2641  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Really need to undersand proof of state. on: August 01, 2018, 11:49:55 AM
thanks mate, i have just one qustion
what deference bitween proof of work and proof of stake?, thanks first  Roll Eyes

Proof of work: Where you need to set up some miners (hardware) to generate the computational power it takes to mine (produce) new coins.

Proof of stake: A fixed % is set for a specific period of time for which a miner (specifically coin owner) needs to keep their coins in that wallet to generate more coins during the given time frame. The generated coins on all the addresses are the mined (minted) coins (adding up themselves to the current circulating supply) for that specific timeline that carries on till the total supply is reached. This is how PoS rewarding system works. For more on this, read this article: https://blockgeeks.com/guides/proof-of-work-vs-proof-of-stake/
2642  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Sales Manager for Crypto News Website - Hiring! on: August 01, 2018, 11:43:56 AM
I'm myself an article writer and I can help you out with such dealings. I know I should focus upon work, but your terms of payment are a bit confusing at my end, I mean on one side, you write that salary is high and on the other end, you say it is commission based. Sorry if I didn't understand it correct, but is the salary the commission itself or commission will be an incentive type for the sales, above the salary?

Had been into crypto for more than 5 years and learnt most aspects about Bitcoins and tokens as well as the blockchain technology, have brief knowledge about marketing and a small experience in sales (not more than 6 months, but I've just started off and ready for new challenges to be accomplished if given a chance, but before that, please PM me some more info about the company I'll be working for).
2643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Many cryptocurrency players have gone bankrupt on: July 31, 2018, 05:14:13 PM
Most of the crypto players went all in on alts and many on BTC thinking that the bull run will continue long time. But then comes a big fucking bang in the asses of all of us (yeah, even I became the victim of the bloody alt season losing more than a BTC and still thinking (hoping) that the markets will recover hardly. Thank God I have sources to make get my BTC back as well as a part time job to help me run my home somehow smooth. A lesson learnt, lately but learnt. It will be better not to touch alts till Bitcoin ends its bull run which has just begun. Hodl your BTC very tight and don't sell till the end of this year, you'll be selling it for fortunes if you've what it takes - a bit of patience.
2644  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What you do when someone say bitcoin is illegal thing? on: July 31, 2018, 04:49:58 PM
Things are needed to be seen from 2 sides: Good and bad.
It's people's way of thinking and their nature that we need to deal with, while making such individuals understand that everything in this world has a disadvantage too, because nothing comes without challenges. Hackers and criminals using Bitcoins for their false motives is one side of the picture, whereas the good here is that: Bitcoin has eradicated the boundaries between people at a global level giving them the opportunity to freely send/exchange money from one place to another anywhere in the world at a cost of a small chocolate bar. It consists of a technology we call as blockchain which is completely immutable and transparent that makes it one of its own kind of an invention. As well, Bitcoin is such an asset that gives so positive returns where your money makes more money if it's in BTC.
2645  Economy / Economics / Re: We are still into flushing out weak hands! on: July 31, 2018, 01:27:35 PM
Why are alts bleeding?

- It was a cycle once when only a limited number of people had too much of BTC once, and they wanted to gain on small cap people (like us), so they started a season called alts' season where every few days, they were pumping some coins at levels which made innocent people get in those coins at very high values (I'd say overvalued here), and after getting their targets reached with the help of some bloody pump groups, they exited the markets on these innocent people's money and who was left behind to regret? Us. Afterwards, the value of Bitcoins was also manipulated at such high levels that most of these groups sold off their coins they earned from us and got out in profits. Now, those who bought it from high to low are the ones who are really strong enough to hodl for a very long time and they are BIG INSTITUTIONS. They are not foolish to make more BTC by putting their money in alts which possess nothing but the same idea that can already be found in many other alts, making it come under the category of shitcoins. Shitcoins are those that have no real project or purpose and are solely to make profits (monetary gains) either in BTC or fiat by its trading. Investors have got a new option to play with their money - Futures to make more money as well as gain more BTC at better leverages instead of getting into a P&D coin. So, sorry to say this, but you're not going to witness the same alt run that you saw last year. Yes, there will be pumps and price increases, but not to that extent, not some 100 or 1000x coins any time soon.

