1861  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2020 price predictions on: January 27, 2020, 11:59:06 PM
I have seen the drama getting jam-packed by many big names who have only predicted positive about BTC and everything has been done publicly to spread a lot of optimism in people lately. I think 2021 is the year for BTC and 2020 will continue the struggle to make BTC play its move towards a new ATH around $22500 but I can't say if it will be able to touch there or not during this year. However, a wave of happiness has surged in my nerves after seeing that when there were once a few people with "Bitcoin DEAD" talks, we now have everyone speaking optimistic about it. And BTW, where are the haters now? Wink
1862  Other / Meta / Re: Are the negative trusts you have given so far really necessary? on: January 27, 2020, 11:26:52 PM
For me, I'm not a fan of the current feedback system since there is a reason why, for example, Facebook, Twitter, etc., don't have a dislike button. So I'm a bit reluctant to give negative feedback. Also, positive feedback is somewhat similar to merit. For me, the feedback system should be used for trading purposes only.

--snip--

Exactly, the trust system was solely made with the purpose of giving it to those upon whom we risked or we got risked some coins to/by someone and we trust them/they trust us that we can be used as an exchanger or that we can use them for that very same purpose because one/few of our trades were successful. I don't know how mudding each other for some personal reasons, spam, giving stupid trust feedbacks (see my profile for a few by game-protect) justifies to be sitting there in our profile. I know that spam needs to be reported and I'm completely with the spambusters but those who give red marks for spamming, is it really the best place to land your opinion?
1863  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: We are hiring on: January 27, 2020, 11:13:57 PM
Though you didn't mention many key points here like what will be the payment mode, what are the terms of payment, name of the project, etc. I still decided to apply for one of the positions mentioned in OP and PM'ed you. Now, won't I expect a response in return from you even if it's a no from your end? You came online but no response as of now.
1864  Economy / Economics / Re: Goverments creating digital currencies - Threat or Opportunity? on: January 27, 2020, 04:39:57 PM
I see it as an opportunity because Gov coins will bring people's attention towards digital money which will ease the process of mass adoption of Bitcoin after everyone embraces the power of Blockchain. The only threat that I see here is, if you're asked by your Gov to either stop or let them know about your cross border transactions using major and other general cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, which will make everything completely centralized and under their control. If Gov start charging you handsome amounts for sending cross border transactions in any crypto and on the other hands, charge you least or almost nothing for using your local cryptocurrency; most will probably consider not to use it and either go for Gov coins.
1865  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: WTS - Bitcoins for IMPS/NEFT/Cash on: January 21, 2020, 12:39:53 PM
I have some BTC trading friends in my circle who are looking for BTC worth you've mentioned but I'd like to know the rate first to get this deal done quick. And I hope you won't mind me being the escrow in your deal here.

You can PM me here or at https://t.me/MrBitcoiner for direct conversation, however the agreed terms will be sent via PM here for your own safety.
1866  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for another Campaign Manager for Bitvest and 777Coin on: January 20, 2020, 05:25:55 AM
Don't have any management experience here as of yet but I've specifically managed tasks given to teams IRL and I believe I can hold the pressure it takes to manage a campaign here as well if given an opportunity. If you are interested, please let me know about the proceedings.
1867  Economy / Services / Re: Hiring A Person 6 Hours Work To Generate Me Traffic = 500 euro = a month ! on: January 20, 2020, 05:16:24 AM
Looking for someone to advertise snapchat accounts on many sites and apps. The job includes many things. All that is needed is 6 hours daily work on a pc. Payment will be made using PayPal or Bitcoin. We will go on a skype session if needed or any other way preferable. Let me know soon. The first to message me gets the job. Thank you.
i am here to offer my service, i will be online for 12 hours daily

I think he is rather looking more for quality instead of quantity, so bribing more hours may not help you here but your work is what matters.

