getting more expensive day by day but the increase in food prices is the most challenging situation for the people. We have other economic problems like house rents, electricity etc.
In general food prices are going up in the world but it hits harder for developing countries. I don't think this will change anytime soon.
I guess that this problem is almost on every country even on the first world countries. We're also suffering from the high inflation and we're dealing on it everyday. As much as I want to buy everything based on the set budget weekly, it doesn't cover everything anymore with our food that we're used to purchase. And those times were like our shopping carts were full but these days, it is no longer full anymore and it's not even half. A lot has changed from the pandemic and going with the war, up to oil price increases, it's not just so right anymore.
This is happening all around the world. Even the Europeans were suffering much out of the rise in the food price. NGO and social service communities have organised food/vegetables/fruits stalls in which people can go get there necessary things free of cost. This is being supplied on weekly based based on the availability of food/vegetables/fruits. Big number of people around Europe is fulfilling their food needs through these stalls. Hope scenario will change to the past days when people were able to fulfill their food requirements without spending much.
268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Give Him a loan Or Partner With Him on: September 04, 2023, 03:21:44 PM
I won't loan him, but give him the amount that I can manage. I'll do this after suggesting not to get into gambling for some time period. Horse racing is something highly unpredictable and if he's ready to accept my suggestion I'll take him somewhere else to spend the time. Maybe skipping the time being will help him stay away from the horse racing.

Helping a friend in need is good, when it comes to gambling we should think twice before supporting financially.
269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: September 04, 2023, 01:01:29 PM
On the WTA Swiatak was beaten yesterday by Ostapenko, to me it looks like a few players
are managing to beat her!
Ostapenko performed well in the third set and Swiatek seemed to have a hard time returning her opponents' balls, she even almost got a bagel if she didn't break Ostapenko at 5-0 points although Ostapenko managed to break Swiatek's game back to close the set 6-1 and win the match for advanced to the quarterfinals to face Coco Gauff, who was still looking impressive since the Cincinnati tournament.

Novak Djokovic is going to play against Gojo in the next match. I think Novak Djokovic should be able to win the match. After all, he’s going to be really confident since he was able to make a great comeback in the last match.
Novak Djokovic won the game in three sets against Gojo and worked really well for the victory, he was well prepared to catch Gojo's serves and he did it well. Djokovic knows that it gets tougher now on his way to break another record.

He will have to put in extra effort in his next game against Taylor Fritz and try to win the game quicker.
As I previously predicted, Novak Djokovic will play more effectively to save his energy because in the following rounds, he will find stronger opponents to put up a tough fight against him.
Fritz has met Djokovic 7 times and it is surprising that Fritz has not won once against Djokovic, and the last meeting was in Cincinnati. Fritz even got a bagel in the first set, and Djokovic won the match quite easily.
Maybe there will be different things happening but seeing how consistent Djokovic is in Grand Slam tournaments then this will still be a match that he will go through well to get to the semifinals.
Only a player who plays consistently and plays with minimal mistakes will be able to beat Djokovic unless this veteran player is not fit.

And realistically thats going to be either Medvedev or Alcaraz who will be
challenging him at some stage, Sinner is seeded 6 but he isnt up to the top
level of the top 3 yet!
This time also we can expect Alcaraz to meet Djokovic. At the end days we used to see top performance matches and surprising results. Fritz haven't won against Djokovic, but his performance in hard court used to be good. Djokovic also mentioned about Fritz stating, he had improved his performance over the years and surely the match will be tougher.
270  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if there is no crypto bull run for next 10 years ? on: September 04, 2023, 12:38:49 PM

It is true that bitcoin is becoming an asset and not a currency as Satoshi intended. But I also don't see anything wrong with people considering it an investment or store of value. If it becomes a currency but does not bring too many benefits or has many users, what does it mean to be a currency? What we should care more about is the use cases, the benefits that bitcoin is bringing us. Do not worry too much when it is not used for the purpose for which it was created. Furthermore, although it is considered an asset, anyone can use bitcoin as a currency if they want. Bitcoin is the best multi-tool we have.
Bitcoin have got multiple usage and bitcoin being a currency is one amongst. Satoshi innovated bitcoin for some reason, but this have been used for many needs. If bitcoin haven't experienced much of bullish move the network might've not gained such a popularity as now. The growth could've happened in a slow and stabilized manner.