Why is it not a good time to get into alts?

- Ethereum is bleeding, and history is deponent that whenever Ethereum goes red, alts bleed in its correlation. If you are looking to invest in alts, wait till Ethereum starts gaining back and then only look for the best projects to invest into. IMHO, I believe that 0x is one of the finest projects that could lead your portfolio 10 times (at least in fiat if not in BTC) till EOY. Watch out for it and invest some part of your portfolio in it.

What will happen with the ETF scene?

- Anybody out here thinking that they might see BTC bearish till August 10 is blatantly stupid, because the reason why everyone is pushing the price ahead is the fact that they believe in BTC and they also believe that this time, some super positive signs of ETF approval are there. Even if SEC delays this (rejection is not going to happen at any cost and after reading this: https://www.forbes.com/sites/youngjoseph/2018/07/27/sec-commissioner-bitcoin-is-regulated-and-mature-enough-to-have-an-etf/ , not at all), Bitcoiners will then be given a final chance to get on the train and get this dirt cheap. Those who are/were crying they missed the train since the beginning, let me tell ya one thing guys: This is the new beginning and we are just starting up and the BITCOIN ROCKET is under warm-up mode.
2646  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginners with small amounts of money on: July 31, 2018, 12:56:00 PM
Even talking about investing in almost shitcoins (alts here) is foolish while watching Bitcoins growing atm, and knowing that ETF is sitting ahead to be approved. Instead of waiting, get into Bitcoins asap. For reasons on why you should not buy alts currently, why they are bleeding and what might happen once ETF gets approved (a sure-shot hyper bull run), please check my thread here:

2647  Other / Meta / Re: Difference between activity and posts? on: July 31, 2018, 11:55:34 AM
Posts means the number of posts you've made (till date).
Activity simply means you get 1 for each of your posts that you make during a period of 14 days, limiting it to 14 for 2 weeks. That doesn't mean that if you don't make 14 posts, you will not get the remaining ones in future.
In fact, even if you make at least 1 post (or 2 or whatever number but not exactly 14 or more) during a specific 14 days period before/after a cycle ended, you're entitled to get the remaining activity during the next cycle when you complete the remaining posts.

For e.g.; If you make 2 posts during a 2 week period, you'll receive 2 activity points. Though, during the next 2 week period, you can get your remaining 12 activity once you complete 12 more posts. Not just that, but as you've posted during another posting period, you're entitled to get 14 + 14 = 28 activity for the total 4 weeks. But remember, you need to make at least 1 post during a 14 days period to receive the remaining 13 activity any time later once you complete your remaining number in posts.

And for more info on merits and new rank requirements (as I believe you should know them as well):

2648  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Most Asian country more expert in crypto? They more focus in crypto world. on: July 31, 2018, 09:20:04 AM
Crypto is global, so it's better not to decide such things for any sake. If it's about agreement, yes I agree that people mostly from Japan and China have been involved at a very big extent compared to others because they had been into this since the beginning and they were the dominants during its early stage and are still very actively involved in crypto world. There are a few misconceptions as well that Satoshi Nakamoto belongs to Japan as the name sounds too Japanese. Smiley
2649  Economy / Economics / Re: How did Crypto help you out? on: July 31, 2018, 09:03:52 AM
Crypto has always taught us the meaning of management, be it managing money or risk. When we give our money to the hands of big guys by committing stupidity when we sell our precious coins for cheap and prove that we are weak hands, we learn that it wasn't what was supposed to be taken as a decision then. About risks, the same story continues here as well that when we know that the value is sure to rise and we hodl and manage our portfolio even knowing that the risk of decline are equally parallel to that of gains, we learn how to cope up with the risks involved in crypto. Crypto has changed lives and it can definitely change your friend's life too, but ask him to start working for crypto as well and gain some cryptocurrencies and tokens aside as a part time income.
2650  Economy / Economics / We are still into flushing out weak hands! on: July 30, 2018, 02:15:37 PM
To those of you thinking why alts are not taking a run when Bitcoin is showing positive signs of a bull trend as well as higher chances of ETF approval, let me "demonstrate" a few things for you and clear up your mind:

- In 2017, it was easy for the manipulators to manipulate the markets as they used to have a lot of BTC in their hands, they played the markets very well with both the BTC and alt bull run.