@OP, reach me out through my telegram or PM me here and I'll do the job for you.
1868  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What are some decentralized/better alternatives to DNS Seeds? on: January 17, 2020, 09:05:32 PM
There is no perfect answer for your query, to find the IP address you need to crawl for the DNS servers that return the IP address from the host machine with full nodes in the network which has the full merkle tree, the fact is there is never a truly decentralized solution.
1869  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't be a victim of second scam. on: January 17, 2020, 01:07:45 PM
Once your funds are scammed over websites, that's gone and they've kept it, so even if someone promises you to get back your coins, ask them what steps are they going to take and they'll just say - "We can't let you know about it or you'll just DIY and we won't get our commission". Most of them who offer such services will ask you for advance payment and even ask for more in the name of more research and police case and what not (they're like lawyers who just charge you again and again till they eat you completely) and in the end, you get nothing.
1870  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the main purpose in gambling, always to make more money? on: January 17, 2020, 05:49:11 AM
Does gambling have a main purpose, to start with?

Depends on the situation as well as mentality of the gambler while gambling.

Quote
Do you believe we are here for a reason?

No, some gamble for profits while others do it just for fun and entertainment purposes.

Quote
If you had no time to waste in your life, would you still gamble anyway?

Nobody in this world is fully occupied, most people (including a category of employees and even employers who come at mid level management don't get newer tasks to complete every now and then and have a lot of time wasted). So I won't speak about Bill Gates but normal employees of any company would just watch Cricket/Soccer/any other sport and decide to call the bookie or make a bet online.
1871  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know if a gambling site is scam or not? on: January 16, 2020, 07:44:22 PM
It's not hard to know if the gambling site is a scam or not. you just need to check the feedbacks about the site and just use your mind to search more about about this site through the internet, you just need to find out about the team and the people that were tried it before.

Nothing can be so easy to attain!
It's a challenging task and comes with experience only, even the most reputed gambling websites can go bankrupt and stop paying, or they just decide to run away with their users' money and close their website or leave it as it is. World is full of uncertainty and nothing is assured, so you can't say that a website that has been paying for 5 or 10 or even 20 years can continue to pay their users for another 20 or more years. Let's say a betting website had been running their business since 2013 and Bitcoin was at $100 and they had more than 100k BTC in possession, but the players were also betting big and getting their withdrawals done on time, almost automatically. In 2020, that same Bitcoin is worth $8.5k which is 85 times and they just have 1k BTC with them to pay the players. Suddenly, a player arrives and wins 500 BTC (just an example), do you think they will let him go with that much BTC so easily? No, as 99% websites will just shut down their business and run away with that 1k BTC. This and many other events take place that turn a website to either bankrupt or scammers, it's your experience only with them which can bring you a better sense of possibilities of a website to be turning out into a scam in near future.
1872  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betroar.io + BitBrawlers 💰 1/15: GRAND OPENING! .39 BTC Giveaway!! 💰 on: January 16, 2020, 07:20:31 PM
To bring a quick note to everyone, please do not search bitbrawlers on Google as it will bring bitbrawlers.io as the first result and you won't see betroar.io anywhere because of your search. So don't get confused as bitbrawlers is a popular game and is a part of betroar.
1873  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: [JAN 2020] Fees are low, use this opportunity to Consolidate your small inputs! on: January 16, 2020, 05:48:12 PM
While the transaction I'm going to put here has paid around 23 SATs/byte, I still think I should bump this thread with the very best example of how crypto has changed the movement of money totally, and yeah, a lot of money actually.

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/tx/0f142e64e995a9dc2281d18061fefc7bfb813358840ff206846550be8ead210d