Slowly the acceptance of bitcoin is increasing around the world. Some countries legalizing bitcoin is an added benefit. The limited supply is a big thing that will keep bitcoin at its best unlike the market variation happening with time.

India vs Nepal

India won the toss and elected to field against Nepal. I thought India would win the toss and decide to bat. And will beat the Nepalese team by a big margin by providing a big target. Because Nepal is a relatively weak team.
Perhaps India captain Rohit Sharma took the fielding decision because the weather was not good. There is a possibility of rain. So he is not interested in taking any risk. He decided to field. And if the match is delayed due to rain, and the umpire decides to shorten the over, then it becomes easier for India to win the match.

Pakistan team won against Nepal by a huge margin of 238 runs. Nepal's batting line-up is very weak. Indian bowlers should restrict Nepal to 200 today. The team collected 12 runs without losing any wickets in 3 overs.
Nepal have got good start scoring 42-0 in 8 overs. Bhurtel is in good form, while Aasif is struggling to score runs. Sami and Siraj have opened the spell. Withstanding wickets will help Nepal score good runs. Pakistan won against Nepal with a big margin and this time such a difference won't happen. Already consecutive catches dropped by Shreyas Iyer and Virat Kohli. Those catches would help Bhurtel score good runs. If this continues we can expect Nepal to score 250+ runs in 50 overs.
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Colorado residents can pay in cryptocurrency for driver's license renewal on: September 03, 2023, 11:28:47 PM
Colorado residents paying in cryptocurrency is a big change happening with the administration. Not every people get interested in it. As most of the users suggested the choice of adding bitcoin is good but the way through which this has been done is not the right way. Maybe for administrative purpose this way of transaction seems to be easier than paying directly from bitcoin wallet. Though this isn't perfect, similar kind of acceptance in different office will atleast make people know about the existence of bitcoin.
273  Economy / Economics / Re: World economy is now being powered by cryptocurrencies. on: September 03, 2023, 09:38:35 PM
2030 is very near to think of the economy having complete dependence on cryptocurrencies. The possibility depends much on the adoption taking place around the world. In some part of the world it is possible to see good support and increased usage. This will surely have a difference in contribution between different zones. Bitcoin is easy and cost free transaction system, but when are they used. When sanction imposed over Russia, the country people used cryptocurrencies. This is considered an alternate than a real fashion.
274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is horse racing so unpopular here and a bit of extra feedback on: September 03, 2023, 09:28:39 PM
Giving awareness and making people know about horse racing is good. Myself have got a thinking that horse racing is for the rich ones, and we weren't able to see those in most of the sports betting. In the past I've seen it on directbet and have never used it. I've watched those in television and those who enjoying were Arabs and rich people spending big money on each horses. After going through the posts understood that horse racing odds will vary very rapidly. This means the winning on horse racing depends much on luck.

England vs New Zealand
The third match of the England vs New Zealand series has started. Today is a crucial match for New Zealand as England have won the first two matches in the 4 match series and are leading 2-0. If New Zealand lose today's match, the series will be lost. If New Zealand wins today's match and the 4th match, the series will be drawn.

New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat, so far scoring 64 runs for 1 wicket in 8 overs. Devon Conway was out for 7 off 9 balls. England's batting is in great form, New Zealand need to target 190+ runs to win the match.

Newzealand are doing well today and they are very with bat and bowl. Finn alen and Glen Philip stunning batting help so much for newzealand to give two hundred plus target. This target is huge and chasing team will always in pressure to chase. England have lost 4 wickets and look like this will be first win for new Zealand win in this series and still they have chance to win series if they continue good performance in next Match too.