- In 2018, the big game started when bigger money decided to get involved in this. Those of big whales started selling their coins to the group of institutions (who are quietly putting their money in the markets while buying it from high to low). When all this was happening, alts (mostly shitcoins which deserved not even a fuck and were worth more than xx times, some even xxx and xxxx times, we're destined to be buried in graves as this time was directed by those whales to shake out the weak hands and let only the brave ones remain in the game).

- Everyone must be thinking atm that why alts are not performing well while Bitcoin started its rally? First things first, many alts (most) are overvalued which are now being put at their real values and only the best projects will survive at the end of this year.

- They were the manipulators who played last year, but as the BTC is now in strong hands, these guys (mostly institutions) are not going to give a fuck to these alts and are going to make a BTC worth $50k at least (if not $100k) till the end of this year. To my observation, I believe that this is a real chance to buy some "cheap" BTC and be a part of History Part-2, else shit your pants off while you see BTC going to where I told ya today.
2651  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BITCOIN SUPREMO FREE PREMIUMS --- 4 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS IN PROFIT on: July 29, 2018, 07:18:46 PM
Time to edit the first post because we just broke our own record of 4 consecutive weeks in profit, into 5 consecutive weeks in profit. Can't wait to start another profitable week hopefully tomorrow. Stay tuned.

Can you suggest me a site for all my bets to be placed at? I need one which doesn't need any registrations because I hate to register on any gambling sites as they also keep our IP logs and I would never want to share such things with these sites. I'm amazed to see such great betting going on here, sorry for not taking interest in you before, but I'll definitely give it a shot this time. 😊
2652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Suggestions over tipsters! on: July 29, 2018, 01:27:58 AM
As far as I know Joca is giving a few free tips while CarlesPuyol no one knows where he is for the moment. I don't want to sound like own publicity to myself but so far in my tipping thread I have done 4 consecutive weeks in profit, 2 times so far, and if I manage to win the two left tips for tomorrow and after tomorrow I will be 5 consecutive weeks in profit. Can also end the week in profit if I hit a game with odd of over 1.8 too. Give it a try, it is totally free.

Please share the link where I can follow you. Wink

Lol,im posting every single day in 2 threads Wink please look carefuly sir. You can also now join a telgram group and get the predictions instantly

I was here and im still here sir and will be here Wink

Hey, that's great. I used to check this section but I guess I've been missing yours. Do you update your telegram each time you announce a bet here? If yes, can I have the link to join there?

What would interest me: Did you succeed in the past to follow such tipsters? I'm wondering because I've already seen some threads here posting tips, but I never really dared to follow those tipsters by actually placing bets based on their tips, so I'd be interested in your experiences. I mainly followed user tokeweed but I do not know if he is good or bad as a tipster.

Why would I ask for such services if I could not get the level of satisfaction I expect from them? Tongue
Yes, I've followed these 2 (mentioned in OP) and got most profitable bets as well as consistent profits. But, it all depends on your risk management strategy as well as risk-to-reward ratio.
2653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Suggestions over tipsters! on: July 27, 2018, 07:18:23 PM
Lately, I've decided to join the gambling mania back but I don't see some of my favorite tipsters like Joca and CarlesPuyol to be giving any free tips anymore. Can you guys (or even these tipsters) suggest me some better people to follow for sports betting? The niche I want to follow currently are: SOCCER & HORSE RACING. If I get someone really trustworthy, I'd even pay them part of my profits just so to show some love. Wink
2654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Win on Horse Racing on: July 27, 2018, 07:14:02 PM
through
Betfair has his restricted countries list you will need to check for yourself
On any bookie minimum bet is 0.20 gbp
I have small bookie what is accepting me and bookmaker exchange with min bet 5 euro
however i can deposit with crypto there

6gbp is price for site what is tracking price on betfair through the day very useful