Around 125k BTC worth $1.1 billion were moved by Bitfinex from their wallet for just a measly 5578 Satoshis (just 48 cents at the time it was sent). Such big transactions being sent with least fee and still getting confirmed almost immediately is a win-win for this technology where we used to pay 100s of dollars to send money abroad. Hats off to crypto. Anyways, this event is a perfect bumping example for me.
1874  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Any crypto owners interested to be interviewed? I’ll of course reward you. on: January 13, 2020, 11:00:43 AM
Ok, so on a quick note:
I've had a detailed chat and there was just one question (that I felt) was personal, but you can even skip that question and move on to major topics and begin an on-topic conversation with this lady. I haven't had any issues talking to her except she faced some problems like voice cuts due to my poor connection here. We discussed everything related to crypto, nothing was personal in that sense. Though I asked her to pay me upfront, I still gave her a chance to prove me that she's not wasting anyone's time and didn't ask her for an upfront payment (though, she was honest and asked me to message her with the address I want the coins at). Last but not the least, she paid! I don't want to break the secret by telling everything here, and yeah it was all over telegram call. I hope I did justice by giving a fair review of OP. Go ahead without any hassle!

1876  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Nice ideas that can be really good on: January 10, 2020, 09:04:24 PM
Why don't you arrange a crowdfunding in your local area where you are surrounded by the people you know and the people who know you? Trust me, fair thing would be not to go to newer people as they don't know you and so, trust issues will definitely be there and if you rather manage an exhibition sort of (obviously with the limited budget that you've got) and invite your local people who, you know, that they know you and trust you as well and you can make them understand your project very well, then you'll definitely get your investors among your local people. Mark my words, it's quite easy to talk to people's minds who know you very well rather than breaking your head off the wall while doing it with new guys.
1877  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Ready to start my marketing campaign - Any Tips and Hints? on: January 10, 2020, 02:22:53 PM
Better rent ad space in popular crypto site. Make your banner interesting and noticeable that will attract audience. It's much better than bounty now. But still Allot some budget for hunter for social media traffic.

If ICO marketing would have been that easy in 2019 and 2020 (now) to get their projects the type of success expected like every project saw in 2017 with the method you suggested, I guess every ICO out there should start promoting their projects via PTC/CPM campaigns on websites paying you coins to watch advertisers' sites. /s
1878  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Any crypto owners interested to be interviewed? I’ll of course reward you. on: January 10, 2020, 01:41:28 PM
@Elena,
If it's all about normal crypto related questions, sure I can go for this as we all hold some kind of crypto currency here, but this should all be text-only as I don't speak to strangers. Another demand is the same as mocacinno, I want to be paid upfront. I've been giving review services before so you can trust me as well as my opinions (based on the type of questions asked). I guarantee that there will be no bias, or I'll just skip the question I don't know anything about or I'm having a biased opinion about. If these simple conditions can be met, please send me a message over telegram https://t.me/MrBitcoiner and send the list of the questions in one go or either wait for my arrival and then we'll start the interview. https://www.dotcominfoway.com/blog/how-to-promote-your-ico/

https://www.hashcashconsultants.com/media/a-complete-guide-for-successful-ico-marketing-strategy/

Here, I've given you some of the most effective methods in these reference links, which if followed correctly, can fetch you great results to the project from your marketing.

And one more thing, I think you need to code your website a bit more in order to make it work better on mobile phones (I noticed some header issues).
1880  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BTCsurveys.com — Take Surveys & Earn Bitcoin on: January 10, 2020, 11:28:18 AM
Yes, the surveys are usually limited in number (and time), it's not something decided by the owner but by the survey provider. And don't forget the survey is sent to many other sites as well, and can also be set to be sent as a xx per hour/day rate for example.
If you give bogus and inconsistent replies the system is smart enough to exclude you or to give you fewer surveys to take. It may seem obvious to some people, but it's important to answer honestly, otherwise, you won't stay long. ^^

You mean that if it asks me my age, sex, citizenship, caste, earnings per year, total household income; should I just give all these things (I mean real ones) to the company or should I fake it? I can understand that system keeps records of our replies and if we continuously change those replies for each survey we take, we may get banned/blocked by their services (I had been a user of SpeakAsia which proved the worst scam). But then, giving your real info leaves you unanomymous and possibilities are, some companies may also prove scam (not saying specifically for the one OP is promoting but in general) and our data could leave us in tragedy by having almost everything about us leaked to some companies where to whom these survey mediators sell it.