todays match is not ended yet and two big batsmens Buttler and Moeen ali is still on the crease but chasing 127 in 54 balls is not very difficult to chase.
Yes, New Zealand team has performed well today. New Zealand lost two consecutive matches in the 4-match T20 series. ‍According to their consecutive losses, it naturally seemed that they might not be able to turn around again in this series. But in the 3rd match, the New Zealand team was able to fully recover from that situation. Today a huge target has been given to England team 202  which is the highest run in this series till today. As they were able to score a big , the England team also got mixed up in their batting. As a result, the chances of New Zealand winning today are very high. Meanwhile, the England team managed to score only 65 runs in 10 overs, losing 4 wickets. There is no option for them to bat in a aggressive manner to win.
It was a super boom target. England team was under the pressure after seem the NewZealand run Target  due to which they could score only 128 run. Finn Allen and Glenn Phillips gave a very good performance and with their good performances their team made a 150 run. The batting prefromance both of them gave victory  and glory to their them.It is possible to make a target of 200 run in T20  but NewZealand made impossible possible by score 200 plus run.
Big target from New Zealand have increased the pressure while chasing and the same is well utilised by the bowlers of New Zealand. This had restricted England from scoring big from the beginning and reached 128 runs losing every wickets in the 19th over. With the massive win by 74 runs New Zealand kept themselves alive on leveling the series. Earlier it was 2-0 on the 4 match series and with today's match win it have been made 2-1 and the final match is going to be very interesting.
276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: September 03, 2023, 05:15:58 PM
Afghanistan lost every wickets scoring 245 runs in. Bangladesh have won the match by 89 runs in 44.3 overs. At some point Afghanistan had an opportunity to win the match, but consecutive wicket fall made things go in favour of Bangladesh. Great performance from Bangladesh team and Afghanistan is no down to it. Over time the performance will be good as they gain more and more experience.
277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: September 03, 2023, 03:20:07 AM
I guess nobody could ever expect to see Al Fateh winning the game against Al Ahli in the game today after all the money Al Ahli spent this summer and the players they bought, however, it's too soon to judge Al Ahli and the players they bought because we know these players need some time. but personally, I could never predict this result.

I left this match after the first half ended and just checked the score and I was shocked to see the final score was 5-1 this is really beyond our expectations then I watched the replay, I saw Al-Ahli continue to attack and even get many opportunities but Jacob Rinne the goalkeeper from Al-Fateh was very  impressive he managed to block several accurate shots I believe he is the best goalkeeper candidate this season. Al-Fateh players took advantage of that moment to counterattack until they managed to score more goals.

In another match, Al-Nassr managed to win with a big score and Ronaldo scored one goal while listed his name at the top of the top scorer with a total of 6 goals and Al-Nassr slowly took up to 6th place in the standings.
5-1 win by Al-Nassr against Al-Hazm and in another match it was the same 5-1 win by Al-Fateh against Al-Ahli Saudi. In the match between Al -Ahli Saudi the dominance was from Al-Ahli Saudi, but they weren't able to convert the chances to goals. Over time scenario could change, for now the competence is heavy and slowly Al-Ahli Saudi and Al-Nassr have moved to the top list on the points table. In the previous season Al-Ahli Saudi finished at the 15th position on the points table. Right now just 5 matches played and it have reached 4th place. Lets see what happens when more matches were played.

In particular, South Africa lost some points in which some of the batsmen in the batting line could not perform well due to the wrong decisions. Hendricks, van der dussen, Dewald Brevis these three batsmen are the key points of South Africa team but they could not collect any runs for the team. If these three batsmen had stood on the batting line without taking extra pressure, the game would have been full of competition. And in terms of bowling points, the South African team could not put any pressure on the Australian team. If they want to win against Australia, the South African team must play by protecting the wicket.

South Africa lost the match because of poor bowling, and not due to poor batting. They managed a total of 164/8, which is more than decent considering the bowler friendly conditions at Kingsmead. Not a single batsmen scored half-century, but everyone contributed to the total in some way, including Aiden Markram, Temba Bavuma and Tristan Stubbs. But it was their bowling which resulted in their defeat. Australia chased the target in less than 15 overs. Gerald Coetzee went for 16 runs per over, while Lungi Ngidi had an economy of 14. Without Rabada and Nortje, Protean bowling attack looks very ordinary.

South Africa was just not able to be economical at all. All the South African bowlers got taken apart. South Africa did not do very badly in the first innings. But they were absolutely unable to defend the target that they had set for Australia. I expected a better performance from South Africa, especially because they are playing in home conditions.