What is the meaning of purchasing this website's tracking when we can already have everything at Betfair itself? As well, I didn't get that bookmaker exchange point where you said that minimum bet will be 5 euros, which is way more than 0.2 GBP even if we compare their exchange rates. One more question, I'm from India, so do they accept people from India?
2655  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: $280 in one airdrop, is it legit? on: July 27, 2018, 06:36:51 PM
Yes, it's possible for some teams to lure their potential customers to join their project by opting for such airdrops which show the ability of giving you huge amounts via their distribution, but who knows what will you get in real? Because it's the investor in the end who will give value to such tokens, and if it won't be worth a dime, nobody would invest a penny and it won't get you anything and will cost you your time (a few minutes). But, nothing's wrong in going for these projects if we believe in them and if we have faith in their possible success.
2656  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What if Satoshi Nakamoto DIED? on: July 27, 2018, 05:14:08 PM
One of the most hilarious to make me laugh so hard, made my day. If Satoshi would have died, he'd be considered a soldier, a martyr who fought against those old traditional techniques we call as BANKS currently which used to be looting us since ages by snatching our freedom to Finance. Satoshis can't die, because they're in our hearts, they'll always live till the existence of Bitcoins and beyond.
2657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Win on Horse Racing on: July 27, 2018, 12:59:18 PM
does this have a risk level? if yes how many % risk we may face? you can give me pm related twitter account that I should follow. because I am interested in this
Horse betting is everywhere in the world and is very popular among big gamblers. There is huge betting in horse races. I don’t have any experience of horse racing betting but I have seen them many times. I don’t have enough money to bet in horse race gambling. Those who win a bet will be rich in seconds but if lose will come to roads in the same time.

Minimum bet on betfair is 0.20 gbp no need big money
But yes horse racing has very long tradition from long time before war2
and races are all year long on all continents

Is it limited to specific countries or people from anywhere can register there? As well, is GBP Betfair's main currency or they also allow Bitcoin deposits? I've been thinking of doing this after watching my brother giving tips over horse racing at times when directbet was there. What was that 6 GBP charge for - to get the data of the horses or to get the data of possible wins with higher probabilities?
2658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Beginner Issues on: July 27, 2018, 12:54:13 PM
Do I need to broadcast the transaction or am I in OK shape, just gotta wait for the person to confirm? I would post a screen shot but iIdont have anywhere to host it.

According to the post below, Electrum shouldn't actually ask you to do that:

Electrum is an SPV wallet, it does NOT broadcast transactions like a Full node. you make the transaction and then send it to an electrum node which is a full node and that broadcasts your tx to the network and your tx is now propagated throughout the bitcoin network and now all bitcoin nodes are "broadcasting" it

to bump fees you should have marked it as an RBF transaction so that you could easily bump the fees up.

As LoyceV said, we really don't know what you actually did but rebroadcasting isn't needed in an SPV wallet because it doesn't ask us to (at least I haven't witnessed any such problems with that).
2659  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Campaigns for Newbies/Beginners? on: July 27, 2018, 03:43:55 AM
<snip>
Unfortunately almost all campaigns are for Jr. Members only.
<snip>
No! As far as I know, Jr. Member is the minimum requirements to join in signature and translator campaign, but not in social media campaign (facebook, twitter, medium, and telegram campaign), and media campaign (youtube, article/blog etc.). So, you can join in these campaign "social media and media" as a newbie.
Please pay attention to it as well:
<snip>
But before earn you should learn. Otherwise your time will be waste. Every one giving you way to join bounty.  No one giving you advise. Maximize your knowledge about crypto & forum.

I think newbies should also get a fair chance here for their time as they're the ones who need to wait a sufficient time before making another post (which makes them know that they shouldn't spam with BS and learn to wait). Newbies should be given a chance, if even with least amounts, so as to let them experience how much efficient they are and what efforts it takes to earn bitcoins.

Keep an eye on this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3784164.0
A great initiative by Btcforjoe for the newbies and above ranks to get monetary gains as well as merits by presenting their knowledge to the forum.
2660  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin rise altcions fall! on: July 26, 2018, 07:31:39 PM
After a long period of dependency we see now that the bitcoin rise alone and other major altcoins are down or stay at their price...what do you think about that

It's never the same always! The alts had been overvalued and must be undervalued because there are many such shilling coins which really have no meaning and those coins enjoyed some bamboozling rallies last year, so the plan looks like changed and now, investors will watch out for the best before they put their money in - which means Bitcoin will be seen as one of the most safe haven asset currently to invest in. I believe many alts will get to 0 ground level once Bitcoin's super bull run starts.