Australia is already the winner of this T-20 series against South Africa. Let’s see if South Africa can actually get something out of this series. The way Australia is playing, I highly doubt that South Africa will be able to win the last match. I know that South Africa is currently missing the service of some important players. But they cannot be this bad without them. I actually think that South Africa was not ready for the attack that was launched by Australia towards them.
Final T20 match needs to be a win for South Africa. The team have good batsmen and bowlers. If they play with better plans and stand wickets, they can win. These days batting first in T20 match requires atleast 200+ runs. Only then it is possible for the bowlers to do their best. If not the bowlers will bowl with pressure and the same could affect the performance of the bowlers.
279  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cockfighting? on: September 02, 2023, 11:57:24 PM
From the point of view of an American from NY, or from SF, or from some traditional inhabitant of a European country, of course, cockfights are wild and cruel entertainment.  This is the approach we have.

However, if you ask someone from a country where cockfighting is part of the tradition of this people, then for such people this is normal. If this happens in a village where there are a lot of chickens and roosters, then for these people it is normal.
Different approaches to this problem clearly say that no one will ban cockfighting in such places.
I agree with you on that, it depends on where you are from that makes up your mindset towards some things cockfight is such an extinct and unpopular game and at many people from those parts of the world that believe and see the animal as worthy to have protections and law to guide such animal right, citizens from such countries will truly see cockfighting as cruel games.
But some other part of the world still sees and approves of cockfighting as a game and even if it is not played on a large scale, cockfighting is one of the most isolated games because even in such countries where it is allowed, cockfighting still remains unpopular.
Maybe this type of game is not popular enough where you are. However, in my place, where almost every house keeps chickens, including fighting cocks, so "cockfighting" in my place is very popular, even though this type of game has been banned by their local government, fighting activities continue to be played.
The pros and cons related to this game continue to this day. And I think that there are more people who reject it than those who support it, so like it or not those who are fond of cockfighting have to hold it in an isolated place to avoid law enforcement officials and not allow the media to cover it because this can jeopardize the continuation of the cockfighting activities that they do. . So this game is not popular enough in some parts of the country.

I am not fond of cockfighting but I see people who are madly in love with this kind of game.  They even have a farm for the fighting rooster and they take care of them way more than his family.  They will get their roosters checked if something goes wrong while neglecting his family's health.  I do not know what comes to the mind of these people since they treasure their fighting cocks way more than themselves and their families.

Cockfighting is very popular in my country to the point that e-sabong become trending.  Even during the pandemic, there are people who gather to make "tupada" (illegal cockfighting), they even use cemeteries as a place for cockfighting to hide their illegal activities.
Love towards cockfight is big. Even in my region few are much into it and they're full-time into it. They have got a farm isolated from the the region where we've got movement of public or away from residence region. As said specific foods need to be fed for these Roosters. Very few countries have legalised cockfight. For this reason most of the time the team to team games were played which means two teams find a common place and allow them to fight with bets placed.
280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: September 01, 2023, 11:59:18 PM
But to stop gambling requires a strong intention and the right effort so that they can really stop gambling and never return to gambling again. Only people who have such things can completely stop gambling while others will return to gambling and there are even many who develop gambling addiction without help.
Exactly, for some people, they wouldn't stop gambling even they are already have a bad results. They will say I will quit, but in the next few weeks, they will going back. Without a strong inner desire to stop, there was no other way. Forgetting the defeat have experienced, focusing on other things, might help. But, they must also remember, that they already has the intention to stop gambling. Never ever trying to play again. Once they tries, the addiction has previously managed to reduce may feel stronger than before.

Yeah, I see that point the intention was there, but if you failed to resist and you follow the dominance of your desire that lust inside you will be going stronger and your engagement to gambling will be more solidify you need to work more with your will and make sure that you have that inner strength that can limit your gambling session.

It's tough to work on your own lust. I mean, beating something that you are being please, gambling is entertaining and enjoyable, the problem is you really can't control once you already engage too much.
It is all about the way how we take it forward. If we can keep ourselves under control, then it is possible to stay out of addiction. Lust is something that can be overcome concentrating on alternative things. Some might fail in it, but there is possible choices. If we consider gambling is similar to lust, then it is controllable. According to me lust on gambling and lust alone have got different meaning. Lust is some sort of feel, but with gambling there is money involved which could cause a negative effect than just lust which is much about feel.
